The service was excellent and the cashier was very helpful. I received my food within 10 minutes, it was tasty and delicious. I ordered the King of Philly that includes 50% more protein to help me hit my goals. Location is not the best, it’s in the rear of a center. Hidden gem!

Food is really good but also a high price point. Ice tea isn't great. The portion of fries for the cost is really small.

Warmly greeted by an efficient staff and enjoyed a really great hoagie made perfectly to order. Really nice bread roll here and the steak had a delicious little crisp to it.

The king of Philly was delicious. I would say the closest you could get to the real thing in Milpitas. Everything was clean including the bathroom. The cashier was also friendly and helpful, but I would say that it is a little on the pricey side.

Although this is not likely the healthiest choice in the area, it is very good to eat periodically. They have many choices for the cheese steak combinations and have a few other alternatives as well. I personally love the curly fries, but like I said, they probably don't like me. I have come in many times and even with a croud, the service is pretty quick overall.

One of the better little cheese steak shops. The owner is fantastic and working often. The food is always prepared quickly and correct. Some of the best sides for in the East Bay can be had on Wednesday for a pittance (Wacky Wednesday sides 1/2 off). Make sure to pickup a stamp card and reap your rewards every few weeks! Can't go wrong with a king of philly.

This is as close to a real Philly cheese steak you're going to get outside of the Delaware valley. They use real Amoroso's buns which are the essential foundation for a good cheese steak. You can choose the standard American or provolone cheese (no whiz), and add the optional onions and peppers. There are also pizza steaks and chicken steaks on the menu. As someone who has eaten around one thousand cheese steaks in my life I can honestly say these are pretty good and authentic

Curly fries and a small drink $16.87 out the door. The curly fries are on par with the rest of the worlds curly fries 3.5 stars. The sandwich. OH MOMMY!!!!! BAH-IG-AH!!! Bread roll supper soft but not chewy, cheese, meat and toppings EVERYWHERE!!! The taste??? Hands down the best I’ve tasted in the valley thus far!! Normally I would have saved 1/2 the sandwich for later being it was so big but it slid down my gullet with ease as though it was just a small appetizer. Soooo good 5 stars for the sandwich all day long. Employees were friendly and of course made a mean sandwich 5 stars. I highly recommend this location

Okay, they obviously made the king philly to get people to pay more for a REGULAR size philly sandwich. Tricking people into getting "more meat & cheese" when that's the amount it's suppose to be. The classic philly cheese should honestly be on the kids menu instead. Who doesn't love a traditional Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich?? This place seems like a hit or miss or assuming it used to be better before. Ordered The Classic Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich or should I say, Classic Jalapeño Sandwich lol they skimped out on meat so much my sandwich was mostly jalapeno, barley any meat/cheese, barley any bell peppers and idk what happened to the onions. The taste was THERE had to deconstruction it a little bit but the flavors were there. The sandwich could have so much more potential. - so close yet so far. This spot is definitely good for a quick 30min lunch if you're working around the area but not so much taking the time to eat here. Also, their ventilation is so bad, I wouldn't want to actually dine inside.

Great steak taste but lacking in over all flavor. Not enough cheese, bell peppers and mushrooms. We added these items but it did not take it to the next level of flavor.

Got a half size classic cheesesteak. Meat, cheese, onions and peppers. This is a really small sandwich. The flavors were reminiscent of other cheesesteak joints but with far less between the bread. Amattos is way better for about the same cost. This place will do in a pinch however. Pretty good eating. Nice and hot.

The quality has really gone down hill. My steak sandwiches were super light this time around. Maybe it's just consistency of the people who prepare them. I stand disappointed this time around. 9/29/2017

Honestly the food was okay I personally have had better when I go to a place to it I like to feel welcomed, I did not feel that from the women in charge she looked upset when me and my family walked in as we looked at menu she rudely ask are we ready, she did not smile at all and when food was ready we started eating and the way she was talking to employees was very sad. I would have gave it 3 stars but as I mentioned we didn’t feel welcomed. Suggestions would be to smile and be friendly and hairnets should be warn when handling food. I definitely will not be back after feeling like we were a bother. Just keepin it real I never write reviews that are negative.

Came here for a quick lunch a couple of weeks ago. I dediced to get a "Hoagie" which comes with choice of meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo. I didn't want mayo so I asked for that to be left off. They also have 3 sizes of sandwiches, half, large and king. I just wanted a half sandwich. Well the lady working the counter didn't bother to ask what size and it wasn't until she rang me up and I looked at the cost that I noticed she charged me for a large. Since she had already rang me up and it seemed like a hassle to get my money back I decided to just accept the large sandwich and have the rest for leftovers. I got the sandwich to go and when I got back to my office I opened up the wrapper and sure enough the sandwich has mayo all over it. I HATE mayo. So I drove all the way back and asked for a new sandwich. Got it made correctly the second time but how hard is it to leave mayo off of sandwich??? Not only that but the woman working wasn't very friendly. She was working by herself and maybe she was stressed out but it shouldn't be too difficult to be friendly. I seriously doubt I would eat here again.

Question for new owners. Why would you purchase a place, than change the products? Garlic fries are now made with garlic seasoning rather than with crushed garlic and olive oil. Hardly any cheese on the cheese steak. And you have raised the prices a lot for cheaping out the food.

We just got home from picking up and our fries are cold and burnt and she left half of the kids meal.out of our order. The sandwiches were okay, but have a weird after taste. I had heard good things about the place but we definitely will not be back.

Walked in and the place was filthy. Saw a dead roach near the trash can and the people behind the counter weren't washing their hands after touching their nose or hair. Their food was not even tasty for being a CheaseSteak place boating their the best. I asked if they had cheese whiz and they said no but they have cheddar. A real CheaseSteak shop has Cheese Whiz fools! Onions tasted old and the steak was very fatty. Lots a grease on the sandwich. I opened it and the wrapper was nothing but grease. You can tell by the people who work there, they act as if they own the place because they only gave me one napkin for the my greasy sandwich. My french fries literally tasted as if they were dumped in the grease and pulled out after 30 seconds because they were previously cooked So they're using old french fries that were already cooked and they're redunk them so they can save on cost. When the guy was taking the meat out of the cooler I could have swore I saw a box that looked like Steak-ums. I could be wrong but, I know me so he steak-ums!

Sandwiches are good. No doubt but service SUCKS. What's the point of online ordering when you have to wait for 40min (still counting) and the walk ins that came in later got their food first???? To the owners: I ordered online and PAID it. I waited 45min before I got my order. Your onduty cashier took the orders of the ones that came in late and gave them their order first within 20min. I was asked to pay the food again. He insisted that I should pay the food again. Given that I already wasted my time, I ended up paying it AGAIN. I will be coming back tomorrow to clear this nonsense of this store

I was craving something unhealthy and delicious. And, well, this is unhealthy. But not delicious. Also the place is kind of a dump.

This place was ome of my husbands favorite...until recently. The owner gives you what ever SHE wants to give you then over charges you. Ordered one large cheese steak and one regular (even though for some reason she heard 2) and one kids meal. We get our sandwiches and 2 chicken strips nothing else for the kids even though I CLEARLY said kids meal then she tried to charge me a few bucks extra for the kids meal even though it says 4.99 (we paid 4.79 for the 2 chicken strips) she then argued with me for awhile about HER menu that SHE put up, trying to say its 6 something but says 4.99 on the menu. She couldnt even find read the menu that she as a business owner put up. Didn t YOU decide on the prices? Why am I having to correct you on your prices? Then we ordered onion rings and literally got like 3 onion rings (granted they had like a whole onion in the 3) it was ridiculous! Paid over 35 bucks for this? Never coming back. Very unprofessional and rude.
