Thanks for the free coffee for Veterans Day! Baristas we're super sweet, and my coffee was perfect. Love my hot coffees.

Staff here is always friendly when I go thru. I love the app too btw. And delicious drinks, can be a bit pricey than others but honestly worth it in my opinion.

The people are always very nice here which is a really good thing. The coffee is the same as every other Starbucks but the employees make a big difference!

Super kind and welcoming, I come here when I come to Mineral Wells. Thank you for being nice! Easy environment to work at.

I love the people the place and everything about it. The customer service is great! I almost never get my order wrong and they deal with such long lines and great it with a positive attitude.

Always great service here. They serve you with a smile. The last time I ordered from here, they had a very long drive thru line, so I went inside to pick up my order. I knew it would be a minute, but the barista asked for the name on my order. She gave me an estimated wait time, and then talked with me while I waited. This location also consistently gets our order correct. If you haven't, give this location a try.

What a beautiful,nice Starbucks! One of the nicest we've been in in quite some time - large, quiet, great baristas - we were very pleased with our stop here. Really good cup of coffee & yummy coffee cake 😀☕

I NEVER have any issues with this Starbucks. I have been going there since Jan 2022. NEVER had an issue when a mistake was made, be it mine or theirs. They always make it right and fair!

Most of the staff is amazing. Very curious. My only complaint is that everytime I order a drink it's made differently. It never tastes the same.

We stopped in for a rest, and to give my mom a chance to use the facilities. As per usual, everything was familiar and consistent, the Starbucks way. Good wifi, good service and good drinks. This location was new since the last time I visited Mineral Wells, and was already popular. We'll make this a stop next time we go to MW.

The Mango Dragon fruit drink is amazing, the lobby is very clean and the staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I didn't give it 5 stars because it is a bit pricey like all of them are.I just can't make myself pay $7.00 for a grilled cheese sandwich. I do really like the tore and environment though. I think it's a great addition to Mineral Wells.

I love SB. It doesn't fit my menu very often due to calorie count. It has been a great addition to MW. They started closing earlier than most SB.

Even tho the line was long. I was surprised at how fast their service was. And yet I still got my wife's order wrong. Lol But she still enjoyed her coffee 😂 Awesome job Starbucks👍👍💯

Its a new busy here in Mineral Wells. I hope it thrives. The double caramel macchiato double espresso could have been a little better, but all in all i can't complain. Enjoyed it anyway.

I would absolutely love to go here again. Since the hours changed I never get there in time. An im always seeing people go through after hours. Just to get Starbucks I still have to drive to Weatherford. It's time to open back up to normal business hours please.

Stopped here as we travelled north through Mineral Wells. Awful!! I ordered a tomato/basil panini and my husband was told they had certain protein box. We arrived at the window to be told “sorry we don’t have that particular box” and offered 3 others. Chose one and 30 seconds later told “sorry we don’t have that after all, but we have these 2 promise.” My patient husband said okay and we were given a protein box with browned apples slices and the expiration date on it was 04/15/22 on it — today is 04/22/22. My sandwich no longer came with its date but the basil leaf was withered and the sun dried tomatoes were rancid. The owner of this Starbucks needs to train staff to monitor goods for expiration dates. Awful. No excuse. Poor staff.

I pulled up to the drive through around 5:30 I never got any assistance. Read the sign that says temporary hours are from 6:30-4:30 respectfully drove off. I drive by 10 min later and y’all got a line full of customers kinda made me mad

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The employees are very nice and polite. However, when it comes to making their drinks… I wouldn’t even give one star. When they hand you your drink it’s already two inches or more from the top. Also, loaded with ice, when I ask for light ice. When I’m paying a minimum of $6.50 for a coffee I expect it to be full to the top and more drink than ice. I feel like they skimp on their products so much. You can go to the Weatherford location and have them make the same drink and it’s 1000 times better. Which is unfortunate. Put a little effort into what you’re making pleeaasseee

Employee was rude and acted like she didn’t know how to make my coffee I walked out and took my business to the Weatherford location and the will continue to get my money . Forget about the location in mineral wells.

Well I’ve never received the wrong drink. I ordered a skinny vanilla Frap and it tasted like fruit was i it. I couldn’t go back because i was almost to Weatherford when i tasted it. I called no answer. I threw it away! Thanks

Don't go to this store. Of I could rate negative stars I would. I've been going here since it recently opened. Usually its a great experience. However, there is an employee named Megan who will yell at you and treats the customers with absolute disrespect. As a former Starbucks employee we NEVER treated people the way she did!! I'm in complete disbelief in the way me and my daughters were treated this morning. Her manager should really think about if she's someone she wants representing this store and the company in general!!

I myself have never bought anything from Starbucks and at this time have no intention of buying anything from Starbucks. Some people of the younger generations are looking for a specialty cup of Java. I’m just looking for a good cup that is not a designer creation by a 10 year old. Sorry!

I love Starbucks, but the new lids for the cold coffee leave me wearing it every time. For this reason its a low review. This one does give faster service than Weatherford, but the hours aren't posted on the door and it's hit or miss if they will be open when you want to go.

I went to Starbucks yesterday and ordered 3 drinks, total came out to $21.76. I used my gift card that has $21.62, she scanned that one and then told me I still owed $6 more.. doesn’t make any sense but I still let her scan my gift card that had $7.21, after she scanned that one she still proceeds to tell me I still owe another $1.76. We give her $3 in cash and then she keeps all the cash to herself, tipping herself without being told to. I complain to her multiple times telling her that my total was $21.76 but with what she just charged me adds up to $30.73 plus the extra $1.24 which I don’t really care about but but it’s the way that she took both my gift cards plus extra money and then still argued with me when I told her that was wrong. Went in and talked to a manger and he refunded me $6 back which still wasn’t everything but it’s better than nothing.
