I wanted to get something small. I ordered a pomegranate plunge with both whey and pea protein. I also ordered a kale slaw side. Most of what is sold here is wrap or sandwiches which are wheat flour. For myself. I can have smoothie, salad and the potato chips. The tropical bowls should also very low gluten. That’s the biggest drawback is now gluten free choices

I’m here daily and have such a great experience every time! The staff is amazing. I have a smoothie, and breakfast wrap on the regular. My fav go to is the Caribbean Jerk chicken wrap with a side of sweet potatoes. Always consistently full of flavor. Love this location 💜

When I came to this location, it was after having waited four hours for hotel check-in just to be told at check-in time that our room was still not ready. Still, the customer service here was exceptional. They made me feel welcomed and didn’t rush me and made my food quickly. I would highly recommend this location and loved how all of the food tasted.

Great place to get healthy delicious smoothies! I have always ordered online and they have my smoothies waiting for me as soon as I walk through the door. They are very high quality smoothies that taste great!

The smoothie was OK. A little watery. Seems the guy might had a difficult time getting the consistency down and over compensated with the liquid, but it happens, everyone is new there after all. I'll see how it is the next time. Will be back for sure.

Honestly, the only thing I’m upset about is not finding out about this place sooner it’s spectacular and it’s close to my house. Definitely recommended 10/10. Nice table was a perfect size and the hummus and veggie wrap is so delicious!

I am in love with this location! Came back today for a Baja chicken wrap and their summer mocktail island punch. Delicious to say the least. Jose and Amy were great as always and Leo hooked up the island punch smoothie. Definitely recommend coming to this location. One of the best!!

The first day they opened it, the manager came to our office with smoothies to make us try it, that kindness has impacted me it is unique, it is the first time I have seen this admirable attitude from a manager. I personally have never been to a Tropical Cafe because I don't have one in the area I live, so it is my first experience and I am delighted with the products and the service.The employees are very friendly !!. My girlfriend loves tropical smoothie cafe and introduced me to this place. Amazing and healthy smoothies and a wide variety of wraps ! I had a mango magic with a baja chicken wrap! Meanwhile waiting for my order the worker dropped his cooking utensil and put it back on his station, it wasn’t until his coworker advised him to clean his utensil. Props to her for making sure things run smoothly meanwhile the manager wasn’t aware of the situation.

The fruit bowls are good, açaí could have more reak açaí.

We waited at the counter for about 5 minutes and called for someone and decided to leave after they didn't come out as we left. Your employee was sitting at the back on her phone, without headphones (so we know she heard because we called a few times), and just kept staring at her phone. Terrible customer service. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Won't be coming back here. My reviews will be seen by thousands and hopefully they have an alternate experience.

She rolls her eyes turns around and starts tending back to what she was doing. She seemed to be cleaning up and putting away items so I asked “ oh im sorry are you closing ?” ( thinking maybe thats why she was so rude and seemed bothered why I was in there ) she doesn’t even look at me just says “ 9pm” and walks away to the back. I told my friend loudly , lets leave im not dealing with her bad attitude. Terrible customer service. I knew even if she made me something it probably would have tasted bad sincr she just wanted to get out of there.
