Sito in zona porta Venezia a Milano, siamo stati in questo ristorante per una cena di lavoro, abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene ed i prezzi sono nella media della zona. Si mangia prevalentemente carne, il locale è accogliente, servizio veloce e personale cordiale, torneremo di sicuro.

ho pranzato con qui con alcuni amici. il cibo è di qualità, anche se mi aspettavo qualcosa in più sulla preparazione. l'ambiente è piacevole, così come il servizio. forse un po' alto il prezzo, rispetto a quello che abbiamo mangiato.

We had a pleasant dinner at La Carbonaia 90 and the food was generally well prepared, with a focus on simple, classic Italian flavours. The meat was one of the main highlights of the meal. The steak was served in thick slices, cooked nicely in the centre, with a good texture and flavour. It felt like a straightforward, traditional approach, without unnecessary additions. We also tried a few starters that were light and easy to share. The burrata was fresh and creamy, served simply with greens, and the tomato salad was clean and well seasoned, a good option if you want something lighter. The bruschetta selection was also a nice addition, especially the ones topped with tomatoes and the ones with salami, both paired well with the toasted bread. The pasta dish, carbonara, was served in a classic style, creamy and well balanced, with good pasta texture. It was one of the more satisfying plates on the table. To accompany everything, the flatbread was warm and simple, and worked well as a side for the starters and meat. Overall, La Carbonaia 90 offers a reliable, traditional Italian meal with good quality ingredients and a relaxed atmosphere, a solid choice in Milan for classic dishes done properly.

BROW & LASH BAR

The restaurant is about 40 years old, like something out of old Italian films. The waitstaff are experienced and pleasant. The food is generally tasty, but I preferred the Florentine steak here in 2012. Since then, I haven’t had a better one. I would also recommend updating the restroom; the hole in the floor is no longer very convenient or modern. Otherwise, I wish this place continued success.

Tomahawk steak (€60) was insanely good and probably the best we had in Italy thus far. We ordered medium rare but it was probably more rare (no complains though) the way the locals love it You can tell the place is a favourite local joints by how many locals there were at this place. It was still a full house when we got here at 9pm

Carbonara was amazing! Not salty at all. Price was also reasonable (€19 for water, bruschetta, carbonara). Although English menu was not available and one of staffs was quite mean but most of them were nice and friendly

When we arrived the stuff told us that there wasn’t any availability although we reserved online and got a confirmation. They said that we should always call them. So be aware and call them in order to reserve. However, they managed to give us a table which we really appreciated. The food was great and we would definitely go back.

Receptionist suggest me as, the best meat in the town. Not may be the best. But quite OK. Even a weekday it was almost full and I saw locals was eating there as well and business groups. 👍🏻

Il posto é carino e tradizionale con un bell ambiente retró. Come antipasti abbiamo preso delle polpette al pomodoro ed una buonissima bruschetta con salsiccia di Bra. Purtroppo il voto basso va alla carne, molto buona e molto morbida però con un cuore freddo. Per essere un locale specializzato nella carne ai ferri, che non costa poco e che tratta carne di qualità é un errore che non dovrebbe capitare.

Sono andata con mio marito e abbiamo preso diversi piatti..2 antipasti:prosciutto toscano tagliato"a coltello"..e polenta con funghi porcini..2 primi:gnocchetti sardi al ragù di salsiccia..e tagliolini ai funghi porcini(ci andava solo prezzemolo,aglio e peperoncino,non tutto quel basilico,pure cotto!)..2 secondi:salsicce toscane alla brace..e costolette scottadito di agnello..1 contorno:patatine fresche fritte..era tutto buono e abbondante..tranne il basilico,nei tagliolini ai porcini,che ha coperto tutto il sapore dei porcini..e le patate fritte,che avevano assorbito tutto l'olio,ed erano unte e mollicce..invece che asciutte e croccanti,come dovevano essere..le patate quando sono fresche,andrebbero fritte 2 volte e in 2 tempi diversi..avendo cura di asciugarle bene sulla cartapaglia dopo ogni frittura..buoni i condimenti a disposizione:olio piccante,con peperoncini freschi,x la pasta..e i sali speciali:rosa dell'Himalaya x le verdure..e rosso delle Hawaii x la carne..tabasco,x chi ama il gusto agropiccante..

Chiariamo subito che dopo una decina d'anni che non frequentavo questo ristorante con ottimi ricordi ho cenato con delle lecite aspettative che aveva un locale di riferimento nell'ambito della ristorazione Milanese. Le 2 stelle sono per la simpatia del personale e proprietario, e l'altra per un atmosfera riconducibile alla milanodabere di Gaber & Jannacci. Il resto Purtroppo non ha trovato nessun riscontro. Dagli assaggi dei antipasti senza spunti e sapore alle costine di agnello che erano poco più che frattaglie stoppose, ad una tagliata con carciofi che riuscivano a non dare sapore e dolci standard non aiutavano a lasciare nessun merito. Sicuramente non è un ristorante economico Come del resto comunque non lo è mai stato da sempre.

Decantato come un ristorante che fa cucina tipica milanese, ma la cotoletta e la cosa più lontana alla cotoletta alla milanese classica L’ambiente è un po’ spartano, ma servizio attento Mary simpatici e disponibilissimo Purtroppo, quello che manca il cibo Almeno la cotoletta è stata veramente una delusione.

Ristorante orrendo buono solo per turisti dove ti spacciano un carpaccio di carne x per tagliata, cotta a caso, contorni orrendi, personale super cheap ansiogeno ed aggressivo. Bleah Vista la risposta del ristoratore aggiungo che quelle fettine tonde di carne finì come un’ostia e provenienti da chissà quale taglio di carne non sanno nemmeno cosa sia una tagliata. Continuando a scrivere la stessa risposta a chiunque vi critica non lo farà diventare la verità.

Senza parole, l ordinazione fatta di fretta, educazione zero, la tagliata è un carpaccio non una tagliata, le patatine fritte congelate dentro e piene di olio. I carciofi microscopici. Li dentro il cliente non può dire nulla perché sennò cominciano a deriderti e piuttosto che scusarti ti offendono. L unica cosa buona il vino.

Locale dove si permette di fumare dentro al tavolo con accanto dei bambini. Alla richiesta di spegnere ci è stato risposto che erano stati autorizzati dal proprietario (cosa che il proprietario ha confermato) . Mancanza totale di rispetto delle persone e delle regole.
