Caffetteria collocata in posizione strategica su via Dante, non distante da piazza Cordusio. Clientela tipica lavoratori e turisti di passaggio... Buona scelta di pasticceria mignon, prezzi ragionevoli, servizio rapido, personale molto professionale. Assolutamente consigliata!

Apprezzabile dagli intenditori di locali storici, da l'impressione di beneficiare dei pregi della conduzione familiare. Una sola pecca significativa: probabilmente per contenere i costi di gestione o per il cedimento dell'impianto l'ho trovato in pieno luglio privo di aria condizionata.

Had a very yummy chocolate pastry, and americano was strong but nice. Seems a little expensive, and service feels aggressively quick. Nevertheless, food was worth it.

After walking around in the cold for a couple of hours on our first full day in Milan, Italy, we stopped by this cafe to warm up. It was in the upper 30s and low 40s that Sunday afternoon, but we enjoyed sightseeing while walking to the Duomo from our hotel. Service was quick and my coffee was nice, hot, and strong. Menu prices were fairly cheap for the area and a lot to pick from. Oh, the cafe doesn’t accept AmEx and the restroom is on the basement level.

Cappuccino molto buono, anche la brioche buona, ma se due cappuccini e una brioche costano €11 non posso uscire dal locale contento. Potrei capire se fosse in Piazza Duomo o in Piazza San Marco, ma non qui.

I will write in English, despite being an Italian, because I want to let tourists know that no, these prices are not cheap, neither worth the service, the food nor the experience. It's an average coffee shop, not fancy, with crazy prices. The atmosphere wasn't pleasing, with the waiters looking constantly over at your table, waiting for you to leave almost. The toilet wasn't accessible.

Definirlo un furto è fargli un complimento! Colazione in famiglia, 4 persone, servizio al tavolino..... Servizio... Servizio è ben altro, non certo sbagliare per ben 3 volte le portate al tavolino, non certo portare un bicchiere d'acqua sozzo del cibo d'altri, non certo assumere atteggiamenti scostanti e arroganti da parte della cameriera. Il resto personale ha cercato di porre rimedio alle numerose mancanza ma, alla fine, il risultato è stato un disastro. I croissant sembravano di cartone tanto erano secchi. Il caffè bruciato è l'acqua del rubinetto. Il conto: 32€!!! Un caffè 3€, un croissant vuoto 3€, un bicchiere d'acqua del rubinetto 1€. Un furto!!!!!

Un caffè, una soia macchiata e due micro pasticcini 11 euro. Da galera !!! in allegato scontrino della carta di credito. Visto che è impossibile verifichi sul registratore di cassa. Servizio scadente! Ci hanno portato caffè senza vassoio, si sono dimenticate il te alla pesca e lo zucchero, ci è stato lanciato sul tavolo mente con un un piede stava tentando la porta e nn ci hanno nemmeno chiesto se volessimo quello di canna o normale, alla richiesta di avere anche il te alla pesca ci è stato portato sempre senza vassoio e il bicchiere tenuto dalla parte dove si poggiano le labbra, onestamente nemmeno l’ho voluto usare e per non parlare del signore alla cassa io:”buongiorno” lui:”carta o contanti” sbuffando mi passa il posso. Veramente un esperienza ORRIBILE non vale il prezzo pagato.

Devo aver trovato una giornata no. Scontrosi e distratti da altro. Chiedo un gelato alla frutta senza lattosio e il barista mi risponde "non esiste un gelato senza lattosio, pure il cono ne contiene un po". Mi ha pure detto che lo chiedono una volta al mese, peccato che la cliente prima di me aveva chiesto la mia stessa cosa. Possiamo dire che è una trappola per turisti?

Prezzi assurdi, 4 euro un cappuccino, 3,50 una sfogliatella mignon. In più non ha avuto senso pagare il sovrapprezzo del tavolo perché ci siamo state il meno possibile visto che il personale era molto antipatico e sbrigativo e già mentre stavamo per finire di bere la cameriera ci stava addosso tipo avvoltoio per sparecchiare tutto. Siamo stati felici di lasciare tavolo e locale il prima possibile vista l'accoglienza, meno felici di aver speso per una mini merenda quanto per il pranzo in un altro posto. La pasticceria non è nemmeno di alta qualità. Peccato non aver letto le recensioni prima di entrare.

Una volta seduta al tavolo non mi è stata portata alcuna lista/menù. Non sapendo cosa offrisse, visto il freddo, vistà l'insostenza del cameriere che si era gia avvicinato al tavolo più volte per prendere l'ordinazione, è stata chiesta una tisana ai frutti rossi. Dopo pochi istanti lo stesso cameriere è tornato con un espositore pieno di bustine di the di marca sconosciuta e camomilla Bonomelli. Di tisane nemmeno l'ombra. Nel giro di due minuti è arrivata la teiera (con coperchio sbeccato e non suo) contenente acqua appena tiepida. La bustina del thè scelto ha fatto fatica a rilasciare le sostanze. Risultato: acqua sporca tiepida. Inoltre nel contenitore delle bustine di zucchero vi era una bustina aperta e usata... Alla cassa la botta finale: 7€.... 7€ per acqua sporca tiepida... un furto. Mai più là dentro.

looking for a quick bite near our hotel before heading to the airport we popped in to have panini & drinks. Were seated by a lady who handed us menus & said sh’d come back. We wanted to order but the guy said we couldn’t order food off the menu we had to choose from the counter. Looked at the food there & it all looked stale & unappetising. No prices on anything either. Asked why we couldn’t order off menu but he just said, quite rudely ‘forget the menu it’s just this you can have’ I handed him his menu & told him we weren’t going to bother & left. After reading other reviews here I’m glad we didn’t bother, we got a great snack at Cadorna station, where the service was the total opposite!

With my partner we stopped in for an ice cream. After buying we sat down, but were told we had to move outside if we wanted to eat the ice cream. We then moved outside, and in a few minutes were again told to move as only a bench at the other side could be used. Couldn't believe the rudeness, given that clearly we would be finished in another minute. The staff were so rude, will never go back there again!! So much for service!!!

Gelato was almost as bad as the attitude of lady who served it to us. Definitely come here if you DON’T like bare minimum friendly and respectful service P.S. If you want gelato for dine-in, they won’t let you choose the cone for a different, separate order because gelato for takeaway has to be taken away and not eaten in-store. Obnoxious as hell LMAO

Deliberate scams. Charge 5 times the agreed prices in hopes of getting away with it. When confronted, they switch to Italian, and will no longer communicate with you in english. We asked for the price of a drink and the waiter said it was 2€, we asked again a couple of times to confirm if we had understood correctly and he kept saying yes. He brought the bill and all of a sudden it was 10€, when we asked why he said that it was not 2, that it was 12 but he discounted 2€ of the original price (?) He wasn't even understanding himself as he was saying it cause he made no sense. All in all, avoid it at all costs if you don't want (bad) unexpected surprises.

We had three (!) cappuccinos and two panini somethings, spending about an hour at what initially felt like a lovely café. Rainy day, we sat outside—pleasant enough. Later, we ordered one more cappuccino to go. My wife paid inside and came out to grab her things—I was already getting up—only for the insufferably smug waiter, the same guy I’d ordered everything from (!!), to insist we leave immediately because it was a takeaway cup. Delightful. Truly. Never spending another damn euro there again

Wanted to order two salmon sandwiches and was directed to the counter, where a very sulking waitress (see pic) didn't look happy to have to make them. Instead she seemed to expect us to just order from what they had left... €5 for a Coke and €4 for a cappuccino. Thieves is right!

Beware of sulky face worker who does not hear properly customer’s request, as a result prepared a wrong order. Then the cashier strangely charged me in AUD instead of EURO. When I explained it’s wrong, he said is my own card issue and his side shown in EURO. I feel cheated in this process. It never happened before with my bank card to charge in a foreign currency that I did not choose nor is a visiting country at that moment
