What a great find! We were lucky enough to get a recommendation from a local to come here. The food was absolutely delicious, offering wonderful local dishes for a very decent price. It's a fantastic spot, especially considering it's so close to all the expensive stores near the Duomo in Milan. Highly recommend!

Outstanding place not too crowded where you can enjoy a super delicious local meal at a very good price. All the food we’ve ordered (pictures) + bottles of water = 55 eur. Moreover, the atmosphere of the place is really good, giving you a canteen vibe/local traditional place at all times!

Really nice place when you can eat local dishes. The prices were definitely lower than in restaurants closer to Duomo but the restaurant is only 10-15 minutes Walk from it. We ate polenta with ragu and lasagne. Higly recommend. The service was also nice.

I went on a Tuesday, so there were no queues. The lasagna was super tasty, and the dessert was also really nice. Highly recommended to visit here for dinner, outside weekends, of course, to skip long queues. Also, bear in mind that it is a small shop, so it will be very noisy when busy.

Excellent italian traditional food, fast serving, good vibe. "Tripleta rustica" was a mix of 3 types of meats, of which "spalla di San Secondo" was fantastic!! Also the soup with black canbage and beans was outstanding.

It’s homey restaurant with really authentic dishes. You will get the bread for free with a couple of homemade dips. In the restaurant’s traditions, you drink wine from a bowl. If you are not sure what to order, try out their wine by glass. We accidentally walked into the restaurant and was really amazed by the food quality and the taste. Will def re-visit here again :)

Ottimo pranzo in una fredda giornata milanese, ottima la polenta fritta con gorgonzola dop, gli gnocchi con ragù di culatello e panna , e lo stracotto con pure ‘. Per il dolce non ce l ho fatta! Tipica "trattoria" di una volta purtroppo non molto ampia con tavoli abbastanza ravvicinati fra loro. Cibo nella media, buoni gli affettati e gli gnocchi, qualche dubbio sullo "strolghino" servito nel piatto "maialata" e il cotechino dal sapore e consistenza analoghi a quelli venduti sottovuoto precotti . Buon servizio del personale molto cortese e tempi veloci. Prezzi convenienti rispetto alla media dell'area centrale di Milano.

Buon cibo Italiano, prezzi tutto sommato buoni per la qualità del cibo, ho speso 34 euro con: coperto, tagliere spalla cotta + una porzione di tigelle, un piatto di gnocchi e una porzione di salame al cioccolato

Cibo: tutto veramente ottimo, specialmente la polenta, morbida e molto saporita, così come il roastbeef con sugo di cottura. Servizio: il ragazzo in cassa molto gentile e nonostante fosse l'ora di punta è riuscito a trovarci un posto(subito dopo si è formato una coda lunga lunga) unica nota debole le porzioni tendono ad essere sul piccolo cosa che non so addice del tutto ad una trattoria classica italiana. Atmosfera: rustico, come da tradizione vera italiana. Consigliato altamente.

I came here specifically for the lasagna after reading so many good reviews. When I went to order it, I found out it wasn’t actually beef lasagna but a mix of pork and beef, which I don’t eat. The waitress suggested the tagliatelle with beef instead. I asked if they had spaghetti bolognese, and she explained it would basically be the same sauce, so I went with her recommendation. The pasta itself was tasty and cooked well, but it was extremely oily and there was very little beef in the dish. For a €15 plate, I was disappointed — it was mostly carbs and oil with barely any protein. Overall, flavorful but not worth the price based on portion and balance of ingredients.

Great spot for cured meats and cheese! The Parma and Mortadella platter was a highlight. Pasta dishes (lasagna and gnocchi) were fine, but not special. Meat and cheese platter stole the show. Worth a visit for the charcuterie alone!

A cool lunch spot that was recommended to us by a local. Had to wait around 10 minutes because it was peak lunch period but we got to enjoy a very traditional experience. We got the trio of ravioli (3 different fillings, 3 pieces each), braised pork cheeks in red wine (sick) and lasagne all’emiliana.

Restaurant opens at 12pm and there’s a line outside by around 1245pm. Food is simple and very flavorful. Tagliatelle is really good but our lasagne was cold and not warmed up when served. The beef carpaccio was recommended by the waitress and it’s worth ordering! Overall a great restaurant filled up very quickly during lunch time by locals.

Cena di lavoro. Ambiente carino e accogliente. La scelta del menù è varia e sfiziosa. Abbiamo assaggiato la tigella con il prosciutto di Parma come antipasto, poi tagliatelle al ragù di Chianina, stinco di maiale con patate al forno e ravioli al tartufo. Tutto nella media, buono, ma nulla di speciale. Le tagliatelle erano il piatto migliore. I ravioli buoni, ma di tartufo avevano un solo vago ricordo. Lo stinco soffice, nella norma. Il cameriere, purtroppo, era un po’ confuso, lento, non ha fatto assaggiare il vino. Non propriamente brillante. Tutto sommato, se dovete fare una cena veloce e senza troppe pretese, questo posto può essere l’ideale. Era molto vicino al nostro albergo. Comodo.

Salsamenteria ovvero pizzicheria, salumeria alla moda parmense poco distante dal Duomo. Cucina rustica e gustosa, pochi piatti tradizionali ma fatti a dovere e affettati di eccellenza della bassa emiliana come Culatello di Zibello e crudo di Parma, sala.e strolghino e Felino, coppa di Parma e mortadella di Bologna. Non mancano il parmigiano reggiano, gli anolini e i tortelli, il cotechino, lo stinco, lo stracotto di manzo, la trippa alla bussetana con fagiolo. E ovviamente gnocco fritto e tigelle per accompagnamento e un ottimo lambrusco servito come da tradizione parmense nella tazza di ceramica bianca per innaffiare il tutto. Consiglio la tripletta di tortelli davvero ben fatti e gustosi e ovviamente il "Trionfo" ovvero il grande assortimento di 9 salumi. Unico neo gli spazi angusti del locale soprattutto la sala nell'interrato alla fine della scala. I tavoli sono davvero troppo vicini, gli spazi davvero risicati e disagevole anche per il servizio al tavolo. Il personale merita per questo un plus. Sono ragazzi giovani e davvero gentili, pazienti e attenti al cliente. Non spaventatevi se all'ingresso trovate coda perché sono velocissimi e ben organizzati. Posticino piacevole anche per un aperitivo.

Per una pausa pranzo velocissima è ottima, ma se stai seduto più di venti minuti ti portano il conto e dicono che c'è gente che aspetta. A pranzo, proprio perché c'è sempre affollamento e lavoratori in pausa pranzo che aspettano non si può prenotare. La sera immagino sia tutto più tranquillo, ma non ci sono mai stata.

Da qualche anno frequentiamo regolarmente questo ristorante per la sua comoda ubicazione nei pressi del Duomo; in linea di massima ci siamo sempre trovati bene, ma oggi abbiamo constatato che anche questo locale, come molti altri, hanno adottato la linea del rincaro dei prezzi e la diminuzione della quantità. Ho sempre preso lo stesso piatto: tagliatelle al ragù di chianina, il costo è passato da 13 a 15 euro e la quantità è diminuita, non mi sembra corretto. Buono il servizio, veloce e cordiale.

Probably a tourist trap. Went here based on the reviews. The food was okay-ish. The tiramisu was terrible. The service was okay until we got the food and then no smiles or checks on whether the food was alright or whatsoever. I'd skip this place if I had an option.

Attirati dalle recensioni positive e con alte aspettative per la cucina tradizionale emiliana, abbiamo trovato dei piatti deludenti, una lasagna “emiliana” di cui solo pasta e poco ragù e poca besciamella, tagliatelle al ragù di chianina, in cui durante l’ordinazione ci avevano detto che il ragù era rosso ma si è rivelato un “ragù bianco” che sapeva solamente di rosmarino. Le tigelle proposte positivamente dalla cameriera erano crude e insipide. La peperonata ordinata come contorno era composta da peperoni in agrodolce con una aggiunta di sugo di pomodoro acquoso. Posso capire che è una particolarità della casa servire il vino in una ciotola ma a mio parere è poco rispettoso verso il vino servito e il suo costo.

Abbiamo visitato questo locale per cena di cucina emiliana. Siamo restati particolarmente delusi complessivamente. Locale piccolo , con tanti tavoli vicini... si fa fatica a camminare. Piatti provati deludenti: lasagna gusto sgradevole, tagliatelle con ragù buono ma pasta scotta e roast-beef con verdure veramente sgradevole immangiabile. Personale veloce ma scortese, ci portano via i piatti mentre stiamo ancora mangiando !!! A due passi dal duomo, prezzi bassi per la zona. Non sconsigliato da evitare !

Non è mia abitudine lasciare recensioni così dettagliate, soprattutto se negative, ma in questo caso non ho potuto restare in silenzio. Ieri sera eravamo una ventina di colleghi per un aperitivo, tutti professionisti che lavorano in centro a Milano. Abbiamo bevuto e mangiato anche bene, spendendo un conto piuttosto consistente, ma l'esperienza è stata rovinata dall'atteggiamento di maleducazione e sopraffazione di colui che dovrebbe essere il gestore del locale. Per un comportamento non corretto da parte di una mia collega, che bastava segnalare con educazione e gentilezza, si è rivolto a lei in modo inammissibile, dandole addirittura della "15enne" e alzando la voce in maniera paternalista oltre che palesemente misogina. Inaccettabile per chiunque lavori in un locale pubblico. Gli altri camerieri e cameriere, al contrario, sono stati gentilissimi, garbatissimi e pazienti nonostante fossimo tanti e rumorosi. Risultato: il locale ha perso non solo noi 20+ clienti, ma anche chiunque ci conosca e spero chi legga questa recensione. Tra minacce di chiamare i carabinieri (che abbiamo chiesto noi per primi, ma non sono mai arrivati) e il goffo "vi tolgo le bottiglie d'acqua dal conto" per rabbonirci quando abbiamo spiegato che tra noi c'erano anche avvocati che avrebbero preso prontamente provvedimenti, è stato davvero imbarazzante. Siamo ovviamente in contatto con gli organi competenti per i controlli necessari (non il fantomatico "maresciallo che abita qui sopra"), ma chi fa i controlli sul serio e che presto farà loro visita. Da evitare finché quella persona continuerà a lavorare nel locale.

Spazi ristrettissimi, tavoli quasi uno sull'altro. Servizio veloce ma con piatti così già precotti che vengono serviti quasi riscaldati e che sanno di poco. Inoltre fanno in modo che si esca velocemente e alla cassa non sono cortesi. Un solo bagno, non pulito, per tantissime persone.
