THE absolute best drinks and service, I would genuinely recommend to absolutely anybody and everybody! Service was fast, steaks moist and juicy, even included a small fire show! Raised my standards high for American food! Cannot wait to return and have yet another beautiful experience at this wonderful restaurant. Truly never disappoints!
Seen this on YouTube and it was everything i hoped for. Liz our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The rest of the staff helped clear plates as we devoured our food. We opted for waygu cuts and both were cooked perfectly. Serving sides are generous and everything was seasoned perfectly! Thank you for a wonderful mid week date night!
Lara was my server and she was amazing! So sweet and so helpful! The food was amazing everything was very fast and affordable! This was my first night in Miami with my bestie for her bday and I give it a 100/10! Thank you Lara for your help in making our experience here great tonight!
I came for lunch with my grandmother, who is a very picky eater, and we both LOVED it. Everything was amazing; the ambiance, the food, the service. Our server Yeni was very attentive, sweet, and did a great job explaining the menu and offering suggestions. I had the picahna and my grandmother had the churrasco. Delicious is an understatement, and the portions were amazing. I would definitely come again. ✨
We had such an amazing experience at El Toro Steakhouse! We’re visiting from out of town and wanted something authentic and delicious, and this place absolutely delivered. The food was incredible!! Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and generous portions. Every bite was fresh and well-seasoned. Our waitress (Barbara) was especially wonderful! SO attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed, and her recommendations were spot on. The service truly elevated the whole experience. If you’re in Little Havana, this spot is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in town! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Awesome experience last night! Service was exceptional and the whole team (managers, servers, hostess, bussers) worked together to deliver food, serve drinks, clean tables. The vibe was fast paced yet you felt appreciated. The food was prepared and presented perfectly and it was excellent. Definitely don’t pass by this place without stopping!
First of all, the outside is very inviting, and the ambiance is great. If you are a meat eater, this is your place! It's a dimly lit environment with some live music. There was beef, lamb, chicken...everything on the menu looks absolutely delicious. All of the food was perfectly seasoned. The service was excellent. The servers made great recommendations for food and drink. It's obvious they are taught to upsell, but they aren't pushy.
Indy was very nice and helpful. My first time here and she suggested thing and nothing felt pressured. Even though the place is on a rush, she always made sure we were good and very attentive. The food was great for its price. And the drinks were tasty and there’s a big variety. 10/10. It’s a bit loud but all good
Wow! Saw this place on YouTube thanks to Guga and wasn’t sure it would live up to the hype. It did! Started off with Pork Belly, Tuna Tataki, and the shishito peppers. All were amazing but definitely don’t skip the Tuna. It could be a meal. I had the prime rib eye with truffle Mac and Cheese and asparagus. My wife had the wagyu pichana with grilled pineapple and Yuca fries. It was all amazing and the portions are huge! The quality for the value is outstanding. Highly recommend.
The ambiance was amazing!!! Kemeely was an amazing server, she attended to all of needs and answered all of put questions. The food was delicious and drinks were amazing. The food is definitely a decent price and there ALOT of variety to choose from. The berry margarita was amazing. I would definitely come back again next time I’m in Miami.
This was a fantastic experience! The food and drinks are extremely well done and the staff was great at handling our group of 6 and absolutely anything we needed. I noticed the restaurant has a lot of staff to handle things behind the scenes, from seating to food routing and the several birthdays that required the loud singing, with sparklers and cowbell banging that restaurants do for folks. The staff was amazing. The volume was difficult to endure. The food...oh my... It's mostly about steaks, all extremely well presented and delicious. Wagyu steaks from the US, Australia and Japan were available and priced accordingly. Grilled tuna appetizers were awesome. One note about the yucca fries on the side - we get yucca often, but these were so tender and delicious. Head and shoulders above anything I've ever had anywhere in the world I've had them. It's an odd thing I suppose to rave about. These had several in my group impressed beyond words. Yucca...who knew? The steaks arrive sliced with some top dressing / dipping sauce options that were all quite interesting. This is a very busy and loud environment which the staff handles very well...and the food was just killer.
This was our first time here and we had an outstanding meal with impeccable service. Cocktails were delicious! I had the espresso kahlua martini and hubby had their specialty rum on the rocks. Highly recommend the rum - appetizers, wagyu tostones, grilled octopus, and the bone marrow. All 3 were delicious but our favorite was the bone marrow. Wow! Entree - Picanha was out of this world!! Ymandra was our waitress - she took the best care of us, was on point with her knowledge and experience. The manager Dayan was very involved with the guests making sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be back and recommend to everyone. We made reservations on OpenTable and it’s a good thing. It was packed.
JP!!!!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 He made our experience top notch. He handled our party of 35 FLAWLESSLY. Shoutout to the manager as well. The night was extremely busy and he was able to handle the pressure with exceptional customer service. In fact, the entire staff were all working hard to ensure everyone was taken care of. The food was amazing - wagyu platter did not disappoint. Super juicy cuts of meat. Chimicurri was a nice compliment. We enjoyed the cocktails as well. The live music a nice touch. Such a good lively vibe! We had many people from out of town from Canada, Texas and Chicago. Would definitely visit again!!! Thanks for a memorable night. Cheers to more success!!
I had an outstanding experience at this steakhouse. The quality of the meat was truly exceptional—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and tender. The service was just as impressive; the staff was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. On top of that, the wait time was surprisingly short. We were seated quickly, and our food came out in no time while still maintaining top-notch quality. Overall, an amazing dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
El Toro Loco in Little Havana is an absolute gem and a must visit if you’re anywhere near the area. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere that perfectly captures the spirit of Miami. The steaks are phenomenal 🙌 perfectly seasoned, cooked exactly as ordered, and packed with flavor in every bite. The Wague is next level, tender and juicy, and the portions are incredibly generous. Every side dish complements the meal beautifully, and everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Service was attentive, friendly, and efficient, even during a busy dinner rush. The team genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience and you can tell the minute you take your seat. If you’re looking for authentic flavor, best highest quality cuts of meat, and a lively, unforgettable dining experience in Little Havana, El Toro Loco absolutely delivers! I’ll definitely be back!
A LITTLE HAVANA CALLE 8 MUST VISIT - I have to say this was a great experience, from beginning to end we had a blast and as business owners that deal with customers we were really impressed with the attention to detail, the organization, the communication, it was impressive how everyone worked in sync. The food was delicious and I mean delicious, it had one little issue that was overcome by the flavor, the meat was warm and not hot like I like it. You could tell the temperature was in sequence the sausage was cooked last and it was the warmest. But they still deserve a 5 star over all. The service was good not great, for only one reason when asked by our waitress if we were celebrating anything special, we said said “being without kids” and the young lady was offended and said “sir please” her response caught me by surprise, but I knew it was because she was young and didn’t understand what that means for a 40YO couple to be out alone without the worry of kids. We love our kids but every once in a while we need time alone to be adults. That made the moment feel uncomfortable in the setting we were much enjoying. But she over came it by trying play it off towards the end, she brought it up as a positive conversation and also by giving an amazing desert recommendation 🫤. The manager also helped the case because we noticed she reacted quickly to the situation when she noticed we were not feeling the moment anymore. She stepped right in and was extremely attentive and that made the world of difference. So for that we will still be back just with a different answer 😂 to what are we celebrating 🥳 The atmosphere was superb it has such an amazing feel and vibe that it’s memorable and as a marketer I noticed how everything was setup in such a pleasant, well thought out and entertaining way. Every where you looked there was something to admire. So in my final thought, I will say this place is worth visiting and we will be coming back. Enjoy.
El Yoro is a professionally run restaurant that truly stands out. Whether you’re enjoying a family dinner or hosting a business meeting, it’s an excellent choice. The menu pricing isn’t designed to force you into overspending; instead, it offers flexibility to accommodate a wide range of budgets and dining preferences. The team operates seamlessly and delivers warm, family-style hospitality while still maintaining a high-end dining experience. The manager is actively involved—running food, performing quality checks, and truly managing the floor to ensure guests are happy and well taken care of throughout the night. Servers communicate well with one another, and it’s clear that everyone is aligned and working together. My server, Jean Pierre Cisneros, was outstanding and truly elevated the experience to a top-notch level. He was attentive, professional, and personable, and it was easy to see that he’s a genuine team player. I observed him consistently engaging with his fellow coworkers—jumping in to help when needed and keeping the overall vibe positive and upbeat. What really stands out is that the staff genuinely seems to enjoy their work, and that positive energy is something guests can absolutely feel. From the manager to the chefs, servers, bussers, and even the to-go staff handling takeout orders, this place runs like a well-oiled machine—a true credit to both management and ownership. The restaurant is exceptionally clean, and the overall experience feels thoughtful and intentional. No matter the occasion, this is the place to come. I will absolutely be back.
Outstanding Service from Ariadna! We had an amazing experience at El Toro Loco thanks to our server, Ariadna. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcome. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, knew the menu inside and out, and gave fantastic recommendations that made our meal even better. Everything arrived quickly, perfectly prepared, and with such great energy that it elevated the whole dining experience. Ariadna’s professionalism and genuine friendliness turned a good night into a great one — we’ll definitely be back and will be asking for her again!
I assumed this place was like all the other overrated 4.9 star restaurants that seem to be everywhere in Miami but this was not like the others. The service here was top notch, the decor was very thoughtful, the atmosphere was energetic but not loud, and the food. Wow I was so impressed not just by the quality of the meat but the price! I'm used to paying triple this much for comparable restaurants in LA. The portions are very generous and I honestly think we will be able to eat the leftovers for 2 more full meals. Fantastic, definitely come here if you have the chance. Most of the other places in Little Havana are resting on their history and are not nearly as good as this place.
I had an absolutely incredible experience at this steakhouse! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The décor was beautiful, the lighting was perfect, and the whole place had a cozy yet upscale vibe. The food was phenomenal-hands down some of the best steak I've ever had. Perfectly cooked, seasoned to perfection, and paired with sides that were just as delicious. Every bite was full of flavor, and you could tell the quality of ingredients was top-notch. The service, though, is what truly set this place apart. Our waitress Aneiris was beyond amazing-so sweet, kind, and genuinely attentive. She checked on us just enough without being intrusive, offered great suggestions that turned out to be spot-on, and had such a friendly and welcoming personality. She made us feel like valued guests, not just another table.
Man my guy JP hooked it up, we have the best service. Food was good, and this is the 4th o5tb location of theirs I visit. By far, this is the best one. This time I had the Chicken Fajitas, the veggies were cooked well. The chicken was good only a bit dry. Not too salty or anything. JP also recommended the Torreja dessert, man that was my first time trying it and it was perfect. I would 100% come back.
Delicious food, amazing service and huge servings. Everyone there presented with a smile. Indy was great and attentive and the manager, Dayan connected with us as we walked in- had my attention and heart at the entrance. If we are ever in Miami, we are definitely coming back here.
I love the place! I went with my husband and had a really nice dinner. Barbara was our server and she was super friendly and attentive the whole time. We started with the tostones rellenos, and they were honestly my favorite dish of the night — so good. She also gave us a great wine recommendation that paired perfectly with our food. Everything felt relaxed and well taken care of. Would definitely come back.
Amazing experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and everything was beautifully presented. But the best part was the service from Jenny — she was attentive, kind, and truly went above and beyond. She made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. We will definitely be coming back!
Had a great time at El Toro Loco! We came in with a group and everything went super smoothly. The food was really good and came out hot and well prepared. Huge shoutout to our server Barbara — she was amazing. She handled our whole group perfectly, kept everything organized, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of the entire time. Her attitude and attention honestly made the experience even better. Definitely recommend this place and would come back again.
Excellent food and great atmosphere. The meat platter was outstanding and everything was cooked perfectly. But what truly made the experience exceptional was our server, Thalia. Her attention, kindness, and professionalism made all the difference. She went above and beyond, amazing service!
Went to this resturant for my company luncheon and had a great experience. Waitresses were very nice and attentive. The food delicious and it was a fun environment. Didnt hurt i didnt pay but loved it. Got a little golden bull that i can bring back and get a free appetizer so thats a plus. Will plan on brining my family soon.
JP made our night !!!! Food was excellent and the vibe was spot on but when you add on the service of JP then there’s no way we’re not coming back again & again !!!! We’re from London & heard this was the best steak in the world - not wrong ! Unreal! Totally delicious. Can’t wait to be back again. Ask to be served by JP !!!! Just perfection.
Dined here last night and was served mainly by the beautiful Ymandra. Of course so many amazing servers helped under the watchful eyes of the manager ensuring nothing is left to chance. From the second we walked in we were treated like royalty. The service was amazing, quick and pleasant, the ambiance wonderful, the bathrooms impeccable and the appetizer, main course and desert was out of this world with every bite melting in your mouth. And not to mention the food was very affordable and perfect portions. I give El Toro Loco 7 out of 5.
Drove an hour to check this place out after a friend recommended it—and honestly, it was the best decision we made all day. The food was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had heard parking was a nightmare, but they actually offer valet. Unfortunately, we parked a block away based on some bad info, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you’re looking for great food, this spot is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience at Toro Loco! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and served fresh. The portions were generous, and everything tasted authentic and well-prepared. The service was outstanding — the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was lively, clean, and perfect for enjoying a great meal with family or friends. If you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and a fun environment, Toro Loco is definitely the place to go. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you kemeely for the great experience and amazing service
I’ve always wanted to visit this place passing by on our city’s historic 8th street. The music, the lights, and even staff all seemingly in a hurry to provide an incredible dining experience. Well, El Toro Loco did nothing short of that from the warmth and welcome at the door to the steak and smiles at the table. Amazing experience - thanks Ymandra; can’t wait to heat up my leftovers in a bit. P.S. The live singer was a rockstar and super nice and down to earth, too; I’m thankful people like that still exist. She was a really dope touch to the dining experience.
We had a great experience! Kemeely was our server and she was very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. The atmosphere was great, and Jenny was also amazing helping her out. I’d definitely recommend coming here and requesting Kemeely - such a great team!
One of the best steakhouses I‘ve tried. We came here on a saturday evening and got a table without sny reservations or problems. The ambiente was perfect with live music. The service was excellent, especially rhe service of JP, he gave us a quick overview over the menu and got us good suggestions. The food was perfect. Would come any time again.
Michelin star ⭐️ Sooo earned What a place! What a FOOD! What service 😍 Beautiful team work and organization. Everything warm, yummy and just perfect 👌🏻 🤩 shout out to JP 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 and the manager in red shirt 🫶🏻🙌🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 you guys and all your team 🫶🏻 We had the best food experience in Miami. Hopefully coming back soon 🌟
Hands down one of the best steak experiences in Little Havana. The steak was cooked perfectly beautifully medium rare, insanely tender, and full of flavor. You can tell this is quality meat handled by someone who knows exactly what they’re doing. The simple chimichurri style sauce elevated the beef without overpowering it, letting the steak shine. A must try when in little Havana Miami.
"This was an incredible dining experience! Both the picanha and churrasco were cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The service was truly fantastic and made the meal even better. Highly recommended! Kemeely was our server and she was super attentive with great energy!"
I had an amazing experience at this steakhouse! The food was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked steaks with incredible flavor. On top of that, the service made the night unforgettable. Our server, Elias, was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He made us feel welcome from start to finish. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!
I am no steak expert by any means but this steakhouse (and JB our server, 100/10 service) has given me the best steak I've ever had. PLEASE get the outside skirt steak. recommended by JB: very tender without being fatty and the quality comes through in the taste. I'm normally a fan of ribeye but I've been converted: thank you again JB! Worth every penny! Definitely recommend coming for Happy Hour too, 1/2 priced Mojitos are incredible. This place is a must visit
I saw gugas video at the little havana location. I live in tampa. 300 miles away. This place is worth the trip! I flew in just for the wagyu tacos and I'd do it again! The Australian ribeye was better that most and the bead pudding was so good I have to censor myself to keep this review g rated. Definitely worth stopping by!
What an absolute treat! We were a group of four and shared the 6 lb meat platter with eight sides — and it was incredible! The meat was unbelievably good; I haven’t had anything this delicious in a long time. The service and the atmosphere were fantastic as well. For the quality and the portions you get, the prices are truly unbeatable. We’ll definitely be back!
I had an excellent dining experience at Toro Loco on 8th Street with my family. Our waitress, Annezys, was outstanding and provided exceptional service throughout the evening. The chicken was amazing, and the pork was just as good truly top-quality meat. Overall, it’s a great place with excellent food at a very fair price. Highly recommended—don’t hesitate to visit.
Both food and service was absolutely amazing. Our server Lara was full of smiles, kept drinks full, had our meals out quick and hot, and was very knowledgeable and happy to help. Picane and the wagyu ribeye both melted in my mouth. To drink, I had the “Pink Dragon” martini and oh my gosh. It was fantastic. The vibes were there, music was going and it had me swaying and dancing in my seat. Thank you again! I had a wonderful experience and will be back next time I am in town.
From the moment you walk in, the place just smells incredible... the beef, the grill, everything hits you in the best way. The ambiance is beautiful and instantly welcoming. The service is truly worthy of a Michelin-level restaurant. Everyone is attentive, kind, and genuinely focused on making your experience special. We were sitting at the bar in front of the open kitchen, watching the chefs at the grill, the bartenders, the servers, even the managers working in perfect harmony. It was such an amazing experience from start to finish. A place that definitely deserves all the praise. Highly recommended! Thank you Talia and kemeely for the amazing service 🤍✨
An amazing dinning experience. We ordered the grilled octopus appetiser and the pork rinds. Both were delicious. The Pecada deluxe was our main and it was wonderful, such a good selection of food to try. The meats were all succulent and cooked to perfection and it was all fresh and high quality. As for the service it was exceptional, our server Giselle fantastic. She was very fun, attentive and very nice. Her friendly attitude elevated the experience 🙂. We all thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend.
The restaurant was okay, but the experience was inconsistent. We were told the wait would be 40–60 minutes, yet we were able to book online and be seated in 15 minutes. We were informed the food would take 30–40 minutes, which we accepted, but when it arrived it was cold and we received a different cut of meat than ordered. The food tasted good, but being served cold was disappointing.
A very lively setting!! We didn’t know what we were in for but we walked by and couldn’t deny the energy so we wanted to get a drink. We were treated to a smoking margarita, a wonderful flan and great service - oh! And a fire dancer and very loud music that had a night club pumping vibe as the night wore on. Very attentive service and very enjoyable stop in! Just wish we came hungry to try the steak!
Went got Valentine's. Waited 50 mins outside to be seated even though I had a reservation. Appetiser came within 20 mins of being inside and seated but waited a hour and a half for entree. Good thing is they gave us complimentary pork belly and cheesy yuca for waiting. But yea. The steak was okay. I'm realising steak doesn't impress me so the wait wasn't worth it for me personally. My boyfriend liked the food and service though so the night was worth it for that.
I visited El Toro Loco with my mom and husband for dinner, and the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. The area is nice, I loved the fireplace when you walk in, and the overall seating layout is great. We chose to sit outside since the weather was perfect. The service throughout the night was excellent everyone was kind, attentive, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing, especially compared to other El Toro Loco locations I’ve been to. We ordered lamb chops, and right away we noticed how small they were. My mom ordered the three-piece, and I ordered the five-piece. One of my mom’s lamb chops was noticeably undercooked and very pink inside. The manager came over and was genuinely kind, but instead of replacing it with a new lamb chop, they took the one she had already cut and simply re-cooked it before returning it. I expected a fresh replacement, especially since it was raw. As for the sides, the asparagus and kale salad were both very good. We also ordered mashed potatoes, but they were extremely salty. The lamb chops themselves had a strange flavor something just tasted off. I thought it was just me, but both my mom and husband agreed. My husband also ordered the T-bone steak (I believe that’s the one), and he wasn’t a fan of it. However, he did enjoy the picanha, which was cooked perfectly to his liking. The French fries were delicious as well. For drinks, we tried the berry lemonade frozen, which tasted good but was overly sweet compared to other locations. My mom got the mint lemonade frozen, which also tasted nice but wasn’t actually frozen it was watered down. Overall, the atmosphere, cleanliness, and especially the service were great. But because of the flavor issues with the meat, the small size of the lamb chops (especially for the price), the overly salty mashed potatoes, and the overly sweet drinks, I’m giving this location a 3 out of 5. The staff and manager were truly kind and attentive, and I genuinely appreciated their service.
Made reservations at 8pm, waiting for about one hour to be seated, then waited almost another hour to be served after I order. We had to speak with the manager, its a challenge to get the waitress attention. They took too long, very overcrowded, very loud and the place is small for the amount of people it arrives. However, the food is great, variety of meats platters, sides dishes need to purchase separate portions are small. Price on menu is a bit high.
We went on a busy Saturday night and sat outside. They had heaters up and going during the "Miami freeze". I wouldn't recommend going on a weekend. We had to wait to be seated (we had a reservation), wait a while for drinks, and then wait about an hour for our food. I received my meal 5 minutes before my partner got his. When the food arrived, it was lukewarm at best. The food was good, but maybe not something I would write home about. It was just so busy -- long bathroom line (only 1 stall), crowded space both indoors and outdoors, constant dragging and rearranging of tables for larger parties, servers running everywhere -- pretty chaotic. There was a live singer, but it was SO loud. We couldn't really hear our server. We really wanted to order a dessert, but decided not to after seeing the table next to us wait 20+ minutes to receive theirs. Watch out for 18% gratuity automatically added to bills but not mentioned.
Very disappointing dining experience. First of all, the service attitude was rude. Our server immediately tried to upsell Happy Hour drinks as soon as we sat down. She kept insisting that we order a drink or an appetizer, and even after we clearly said we wanted to wait, she continued pushing it nonstop. The entire ordering process was uncomfortable and unnecessarily stressful. Second, when we received the bill, we noticed that they had added extra charges, $3 more than what was shown on the menu. We ordered the sampler plate listed at $28, but the bill showed a higher price for the salad we ordered. They claimed there was a +$2 difference (which was NEVER mentioned to us) and an additional +$1 because “the menu wasn’t updated.” When we showed the server the photo of the menu with the correct price, she simply replied, “Do you want me to take it off?” which felt completely dismissive rather than genuinely helpful. Is El Toro Loco Steakhouse Little Havana really training their staff to behave this way, raising their voice at customers when they are the ones being unreasonable? Finally, there is an extremely tiny line on the menu stating that the restaurant charges an automatic 18% service fee. The text is so small that it is almost impossible for anyone to notice. I think it makes sense to charge 18% given that this restaurant is located at Little Havana, but her service is not worth it. Our time is worthy too. On top of that, the chairs were uncomfortable, and the food itself was salty and oily. There is only one bathroom for men and women respectively. For the prices they charge, the quality and service should be far better than this.
El Toro Loco – Miami Beach / Little Havana This place was a disappointment from the moment we sat down. It was cold outside, yet the restaurant had the doors wide open and the A/C blasting. Half the dining room was freezing, clearly uncomfortable, and the staff couldn’t have cared less. They were told numerous times by customers to no avail. There was a man in a white shirt—likely the manager or owner—who walked around completely oblivious to customers’ obvious discomfort. They were also doing construction in the restaurant with no tarps separating the work zone and the people eating. Every time they made dust it ended up on my table. Service awareness was nonexistent. As for the food, there were a couple of bright spots, but not nearly enough to justify the price. The bone marrow was excellent and served properly with garlic toast. The grilled octopus was also cooked well. That’s where the positives end. The 3-lb tomahawk steak, which should be the star of the menu, was a joke. Yes, it was cooked to the correct temperature—but it was loaded with fat and gristle, making it poor quality and wildly overpriced. The mojitos were mediocre at best and completely forgettable. For almost $300 for two people, this was a 1 star meal . A couple of decent dishes don’t excuse poor management, zero attention to guest comfort, and subpar value. ⭐ — overpriced, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the money.
会多收钱!还不退钱!别吃! We were overcharged nearly $60 for an item we did not order. When we pointed it out, the manager said the charge would be refunded and then re-charged correctly. However, my bank statement now clearly shows that I was charged twice, and no refund was actually processed. This is not a small mistake but a serious billing issue. Extremely unprofessional and stressful. Check your receipt carefully. I would not recommend eating here.
The place is very crowded and loud and busy on a Saturday night. Waited 10 minutes to sit. Waitress served us drinks. Left and did return until 30 min later to take our order. She attended two other tables that came after us. We waited one hour to eat. The totones was cold and flabby. The fried Yuca really good. Lobster soup was good, wagyu taco was delicious 😋 .Ribeye with rice and tamale was also good. The manager and the waitress apologized for the service. That was totally uncalled for.
