Oh how I wish the service and overall experience could be like this 😔, at my local jersey Mike's in milford pa. It's night and day. Keep up the outstanding job, your employees seem to be so happy to be there and enjoy there job 😀. When ever I am in Middletown I will stop here 😀.

It’s been a long time feeling so welcomed into a store. Honestly they go above and beyond. I needed to only charge my phone for an emergency and the manager charged my phone. It was such a friendly and loving environment . They bring good energy and I will be going back to visit again.

Shoutout to the crew on 12/19/2025 at around 8:40 in the evening. My first time visiting this location. Definitely won't be the last. This is the time of year brings on many challenging aspects with work and personal matters. Tonight, I was one of the many people who witnessed the epitome of what good customer service is all about. It was twenty minutes before closing, a sudden rush came in, some unforeseen challenges/ circumstances arose, and very limited man power behind the counter. Despite all of this, nobody was being turned away from getting their last minute dinner after a long day of work or finishing up that last minute Christmas shopping. Not one employee was stressing out, in fact, they were giving it their all despite a few impatient people who were waiting. Smiling and doing the best they could with what they had. All of this stuff is things a lot of people do not realize, especially this time of year. Tonight as a customer, I saw teamwork/ support, as well as great customer service all in one shot. And its things like this that will make me want to come back to this location. Oh might I add, the regular #6 I got was AMAZING! Very well crafted and very yummy. Kudos to you guys for having such an amazing team on hand. I will be back again for another Jersey Mikes Sub😊

Workers were very nice and welcoming. Paul who made the sandwhich was very nice on the phone and made one of the best Philly cheese steaks I ever had. Paul was very attentive with making sure I was happy with the sandwhich I got and thats very rare in fast food. Im an executive chef and I would definitely bring him on my team if he wants to leave mikes. Great job guys keep up the good work. One hell of a sandwhich and great customer service. Happy holidays

Great time management here!! I felt like I was in and out, This young light skin girl was serving me she looked about 12 🥺. But she was speedy and so cheery kept a smile the whole time!! Will be returning!

Jersey Mike's, I was ordering through Uber Eats. My order was canceled 3 times in a row with no explanation. If I were you, I'd definitely contact Uber because if they did it to me, they're doing it to others. This has also happened before but the order always went through on my second try. My son in law and I love your sandwiches and brownies! I'll see if I can delete my negative review. Thank you.

I find that I’m always going here at the last minute, I have to say I always appreciate the bearded gentleman behind the counter. I always see that he’s maintaining the cleanliness of the counter and work station and he holds a professionalism to him. I notice that he keeps the knives clean which I also appreciate. My sandwiches are always made perfectly to order when ordering from him!

What an amazing experience! I went during lunch time and the store was packed. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a “Hello how are you today?” and the staff were all jovial and laughing, I could tell they love their job and the atmosphere. My order was handled without error and the whole experience was nothing like I’ve had before at a “sandwich place”. Great job to the staff, management and owners!! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Typical Jersey Mikes. But again it was fresh and portion size was filling. I had the classic Mike's way with a Chicken Philly that didn't make the photo cut..lol. I was starving after a long day of meetings. Jersey Mikes always did delivery hot and fresh and your order is correct.

Whoever worked tonight was a bit heavy handed in the black pepper but overall the sandwich was delicious after I wiped off some of the pepper. I'll definitely be returning to give them another try. I had the club sub which is my go to at any deli and I can't wait to try their other subs.

The women that was at the toppings station was not so great, I asked her if I could have fresh ingredients that were not cross contaminated for mine and my nieces sandwich, we both have celiac and cannot have cross contamination and she would not accommodate and said they did not have any fresh ingredients that are not cross contaminated. When I was here previously they had fresh ingredients in the back, it seems like she just didn’t want to do her job. *this entire process would be better if allergies were handled by one person instead of multiple*

Drove a half hour after work to get jersey mikes with my family. We were cutting it close but had 10min until closing. We get there and they had closed early. All the employees just standing inside looking at us. Other people were outside very frustrated as well. As a previous restaurant manager myself, it’s never okay to do that. Won’t be making the drive to come here anymore if they can’t be reliable.

First time ordering at this specific location and they got my hot Italian wrong. Received with missing pretty much just the meat and cheese. It was clear I wanted it like the picture with the veggies but nooo. Definitely not coming here again

Disgusting. There was hair in my tuna sandwich. When I pointed it out, the manager acted like it was no big deal—completely dismissive. Refund for the sandwich? Obviously- but nothing behind that? Careless and awful service, the lack of accountability sealed it. I’m done with this crappy store for good.Yuck!

Disappointing Experience Be prepared to wait 20–25 minutes, even when there's no line. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than helping customers—completely unprofessional. I paid $25 for a large turkey sandwich and a bottle of iced tea, which felt wildly overpriced for something so mediocre. Overall, a poor experience. Save your time and money—there are far better options elsewhere.

There were at least 8 people working behind the counter and I still had to wait forever. I've worked in hospital and restaurants, I know things happen but at least practice good customer service- be apologetic and reassuring don't give customers your 'I don't give a damn' attitude. If it was my business I would fire her on the spot. This place use to be good but apparently not anymore.

They proceeded to use a dirty rag that they just used to clean regular bread crumbs with on the slicer for cold cuts. I tried explaining I can’t have cross contamination. Middletown NY manager needs to educate themselves and employees on Celiac Disease!!! After having words with one very rude and nasty employee, I walked out. Be very careful if you eat there and have food allergies or celiac disease. I will be reporting them!!
