One of the best burgers I have had in Milan. Prices a bit high, but worthy, the atmosphere is to make you feel in the United States. Veggi burger very good taste, however the patty was small in comparison to the other burgers

It was good experience. We came here to try this American burger style. I was amazed foods are great and burgers are sooooo delicious and creamy. Worth the price. Staffs are too kind and friendly.( which is rarely to other restaurants ). I really love the ribs so tender, delicious, creamy and tasty. Surely we will be back soon. Place is not that big so I recommend to reserved a table. They also have an outside table too. Not that plenty chairs outside but it’s perfect for summer. They also have a card games when you wait someone, you you won’t get bored. I love the environment inside music are good, American style and decorations too. I really recommend to try this restaurant. Keep up the good work guys.

Good burgers. Has a diner vibe. Lost stars on service (mixed up our burgers) and the need for everyone at the table to enter their email to access the menu via QR code (unless you all share one phone which is not ideal) - I can understand the need to document one person per table for covid contact tracing (which is required) but here it was as a ploy to collect marketing consent. Other restaurants use the booking system to comply with regulatory requirements.

As an American I have to say the buffalo wings are not made with buffalo sauce at all and very dry. No ranch or celery comes with. The sweet potato fries were ok but the regular fries no. The burger was good but nothing crazy.

Hi, here a summary of my experience on last December 17: 1. Rude waiter. 2. Cooking point of burger was not asked, every burger was rare to medium rare, and they were served cold warmish. 3. Burger stick was not disposable, was a piece of metal instead and it should have been pointed by the waiter. I accidentally bit it and broke a tooth restoration. PD: It is a pity, because it was our Christmas lunch from work.

I ordered a medium New York steak, but it first came out rare. That wasn’t a big issue for me, and they offered to recook it. Unfortunately, the steak ended up chewy and bland, with no seasoning at all—it was difficult to even cut through. The fries were also disappointing and poorly made. I wouldn’t expect this level of quality from a restaurant of this standard.

The brisket was advertised as if it was sold by itself but it turns out it was also a burger. Pretty fatty brisket and the flavor was okay. When cooking brisket, you don’t need to add a whole bunch of mayo and bbq sauce. Let the meat speak for itself. The burger we had was alright and a bit undercooked. A lot of the sauces carried the flavor while the burger still needed a bit more seasoning to it. Mozzy sticks were okay. Edit: Since the owner responded, I would like to clarify that my fiancé didn’t order a “brisket burger”. She pointed at the dish (not burger) and said can we have the “brisket dish”. So with that being said, they got our order wrong. So since they have both (even though we pointed towards the one that was JUST THE DISH AND NOT THE BURGER), please make sure to clarify which ones you want customers 👍🏽we were already getting attitude from the server but sometimes I like to assume that some people are having a bad day. Since we’re in a different country we’re not really one to complain about what we get since there is a language barrier. It’s easier to just leave a review

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. We ordered four burgers, but unfortunately, three out of the four had a strange smell and taste, indicating the meat wasn't fresh or properly cooked—possibly due to an unclean grill. Only one burger was decent enough to eat. When we raised our concerns with the waiter, they dismissed our feedback, implying it was just a matter of personal taste. This lack of acknowledgment and customer service left me very disappointed.
