Ottima esperienza. Locale accogliente personale molto gentile. Eravamo solo noi e siamo stati coccolati con piacere. Abbiamo provato come antipasti involtini fritti a base di verdura, riso basami con carne di pollo ed un timballo di riso vegetariano, tutti motto e prezzi contenuti.

Posto fantastico e la terza volta che vengo con la famiglia e non SARÀ L'ULTIMA. Le pietanze sono fantastiche, puoi scegliere se averlo piccante o no, quindi possono mangiare anche i bambini tranquillamente. Il proprietario è una persona fantastica e simpatica. Un posto dove ci si deve tornare per forza 😀

Siamo andati oggi a pranzare qui da Cinnamon ed è stata un'esperienza fantastica: come antipasti Ulundu Wada e Wada, come piatti principali Pork Devil e Appa, e come dolci torta di cocco e Vatalappan. Tutto buonissimo, sia di sapore che di consistenze. Se cercate qualcosa di piccante al punto giusto qui lo troverete. Cameriere gentilissimo e super disponibile per spiegare tutto quanto. Esperienza che speriamo di ripetere il prima possibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Opzioni vegetariane e vegane di buon livello, anche con gustosi legumi. Buon cibo, con possibilità di scegliere il proprio livello di spezie e piccantezza.

Fantastica scoperta Che dire, Antonio è su un altro livello, ti accompagna in questo viaggio culinario come se stesse leggendo una storia e dopo aver sentito la sua spiegazione dei piatti assaggiarli ti porta direttamente in Sri Lanka. Il cibo ha una qualità assurda, si sentono tutti gli ingredienti presenti. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerò sicuramente!

Delizioso tutto! Il personale, il cibo, il locale. Abbiamo preso due antipasti (spring roll e ulundu wada, croccanti ciambelline a base di farina di lenticchie), due piatti principali (kottu mix e dragon chicken), due dolci (watalappan, una sorta di budino, e torta di cocco), due birre grandi e una bottiglia d'acqua, il tutto per 70€. Il cibo è profumatissimo e delicato! È possibile personalizzare il grado di piccantezza dei piatti, dei quali i camerieri spiegano ingredienti e preparazione. Vogliamo assolutamente tornare per provare l'appa, un piatto che va ordinato almeno due giorni prima! Una volta al mese organizzano una cena degustazione: è possibile iscriversi alla newsletter per ricevere il promemoria di mese in mese. Un angolo di Oriente ad Affori! Aggiornamento: si sono trasferiti in via Pellegrino Rossi, rinnovando gli arredi ma senza perdere la gentilezza e l'ottima cucina che li caratterizzano. A pranzo offrono anche piatti italiani!

Ho solo la foto di un antipasto (che condivido)...poi ci siamo persi in un meraviglioso viaggio tra i sapori srilankesi e i cellulari ce li siamo dimenticati. Torneremo sicuramente!

We had a hotel nearby as a family and found this restaurant by chance. None of us had ever made experience with Sri Lankan food. Short: it was a great experience for all of us. Very tasty food prepared with a fine hand for spices, still quite different from what we know from Indian restaurants. Special recommendation: try one of the Kottu dishes! A very special combination of vegetables, meat, spices and bread. Moreover, the owner created a great, funny atmosphere and took his time to explain his menu. All of this for very fair prices.

Lovely and authentic cingalesi cuisine you can enjoy in a cozy and familiar environment where the personnel take care of you explaining the dishes and best way to enjoy them. They are also considering whether you like spicy food or not ;) Super approved! It was so good I did not take pictures of the food but we had the rice and curry plate, accompanied by coconut lentils, stir fried pineapple, green beans and eggplant, delicious!

I would like to suggest this restaurant to all who r looking for a nice, ethnic place quiet new. The owner and a woman who welcome you at the entrance are very nice, polite and smiling and helpful (not always people has a smile on their face even if you are a guests!for me this is one of the value I consider with my review). Quality of the food: good both for vegetarian and not (price/quality) very nice desserts. Be prepared if you don't use so much chilly, curry and some others spices. For the others is not so spicy. Service: good (the woman is very smiling and polite) they inform you as they cook time by time the food are little bit slow. (Let me say that in Milan, in the city in general we forget the experience of having a meal and share this with others...so slowly... I did appreciate also that info she gave us..so instead grab a phone talk to each other!) I will go back for sure, oh If you use Groupon, don't worry the owner is really helpful even if Groupon made a mistake!!) The only negative point is the toilet, no soap and no tissue for hands.
