It's a self service place with good quality food
Delicious food , a lot of options and nice staff :)
Amazing place to eat. Prices are great, the service people are very nice and try their best to help you. We came here two days in a row, because we found great healthy delicious food for a great price. There are also more options available, but we didnt have time to try them.
The food is always good, with a homemade taste, although a little lukewarm… but there's a microwave in the dining area if you want to heat it up. The €10.00 "Menu Amigo" (friend's menu) is worth it.

It was great experience, you feel like a local there. The food was amazing, you can pick, what to eat and they charge you the same amount ( we paid 7€). Highly recommend.

I'm a student in University of Milan and this is my favorite lunch spot around my campus. The food may be not outstanding in any ways, but the quantity is filling. Service is very nice and they are generous with students, especially comparing to other restaurants I have been to. That's why this place get 5 stars from me. Plus, the place is spacious enough so I can eat there comfortably, however I normally take away and they packed me with very good boxes. Highly recommend if you want a proper lunch with affordable price in Milan.

A typical Milanese cafeteria where you can have lunch for less than 10 euros. Canteen-quality food, cafeteria prices, and a decent atmosphere. Nothing to laugh about.

La Cantina del Mangia provides a fantastic self-service experience with a diverse salad bar offering fresh veggies, chicken, nuts, cheeses, and beans. Perfect for creating healthy, personalized salads.

Its a students and workers diner. Quality of food is ok, lots of local People which is great. Service here is really helpfull and they speak English.
It's very chaotic, but that's due to the large number of customers. Self-service with a tray and a choice of dishes at each step. The food is good and the portions are adequate. Perhaps my only complaint is that it's a little cold. The prices are very competitive (€9.50 with a first course, second course, side dish, and coffee, €11.50 with dessert). Recommended for lunch.

I went there with my friend by chance. It's not convenient for tourists, but a lady was super nice, even though it was difficult to communicate in English. But oh well. For locals, this restaurant can be a good place to stay.
