Good tacos friendly staff. We stopped in on our drive from Dallas got 8 tacos 2 where supposed to be supreme (with sour cream) but they where regular.but still tasted good.

Date: 2025/09/20 9:00 PM Order Number 50050 ~ Cashier #5 Clients: 2 Adults 1 Child Order Items: Super Taco, Combination Burrito, Nachos, Soft taco, and Chilada. Store: This store was super clean and very inviting! The floor, tables, order area, what we could see of the kitchen, and the condiment areas all were spotless. The men's bathroom was also extremely clean. Staff: We were greeted by two of the staff, one at the counter and one in the kitchen. Everyone was super kind and represented the store wonderfully! If I was the store owner, I'd be proud of the team from this night! Order: Our order was taken and then read back to us looking for errors. Our order was also made fresh right before us and was quick to be served. Everything was piping hot and wonderful! Food: We felt the nacho cheese needed something. While it was hot and fresh, it was also plain. We ended up mixing in salsa and lime juice. We also felt that the taco meat needed a tad more seasoning. Other than these two things, our food was next level great! While we did add some seasonings and such at home, the food was hot, portions were great, and we very much enjoyed our meals! Summary: We'd give Taco Casa #72 a 4 3/4 Stars if we could! We will for sure be back! Thank you!!

Quality was okay. Portion size was fine. Flavor was okay. But how are you out of taco sauce. I bet your competition doesnt run out. Not sure worth a return. Service at drive thru wasnt all that friendly either.

I use to go to taco casa at least once a week for lunch. But the shells on the tacos started to become stale Every time I went. It’s been a few months since I have visited this location. I went today for lunch, bit into my super taco, and the shell is stale and hard and the meat is cold. I don’t understand why, the meat should have definitely been hot because I waited in line for almost 10 minutes just to receive my order so this location is a hit or miss, especially with the shells being stale.

Not bad. You can still eat inside as well. Easy access and good food!

It's just "ok". We were hungry, it was close by. Satisfied our need, but probably not gonna be on my favorites list.

Customer service was very nice but on the other hand the food was very low quality and disgusting. ants are in the soda fountain I didn’t realize until I was half way through with my drink. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I have lived here in the area for three years and have never had a complaint but I do today I got 4 taco lites which are wonderful. I always order meat and cheat only. No veggies. My teeth are not to good on top and I'm hungry. Well this morning I ordered four and damn they are greedy on meat and especially the cheese. The dang taco was flat. Not all pumped up like always. That's my main reason of coming back here. Not to get a flat crunchy taco. I understand I didn't want veggies but they always filled it up with meat and cheese. Mmmmm that was good . Now I don't know. You're losing me as a customer

I was handed a bag with my chilada in it Went to eat it and saw they put the box thing it came in sideways and the chilada was in a ball I love the food here but gosh dang today was a rough one

We received a mailer for talk of the town and wanted to try Taco Casa for the first time. Cashier tried to help however the manager onsite and the manager they called could not figure out the coupon. People in line were rude, the manager kept walking away and yelled at the cashier "can't you see I am working the drive through". Beyond rude, if this is how they operate I would not go back and not suggest anyone else go there.

This is the only taco casa location that consistently has STALE taco shells. I don't know why I still come this restaurant location.

Ordered 2 super slalds and they came out with no discernable amount of meat in them so I asked them to be remade. They came out the exact same way. This store will cheat you out of what you pay for. The one in Waxahachie is 1000% better, go there instead.

They really gave me a cheese burrito because where is the beans??? It’s like they put beans on a spoon and rubbed the back of the spoon on the tortilla to say they put beans. Then threw in a handful of cheese to make it look full. Trash! This location must be going downhill because they used to be one of the better ones. I’m not paying $3 for a tortilla and cheese.
