I recently had the pleasure of dining at this steak restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and an inviting ambiance. The experience that followed was nothing short of exceptional. Let's start with the star of the show: the steak. Oh my, where do I begin? The quality of the meat was unparalleled. Each bite was a sublime symphony of flavors, perfectly seasoned and cooked to absolute perfection. Whether you prefer your steak rare, medium, or well-done, the chefs here know their craft, ensuring every cut is cooked to your exact specifications. The tenderness and juiciness of the meat were simply outstanding. It was evident that only the finest cuts of meat were carefully selected and served to patrons, making this place a true haven for steak lovers like myself.

Really enjoyed the burgers and steak here. The burgers are simple but just right. Go for the double cheese burger. It isn't often you can find places that serve halal steak, either. I can't speak to the other menu items here, but I highly recommend these two.

Hands down the best cheeseburger in Milpitas. The burger was moist and all toppings were portioned well. I will definitely be headed back soon to try more items on the menu.

They start to clean the all areas which I never seen any meat market in Bay Area. Wonderful. Great job. I hope you will get more customers then before after someone will see this comment. My goto is the lamb chili kabobs served with rice and cucumber salad. My wife really liked their burger and fries. They also have roast chicken which is a good take home option.

Their full chicken rotisserie is good. Just because they are the only halal chicken rotisserie around here i like it if you have craving for Costco chicken. Just come here.

We hired Tayyibaat to cater for my son's wedding and it was a home run. I don't recall being at a wedding feeding 150+ people where people go out of their way to comment how good the food was. That was our experience. I don't think you can get this level of quality and flavor for a large event without adding an extra 5k to the price tag. Literally everything they served was a hit from the meat, to the sauces, to even the classic Afghan salad with diced up onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Be sure to get the eggplant as well.

Update (Oct 14, 2025): Back to awesome again. There was a new employee who mispriced the steak. It had always been $55. We paid a premium for no reason for a month or so. This place is hands down the best ribeye and new York strip in the Bay. Make sure Jose or Margaris cooks it. Not the gentleman named "Z". Update (June 22, 2025): they up the price of the steak to $70 (used to be $55). Although the steak is very good, the price hike is way too much. There was a new guy working as cashier so it's possible he messed up. He was rough around the edges so wouldn't be surprised. The rest of the staff are still awesome though. -------- This place is back to awesomeness! They got the food back up to 5 Star quality. And the staff has got customer service down solid!

Hadn't been here in quite some time. Food was delicious. Went for the beef kabobs for take out.

Ordered jalapeno burger with fried and drink at a decent 11 dollar bill. The burger was good and filling , the chicken was tender and tasted good.

The meat dishes here are bomb! That's what happens when you combine a butcher shop and restaurant together :D This place is small, with very little seating area. I prefer to just get the food to go. Their menu is simple, you can either get kebabs, burgers, chicken, wraps, and few side dishes like fries! I got their wrap which only comes with chicken I think. It was HUGE for 8 dollars. Definitely worth it :) It was packed with so much rice, chicken, and other condiments plus it had so much flavor. The lime cilantro sauce they give is also delicious and compliments the wrap really well. My boyfriend got their chicken kebab and I thought that dish tasted great as well. The chicken was a little dry but had a nice smoky taste. They give a nice side of tomatoes and cucumbers that balanced the dish. Overall I enjoyed their dishes and I would definitely come back! Great alternative to Dish Dash if you want something quick and easy.

One of my comfort food places <3 they offer the BEST lamb tikka kabob. I love their rice, the salad and hummus. The staff is also friendly. However, either you order togo or come here during off lunch/dinner time, you will wait and wait and wait... for a long time.

The meat quality is bar none some of the best Halal meat in the bay area. The burgers are good and the kababs are OK as well. The seating is not particularly comfortable and of there with kids it's difficult to give them their space. The food takes time to cook so either order ahead or plan on a bit of a wait. Friendly service and clean.

Okay, so none of this is to be taken negatively. The staff is very friendly. The food is very good. If you're looking for steak that's halal, I don't think you can beat this place. I think there's a little more refinement required in the waitstaff, and it's hard to build an ambiance with a giant neon sign as well as the bright white lights that are in the back of house. I definitely think that everyone cares about the product of the food and the experience, but I feel like slight bit of organizational process around how to get food to tables as well as more frequent checks for water are required before I can bump up the review. That being said, the food is excellent, this is a great place to come if eating a steak that is halal is important to you. Definitely better than you can make at home, and very pleasant

over priced.. beef kobedeh were grilled fresh, but i was very disappointed to see only get a single kabob ..definitely for $19 with tax I expect and deserve more.. i get a half of pita bread, very starchy rice and a single kabob. rice portion was small, does not have starch taken out (means extra calories) and is essentially tasteless. on the plus side its halaal so the quality of meat is definitely better. but Tayibaat can definitely do better. i wont come back for a while.

I tried lamb kabab. The rice tastes ok, but the lamb kebab is a little dry. Not very impressive overall. I know it is hard to cook lean lamb meat well, but as a restaurants, I would hope it can do better than me cooking at home.

The meat was good but for the price it was not that good for a hole in the wall kind of place. $20 total for takeout: 2 slim kebabs, rice and little salad. The cashier’s personal favorites are the chili beef kebab and double cheeseburger. I’ll try the burger next time.

This is for halal meat service - the guys who cuts the meat does not listen to what you ask. You will have to repeat and ensure he is listening (which is hard unless you make a noise that they don’t listen). My meat wasn’t cut as I had asked and realized when I checked the bag before leaving. Another guy walked in and shouted at them about not listening and repeated his instructions 4 times until they guys listened and acknowledged. It could be a better experience if they start listening to what customer is asking. If on my next visit they get it right on instructions first time then I will update my ratings.

I was here for goat meat and the meat wasn’t that great. It was cubed, and didn’t taste that great or wasn’t even tender. I wouldn’t return to this place, rather would go back to my old place Baraka

This is the only place in the bay that charges extra for cheese for a double cheeseburger. If you want cheese on your patties you have to pay extra for cheese 😅😅

We really wanted to like this place, first time coming in, and the cashier was really nice. However our food was inedible to the point where the meat was black, over fried to the point where we were scared of carcinogens, and that’s so insulting because we had to dispose something we drove 30 mins to pick up and paid like $70 for. Whoever was in the kitchen must have knew the meat was burnt and dried to the point of black, and still served it. I feel very deceived and upset because of the time, money and gas it cost us to be served with burnt inedible meat
