It is a restaurant for tourists, well located near the Castello, great service, extra rapid preparation and great taste of the food. It is cheaper than the restaurants near the Duomo, and it is close (if you enjoy walking). You have to enjoy the traditional dishes from Milan and it is a good place to do it. It is 2 euros for coperto, but it doesn't include water or bread.

Great service and delicious food on a lively street in front of the castle. The price for the food is pretty reasonable for such a popular location, but the drinks are on the pricier side. I had seafood risotto and my friend had a vegetarian dish, we both enjoyed our meal very much.

This is our favorite Restaurant so far. The owner is very attentive and you should ask for "the worst waiter" because he is far from that!!! We had a wonderful time there. Oh and the food was great too!!!

Personale super gentile e disponibile, menù ricco e interessante, ambiente accogliente sia in strada, nella parte coperta e riscaldata, sia all'interno. Discreta varietà di panini e piadine, un solo panino con hamburger ma comprensivo di patate fritte. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consiglio.

Bel ristorante in isola pedonale a pochi passi dal castello sforzesco. Splendido dehors dove potersi rilassare assaporando un buon risotto zafferano e salsiccia. Servizio rapido ed efficiente, menù che spazia dalla piadina agli spaghetti allo scoglio passando per la pizza. Ottimi anche i gelati.

Food was pretty average but overpriced. A restaurant for tourists as it is in a great location so it is convenient, but there are much better options for more quality food elsewhere at this price. Waiter was attentive and friendly but not competent when asked to split the check, doing random calculations for the bill.

Sometimes a place is worth going just for the ambiance and wonderful service from your Italian waiter 😉. Truth be told, we had no idea what to order, however all the recommendations were yummy! We got a mega drink that became the spotlight of the outdoor area, which we enjoyed quite a bit, great idea & promo, you are welcome 😉; a yummy cheese & meat tray and wonderful drinks. As said by others, food quality may be better at other restaurants but that’s not why you come here. There are times we leave with something unexpected. That said, a shout out to our wonderful server whom I believe his name is Jonathan. That smile & eyes were worth any meal.

There are not many vegan options, you can modify but its not that good then. I eat ortolana pizza, without mozzarella, and it was good, nothing special, it was 12-13e, for that price its not worth it. That is pizza with eggplant and cherry tomato, and thats all. Other pizza was good.

Nice food, nice terrace, nice service, high prices for drinks.we had a very nice evening.just this grappa was disappointing. The middle of the round part of the glass marks the 2cl line. So I had about 1,3 or 1,4 cl. For 10 Euros. After ordering things for 100 Euros...also the taste of the cocktails is not nice. Recommendation: Stay with the wine :-) 😄

Very nice and cosy, friendly staff and a clean toilet. The pasta portions are very small, we had to order two main courses because we were still hungry, but the food is of very high quality and tastes great! Very good ice cream, too.

Gli elementi del personale si danno molte arie ma sono poco professionali nel rapporto reciproco. È ben frequentato. Il risotto alla milanese è buono ma un tantino caro. La location, vicina al Castello Sforzesco, non c'entra. Poco più avanti c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta se si vuole mangiare italiano - per i turisti curiosi di sperimentare la nostra strepitosa cucina - spendendo molto meno e a una qualità non inferiore. I dolci non sono il loro forte. Ne abbiamo preso quattro diversi e nessuno arrivava alla sufficienza.

Location is excellent, near the large Park with a Castle. During this visit, the restaurant faced some challenges with the food service. There was a noticeable delay in receiving our meals, and guests who arrived after us were served first. The pizza could have benefited from some tomato sauce on the base and a slightly longer baking time. The chicken dish was served open and flat with bones visible, alongside cold potatoes.

This was the first place we had breakfast when we arrived in Milan. As it was very early, we decided to go for a nice Italian restaurant instead of Mcdonalds, which is next door. Just ordered some croissants and coffee. The croissants tastes stale and my wife had a minor stomach ache after having it. Wasn't a good start for us in Milan.

I ordered the carbonara, it was basically scrambled eggs on pasta. The egg had curdled and was no longer saucy. The waiters were great and inviting, the location is perfect with a great view and a good place for "people watching", however the price was not compatible with the type of food served. There is a wide selection of meals and cocktails, but I doubt I would be coming back after the horrendous carbonara.

I camerieri erano bravi e gentili, il posto è carino, ma il fatto, che solo mer mettermi seduta dovevo pagare doppio, e che per gelato, diciamo non proprio cremoso e buono (ho assaggiato molto più buono e di qualità) pagare 7 euro è un po' esagerato. È successo così, perché avete visto, che siamo straniere e si può guadagnare un po' .. È rippeto-il gelato non era ottimo.

Risotto is okay but drinks are ridiculous high priced. One coke charged €6 and they also charged the fee for seat €2 per person. (We have been in Italy for few days but there were no restaurants charging this kind of fee) Also, we asked for bill many times but no one helped us. We will definitely not come here again. As a tourist, it was a really bad experience in Milan.

The location of the restaurant is pretty good and the service is fast, However the food was not as good as expected, we ordered a seafood spaghetti and an arabbiata and it was not that tasty, prices are also pretty high .. so I do no recommend for eating but for a glass of wine or a coffee

A terrace right next to the Dom, heated, with very kind employees. I recommend it for a coffee or a glass of wine but not for eating. Here I served the worst carbonara pasta I ate in Italy. But I expected that, it always happens in very touristy places. It deserves 2 stars for its location and for the politeness and kindness of the employees.

Busy place with average pizza (but price was quite fair for the city centre, around 13 €). Drinks are very expensive - 7 euros for medium size beer of low quality. Medium size beer (40 cl), you know, for me as a Czech guy it's like spit to the bowl. I can't recommend this place.

Terribile!! Pizza che pizza ha solo il nome. Nessuna conoscenza basilare dall’ impasto ai condimenti. Solo per stranieri che ignorano il vero cibo italiano. Inoltre visto la qualità i prezzi sono altissimi. Sconsiglio vivamente a chi cerca sapore e qualità di cibo.

Se si potesse darei 0 stelle...Milano centro, neanche vista Duomo.. 2 cappuccini al tavolo 10 euro. Scioccata, prezzo assurdo. Sconsiglio vivamente.

Da italiana purtroppo pasta pessima. Tagliatelle con i funghi senza sale e funghi decongelati e senza sapore. Cacio e pepe stracotta e senza gusto. Salviette di carta sporche e tovaglia sporca di sugo e altro, forse perché non é stata cambiata dopo i clienti precedenti. Prezzi alti. Camerieri che litigavano in sala davanti ai clienti... Non si fa... Se avete problemi da risolvere lo fate da un altra parte per conto vostro. Di sicuro non ci torno e non lo consiglio.

Ha cambiato gestione. Noi lavoriamo in zona e siamo sempre andati, e non abbiamo mai avuto nulla da eccepire, stessi prezzi al tavolo che al banco. Oggi al tavolo 4 euro un caffè e 3 euro una brioche. Un furto, non ci vedrà più neppure in fotografia, nessuno dei 100 che lavorano nella nostra azienda. Probabilmente la scelta è quella di pestare secco sui turisti. Non andateci.

Pessimo, oltre che caro, imperdonabile servire a 9 euro l’uno due mezzi calici di prosecco senza bollicine e di bassa qualità! Molto care le insalate a 15 euro, come tutti gli altri piatti, capisco gli affitti, ma la qualità o non è da confondere con la location!

Dopo il cambio gestione il servizio è peggiorato notevolmente, non tanto per il personale ma per la quantità di cibo portato, ad esempio, per l’aperitivo. 14€ drink + 4 pezzetti minuscoli di pizza e 4 bruschette… Il drink inoltre pareva un succo

Arrivati da poco a milano ci fermiamo in questo bar-ristorante nei pressi del castello sforzesco. Pizza paragonabile ad un pugno in gola, oltre ad essere palesemente surgelata. Risotto alla milanese sconsigliato. Prezzi troppo alti per la qualita del cibo.

The location is perfect, but food was soo bad, one of the worse food experience in my life. They write down themselves the amount of tips on bills. N if it’s not in menu card then never ever oder, I paid 60€ for 1 liter of orange juice, big big scammers.

Despite having lot of options at a reasonable price, I took the advice of the waiter, and boy I got scammed. A simple fruit ice cream combo made me pay 40 Euros. Total rip off. Stick to the menu if you want to order from the place, and ask for the price at the beginning so you won’t fall in the trap.
