I am a regular visitor to this Jersey Mike's Subs location and the staff is always very friendly and work extremely hard to make sure the customers are satisfied.

Sandwich was delicious and the quantity of cold cuts was generous. The staff was pleasant and professional. The store was also very clean.

Price is a little high but for the amount of meat they put on your sub totally makes up for that ordered the number 26 chicken bacon ranch cheese steak and I'm impressed everything was fresh I will definitely be coming back again I have seen so many ads on TV for this place but it was never in my today until this past week and I'm glad

These people know what customer service is about they are happy, helpful, and have serious menu knowledge!!! The personality and overall vibe is so welcoming would definitely come here again!!

This location is new in Middletown and I have to say what a really nice place. When you walk in majority of the ladies greet you with a WELCOME and this was very inviting. The ladies was very helpful about what I should try out considering this was my first time coming here and I have to say my roast beef & provolone sandwich was good I know next time when I go to add vinegar for my sandwich 🥪 😋 but it was wrapped nice. I will come back here and I hope this establishment stays the same with there hospitality and don't change because our world needs that friendly face when you arrive into a place.

Jerseys Mike’s subs are as great of a good quality NJ/NYC deli sandwich you’re gonna get. Their sandwiches are hefty, yummy and they use high quality ingredients. They blow Subway & Blimpie out of the water. They’re always happy to greet you and cater to your likings, they’re fast and I recommend getting their rewards program They have online ordering too.

Jersey mikes on 211 definitely a better place then any subway I've ever been to. They pack there sandwiches nice and thick and are always happy to serve you, they are pretty quick too. I recommend the #8 with lays classic and lemonade, best classic lunch combo.

Ordered a deli sub 20 minutes before closing and to my surprise the staff was beyond accommodating and upbeat! I felt as though I was interacting with some old friends. I can tell they all work well together! Highly recommend this location for a premium sub with even better service!

I have Celiac's so finding a place that I can count on getting a safe meal from is challenging. But I always KNOW that Jersey Mike's has my back. They go above and beyond to educate and train their staff about cross contamination for Gluten issues.

This was my 2nd visit to this particular Jersey Mikes. Just like last time it was immaculate, but more importantly the staff was just as nice. You expect courtesy, but smiling friendly staff puts this location in a class of its own. Considering it a 90 minute round trip the atmoshere here will always keep me coming back. Thank You.

Ok, so food took a while to be ready after placing the oder online but the sandwich was great and as expected. You have some good customer service workers there too. Keep them happy 😊 and that keeps customers.

Just ate a half of what is called the Giant size, I ordered the Original Italian and it was absolutely perfect. Erica who made the sandwich and the entire experience absolutely perfect. For a extremely picky individual like myself she is made for customer relations, very well spoken as well as knowledgeable about the company and how to make a customer exactly what they ordered. In all I ordered 3 separate sandwiches and all three consumers of the sandwiches are very happy. Thank you Erica for everything, best wishes on your goals and future.

This is the first time I can remember leaving a review. I just want to say how impressed I am with this JM franchise. I've been coming here once a week for a month (temporary visit to M-town). This might be one of the best fast-food locations I've ever visited. The staff is always extremely courteous and efficient. In fact, on my third visit, the young lady asked if I wanted my regular order (how did she remember?). One afternoon, I visited while the owner was in the shop. He was cleaning every nook and cranny of the store, opening the door for customers and greeting everyone. This is how you run a business. Very impressive. And the sandwiches are always tasty. This store turned me into a Jersey Mike's fan. Thank you.

I’ve been here quite a few times. The establishment is always spotless. The staff is friendly and professional always welcomes you as you enter. The manger is amazing. No matter how busy she is always smiling and acknowledging the staff and how good of a job they are doing as well as being hands on. She continues to talk to customers and when busy assists to move line along while apologizing for any delays. My go to spot. Keep up the good work. FYI. The sandwich’s are always large and delicious

Go here if you want to feel good and loved and happy. The people here are angels and always so attentive and kind. The Girls this Morning did amazing I came during the big rush and despite the rude and nasty Customer in front of me The girls remained very calm and professional I Got a cold sub and the young ladies handled my food with great care I commend them 100% for Their amazing attitudes and wonderful demeanor while running a fast paced environment. The woman who was standing in front of me accused them of being unsanitary and I beg to differ they kept their area clean and I didn’t have to worry about any cross contamination. it pays to be nice and YOU LADIES DID OUTSTANDING ‼️‼️‼️

I stopped here with my niece and nephew after a long day at Legoland for something to eat before a long drive home. I was greeted when I came in and staff was very friendly and patient with the kids. But, the thing that stuck out most to me was the quality and value of the sandwiches we got. I have been to Jersey Mikes in about 6 different states and I have never received a sandwich I felt was fully worth the cost until I visited this location. Most other locations serve very thinly sliced meats and it’s always a set amount of each meat on the Original Italian. I was shocked watching them make mine at this location and could tell right away it was made with more meat than ones I have had before. So I asked if this was made by slice or weight and they told me by weight. Mind Blown 🤯. I highly recommend this Jersey Mikes and my biggest issue is I don’t live closer to this one.

Update: So I recently went back to Jersey Mike's in Middletown, and I must say these guys made a complete 180 degree turn from last year!!! I left the review down below. But I must say it's night and day. Staff was attentive, Food was great, it wasn't unorganized in the slightest. Extremely friendly. I am happy I came back and was able to see, feel and taste the difference right away. Excellent work management team and staff!!! From 1 to 5 stars! Prior review from a year ago below ______________________________________ From the moment you walk in, there is no organization. You have 2 people at the register, 2 more people just standing around, 1 person washing the glass door, not even the tables, 1 person trying to put the food orders together, then 1 person on the grill and another standing behind the counter... litterally just standing there, the whole entire time I was there. This could be easily resolved by having the individuals not standing around either on the grill or putting the toppings on the sandwiches. There's inadequate room for anyone to really sit down and enjoy the food. The franchise owner needs to retrain the staff and hire someone who understands timing, management, and organization. Jersey Mikes Middletown made me realize that even the worst subways I have ever been too were ran more efficiently then this place. Horrible. The food wasn't that good I ordered a chicken Philly and it tasted like I was eating a luke warm turkey with microwaved bread. Through the food out and went to subway instead lol. Just ridiculous. This place won't last long.

Highly highly recommend places!! I stopped by this location after having a horrible experience next door, Panera. I walked in the employees greater me. The one employee who made my sandwich #14 not sure her name( rude of me not to ask). She was extremely nice. Washed her hands after touching meat, which is my biggest request in life. I am a vegetarian! The whole team literally took me by a surprise. Everyone literally loves their job here I can see why. The boss and manager were there as well. My new favorite store ever. Not even the ones by me are as good as this one. Definitely the most sanitized location, cleanest, and even more friendlier. And they sang happy birthday to me since it was my birthday! What!!!!! Our first experience at Jersey Mike's, and we will definitely be visiting more often! All the meat is freshly sliced, the quality is excellent, and the food is delicious. The staff was smiling and friendly, and even the owner was on site wiping down tables, restocking the drinks, and holding the door for customers. Highly recommended!

I never leave reviews but I just had to. This jersey mikes does an AMAZING job, between really yummy subs and great customer service. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. I’ve come a couple of times and it’s always consistent. The staff is SO friendly and kind. Truly a wonderful place. Would recommend if you haven’t been before.

I find that I’m always going here at the last minute, I have to say I always appreciate the bearded gentleman behind the counter. I always see that he’s maintaining the cleanliness of the counter and work station and he holds a professionalism to him. I notice that he keeps the knives clean which I also appreciate. My sandwiches are always made perfectly to order when ordering from him!

All of this stuff is things a lot of people do not realize, especially this time of year. Tonight as a customer, I saw teamwork/ support, as well as great customer service all in one shot. And its things like this that will make me want to come back to this location. Oh might I add, the regular #6 I got was AMAZING! Very well crafted and very yummy. Kudos to you guys for having such an amazing team on hand. I will be back again for another Jersey Mikes Sub😊

Ordered through the app for Jersey mikes delivery. They use DoorDash and the driver stole our food. The store manager went above and beyond to get the situation rectified for us. Appreciate all the help!

Jersey Mike's, I was ordering through Uber Eats. My order was canceled 3 times in a row with no explanation. If I were you, I'd definitely contact Uber because if they did it to me, they're doing it to others. This has also happened before but the order always went through on my second try. I was excited to see that we finally got a Jersey Mikes in middletown! The staff are very friendly and if a mistake is made they have been very quick to fix. I do wish just in general that the price would either be lowered or the quality of the food was a bit better. But Jersey Mikes is the only franchise in Middletown that has GF bread for sandwiches. I do also feel that it should be made more obvious to other GF customers that cross contamination happens. I've seen them make my sandwhich on the same cutting board as all other regular sandwiches. For me that is not a concern but for others it's a HUGE concern.

When busy they should open the second prep table. Other than that. Good sevice

The price did not justify the quality and quantity of my order. The giant with extra meat was about the same size of a sub I could get at a local mom and pop sub shop with name brand cold cuts etc Staff very friendly, service good.

The staff are very nice and professional but its happened 3 times where my orders have been wrong. The 1st and 2nd time I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteak its missing the Chipotle mayo. Also I asked for wheat bread and it was given to me on white bread. The third time I got the Chicken Philly on wheat bread and again they gave me white bread I stead of the wheat bread. Its sad because my husband and I really love Jersey Mike's. We were looking forward to the opening of this location but have been disappointed.

The only issue I had is that they overcharged me for my Club Sub. It did not have applewood bacon in it and no mayo either. The sandwich tasted pretty mid. The staff was very nice to my children and myself. They gave us an extra cookie for their kids meal. The tables were clean and the food tasted fresh, however, I overpaid when I should not have. I'm not sure if I would come back again.

Slow as a snail up hill. Makes no damn sense when there are6-7 people working behind the counter. If 3 would handle in house orders and 1 cashier does these duties and others take outs. Absolutely horrible how can you place this popular business in a popular mall and have half class service? Waiting time for a sandwich on any given day after 2 pm has been my experience of 17 minutes. Waited 5 minutes just to put the order in. Horrible. The food was fresh. I don't like the idea that the bread stays out on the counter instead of in a basket covered. Between people talking and employees conversing and flies and gnats passing back and forth surely it can be the greatest or most sanitary idea for bread. But this is how all of them are run, However it doesn't make it correct. Staff was friendly from beginning to end, therefore for them and the freshness of the meal I give a 3 star. I think someone should contact the department of health to see if such practice is permitted in an invlised area. Not unless we enjoy eating other people germs and insect droppings.

So I went to Middletown NY jerseyMikes for the first time , and I. An say that I will never go back. I ask for 2 warm subs and when the sandwiches were ready the gentleman behind the counter handed me the sandwiches with an attitude. I opens the sandwich and it looked like a Taco with everything on top a horrible mess. And to end the dilema I ask for a warm sub , but that thing was cold.

Very disorganized. Lots of flies around open fixings (lettuce, tomatoes) saw the girl at the counter placing a sandwich on top of counter without wrapping paper. Bought two sandwiches and couldn't eat them. Seems that they put 3 jars of jalapeños in each. Inedible 🤮 20 dollars thrown in the garbage.

The place is very clean n staff is friendly but unfortunately my order was Wrong. I had to wait for my Order To be Done Again By this time I was very disappointed ☹️ bcuz Everyone I Came with Ate And I was Still Waiting on Mine Also was charge for 1 meal n the he realized I order 2 things n charged again which am ok with but it goes to show They are not paying attention

Hopefully they fired most of the staff since I went there last time. Waited an hour to get through the line and once I did, order was messed up, staff were standing around chatting and ignoring customers (as per so many other reviews on here) and food took ages to make as well as the fact that it just sat there and I had to ask for it to be handed to me twice so I could get out of there and eat my food. I’m pretty patient but that was another level of incompetence. Some serious quality control and training issues going on and it’s a shame because the food isn’t that bad.

I'd had a sub from another Jersey Mike's and it was great, even the bread. Unfortunately here the bread was awful, overbaked and tough. The meat quality and amount is good. There was a lot of background noise that made it difficult to hear the server.

Not all that ! I ordered a number 26 bacon and what was suppose to be chicken. I am not impressed. For 11 dollars for fake chicken or whatever it is I can go elsewhere for cheaper. I was excited about the grand opening but I won’t be back. Staff is professional.

As the sandwich was good. The service was terrible. The big girl has a bad attitude and will stare you down if you try to correct what may be wrong. There was a mix-up in the order and the entire back counter staff talked about the customer right in front of their face. People hanging out in the seats no food was ordered nor were they eating. Lady had her dog in there.....really? Too bad, Jersey Mikes has great sandwiches but will not be going back there. I had better service with worse food!

Placed an order online for pickup 45 minutes I thought would be enough time to make two sandwiches. We get there and noticed our order was not ready, I gave it 10 minutes still nothing and approached the woman at the register to inquire, she checked and said it was made already and asked if someone picked it up which I hadn't. She was going to redo the order which it took another 20 minutes while only one young lady making sandwiches for customers walking in plus online orders while two ladies were just talking not helping. I would like to give this location another try but not sure about my husband. I did notice that when preparing the sandwiches they were not on the paper just sliding the bread along the counter. Hopefully things will get better. Please let your employees know that if someone is standing around waiting for awhile to acknowledge them.

Drove a half hour after work to get jersey mikes with my family. We were cutting it close but had 10min until closing. We get there and they had closed early. All the employees just standing inside looking at us. Other people were outside very frustrated as well. As a previous restaurant manager myself, it’s never okay to do that. Won’t be making the drive to come here anymore if they can’t be reliable.

I ordered NO PEPPERS because I’m allergic, and you can obviously see all of the peppers on the sandwich . I’m not going to be ordering from Jersey Mike’s anymore. Two times was enough for them to mess up my order while spending too much money on sandwiches especially when you can go sit down at a restaurant and have a decent dinner for $80 ,…… sad. Part 2 -The music blasting inside the restaurant was so ungodly loud that the restaurant worker and myself cannot understand each other, and I had to clarify myself three different times after I told her what I wanted initially because she wasn’t able to understand what type of cheese I was requesting or how I wanted my sandwich. But just like the food being great at Jersey Mike’s, the staff needs to be as well, including the atmosphere of the restaurant itself. It’s a restaurant/eatery, not a nightclub

Two times was enough for them to mess up my order while spending too much money on sandwiches especially when you can go sit down at a restaurant and have a decent dinner for $80 ,…… sad. Part 2 -The music blasting inside the restaurant was so ungodly loud that the restaurant worker and myself cannot understand each other, and I had to clarify myself three different times after I told her what I wanted initially because she wasn’t able to understand what type of cheese I was requesting or how I wanted my sandwich. But just like the food being great at Jersey Mike’s, the staff needs to be as well, including the atmosphere of the restaurant itself. It’s a restaurant/eatery, not a nightclub

Drove a half hour after work to get jersey mikes with my family. We were cutting it close but had 10min until closing. We get there and they had closed early. All the employees just standing inside looking at us. Other people were outside very frustrated as well. As a previous restaurant manager myself, it’s never okay to do that. Won’t be making the drive to come here anymore if they can’t be reliable.

Went in and waited about 10 minutes to order while taking care of 2 people ahead of me but 6 people behind the counter 3 standing there next to eachother and 1 cutting meat and 1 just walking back and forth . I just walked out

Worse service ever. 6 people working. Only 2 of us customers and waited 30 minutes for 2 subs. Workers were not managed and too worried about there friends coming in and out 10 times. Terrible

Curbside means bring it out to the curbside. Not stand inside and make the customer come and get it themselves. Soggy sandwich and incorrect chips given. BBQ is not jalepeno. I want a refund for this trash. Ruined my dinner.

I ordered regular size sub ham and American cheese lettuce with mayo and for nine dollars it was not worth it over priced very little meat Hurt more hero bread than anything … I was outraged at the meat they gave me on a hero for nine dollars totally ridiculous. Usually when I buy a hero from an average establishment I can only eat half of the hero and I’m totally full we’re here at Jersey Mike’s I had to eat the whole Hero and I still was hungry afterwards

Good place to stand for twenty minutes in an empty line as I still stand here waiting for my order to be take. I just get stared at . Rude in professional and not clean.

This is not the first time they have given me the wrong thing. Ordered a big kahuna Philly cheesesteak and they gave chicken cheesesteak version. It’s disgusting, not at all the same, and not what I ordered. I’m so sick of them always getting it wrong.

Not to happy just got home to a dry sub never put the mayo or the oil and vinegar on sub. Is it realy that hard to remember mayo and oil and vinegar. If they put one of the condiments on it I would have been Allright with it.

For the price you pay for these sandwiches they can't even get an order correct. Rude staff who careless they made a mistake. Stick with your local business's that offer better customer service and food.

Slow expect to wait 15-30 minutes for a mediocre sandwich. Staff stays on their cellphones and has no initiative to speed up their work pace. But again when you pay people minimum wage you will get minimum effort. Place will not last

Waited 40 mins for an online order . 40 MINUTES…. Hire more help then just one person on the go orders

i ordered online and when i got there late the food still wasn’t ready plus they got both the orders severely wrong. i love jersey mikes subs but the middletown location is poorly run.

I LOVE JERSEY MIKE'S... but that was the worst experience in one of their establishments that I have experienced. There was about 15 teenagers working that day and 9 of them were in the front counter handling customers and sandwiches with only 2 other customers and myself in the store. They were more worried about the gossip that was going on in the kitchen and each other than giving efficient service. I was in the store for 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. That makes no sense

The girl with the dreads is SO RUDE. The way she speaks to customers is really unacceptable and she needs some more training in customer service obviously. If she didn't want to provide exceptional customer service today, she should've called out.

I went to Jersey Mikes for the first time, and my experience will be my last. I stood in line waiting for the person behind the counter to take my order. She answered the phone what seemed like a conversation with a friend or family member. When she hung up, she immediately began to converse with her co-worker behind the counter about the conversation, and ignored me. I looked at my phone; saw the time and walked out. Maybe I will return in another year, when your employees get more customer service experience.

I recently went in to this location to buy a sandwich. As soon as I placed my order I noticed that the young woman making the sandwiches was going back and forth from talking while holding a cell phone to her ear to then touching the bread and preparing sandwiches with the same pair of gloves on that she just touched the phone with. Totally unsanitary and just down right nasty in my opinion!! Imagine how many germs are all over that phone she just held to her ear and now you're spreading those disgusting germs all over something that I have to put directly into my mouth ? Seeing this was definitely enough for me to just walk out empty handed. I definitely will NOT ever eat here 🤮

NO SENSE OF DIRECTION, was asked if I’m ordering hot sandwich, took the order and then said go around everyone and pay. Went to pay, and all the people in line, walked up to pay. WHY are the orders not prepared, in the order they are taken???????? Waited over 35+, people ordered after us and also walked in after us, ordered “hot sandwiches” and walked out. Asked the cashier, people after us are getting their food, looks very confused asks the cook, who points at the order paper, and still makes someone’s else’s order. Waited another 10 min, and then wanted to leave because someone walked in ordered food and with in 10min got their 2 sandwich’s. Asked to speak to the manager and wanted our money back and she handed us the bag. NO APOLOGY was given. Learn to manage how to make the orders by the order they come in. People would not mind waiting, if that was happening. Beyond disappointing, and the food was trash.

DO NOT EAT HERE! a better choice would be Panera Bread next door, where you will get healthier, better quality and less expensive versions of the same. I was not satisfied with the quality of the tomatoes, peppers and onions. they are all ok,(nothing wrong with them) but not to the level of greatness, that is available in all the markets, and that I routinely buy. The meats are either pressed for cold cuts, you can look at the ingredient list yourself on line , or for the hot subs, the steak is chop meat, not steak, the chicken is chop meat chicken and not chicken breast. I am not a fan of vinegar on food. especially on meats, it ferments and not in a good way. to add insult to injury, oil and salt is added. none of the bread is whole grain or healthy. all items are over priced and expensive. how do i have a sneak preview, because i trained for two days with them. I was given a sandwich, a turkey and cheese, i could not eat it and had to throw it out. they trained me to "put on a show", that all fine. but really this review is about the food, its quality and prices and Jersey Mikes fails. I was crammed into a small space with 20 people and there was zero corona protocol, not six feet apart, not even six inches apart. I am a 65 year old educated and highly intelligent woman with a lot of life and work experience and at the end of the second day of training, I was told by the very young management that I was unable to follow directions and had not followed directions and that I did not fit in and was not capable of making a sandwich. I was terminated for those stated reasons. I was also told that the other employees, the high school students and the ones in their twenties were able to do what i cannot/would not. this age discrimination is specific to the new Middletown store. i do not have any information on the other locations. The franchise owner, when approached supported his young managements decisions., was dismissive of me and supportive of his young management team The level of disrespect i experienced is very sad. When I see a business ignore important social issues, I do not patronize them. Jersey Mikes brags about their "day of giving" to charities. To me, it is important to treat all persons nicely and fairly and respectfully, that is the true every day of giving. The Middletown jersey mikes failed at that. to note all said is specific to the Middletown Store, I am not commenting on the other stores or the chain itself. thank you for listening and I will keep you all posted. We ordered a sandwich and indicated we wanted everything on it. After waiting for a while. Realized that the sandwich wasn't made. Instead of checking... they insisted it's made by assembly line. I continued to wait. Then found out staff never made the sandwich I would not recommend this place.

The food at this location is excellent, and the staff are typically wonderful. However, during our visit late last week, my family and I had a concerning experience. While we were enjoying our meal in the dining area, we witnessed the manager throw what appeared to be a pen or marker at an employee who was seated nearby. This behavior was not only disrespectful to the employee but also posed a safety risk to the customers, including my family and young children, as the object was thrown across the dining area where we were sitting. Such conduct is unacceptable in a professional setting, and it left us deeply uncomfortable. Unfortunately, due to this incident, we will not be returning to this location

This location is the worst (orange plaza, Middle town, NY)you have a light skin black woman with dread locks and tattoos, seemed to hate her job, she just stood there while me and my husband waiting for her to take our order, so much attitude. The second woman, made the sandwich awful, dry dry dry, I had better experience at Jersey Mike’s else where,will never step foot in this particular location ever again.

Was at the Middletown NY location today 12-22-24 for the first time @11AMish for 2 of their portobello mushroom subs. We’ve ordered them before but at the Goshen location. Imagine our disappointment when unwrapping them at home to discover you’re paying $35 for mostly bread. Although the staff was pleasant and the location clean and close-by who ever made the sandwiches Couldn’t have made them thinner if they tried. Hugely disappointing. If it wasn’t 15 degrees outside and I didn’t have to deal with holiday shoppers I would have returned to the location. Great business model, love Danny Devito on their commercials but WHERE it counts is the staff on the front lines preparing YOUR food. What I ordered is also available in a bowl. perhaps, ordering that to see if they short us that way too then, run to de Felipe‘s bakery and buy my own hard roll. I guess I’m traveling to Goshen after all.

I really like this place, but there's one issue that's been bothering me. There's an employee with extremely long dreadlocks who is always behind the counter handling food, yet he never wears a hair net. I have dreadlocks myself, so I understand, but if you're working with food, it's important to be hygienic. Someone needs to ensure this person is wearing a hair net because it's honestly unappealing and unsanitary. I won’t be coming back until I see proper hygiene practices in place.

First time ordering at this specific location and they got my hot Italian wrong. Received with missing pretty much just the meat and cheese. It was clear I wanted it like the picture with the veggies but nooo. Definitely not coming here again

Disappointing Experience Be prepared to wait 20–25 minutes, even when there's no line. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than helping customers—completely unprofessional. They offer gluten free, with a big sign on their window!!! I went in there to get a gluten free sandwich and was treated like garbage. I have celiac disease and I told them that. They proceeded to use a dirty rag that they just used to clean regular bread crumbs with on the slicer for cold cuts. I tried explaining I can’t have cross contamination. Middletown NY manager needs to educate themselves and employees on Celiac Disease!!! After having words with one very rude and nasty employee, I walked out. Be very careful if you eat there and have food allergies or celiac disease. I will be reporting them!!
