The best seafood we had in Ortigia and the red prawn was amazing. We had 2 of that 🦐 sea urchin pasta was cooked perfectly and everything was very fresh!

We died and went to seafood heaven. We wish we had bigger stomachs so we could order and eat more. The staff was amazing , and was ok with me sending back wine I thought not dry enough. We ordered the shrimp pasta , grilled mix plate , fried Beccafico , and swordfish. The portions were great, the flavor and freshness amazing.

I had dinner and it was so good that I had to go back next day for lunch. All fresh and very good quality price.

Yummy seafood dishes with a nice texture and umami flavors. The pasta was well cooked and chewy. It could be a bit salty or spicy for some people but it was tasty for me; it had a lot of umami taste, which reminded me of Korean noodles (너구리). The steamed octopus in a tomato-based sauce was very soft and also had umami flavors, which made me want to mix the sauce with steamed rice, similar to one of the Korean dishes, marinated squid (오징어덮밥). The price was reasonable.

We took "frittura mista" and tuna alla siciliana. Tuna was fabulous and very tasty, it is tuna in sauce of onion and tomato. The portion of tuna is abundant. I would prefer that they combine it with some pasta or some sidedish because you get only tuna in sauce on plate. Frittura was average and not worth to pay and try it. Waitress was very kind.

Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed with this restaurant. We were so impressed with the reviews left for this restaurant that we decided to choose it as our lunch spot. Perhaps we were just unlucky. Unfortunately, there was only one serving staff. A very nice young lady waitress tried very hard, but she was only one. Because of this there were absolutely a few mistakes, for example we were given the wrong final bill. The food was quite good, especially the mussels and squid, but the portions were very small. The swordfish steak, and the grilled assorted fish made us look sad. I wish this restaurant success and for the cook not to shout at the service staff in front of the guests.

Mussels were delicious but the ‘mixed salad’ was pretty atrocious. Literally a bit of chopped iceburg lettuce with a few tomato’s. Nothing else, not even a dressing. Very dry and had to ask for some olive oil. Service started out well but went downhill.
