My first time to try. The noodle soups tasted good and had large quantities
Out of all the pho spots, my hubby and I enjoy this place the most. The lady who usually serves us is so nice, we never get treated so well at the other places. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere. The food is so good! I enjoy my garlic pho 😀
Very clean comfortable establishment. Came here for lunch. Good menu. I had the tenderized rare steak with thin noodles pho. Lots of onions and basil which I loved. The hoisen sauce and Sriracha were in clean neat little cups on the table which I thought was a nice touch. The food was very good. I also had a Thai tea which was good. It was a little more than I expected, $17.50 for a bowl (only one size which is about a large anywhere else I have been). I would recommend this place.
Love this new location! Friendly and efficient staff, great interiors, and delicious food. You can never go wrong with beef or chicken pho, but recently we also tried the Korean short rib plate and it was very tender and flavorful!
This place is strictly pho based so if you’d want a variety of food like fried rice or something, go elsewhere but if you do decide to dine in, the pho is really delicious and flavorful. The beef was juicy and nicely tender, though they do not serve tendons(they have tender beef, brisket, flank and beef meat balls). There is limited condiments but the broth is great even without them! It’s really good for comfort food. If you’re a vegetarian or vegan, I wouldn’t recommend coming here since its mainly a meat based menu as well. I didn’t order much for appetizers but the fried chicken was very nice and crispy with it’s honey glaze sauce. They have lemon water so if you dislike that, maybe ask for water without it or get another drink on the menu as a heads up.
Our neighbor gave us Pho from this place as a gift. We love their flavors so much that we've taken out soup twice now from Com Tang. We only order #5 thus far and have tried their spring rolls as well. They only offer take out for now. Pricing is a bit high but comparable to everything else on the rise right now due to inflation. Anyway, we highly recommend this place.
Flew up for work from so cal. Was staying at a hotel close by and walked over and had breakfast here before heading to the office.. Was the first customer, and wasn’t familiar with Ha Noi style pho, so I tried the recommended specialty. When it came out- it looked like a huge bowl filled with crossed sliced green onions - which looked amazing to me. I didn’t think I could finish the entire huge bowl but I did. it was different vs the pho I’m used to but it was actually very good! I would recommend this place to any pho enthusiast! Will definitely be back next time I’m visiting San Jose.
Pretty good Pho though I don’t think it’s very Pho Thin Authentic, but still glad to have this northern style Pho here. One complain is there Nem Cua Be is quite expensive, $15 for this one piece. I don’t know if they were supposed to serve me 2 for $15 but it came out like this pic (only 1 piece) and it was $15…
Pho Thin Hanoi Vietnamese Restaurant Located at 41 Serra Way #106, Milpitas, CA 95035. The pho here is incredible! They even serve it with a side of pickled vinegar onions, and the vegetables are steamed just right. As a big guy, I left feeling full, satisfied, and happy. They also offer fresh noodles, which is a great bonus. Customer service was excellent, and I’ve got to give a special shoutout to their hot sauce—it’s on another level! Spicy and packed with flavor. We visited during a slower time of day, so everything came out quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend this spot—10/10!
The pho is sooo good and amazing. Super delicious broth with fresh beef. The servers are also very friendly and attentive; they served the food very fast with good portion of food. This is the best pho restaurant that I’ve ever had in Bay Area. Would definitely come back to visit again!
If i could give them a higher rating i would!! To me restaurants should be all about two things: great service and tasty food/drinks. And that is exactly what this restaurant does! I loved every single meal i ate over the course of 3 days!
I’ve been here multiple times with coworkers and my family, and we keep coming back because the food here is phenomenal, probably the best spot in Milpitas/Santa Clara. Pictured below is the special rice plate that I usually get (took a bite because I couldn’t resist), and boy the char on the pork and the spicy fish sauce…absolutely delicious. My wife got the Pho and it was bomb as well. Overall, they got good portions and affordable prices.
First time here, was not disappointed. Place was clean and welcoming. Food was very generous proportions and deliciously authentic. Fish sauce was good (very important for a Vietnamese restaurant) Giant bowl of pho with the beef rib. We ordered a rice plate, pho dac biet and a crab imperial roll. Literally could not finish even though we enjoyed it very much. Everything tasted fresh and was streaming on arrival. The pho also came with pickled onion which was a perfect addition to the dish. Service was kind and attentive. Would come back abs highly recommend!
This restaurant specializes in southern Vietnamese rice noodles. Cha Zio(Chả giò, Nem) in particular is fantastic. Unlike ordinary fried dumplings or spring rolls, jjajo uses rice paper instead of wheat flour as the dumpling skin. Hot rice noodles topped with chopped coriander always come to mind when the cold wind blows. I order extra coriander and it's my favorite option. The inside is very clean and the owner is kind. I was satisfied when I visited with my baby. It is a popular place for office workers on weekday lunchtimes.
Good, awesome, flavorful Com Tam. Their pho is very fragrant and savory. Love the amount of green onions they put in it. This used to be CTTH, but this is the new PTH. Seems their focus is on their broken rice dishes as their menu is majority a selection of broken rice variations with only a few versions of pho. Very customizable if you wish. Love it
VERY authentic pho. Similar to what you would get in Vietnam. The broth is not overly spiced with cinnamon or star anise like most pho places in the US. I mean there are people who like that flavor, and that's perfectly fine. If you want something different try this place. Also they make their own chili sauce in house. It's not your store bought Sriracha. It has a nice kick to it, super good.
Not sure why this branch only has a 4.1 review! I thought the pho was really good - I would definitely come back!! I got the pho tai with fresh noodles and the salted cream coffee which was REALLY good (I got the coffee to go)!
I am uncertain whether this is the original Pho Thin establishment, but the broth remains delectable and rich in flavor, while the meat is both savory and tender without being chewy. From what I understand, Pho Thin is known for offering a single, signature type of pho, which is distinguished by an abundance of scallions in the bowl. Nonetheless, the menu here also features a diverse selection of pho dishes, which, according to the proprietress, is intended to accommodate the varied palates of the local, multicultural clientele. Nevertheless, in my estimation, the pho is superb, and I highly recommend stopping by this establishment if you find yourself in the Fremont area.
This is our second time visiting this establishment and let me tell y’all that it’s one of the best! The authenticity is in the flavors of the food, from the pho to the honey chicken wings, and I love it. The service is great here too!
Fire pho. Really quality veggies and meat! Can't wait to have it again when I'm back in town!
Been here a couple of times and very good food. I always go with no 71 on menu, but most of those items with com tam are really good, portion is quite large and tasty.
I lived in Hanoi for 12 years. This is the best phở that I have had in the USA! It is delicious and the portions are large. I love that they have fresh noodles as well. The staff are very friendly. Also, try their homemade chili sauce, it is delicious!!

I went during a typically not busy time, but the atmosphere was great and allowed for peaceful conversation. The tender steak in my pho and the broth were phenomenal! Staff was very nice as well, I’ll be sure to come back
Idk why this place isn’t rated 5 stars yet. Food portions are huge, flavor is phenomenal and staff is friendly. Love to come here with my family!
Wow, glad I found this place for com tam. The food is very tasty and authentic. It's now my favorite Com Tam place; better than the popular one on Story Rd. Maybe next time I'll try their Pho.

Had the bbq pork rice and the serving is huge. It comes with a soup and a sauce that complements the bbq pork. Their pho is a good main for beef lover.
It's our first time today to try their pho and we got # 14 combination pho. The soup is flavorful and fresh. It is not too salty nor too oily and the steak is tender and not dry at all. Serving size is excellent so it is worth it. I love their Fresh spring rolls and you can tell that it is freshly made. the one that didnt stand out is their egg roll, it is just okay and No wow factor:( overall my new vietnamese pho place and I will be back for more.
Been here 4+ times already. Always ordered their pho dac biet with flat noodles. It costs abit more but the its worth it. Their soup base is different than that the usual beef broth you get at other pho establishments. Fyi, ive eaten at all the pho places in the bay, from pho 90, hai noi, pho papa, and other unusual pho places one see in the bay. If you want to try different pho flavor, give this place a try, you might like it. Their com tam is also good but dont expect it to be like ‘com tam tien huong’, which is a good thing as tien huong’s meat is over-marinated, its like you eating candies, so sweet, i dont know if their meat is good or not because all i taste was sweet sauce. On the other hand, the meat here, isnt over marinated. Overall, their style of com tam and sauce is different than tien huong, and that is a good thing for me. Overall, ive frequent this place from time to time
Very good pho place . Has beef stir fry as well as rare steak pho. Good broth and sauces (sweet and spicy)
New Restaurant: this was my first time back to this location, but under the new restaurant name. The food was okay, but a tad bit salty and not as good as the previous restaurant. Overall decent. Previous Restaurant (Com Tam...} I'm a sucker for rice and bbq meat. This place has a few locations around the Bay Area and I think in Sacramento too. Very good and always consistent.

First time eating at this restaurant, which the server told under new ownership (~6-8 months ago). Will not come back after the dinner & bad service we had couple days ago. FOOD: rated 3, average -Taste good. Like the fresh noodles. Did not like the small metal shallow soup spoon, easily slip out of fingers/hand...falling in the broth, in the bowl -Extra meat ball ordered and it came out in tiny bowl with 3-4 quarterly cut pieces. SERVICE: rated 1, poor, not customer oriented. -Ordered 4 items, only the 2 pho were brought out. The fresh spring roll & their hot special tea never arrived! These 2 very simple items were totally missed... ATMOSPHERE: rated 3

Four of us went there for lunch on 5/24/2025. Parking was easy. The service was good. But I did not like the pho. I ordered steak and flank noodle soup. The steak was overcooked and stuck together. I ate at so many Vietnamese pho restaurants, sorry to say that the pho here is the worst I ever had.
way over priced for a bowl of pho and there is only one size so you dont have a choice but to pay 21 dollar for a bowl.
ZERO STAR! NO GOOD! bad service, horrible PHO. Heavy on fish sauce, beef was tough. Seem like it's change of ownership, it certainly has changed and the quality of customer service. I'd have to be convinced to come back and try them again, but right now not anymore.
New owner perhaps? Rude, the owner kept scolding the employee. Beef Pho was terrible, only taste of fish sauce, beef was tough. she had a bad attitude when I had problem tapping my credit card,
Haven’t been here in a while looks like new management. Let me start with the portion of the door for a $20 plate no bueno pork was kid portion. All of our water cups still had lip marks from previous use. Thank God I brought my bottle water. I can honestly say I will definitely not be coming back here.
