Sit at the bar and Charlie will make you feel right at home. The Parilla is a great choice: make sure one of them is the flank steak and the green tomato sauce is so good you’re going to want to take it home.

Had Breakfast here Monday and Tuesday morning. Pedro on Monday and Alejandro Tuesday were the best. The food was awesome. It had been forever since I had such a great Eggs Benedict. And Alejandro was so sweet, thank you for laughing with me when I was half asleep!

Had a beautiful walk around this hotel. Haven’t stayed here yet, but the bar is awesome and the service is great. Can’t wait to come back here again. Also love the fact that the roof top bar is open to the public and not private.

I had an amazing time at Vela. I would give most of the credit to Luna, as she not only represents very well for the establishment but also gave me outstanding service and made it one of the best experiences I could have asked for.

As a local, this place has become my go to when I want to have a drink or food. I absolutely love the atmosphere at the lobby bar or the pool bar. The staff is the best! I always feel so welcomed when I’m here. One of my favorite people at yotel is David, I always try to come by when he is here. Love having drinks “with him”. He makes the best “Tom Collins” , which is my favorite drink.

Charles made this whole entire trip and experience amazing! We came for the happy hour that starts at 4:00 pm and stayed the entire time because of Charles who’s not only informative of the menu but so courteous. Y’all go visit and ask for Charles!! HIS MARGARITAS ARE AMAZING!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The restaurant provided a great work-friendly environment for travelers, which we appreciated. Paulina and Gino delivered exceptional service, paying close attention to detail and displaying a fantastic attitude that made us feel like old friends. We will definitely be returning!

Charles is an amazing Bartender and was so accommodating. He took care of me and my family and had great conversation. He works very hard and makes sure his customers are well taken care of!

SoulEdge: Bite size... I dine there before for lunch. I decided to follow-up with breakfast. Ordered Steak & Eggs, and mocha. There was a mix up on how I ordered the eggs. I remember saying overeasy. No biggie there, but having been served. It felt like small size portions on the steak & potatoes. I had dine nearby. And ordered the same thing at another place by Chopin Plaza (see my other reviews & compare the pictures) and I don't know what to say. This visit dedicated to my German American ex girlfriend. 🇺🇸 🇩🇪 🎸✌️

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. We were a party of 3 and waited 25 minutes to even be acknowledge. A party of 4 that was seated after us received their food and drinks before us after waiting for half an hour. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that was supposed to come with avocado but didn’t. We also ordered a chicken Caesar salad that came after serving us the sandwich and the salad also came without the chicken. The salad was great but the sandwich was mediocre. Update: Change my rating from 1 to 3 stars. We ended up asking to speak to the manager but after 30 minutes they were unable to get him to us as he was busy? Idk. But the head bartender on duty was very apologetic and made sure to do something for us after this service. He gave us 3 rounds of shots and free fries to go. Would I dine here again? Most likely not.
