But that’s not all – I discovered they make their own Amaro, Gin, artichoke spread, and truffle cream -infused delights. This isn’t just food, it’s an artisanal experience curated by people who love what they do. Fantastic freshly made sandwiches, a must. With sandwiches made to order from fresh ingredients. The Parma ham is even cut to order. The sandwiches have so much flavour, you can't go far wrong what ever you pick. The wine also goes very nicely... Panini davvero eccellenti, con ingredienti di qualità e abbinamenti mai banali: la paninoteca De Santis in Corso Magenta è una tappa obbligata per chi ama i sapori decisi e ben costruiti. Il pane è fragrante al punto giusto, i salumi sono selezionati con cura e il risultato è un panino che lascia davvero il segno. Il locale ha un fascino tutto suo, tra pareti ricoperte di fotografie e un’atmosfera d’altri tempi. Due piccoli nei: i prezzi sono sopra la media, e lo spazio interno è piuttosto ridotto — nelle ore di punta può essere difficile trovare posto. Detto questo, l’esperienza vale sicuramente la visita. Un posto che ha fatto la storia dei panini a Milano.

Panini davvero di tutti i tipi e soprattutto di qualità. Il luogo è storico e ha un qualcosa di affascinante. L unico difetto sono le grandezze dei panini in relazione al prezzo, forse leggermente cari. Ci sono inoltre panini vegetariani. Consigliato!

We went to De Santis for a quick dinner on a trip to Milan. When we arrived, the store was quite empty and we were greeted by the staff. They straight ask if we would like to pay by card since they had issues with their terminal. So we had to grab cash with the nearest ATM. The paninis we ordered had been really delicious, but could’ve been a little bigger for the price. Apart from that. Very nice flavour and nice staff.

Nice panini sandwich, you can tell the ingredients are very fresh. Really flavorful if you go for a combination of cheese, meat and truffle sauce. The staff is ok, but they just don't go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed, it's more like you're another one to sit on a table. Can be improved. The atmosphere is really impressive, with the flavor of a historical pub. I really liked it!

Locale storico in Corso Magenta, a due passi da Cadorna. Panini buoni, per carità nulla di strabiliante, ma onestamente prezzi davvero esagerati considerato le dimensioni. Tra i vari consiglio il SOFFICE, cotto, fontina e pomodoro, ricco di cotto ma povero di formaggio.

Mi sono recato oggi per assaggiare il mitico panino di Milano. Panino scarso e piccolo,ingredienti appena sufficienti,l'acqua tanto piccola da sembrare uno scherzo.Il cameriere distratto si è dimenticato di servirci i panini che sostavano sul bancone da una decina di minuti. Comunque un localino in miniatura,dove tutto è piccolo,il posto a sedere,la bottiglia d'acqua,il panino piccolo piccolo,di grande c'è solo il prezzo che è un vero furto.Vergognoso

UN TRISTE TRACOLLO Come rovinare una bella tradizione. I panini di De Santis sono sempre stati un piccolo lusso succulento da concedersi ogni tanto per stare bene e godere della milanesità di un piccolo posto particolare. Da quando Milano è diventata un trappolone per turisti, il localino di Corso Magenta si è adeguato. Salvato da Moratti che ne ha scongiurato la chiusura, è ormai un posto vuoto, con menù presentati su tristi monitor digitali che ostentano i nomi legati alla famiglia (Gianmarco, Sanpa...) in cui si pagano prezzi ridicoli per panini ancora abbastanza buoni, ma che non valgono certo 15 euro, nè per ingredienti nè per dimensioni (sono sempre stati microscopici, e andava bene così. Ma ora si esagera). Freddo e scortese il servizio, con calici di vino volutamente dosati col contagocce: 10 euro per un dito di vino rosso. Alla richiesta di un filo di generosità in più, mi sono sentito rispondere: vuoi che ti faccia vedere il misurino? Alla mia faccia, ha capito che mezzo dito in più era meglio che me lo aggiungessero. Spero che non abbiano conseguenze gravi per questo gesto cortese che, evidentemente, non è più nelle corde di una proprietà la cui cifra non è certo la felicità del cliete. Ci andavo dai tempi della mia adolescenza. Non ci andrò più.

se quello che prepara i panini al posto di continuare a commentare col cassiere la scelta del cliente di togliere ingredienti (magari é ALLERGICO, GENIO!)facesse i panini velocemente nessuno pagherebbe 16 euro per aspettare fuori 30 minuti, farsi servire per ultimo e mangiare un panino SCARSISSIMO.
