I can't believe I'm saying this, but this is an above average McDonalds. It has a cafe inside, tons of seating, very modern decor, & a huge kids play area. You can also have a kids birthday party here, and they have two areas in which to do it. It also has a drive thru and it's easily accessd either way of the Polanco entrance or periférico.

Update for 2025. This is the slowest McDonalds there is. Even a simple order takes between 10 and 15 minutes. The fries are always served cold and without salt so taste horrible. They give very few sauces. All of the staff are very young and it’s obvious this branch needs an adult manager or someone with experience to guide them.

HORRIBLE MCDONALDS ESTABLISHMENT. They left THREE items off of my order via Uber eats. I tried calling their restaurant THREE times and no answer. I’m a paying customer and can’t even get any customer service. Whoever runs this establishment clearly isn’t capable of running a worldwide brand or U.S. chain. New, but dirty. Awful service. They do not clean the tables. I asked two employees if they could clean it - one a worker, and the other a manager. Neither one ever came to clean it, but I did see them hanging in corners socializing. My family had to eat our food at a table and chairs full of grease and sticky ketchup and other dried sauces. Place was full, so there were no other seating options. Poorly managed.

Very impressed with the super fast and efficient service of the AutoMac here. Congratulations! Edit: the prices at McDonalds is increasing by the week. It’s becoming too expensive for what it’s worth. Today (October 20th, 2022) we are paying $49 for large fries. At Shake Shack their fries are $65 for more quantity. If this trend continues, I’m quitting McDonalds and turning to eat at Shake Shack instead. The price increase here is absurd.

Terrible. All I wanted to do was buy a happy meal toy and was given the tune that they only sold the meals with the toys. At the end, I ended up buying the meals and gave them away because I didn't want them. I even asked to see the manager and she said that it was company politics. Terrible service.
