Perfect spot for a stop during my errands. I sat down and requested to-go just in case I couldnt finish. I enjoyed dining in and was impressed with the to go utensils and containers. Pictured is a seafood Ramen and black garlic ramen which we requested not be over salted and it was perfect. It was generous and was consistent with pricing.
The teriyaki and the curry were awesome! And the Chashu bun was on point. New ownership and things are fantastic!
Stopped in for lunch with my husband. The atmosphere is giving rebel/punk, with what looks like customer scribbles all over the walls + a sizable Yume mascot standing against the wall. I ordered a side of pork belly. It was a pretty thick + girth, I'd say somewhere between 1-2 inches thick and probably about 4 inches wide. It which came fully saturated in some brown sauce and the texure was buttery soft. The pork wheel is marbled with a delicious fat ring that packs a lot of flavor. I would highly recommend it!! My husband ordered the Yume Mega Bowl with featured the same pork belly roll I ordered, as well as another cut of pork in slices and sliced chicken with curly noodles and a boiled egg that fell somewhere between soft and hard boiled. We found the chicken to be lacking flavor. The alternative pork was decent but nowhere near as good as the pork belly. The noodles were also decent but seemed like they'd be so much better if we let them sit for a while to absorbed the broth flavor. He added spice which was mild to moderate during his meal but very spicy at the end as the spice seems to settle at the bottom. We ordered a lychee fruit tea + a passion fruit fruit tea. Both had identifiable fruit flavors but neither was overly sweet and the tea flavor was very subtle.
Staff is kind very informative great portion sizes prices are reasonable drinks are tall and delicious food fresh and delicious as well will be coming back
My husband and I love Asian food and since we are living by this neighborhood, we went to Yume to get some To Go dishes for a rainy Saturday. The girls by the counter are super friendly! They speak Spanish and welcome customers in a very nice way. Hubby had a Beef Domburi and I had the tonkotsu chicken ramen. Needless to say that the awaiting time is very short and we got everything in a snap! We also order the donuts which are to die for! Favorite flavors are creme brule and stripes. We will go again to try the bubble tea! With more donuts hehehe.
The place is very cool, the branding is amazing with high quality cups, utensils, and bowls all with their name and with cool and slick modern design. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The food was very tasty and was served very fast. Overall very awesome place 🤘🏻
Walked in was greeted, the cashier was wonderful and had plenty of knowledge of what to order. place was clean would definitely pop back in and order the Ramen. As we were sipping our teas the restaurant got full of people in less then 10 min just go's to show that the food must be good. Our teas were delicious.
Best tonkotsu ramen we've had since moving from Seattle. The broth had a great flavor, not too oily or salty, and the pork was fried crispy. The bubble tea and doughnuts were also great. We will be back here soon.
This unassuming establishment is small, buried in the midst of the large plaza. Best thing is, it's next Harbor Freight, yet another reason to go. I'll just start by saying my Spicy Miso Ramen was very tastety. It came piping hot as it should, with a dab of spicy globule that you can administer your own hotness, & 2 slabs of decently thick cuts of pork. The place is very gadget modern, where you can order online & come get your grub. Lazy old fashion guy like me, I ordered at the register & waited at one seven tables that fits 2. They called for me a brief wait later, I picked it up at the counter, & the rest is history, delicious. Gyoza went well with the Ramen. Writings on the walls, jurazzo like floor give impression of hip place. Crazy traffic so take care coming & going.
I walked into this unassuming shop in a strip mall and was absolutely blown away by the quality of the ramen that this shop had to offer. I got the tonkotsu ramen and the broth was so rich and flavorful and the pork chashu pieces were so tender they melted in your mouth and the soft boiled egg was marinated to perfection and jammy and delicious. I really appreciate that the green onions were shredded instead of chopped. It added a great texture with the noodles. The noodles were also thick and perfectly cooked. My partner also got the ramen but he got the Black garlic which he greatly enjoyed as well. I got a passion fruit tea with my order and it was very good and had an interesting texture with the fruit inside. I almost thought it was ultra finely diced watermelon pieces? It was so small though. Gave the drink a crunchy texture. But this was easily the best ramen I've had in south Florida and I've been to large ramen restaurant from downtown to coral gables all the way to further south and I think flavor wise this was my top pic.
Highly recommended new Ramen place in town. They have really good Donburis and Bobas as well. The customer service is really good and the atmosphere as well. The price might seem a little bit expensive but they give out really big portion so it’s totally worth the price. They give out foods in their awesome customized bowl with a nice takeout bag (if you order for takeout). We also got to talk to one of the owners and it was really nice to know about their startup story. Their customized character is also super dope. I have already been 4-5 times to this place and highly recommend everyone to try it out.
Incredible Ramen! The best boba in the area. The employees are so nice and helpful. I’ve been there 5 times since I found this spot. I highly recommend it!
The food is delicious! The boba tea is amazing! But the have to put more boba in the drink!! Please because i love this restaurant!!
Awesome ramen, delivered and still warm and delicious, well packaged and will definitely order from them again very soon!
The food was so good, I order milk tea(wintermelon) taste super good same as authentic asian milk tea, ramen was so scrumptious also the buns, THIS PLACE IS UNDERRATED!
So happy this place opened! It's hard to find a ramen spot with good quality noodles but their noodles are the perfect texture.
Everything is great. Food is awesome. Service is outstanding. WARNING: The tip jar is not for the staff, but for the owners. Please give the tips DIRECTLY to the staff for their superb service and professionalism.
Really good ramen, big portion and have variety of drinks and food. Is it recommended and the please is very family friendly, good customer service!
We had been meaning to try this place for some time. Can't believe it's so good. Portions are abundant, staff is very friendly & prices are fair.
We ordered the Vegan Ramen and the Garlic Ramen. My friend and I both loved our broths which was rich in flavor. * THEY MAKE THE BEST SOFT EGG*!! Service is great, we ordered to-go and the host was very friendly. Oh, and the packaging for the food is adorable. This place is a vibe 🤟.
It was clean and super cute! The music was low enough that we could hear each other speak but loud enough to enjoy. The buns were my favorite! My mom had the curry chicken but she didn’t pour the curry however, she enjoyed the chicken alone! Everything was GREAT! Will count to eat here 😊 spent $70 for 3 people including drinks!
The black garlic ramen here deserves a 5 star. I am very picky when it comes to ramen. This was ordered to go where the broth is separated from the ramen. I ate the ramen before adding the broth, and that alone was already good. The bamboo is well seasoned, the noodles bouncy. The pork is soft and perfectly seasoned. The eggs cooked correctly with a soft golden yolk. The broth was flavorful, and the portion is just right. Yes, I am satisfied!
So happy I found this place. I placed an order through Uber Eats, but before I did I called with some questions on their teas and smoothies. They answered the phone quickly and were so helpful. I truly appreciate that, I notice many businesses in Miami do not answer their phones. My order came in the cutest holiday packaging and it was delicious. I got the spicy pork ramen and the taro smoothie. Very flavorful and even came packaged with floss. I will be a regular here!
There’s a lot of love in Yume’s food. I have had ramen in California and New York and they are the best I’ve had. The cooks are passionate about their craft! It’s a little pricey but the money goes toward the ingredients, their cutlery, and containers. They are willing to pay more for for a better experience. 1000% recommend this to anyone who wants to try ramen.
The best thing about this ramen is the quality. It's 10/10. The broth is creamy and flavorful. At first you don't think the portion is large enough but you are definitely full at the end of the bowl. The staff are sweet and the prices are cheaper/comparable to other ramen places throughout miami. The space could be way more inviting but other than that I'd highly recommend for a good ramen in cutler bay! 👌🏽
Great place to eat Rice Ramen Noodles and bubble tea. The staff was great and very hopeful. Kids love it and anyone is allow to write messages on the wall. Great time in family we had!!
While the atmosphere is a bit too modernist for my tastes the food and service more than make up for it. My wife and I ordered several items and each showed a care for quality and a well thought out menu Takoyaki: Crisp outside, creamy inside and piping hot. Perfectly made and wonderfully rich flavor, very glad to have a place nearby now that’s serves it Black garlic ramen: While a bit heavy on the aroma oil the broth was beautifully made. Rich and creamy tonkotsu broth with tender chashu pork and crisp bamboo shoots. A lot of love and effort went into make it and it’s very evident in the quality Chashu donburi: That tender chashu shined even more in the donburi, the rice was perfectly cooked and the kewpie mayo on top added a richness that balanced out the green onion Lychee fruit tea: The pleasant floral lychee flavor was elevated by the pieces of watermelon and lime slice added to the tea, a great flavor pairing that showed a lot of thought Pineapple slush: Not too tart not too sweet, well balanced and refreshing! Key lime special drink: A blend of green tea and key lime, which for my tastes could’ve used just a touch more sweetness but overall had a very nice bitterness to it that wasn’t overwhelming
Great milk tea! Not crazy sweet so it’s just right. We also got the passion fruit tea and I enjoy the pieces of watermelon which makes the drink refreshing. Even better is that they have a tablet you can order from and pay, but there is also a cashier as well to attend and help you as well.
Eaten the ramen here multiple times. Would recommend. Food is good and really well prepared and packaged. They also have pretty refreshing drinks.
The food is fantastic and well presented but they should put the reggaeton music down. I’m trying to eat and relax not party. Thanks for the great food.
Just finished eating at Yume and it was awesome! We ordered the Chashu Bun appetizer and Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. So flavorful and huge portions! Definitely going to go back again
All I have to say is - WOW This is BY FAR the best hibachi I’ve ever had - and the dumplings? WOOOWWWWWW THANK YOU FOR MAKING AMAZING FOOD!!!
very delicious, i love the thai tea and spicy tonkotsu ramen. i also tried the karaage chicken and it was very juicy. this place is definitely not cheap but i go when i want to treat myself.
I ordered a Rose Milk tea and Curry Chicken Donburi. Both very delicious. The chicken was very flavorful. Also the employees were friendly. 10/10
By far the BEST ramen I have ever had. We had the black garlic ramen and vegan ramen and both were so flavorful and fresh. I will definitely return.
This place has the best ramen around! Super nice to go packaging too, so even at home you feel you get the whole experience. Love this place
Love this little hidden gem in Cutler Bay. Ramen and Tea were delicious. We ordered via Ubereats. Will definetly pass by soon and order again. :) Good Luck!
First time here I was received with a smile , given my order with a smile and I left with thank you’d and smiles. Food was excellent. Will visit again and again 😃 Decided to leave an extra tip before leaving… smiles and good service should be rewarded.
I ate the spicy tokatsu ramen. It was really good and not salty. Portions in my opinion is a great value. Delicious Ramen and Boba is fine.
The best Ramen in Miami, and I’ve tried many. And the best Mochi donuts, the only ones that taste exactly like the ones in Japan. 5/5
Food is good, very clean, customer service is good. Food is a little pricey but I think it's average prices compared to other Ramen bowls. Packaging is also very nice and unique! Ramen bowls and rice cakes are delicious! Not to mention they can custom your Ramen bowl if you don't eat red meat or pork they can make it with vegan or chicken instead which is amazing! A must try and nice cute date I would say.
Yume Ramen is a very, very, very welcome addition to Cutler Bay. I visit the area regularly and, while I love Cutler Bay, the food options are lacking. Yume is a beautiful exception. I was pleased with the food alone. However, they also have very nice packaging! I know that is a little detail, but I have to believe it is reflective of the restaurants values around the dining experience they offer. We ordered to go and it even felt special. Thank you for coming to Cutler Bay. I will visit every time I visit your lovely town.
Was happy to hear they had a Vegan Raman, and seaweed salad, definitely a must try. They were super kind and helpful if you want your Raman with a little cake, make sure to ask for the chili paste. If you don’t like caffeine, definitely try the lime drink, they can make it with just water. Thanks for the good food!
I gotta say, that Japanese restaurant hit the spot! The tonkotsu ramen was seriously mouthwatering, and the staff? Super friendly, like talking to old pals. Oh, and they hooked me up with a free mango tea that was so darn refreshing. The whole vibe in there was real nice too, just added to the whole experience. Definitely gonna be a regular spot for me from now on!
Pork tonkotsu ramen is amazing. Takoyaki is flavorful and such a nice craving to fulfill
We tried Yume Ramen and we are so happy to finally have great ramen in our neighborhood. The food is fresh, hot and had lots of flavor. We got the Tonkatsu ramen and Tonkatsu spicy ramen and both were delicious. Everything was perfectly seasoned and the portions are large. The staff are very polite and helpful with questions. The dining area and kitchen were clean. We will be regulars here.
I'm not a big soup person, but was craving for one. I stopped at Yume Ramen & Bubble Tea and must say that the ramen soup I had was so tasty and good. The presentation was very authentic and well presented. I had the Lychee fruit tea with lychee boba, which was so delicious. I will definitely be back again, and I recommend Yume to anyone willing to try them out. The place is small and very clean and there is plenty of parking.
The shop was really clean and had a great vibe. The tea and the mochi donuts were also really good, and the ambience was very niche.
Came in just before closing and received the best Ramen (Yume Mega Bowl) Ive ever had! Thanks to Shen for the awesome customer service and helping me decide on my order! Will be back!
This place is amazing! First i love the welcoming energy and the patience towards helping to decide what to eat and drink! My son also loved the place :) i love the drawings and writings on the wall, it’s more memorable Best matcha ever 🥺! The food is delicious and amazing prices! Definitely will be back, you guys are worth it; and the energy in this restaurant is beautiful
Great ramen and good quality drinks. Atmosphere is a little bit cheesy with everyone allowed to write on the walls. The prices are what keeps this from being 5 star. With 15 a bowl and 7 a tea one would expect gourmet ingredients not just noodles and pork or chicken. Again ramen was great but not 15. More like 11. And drink size should at most cost you 5.
Ramen in Miami is typically pretty disappointing. Found this place close by our house and went in with fairly low expectations. Ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen with Thai tea. I found the broth surprisingly flavorful. The chasu pork was decent. The toppings could use a little work as well as presentation. Definitely would visit again if craving hits since it is a lot closer than flying to nyc.
Cute little cozy ramen shop. It's brand new so it's really clean. I lived in Japan for 2 years and have been chasing that ramen taste ever since. The Gyoza is fantastic and delicious 9/10. I got the blackened garlic ramen and it's always different everywhere I try it. The broth was ok but they are definitely not using black garlic, and it was oily instead of the typical thicker rich tonkatsu broth that I crave. Maybe if they added a tempered whipped egg it'd be a little closer to that. The bowl it came in was metal so everything was PIPING hot and it stayed that way. You've been warned. The bamboo shoots were ok not exactly there yet in terms of flavor but the texture was spot on. The soft boiled egg was actually really good and that's hard to do. The noodles were cooked perfectly and we're flavorful. The chashu (while not exactly identical to japanese chasu and was not cooked the same way) was really good. All in all solid 6.8 out of 10 if you want a good ramen expiernce or if you've never had "real ramen". If they served beer maybe I'd give them a 7.5 out of 10.
Beef ribs are fire. the Fried pork rice was bland, you can obviously see that they mixed white rice with the under season fried rice. I'm never ordering the fried rice ever again. And the staff seem so unhappy. But all in all it does have great food, just that rice is yuk.
El ramen está muy bueno pero me costó trabajo comer con tenedor. Pedí unos palillos a una empleada y me dijo que no disponían de palillos. 🤷🏻♂️
Had high hopes for this place and I was let down. My wife and I are huge weebs , and I mean where else in Miami Florida are you able to Dine like the rest of the great Anime hero’s do ? Upon first visiting I was greeted by 2 female employees who asked if we would be dining in or taking out My wife and I decided that we would be dining in for her birthday. Upon asking us for our order the following occurred Asked for my own waters to start us off (this should be given as courtesy) Purchased a bottled sprite there should really be a bottle opener near by had to use my anime power to open the bottle. Asked if there was any specials was told no Asked if there was any specials to accommodate birthdays was told no (10% off on a desert item won’t kill you guys ) Was not recommended any appetizers had to ask after my order was placed We were not seated and had to place our order at the desk as opposed to traditional dining One redeeming moment was that the girls did have a decent memorization of the menu. Once the food was ready our number was called and I had to get up and retrieve it as oppose to one of the waitresses bringing it to my table ( I’m not bougie this is a restaurant not McDonalds we were literally 4 feet away ) Upon getting to the meal My wife ordered Tokotsu Ramen and I would have given it a great review only thing is there was a hair in her meal. Mind you both her and I have very long hair and the hair in the photo isn’t long or dyed. Like ours. (Hair nets are cheap guys ) The dumplings were slamming I just wished that there were more sauces available to go with them other than soy sauce and chili oil ?? My seafood ramen was bland needed more seasoning on the shrimp and octopus even if it’s generic like all purpose or salt otherwise it was fine. Hope this review reaches management to improve the quality of what would have been a great evening
Was really excited about this Ramen place opening up close to where I live. So I went to try it with cautious optimism. Prices seem fair from what I have paid for Ramen elsewhere. The place is simple, clean in appearance. Not a ‘dive’ or a uniquely decorated place, more of an order counter and small tables with chairs. My Tonkotsu Ramen was $15, there is a Mega portion for $20. Tasted the broth and it wasn’t the thick, silky broth I have experienced in my travels. The noodles felt like the store bought packets of dry ramen. That surprised me and disappointed me. Bamboo shoots were meh..No texture. The pork chashu tasted oven baked, wasn’t bad but wasn’t special either. The best part of the meal was soft boil egg. I went away feeling like this was made up of prefab noodles, canned broth, canned bamboo shoots. Feels like I could make this same bowl of ramen at home pretty easily with similar results and that’s not a positive statement. So for me, this wasn’t special. The prices are similar to what I have paid for memorable, much better bowls of ramen and I’d gladly pay that for a good bowl here. But this felt lazy, fast food and simplified in ingredients and presentation. It’s still relatively new and hopefully they can make improvements, running changes. I will give Yume another chance and would love to have a nearby local spot that I can support. But first experience left me disappointed. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t good either. Comparison that comes to mind is something I would get at an airport terminal before a flight. It’s more expensive than it should be for what they’re using, nothing special but passable enough for a meal. I was hoping for better.
Went there for lunch, overall the food was great no complaints. The service was what you can expect and felt that we were attended appropriately. My only complaint is that in the Miami summer air conditioning is a must. I asked around to friends who have gone priviously and had the same complaint. If they can get that running effectively I would give 5 stars as the atmosphere if very nice otherwise.
Extremely over priced almost $20 for ramen. Taste was average sub par for the price. Smoothie was really good but it was almost 8$. For the price you can find something more authentic and way better
Matcha milk tea tasted less like matcha and more like melted vanilla ice-cream. Extremely-extremely-overly sweet. Still trying to find decent boba in Miami. This place only offers milk teas, NOT boba tea.
I ate here yesterday and the food was good. The only thing I didn’t like was the flies that were flying around and then portion of food. I am use to bigger portions so it might just be me. I’m giving it a 3 because the flies really bothered me.
Stopped for a late night quick dinner. The veg ramen was okay, hit the spot but not a wow factor. We had also ordered a pineapple smoothie which was forgotten about. The staff made it quickly once we asked and that was pretty good. Many other locations on this strip had been closed down so it's slim pickings on the options! We were grateful they were open and had veg dishes.
I got it as an ubereats which was nice, but do not microwave the bowl the soup comes in. It has an inner lining of aluminum that chips into your soup when you microwave it. Was really sad. Had to throw the entire broth out. I tried it though before I accidentally ruined it, and it tasted great, but I would highly recommend the business uses a better container to avoid contamination.
I thought the food was okay, it tasted exactly like instant ramen. My family liked the ramen more than I did. I ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen and the order was placed incorrectly the first time.
Is this place about to close? I hadn’t been here in a while and was throughly dissapointed. Feels like the owners have lost care. The place was dirty, there was a water leakage on the floor when I told the attendant he said yeah I know and shrugged it off. He looked like they were not paying him enough to be there or he really hated being there. He was hiding behind the counter when I walked in and the screen to order wasn’t working. My order wasn’t horrible it wasn’t what it used to be either. Disappointed, won’t be returning.
Haven’t had the food yet but when I went to get some boba and fruit tea with my girlfriend the workers were sitting behind the counter and jumped up as soon as we entered. We thought it was weird but continued to order cause we thought they were sitting cause it was slow. Once we got our drinks we walked out but then my girlfriend told me her milk tea tasted funky and I agreed. My fruit tea was fine just a weird experience.
$16 for this one bowl, that went straight to the trash. See photos attached. First time Here & very disappointed with the ramen. I Came here yesterday, as my daughter mentioned getting boba here w/ her best friend many times & they loved the boba, however; This food? Awful. I’ve gotten ramen without certain veggies in it before & it was still good broth. This ramen didn’t even have broth. The noodles looked dry. I attempted to taste a bite of the chicken & That, too, was very bland, lacking any flavor, the texture was not good, didn’t even taste or feel like Chicken either. The photos speak for themselves. At $16, for a bowl for one person, This is in acceptable. No excuses.
My ramen was horrible. Dont order the spicy miso. Really terrible flavor.
Food is honestly great but today we went and had a fly in the ramen. We let the staff know and they didn’t bother to say a single word.
The ramen was nasty, had no flavor, and the taro tea was watered down and not sweet...just tasted like milk. Lastly, all the containers were sticky with sauce and customer service was bad. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I refuse to go again to find that out.
This was my first time trying Yume. I ordered Tonkatsu ramen with chicken. The broth and egg were good, but the chicken was bland and flavorless. I was also disappointed to learn that the owner takes the employees' tips, which is illegal in Florida.
Went with my bf, my milk tea was funky, his fruit tea wasn’t funky but it tasted like fruit punch not strawberry and fruit punch is not on the menu. When the girl sprung up from sitting on the floor behind the counter she didn’t smile at all and barely greeted us with her arms crossed a bit stand off ish it was weird
Im so sad, I came in today and Leslie was as the first face I asked her hi how are you? And she is like mute, I tried asking her if they had beef or steak and she didn’t even want to articulate couldn’t understand a word she was saying had to ask her 3 times. I don’t even know what I got. I asked her for lemon and she just made a head motion saying no. I came a month ago and absolutely fell in love with the place, I didn’t know what to get and they talked me through it. The ramen is delicious, I asked for a piece of lemon cause I’m weird like that I like lemon on my soups and they gave me a little piece and made me come back today. Service is so important, it changed my experience completely.
This place used to be good but it has deteriorated. There was only 1 customer that came in during the 60 minutes. The beef rib ramen tasted like it's been in the freezer for too long. They do not have salt! You read correctly: No salt... No additional hot sauce other than Siracha. The Japanese chicken rice was saturated with peppe to unreasonable amount. I asked for salt and one additional rice sauce and they refused. It wasn't like that before. The girl at the front was nice but with her hands tied. It seems like they're not interested in repeat customers.
They decided to change the pricing to charge 1.00 for a small amount of chili oil. Extremely petty. And the best part? They charged it and didn’t put it. 2nd time. Called for a mgr to let him k Or what’s going on and of course he’s off. Perry to bring this up right? Well it’s petty to be charging 1.00 for an already overpriced dish. Oh also the fried rice and teriyaki chicken taste like it came from Publix. The only thing good there is the ramen
