I used the drive thru. The people were friendly. Food was good. Lots of meat in my sandwich

EVERY employee was very friendly helpful. Went out of their way to make sure my lunch was fresh,right an on time even with them being short on help. I've been there 3 times this week. This is at the Arby's in Mineral Wells, Tx Palo Pinto County. I very much appreciate the kindness shown.

I don't know about the past, but I've been to this arbys 3 times and it has been up to expectation. The staff was friendly. The roast beef wasnt hard on the edges like some arbys. All my sandwiches have had sufficient meat. This Arby's deserves at least a 4 star imo. If you had a good experience, boost this arbys!

Being pregnant I have craved the roast beef and cheddar with red ranch and it was spot on. The cashier even brought us our food and joked around with us it was great.

Man what a great crew! These guys were so fast and friendly Saturday. I was actually there twice. They made sure I git everything I needed before I left. They even double checked my order! Thanks guys, I really do appreciate that!!

They have the meats!! That's their motto. I tried the new Steak Nuggets. Fantastic only not enough. They are similar to BBQ Burnt Ends. So tender and delicious. Options include just the nuggets, sandwich, and bowl. I chose the bowl. It includes the nuggets resting on Mac and cheese topped with crispy onion.

Unsung hero of the fast food genre. I know their roast beef is not to everyone's expectations but it's still a better-value menu offering than bigger players. And, they have gyros!

Well they have come a long way from the first time I went through drive thru window!! I go thru about every Tuesday maybe every other Tuesday depending on different reasons. But I always order 4 greek gyros, very delicious with lots on meat n veggies, all are very friendly n since the new manager...I think his name is Clay I see a lot of improvement. All act happy to be there n serve. Best gyros around!!! Thanks all at the Mineral Wells location for your service!!!

She is a wonderful employee! I put a 2 for the food because today it was dried out and kind of gross honestly, the edges were so dry they were hard. I ended up throwing half away. I’ve eaten here many times and this was the first time it wasn’t delicious. So that was really disappointing but I hope it was just a one time thing.

Went there for some fast food and tremendously disappointed. They had no curly fries, no chicken items.

Two kids working the window, looked like they just had a food fight. Food was decent but appearance is everything boys.

My fries were cold and tasted like they were cooked the day before and my sandwich was thrown together so sloppy that I had to take it apart and redo it! The gal at the window was super sweet and did an excellent job!

pheeeewwwww. the fries they gave me had to have been AT LEAST a day old. there is zero chance those were made today. so stale and hard, and lukewarm. the roast beef sandwich was on point though. delicious. tea was good, mozzarella sticks and peach roll are for somebody else so i can’t comment on the taste, but they were hot in the box. the person running the drive thru gave zero pleasantries, just barked out questions and demands. no hello, no thank you, nothing. i should have looked at other reviews before ordering, but hey, at least it was only $8.

Not responsive at the drive thru. The parking lot only had a few cars and I was the only vehicle at the drive thru. I didn't feel like going in so I went somewhere else.

I do like Arby's, I really do... the problem is this location in particular. The two times I've been through have been months apart and both times I was told they still did not accept Arby's gift cards. I don't understand how that can be possible, regardless until something can change here, I will be waiting out my time going to Arby's. Aside from that, the location, the decor, and overall appeal of the place is a great addition to the food strip.

SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. GOT TO THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW MOST RECENTLY AND WAS TOLD AT THE START THEY WERE OUT OF ROAST BEEF, CURLY FRIES, AND SOFT DRINKS.

Worst experience ever ordered two smoke house brisket combos both with curly fries n drpepper, two chicken strip combos also with curly fries and drpepper and one roast beef cheddar sandwich with side of poppers n ranch. Get home we have 2 sliders 3 cheese burgers and fries didn't get anything we ordered

This review is for this specific location. It is always dirty inside. Tables not cleaned, food on the floor. I'll continue with Arby's, just not this location. Avoid the wrong order fun and a dining area that looks like there was a food fight going on all day. I had wondered why there are no cars in the lot when open, now I know.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I didn't even get my food the workers inside decided to start arguing by screaming and yelling at eachother and saying they were going to fight one another. I was in line for 40 minutes and finally asked for my money back. Then the manager was to focused on arguing he gave me the wrong amount of money back and I kindly told him it was wrong he went to give me the rest of my money and still didn't get it right. I had to ask for my exact change back because he was less focused on helping me and then wanted to get confrontational with me because of his mistake. I will never go back here. I am so disappointed in this place they all need to be fired including the manager and replaced with all new staff.

The curse is real for any business that goes in at this specific location, before Arby's was here it was Burger King and it was just terrible as well. Arby's is always out of items and Roast Beef! Plus the floor always feels sticky when you walk in, location is also always under-staffed!

Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. I had to eat for then to cook the chicken that was still pink and cold in the middle. French fries were cold and had no flavor. Then they gave me a Diet Coke after I ordered a coke. I gave it back and told them it was Diet Coke and I ordered a coke. He makes me another drink and it’s Diet Coke again. I told the man and he says oh we switch our lines all the time and turned around and walked off. Wouldn’t give me a coke.

Ate there last week. My friend said she found mold in her fountain drink. The nacho cheese tasted funny. Well been sick for a week since. Food poisoning. It's got to be food poisoning.

Only 2 people working! Never acknowledged! I get it theyre short handed, but there was only one customer in there waiting on a pickup order and one in the drive thru!

One word, "NASTY!" Nothing is clean. The employees are rude and dirty. They need to learn how to BATHE!! I WALKED OUT. I only recommend if you want to get food poisoning.

It has been over 20 minutes since we ordered our food at the drive through and we were asked to drive to the front of the building so they could wait on other customers. Waited in front of the building for another 10 minutes before the food arrived. I wish I would have seen the reviews first. Fries were not eatable. Either old or bad grease! Will not be back.

The woman at the register for the drive-thru was decently accommodating it was just the food that killed me. My soda was flat and flavorless, the Fry's had a funky taste to it, and the #1 on the menu I nearly vomited that one bite because of spoiled meat.

My sandwich was dripping blood because it wasn't cooked very well, I took it back to the counter and they apologized repeatedly and made me another one. When I got the 2nd sandwich the gentleman apologized again and said he nuked it under the light and in the microwave so it should be good. Well it wasn't it was still dripping blood and the bottom bun was saturated in blood. I will not be returning. Also the place had the odor of wet dogs. I am a dog lover but I don't think an eating establishment should smell like that. The workers were very friendly so I gave them 5 stars

Leaving a 1 star review because the business verified it's hours just 1 week ago saying it was open 24 hours and it is definitely not. I work graveyard and majority of McDonald's are open 24 hours so I was disappointed to find that this location is not even tho goigle says it is. Pretty sad that jack in the box and whataburger are my only only options. Management needs to update the hours on Google and stop lying to the customers.
