I lovvvve Taco Casa in Midlothian, Texas. You guys always do an awesome job. The only thing I wish, is that you had Nachos like Taco Bell..but you guys are waaay better and have waaay better Tacos than any other fast food taco place I've been to. Also, the people and customer service is wonderful and it's sincere, not made up like some fast food places that have a script of what they have to say. Thanks and keep up the awesome work!!

Friendly staff, food came out fast and tasted like Taco Casa food. Nothing much to really add. Limited seating inside just like other places, which still seems rare for a fast food place.

As far as Taco Casa goes this is as good as you'll find. Consistently good. You'll also get handfuls of taco sauce even if you say no lol. Seriously...no

They get 5 stars solely because their night time crew the day i went. The food is good and all but the service recieved was above and beyond. I have allergies to certain foods, the moment they heard me say that ( so they could make sure to avoid getting any in my food) the lady changed her gloves and was extremely careful. Then when we went to put another order in to take home to my husband. She did the same thing even though it wasn't for me directly. All done without being asked. Thats a big deal for me due to some rather bad experiences other places.

This particular Taco Casa had really good service. We've been to some of the past that did not. It's a great place for a quick bite. The price point is moderate. It's not overly spiced. Everything was really clean and it's well laid out.

Tony the manager is the best !! He had my autistic son talk to him and he does not talk to many people . We need more people like him in this world who understand kids with special needs . May god bless him !

Good, hot and fast. Also, the kids at the drive through window are super sweet. The only complaint is no matter what you say, you always get hotsauce. That's nothing. Taco lite is frickin' delicious.

My favorite fast food Mexican. It is really the only fast food Mexican I will eat. Their taco salad is great. Really anything there is good. It is nice to see tacos with an actual good amount of meat and toppings.

For all you Mexican Food addicts, this is a good TACO CASA. Locaation is near AT&T on Main Street, 1 block EAST of LOVE'S TRUCKSTOP. HUGE Burritoes, tasty tacos that my son drives out of the way to get them! HUGE size drinks too.

This is my favorite place to get Tacos, Burritos, oh heck ALL of their food is excellent!! They don't scrimp on any of the toppings either. You always get what you pay for here plus more. Always clean, always friendly staff.

Amazingly fast service! I think my 4 tacos were ready before my sweet tea was poured. Tacos were on point and really hit the spot. Nice clean dining area.

Place looks clean. It was full of patrons. I had a good taco salad and my friend had their chilada. I liked it better than Taco Bell. Staff was friendly.

Food is always great. Ordered the combination burrito and guess what, it was stuffed and it all stayed in the tortilla! No leaky mess! Thanks Casa crew. Update 10/2....went thru drive thru, got my drink and the lid was not on correctly. Spilled 1/2 cup all over my console and some on the seat while taking the transfer from her. Told the worker at the window and she refilled my drink but never apologized when I told her the lid was not on correctly and it spilled. I didn't make a stink about it but please make sure to get the lids on correctly.

I love a Taco Casa burrito. I’ve noticed that each store makes them a tad differently. Sometimes it’s like having your abuela in the kitchen and they’re loaded down- huge burritos! Other times they have corporate in their kitchen and give you the cost effective portions. Either way this location is fantastic and has great customer service!

The service is alw9good and the food is decent. The spicy bean burrito is the way to go for a quick & tasty snack. Their super taco and burrito do work, so if you see one it's worth a try.

Driving home from a family Christmas and stopped for a quick dinner. We were accidentally "those people" that walked in 5 minutes before they closed. The manager was super sweet and we had great customer service.

Very nice location - friendly staff, great food, clean eating area and restrooms. Very busy, but super quick service - everything was made correctly. I got the chili burger and an order of frijoles. My husband got 2 crunchy tacos and the red burrito. The amount of cheese on the frijoles was amazing! 5+ stars!!!

I was in the area looking for somewhere to eat. I saw Taco Casa, I decided to try them out. The food was delicious and the prices were very affordable. I ordered a burrito, two tacos, one soft taco and a drink for under $10. Customer service was good. I would definitely recommend Taco Casa or anyone looking for great Mexican food.

Good place to eat and a great place to sit and talk with family as well as the employees. Fresh food you can watch being cooked and prepared. However it can be a bit lax on table cleanliness as well as the prices being a bit high.

This stuff is so good. Is there a code word to get hot sauce though? I have been asked if I want it and said yes 2 times now and have not received said hot sauce. Still food is great!

I have felt like home there. From out of town and that is my number 1 place to go to. Lunch boom under 10 bucks. Full. Thank you taco casa good grub.

Pretty good tacos and a good burrito

For fast food it's some of the best you can hope for. At least it's real meat and really aren't stingy with it TIP: eat it inside or in parking lot. Once home is too late it's not that great after cooling down

First time ever. The taco was really good. Fresh and crispy. Tons of cheese. The super tostada was huge. Again another ton of cheese. I will ask for less cheese next time. The price is very reasonable. The hot sauce is kind of too hot and yet ketchup like at the same time. I would definitely come back for the tacos.

This was a great place when they first opened! Now, the wait is long (they never have the 2nd drive thru open) order is usually wrong (I have to special order due to Thyroid Diseas), employees just throw your stuff in a bag and hand out the window and get upset if you want to look in your bag to make sure it's right! If you go in, the place is always clean because they are constantly cleaning... Not waiting on you! And they don't stop cleaning to wait on you! It's like nobody knows who's suppose to be doing what anymore???

We tried the tortilla chips and guacamole combo and bean burrito. The guacamole comes prepackaged so it will not dump or spill any if being transported. I prefer fresh, but it was tasty.

This location always has the biggest portions! The only thing I'd say to improve on is friendly service. They have a revolving door of help here and the help rarely smiles and never really show any friendly emotions. Service with a smile would be much appreciated

Store: This store was super clean and very inviting! The floor, tables, order area, what we could see of the kitchen, and the condiment areas all were spotless. The men's bathroom was also extremely clean. Staff: We were greeted by two of the staff, one at the counter and one in the kitchen. Everyone was super kind and represented the store wonderfully! If I was the store owner, I'd be proud of the team from this night! Order: Our order was taken and then read back to us looking for errors. Our order was also made fresh right before us and was quick to be served. Everything was piping hot and wonderful! Food: We felt the nacho cheese needed something. While it was hot and fresh, it was also plain. We ended up mixing in salsa and lime juice. We also felt that the taco meat needed a tad more seasoning. Other than these two things, our food was next level great! While we did add some seasonings and such at home, the food was hot, portions were great, and we very much enjoyed our meals! Summary: We'd give Taco Casa #72 a 4 3/4 Stars if we could! We will for sure be back! Thank you!!

I have to agree portions are plentiful, clean, pretty quick. First timer. I made the mistake of ordering the Super Nachos. As I was having to shuttle the Sour Cream, Beans, Beef, Tomatoes and Jalapenos from the respective corners they were dumped in, to try to get a little of each on my Soggy Tortillas buried underneath, I had to wonder who would call such an arrangement "Nachos". More of a Casserole. A quick look told me it was started by a White Guy in Tuscaloosa Alabama. Probably thinks Nachos are those things you get at the Stadium watching the Tide. Tex Mex? No Creo Yo!

This location is as good as any. The crunchy tacos are good. Everything comes with copious amounts of cheese. The burritos are pretty filling but flavor is just okay. The iced tea is always fresh. I think my favorite part of eating here is the simple taco sauce, it's simple but I enjoy it. The employees here are always friendly and quick.

I use to go to taco casa at least once a week for lunch. But the shells on the tacos started to become stale Every time I went. It’s been a few months since I have visited this location. I went today for lunch, bit into my super taco, and the shell is stale and hard and the meat is cold. I don’t understand why, the meat should have definitely been hot because I waited in line for almost 10 minutes just to receive my order so this location is a hit or miss, especially with the shells being stale.

How the HECK is putting beans on a taco against company policy, and why on gods green earth would I want to put the beans ON TOP of the cheese and lettuce. They were nice about it but still, why is that not allowed 💢. No, I'm not vegan, I just don't like getting taco meat from fast food places.

I don’t know what the deal is but I got 4 items and get 3 hot sauce packets… It’s like the hot sauce packets are coming out of the employees wages if they give to much lol. No problem I just go in and grab 2 hand fulls so I won’t have to worry about it no more. Just absolutely ridiculous and it’s only this one I have that issue with.

Totally disappointed. Waited in line at drive through for 10 minutes for 2 items. One item literally had 5 pieces of shredded cheese on it. This usually is not the case at this restaurant, normally they are very generous with the cheese. It just added to the disappointment of the wait to get substandard food with the substandard service. Update - recently visited again, and the taco shells were stale. Not sure if I will come back to this location or not at this point.

It's just "ok". We were hungry, it was close by. Satisfied our need, but probably not gonna be on my favorites list.

I have lived here in the area for three years and have never had a complaint but I do today I got 4 taco lites which are wonderful. I always order meat and cheat only. No veggies. My teeth are not to good on top and I'm hungry. Well this morning I ordered four and damn they are greedy on meat and especially the cheese. The dang taco was flat. Not all pumped up like always. That's my main reason of coming back here. Not to get a flat crunchy taco. I understand I didn't want veggies but they always filled it up with meat and cheese. Mmmmm that was good . Now I don't know. You're losing me as a customer

Food was cold, burrito was falling apart with holes in it. They didn't put red sauce on the burrito. Rushed out at 930 unplugged the open signs at 915. But don't close til 10????

I wish I could give it a zero. The people that work there do not have a clue on how to take an order, serve food in a timely manner or make food with any kind of care for the customer. Rachel is the worst. If she is there , go somewhere else if you want good, hot food that is delicious , go somewhere else .

Very, very poor service. As someone who works in the food industry I can say this on my behalf. I called about an order of meat and cheese ONLY tacos and I received tacos with only cheese in them. I spoke to the manager after arriving home to see if I could get them replaced, she gave me an attitude and did not even help me over 2$ worth of tacos 😂

Here I am again! About 6:15pm on 5/15/18, Tuesday, ordering another two super salads. Is it me or is putting the two containers of salsa in with the salad a major surgical procedure? Does this require a rocket surgeon? It is certainly beyond the capability of the Midlothian Taco Casa idiot.... I'm back! Last night (Tuesday, 8/9/16) Ordered ANOTHER two salads, usually pretty tasty. This time - the crispy taco shells they put the salad in tasted like they were at least a day old. Not good.. (Previous visit) Question - you order two super salads, how hard is it for the employees to put two of the salsa cups in with your two salads? Answer - pretty difficult evidently. They got one salsa cup put in, but left the other one out. Just sad, guess that's my fault for trying fast food and relying on teenagers to get your order correct.

Forgot one of my drinks, which was on the receipt. Forgot an order of cinnamon delights, which they only put 1 order on the receipt when i asked for 2. This alone wouldn't be an issue if the young lady in the drive thru window wasn't so rude through her lack of respect for a paying customer. On 9/6/20 at approximately 6:10 p.m. Her etiquette was terrible.

Service was good.. fairly clean.. tacos ..ehhh.. not a fan.... they only have beef.. or what they call beef..enchilada sauce or maybe the whole enchilada was extremely salty.. don't really know why I need black olives on everything .. burrito not as salty but not the best either.. this place is just barely a step up from taco Bell.. Definitely not worth my $10 bucks ... first and last time for me.. plus side any size sweet tea ..

I went the drive through and ordered soft tacos was given hard tacos no biggie when I told the lady she got an attitude and said you ordered regular tacos. I think I know what I said. And then I had to go inside to get a fork for my childa and to get a different drink because the dr peper was nasty I was given attitude again by the same lady. I am normally very happy with taco case but not tonight.

The Burleson location used to be my favorite taco Casa. But they really have seemed to change recently not sure if it's new management or owners or what. The food my last visit wasn't the fresh experience I was used to and they even cut off the tea special they always had going which was a factor in going there. It didn't help that there were two employees sitting across the room very loudly discussing problems about work and even suicide! I was just appalled at how seemingly oblivious they were to customers trying to enjoy their meals around them.

Would rather talk about how they don’t know how to clean windows than take your order. Order super nachos for here and make them for Togo. Then argue with you and laugh at you that they didn’t put something down that you ordered. I’m not one normally to post a bad review just the shear fact he argued and laughed at me was the nail in the coffin to cause this review.

The second drive thru should not be used unless staffed appropriately. One kid, very pleasant BTW but one person is not enough to run that second drive thru. So many came and went while we never moved. The food was delicious but had to wait even longer because he forgot my tea!

We received a mailer for talk of the town and wanted to try Taco Casa for the first time. Cashier tried to help however the manager onsite and the manager they called could not figure out the coupon. People in line were rude, the manager kept walking away and yelled at the cashier "can't you see I am working the drive through". Beyond rude, if this is how they operate I would not go back and not suggest anyone else go there.

This is the only taco casa location that consistently has STALE taco shells. I don't know why I still come this restaurant location.

Ordered 2 super slalds and they came out with no discernable amount of meat in them so I asked them to be remade. They came out the exact same way. This store will cheat you out of what you pay for. The one in Waxahachie is 1000% better, go there instead.

They really gave me a cheese burrito because where is the beans??? It’s like they put beans on a spoon and rubbed the back of the spoon on the tortilla to say they put beans. Then threw in a handful of cheese to make it look full. Trash! This location must be going downhill because they used to be one of the better ones. I’m not paying $3 for a tortilla and cheese.
