What a discovery. We stumbled upon that restaurant when getting out of the tram and how lucky, that we followed our instinct. We not only had the most delicious food but also extraordinary wine served via the "coravin method". Marcello rounded up the experience with his great knowledge around wine, service and kindness. Definitely worth a little detour of only a few hundred meters from the Duomo.

To quote my mom, “This is our best meal in Italy.” We initially wanted to come here just for aperitivi, but it was late enough for dinner so we had a proper meal here and it was amazing! From the antipasto salmon tartar to the duck and cod pasta dishes, to the octopus secondi. Everything. So good. Oh, and the service and staff were so friendly and welcoming, from the chat questions to phone calls to in person.

This place was interesting. I sat upstairs which was nice because I had a good view of the road. The food was OK. A bit, over hyped I'd say. Honestly the whole vibe was kind of stuffy. The waiter I had seemed indifferent to being a waiter. The people I met down stairs were much warmer. The wine selection was nice but woefully over priced.

Ordered beef tartare and Milanese risotto for early dinner and the first item is surprisingly tasty. Milanese risotto is decent, nothing exceptional. This place has very attentive staff and a great place for people watching. Was a little shock when the bill came as it seems a little overpriced. Portion is huge though for one.

The place was almost empty, which should have raised a red flag for me, but the reviews were good so I went on. Average food at best, eatable but no taste , what happened to the famous Italian seasoning ? service is unbelievable bad, we got the bread that usually comes at the beginning near the ens of our meal.

Food: 1/5 Service: 3/5 for our waiter, 0/5 for the welcome staff Atmosphere: 1/5 We paid €109 for two people for: 1 octopus starter 2 pasta dishes 1 mixed salad 2 glasses of red wine The food was underwhelming, poorly balanced, and nowhere near the standard the price suggests. Portions were average, flavours forgettable, and presentation uninspired. Bread is not complimentary, which is fine, but the second basket arrived stale, which is not. For a restaurant charging these prices, that should never happen. The biggest disappointment was the welcome. Cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. Before you even enter, you’re met with a sign listing “no this, no that, no other thing”, setting an unfriendly tone before anyone even says hello. First impressions matter, and this one set the mood immediately. Our waiter did his best, but good table service cannot compensate for a poor welcome and weak kitchen. For context, the night before we ate at La Corte Di San Maurilo: Bruschetta for two 2 large pasta dishes 1 huge tiramisu A fantastic bottle of white wine Total: €104 Food was outstanding, service warm and attentive, atmosphere excellent. A genuinely memorable meal. Based on value, quality, and overall experience, Top Missori Bistro does not justify its prices. There are far better options nearby.

We had dinner at the restaurant around 7pm, it was not busy at all, we waited 15in for them to take our drinks order, it took over 20min (after the initial 15min) to get water and a bottle of wine. We place the food order and after we didn't get our food for over 45min when we asked why is taking so long the waiters explanations was that the pasta is thicker and it takes longer to cook. The food arrived right after all cold - so it was nice a nice lie from them. Food was mediocre.

We chose this place accidentally today because we wanted to have a coffee and a beer. When we arrived, we were asked whether we wanted to drink or eat. We said we only wanted to drink, and without any issue we were given a table. After we sat down upstairs and wanted to order the coffee and the beer, the lady informed us that we could not have coffee unless we also ordered food, and suggested that we go to a bar if we only wanted to drink coffee. This was a really disappointing experience, as we were not informed upon arrival that ordering food was mandatory if we wanted to sit down and have a coffee.

We ordered “zuppa di verdure” wich wasn t a soup just a cream with some veggies and COLD.. had 2 bottles of waters coming from outside and they asked if we need something to drink(had 1 coffee also) said no and they talked between them that hope we don t drink from our bottles 🤢. Very shitty attitude and “zuppa” Low energy place. Expensive and tasteless

The food was ok, but the amount was ridiculous! I couldn’t believe what i got! I paid super expensive and i left the restaurant super hungry. It's just a joke to serve people that amount of pasta on a plate and demand a price of 20 euros. And for just a really small fillet of fish- 30 euros! It's just stealing tourists. I saw someone at the table next to me eating creamed pasta that looked good so i wanted one, it turns out he works there. His plate was large. And i got a joke. I totally wouldn’t recommend to anyone to go there. Do yourself a favor and run out from this place.
