I always have a great experience here! The Cajun pasta is my favorite! Chips and salsa is a must! The service is always relatively good, and the drinks are amazing! On that note remember to always bring a DD lol enjoy some margaritas!

My experience was remote: Weird a little I know, but this is special: So today is my brothers birthday, and I called him to see how he was and here he says he is in Mineral Wells TX, @ Chili's having lunch...by himself! So, I chat with him real quick, and jump off knowing that he was finishing his meal, 'which he said was great', and ring up this establishment to see if they could spot this brother of mine thinking he was gonna just skate through the day without someone singing him happy birthday in his presence!! Wouldn't you know it, but the gentleman on the other hears me out through a poor connection, to go an look for my brother all secret like, comes back on the line and says "yeah, we got him here we think...we'll sing him happy birthday!"...unreal. Y all are great people! Blessed him for me from 1000's of miles away! Thank you!!! Truly made my whole week!!

My husband loves going to Chilis just for Jen to be our waitress. She is awesome very good bartender. She is very personable and will take very good care of you.

Me and the kids went in there on Saturday night, exceptional service, always had refills, waitress was really nice, helped the kids find what they wanted. Food was great, warm, tasted good and all. I had a slight problem with the way my sirloin was cooked, but a very nice manager came out and fixed everything. Was very quick and intelligent. 10/10 will be back

Me and the wife went yesterday on 02/04/21 and out of 9 total customers, which one was sitting at the bar and counted four waitresses the service was a little slow compared to the amount of staff vs customers. It was 4:30 pm though and I can definitely understand maybe prepping for the dinner rush. Our waitress was very polite, although I would recommend maybe not having them push the satisfaction survey with phrases like "It will help determine what schedule I get". The food was on point though, I had the fajita trio and the wife had the fajita combo. The food came out hot, fresh and was well seasoned, the chips were light and crispy and a great appetizer. Chili's never disappoints.

Chilis is on of our go to places in Mineral Wells to dine in. We love the atmosphere and the food is good with an affordable price. We have a favorite server, Becca who always takes great care of us.

I'm from Germany and we don't have Chili's there. I went to three different chili's restaurants so far and this one is just the best. The service is super nice and the food is just delicious. For national and international people, this chili's is definitely a must.

Went right in the middle of the big storm that passed by Weatherford. Just picked up a to go order. They were so sweet making sure I didn't leave the building (sirens were going off). Chips and salsa were excellent as usual.

This is specifically for Annabel, she was magnificent, Fast, efficient, spotless restaurant, pleasant atmosphere. Somethings changed for the better at this location and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. I had the quesadilla explosion salad, and my husband had the triple dipper. Of course we ate off each others plates lol, who doesn’t? Annabel you get a standing ovation. Your kindness was also appreciated and genuine. Management here us please 🙏🏻 recognize this Wonder Woman, we will be back very soon.

The staff are the most welcoming you can find in our little town, clean, one of the top 3 places to eat in town. The social atmosphere is wonderful when you want to hang out in the sports bar area too. Always have a multitude of sports events playing and not overly loud like the majority of sports bars. Great place for the whole family.

Last night, my wife and I had dinner at this Chilis. It had been a long time since we have been to this particular location. We were very impressed with the quality of the food, the friendliness of the staff, and the overall atmosphere. The manager Marisa was very kind and stopped to see how our food was. We had a great conversation, so my wife and I will be back at this location.

Chili’s in Mineral Wells has the best selection and food in town. Been several times and Rebeca Brock is hands down their best server. If you go make sure to ask for her she’s quick with refills and always check if you need anything. You won’t be disappointed

I'm not a chain restaurant person, but. Who ever is that tall brunette waitress, get her, super nice, killer service. Offered a togo sweet tea. But also, tip your servers well, especially in Mineral Wells where it's hard to find a job that pays the bills. They get paid $2.13 while on the clock, minus credit card processing, which ends up being $0.00 an hour. Be a hero not a zero.

Very clean and staff was very friendly. Food was great. My sandwich was an avocado grilled chicken sandwich. It was literally 2 halves and each had a whole chicken breast. Huge and delicious 🙂. My 4 year old had the sliders off the kids menu. She loved them. She got fries and an extra side of corn on the cob. The Corn was the star 😂 but she loved it all.

Food is amazing and so is the service. Mackenzie is the most amazing server and she’s a goddess. 10/10. I LOVE HER!

Love this Chilis. Its better than the one in Weatherford. I asked the one in Weatherford to make an Old Fashioned and they couldn't and wouldn't look it up to confirm they didn't have the ingredients. I gave them a recipe and they didn't care. This is a VERY popular, basic drink. Weatherford also couldn't make me a Cosmopolitan either. MINERAL WELLS CHILIS CAN DO BOTH! <3 Now the drinks are perfect, but at least they TRY AND the Mineral Wells Chili's is willing to work with you to make the drink right. REALLY appreciate it! Def recommend - oh and the food is good too!

Our granddaughter requested dinner here for her fifth birthday! The service was excellent, they even brought her out a dessert and sing Happy birthday. Then as my birthday was the next day our daughter mentioned that to the server and they were very cheerful and willing to do a second surprise to include me with a dessert and song. Had an early dinner with family at the Mineral Wells Chili’s. Matthew was our server, who was attentive and was able to carry a conversation without disrupting others. Once the dinner order came out it was pretty clear that the burger meat was overcooked to the degree of hockey puck status. I raised a concern with Matthew who immediately took care of the order. New Burger was delivered (very tasty) and followed up by the manager, Angie. Angie immediately discounted several parts of the meal without us asking for it. Angie handled the small issue very well! We will definitely keep coming back!

Had an awesome deal of 3 for $10 so gave it a try. Everything was so delicious and the mini molten cake was OMG! My server was really nice and suggested the dry rub for my ribs and that was great. Also had the honey chipotle ribs which I always love that sauce. My visit actually helped lift my mood.

Although it was busy, service was great. Wasn't too noisy but you could tell everyone was having a good time. Food was excellent. Was really impressed by the menu; 1 from each category for $10.00. Two of us are handicapped and attendants were very helpful.

The bartenders are having to work the bar, wait on the customers sitting at the bar, wait tables around the bar area, not to mention making drinks for the rest of the restaurant. There was one on duty Saturday night at 11 PM and one Monday at dinner time. They both did a great job keeping up with all of that and were friendly too! The new tacos and the margarita chicken were both good. However, the medium cooked ribeye was tough, grisly and didn't have a good flavor. The monthly $5 margaritas taste good and are a great deal. There's not much tequila in them though.

Atmosphere was good. Our waitress was really good . I got the ribs with corn on the cob. I don't know if they were over cooked or sat under the heat lamp, but towards the end the corn and ribs were tough. The fries were fresh and hot though. But I'll still go back again.

Mackenzie was awesome. She was friendly, attentive, and was always flashing a smile. Made us feel like family.

The food is always great. The wait staff is usually attentive but this last visit our server was less than. She never refilled my water and it took forever for her to get things when she would FINALLY come around. Seriously she only came to our table 4 times.

It was my birthday and I had the salmon which was really good. However, we sat there for 20 minutes before the waitress came to take our order. I liked their selection of music. The price was a little higher than I thought it would be. It cost us 60.00 dollars.

The atmosphere is great. Emily N. Is a pleasant and great person. She was very knowledgeable with the food and made sure drinks stayed filled. Food was hot and very good.

This is a solid option if folks are being fickle for a particular kind of food given Chilis eclectic menu. Came in on a Tuesday dinner service. Service was quick and efficient. Friendly check in and ample seating. So not sure why I was seated at a table with a fresh spill occurred lol. Beyond that - this is classic Chilis fare and tried some of the newer menu options. Fajitas were just okay. If in the mood for fajitas can do better elsewhere. The QP burger is magnificent. I think I shed a tear while eating it. The triple dipper an ol sodium rich standby that rarely disappoints.

The TOGO service was excellent and the food tasted great. I had napkins, plastic ware, and all the condiments I needed. That seems to be rarity in most drive thru’s and carry out’s since Covid. The only reason they didn’t get a fifth star was for the size and the quality of the steak on the “3 For Me” deal. To be fair, the online menu did state how many oz it was. It was pretty chewy and fatty, so the majority of it was tossed out. Every thing else was terrific, I spent $36 for just myself, with a couple of add ons. I will try the “3 For Me” again, just not with the steak. I didn’t get a pic sorry.

It is alright but it is never consistant. They seem to always get rushes they are not prepared for. Our server, Super nice, but only saw her when she asked what we wanted and dropped off our food. Even the manager said he would be right back with a to go box and we never saw him again. U know we have been here a couple times that were just awesome and then others it was terrible which is why I give the rating I gave lol.

I placed a to go order so l can't return it or speak to a manager. . There is Soo much salt on everything, you can't taste anything else. When l picked it up it was already cooling and l was there early . The broccoli was not cooked , the steak was tremendously fatty!! I expected marbeling but this is a lot. Too much seasoning on everything. I will go somewhere next time. No receipt, nothing added to my membership points for this order.. this was my second time to order takeout here and sadly didn't think l will again.

Our Server was very nice, fun, playful, and attentive. Outside of that most of the food was ok... the cheese sticks are awful, steaks were both overcooked, and food was thrown in the floor... by accident... by the food runner which took him an additional 20min to clean up.. he showed no sense of urgency.

My wife ordered Santa Fe salad with grilled chicken. Her favorite choice and was what was expected. I ordered from choose three menu. You get a drink, appetizer, and entree for one price depending on choice of entree. I ordered sweet tea, chips and salsa. All came out quick. I chose Crispy Chicken Crispers and fries for my entree. These crispers were not hand breaded as expected and the taste was different. This was definitely not what I was expecting. My fries were not crisp, it was like they had set in a warmer to long, and they were to salty. Amazing how they want to charge more and more for food and quality is not the same. Very frustrated!

Went on Labor Day. My mistake. After taking order at bar, never saw waitress again. Drink was good, but never got chance to get another. Our FOOD WAS COLD. EVERYTHING WE GOT. CHICKEN, SLIDERS AND EGG ROLLS ALL ICE COLD. WIFE never got a tea refill after 30 minutes. She was mad and she wont be back. Had good meals at this place in past....however this was deal breaker bad for us and I doubt Ill be back either. Young employees were just walking around hugging people they knew. When we questioned an up charge to our bill, both the wait staff and manager were rude. Refused to change the bill or satisfactorily explain the up charges. I will not return. Recommend others be aware of what you may be facing. Very poor.

Been to so many Chili's locations. On average especially when super busy any oops is acceptable. One star only here so I could move on to rant about yesterday's visit in my residential town. 8pm not overly busy, 1hr total of time spent in establishment. Simply a small to go order of 2 drink & their version of chili type con queso with a nuke, heat & munch bag of chips; pretty good idea there I'll say Rude hostess, bartender a real nasty human, my sister was the one to make our order in person after much lack.of response from the so dalled bartender. She did go as far as to complain to the manager on duty, asking him to refrain from repromanding them til she left. Not as though he even attempted to offer a sple glass of water. A real disappointment all around. We even witnessed 2 gentleman that sat at a near empty bar weren't treated any better, one of the 2 was never waited on and finally gave up. I know as well as anyone, especially from being in this industry that verbal recognition & kindness goes a VERY long way. Definitely contacting corporate on this unnecessary happenings.

From the moment we walked in, our visit seemed extremely rushed. We came in aproximently an hour and a half before closing time, along with another table. We both had two people, and she sat us in tables next to each other. When our waitress came to take our order, we explained to her that we would like a full order of Texas cheese fries, as opposed to the half order that our combo came with. She explains that we will have to order a separate half order, which was no big deal. Once our fries were brought out, only one half order came. When we discussed it with our waitress, she said "oh I forgot to ring them in! Did you want them to go orrrrrrr?". It was obvious she didn't want to be bothered with ringing in the other set, so we told her we didn't need the second order. Not too long afterwards, we notice the table that came in with us got their order, and we noticed they got the same order as us. We thought was pretty cool! Turns out, they actually got our order, and we got theirs. The other table took a bite out of the tenders I had ordered and the waitress had the audacity to ask him if he still wanted his original order, or if he just wanted to keep my meal. Obviously, the other customer wanted to have his original order. Less than a minute later, they brought my "fixed" order to the table. They had taken the plate that was delivered to the opposite table, took off the tender that had a bite taken out, and gave it back to me. Absolutely disgusting and vile. At this point, we decide to leave, and pay for the fries we had eaten. Not once did the waitress try to get us to stay, or even attempt to fix the wrongs she had done in an appropriate manner. As a frequent customer at chili's, I was extremely disappointed in this specific location. We just moved to the area and we were happy to learn their would be a closer chili's to us. We probably won't be returning to this location.

Went in there Sunday, Mothers Day, just wanted to sit at the bar, have a drink and maybe an appetizer. We told we couldn't do that, we needed to get on their 30 minute wait to even sit at the bar and get a drink. I told the hostess, but all we want is to sit at the bar and get a drink, she said, still have to get on the wait. Not one person sitting at the bar. Worked for this company for 12 and a half years back in the day. Never have I heard is such a thing!

If I could give no stars I would. The waitress took forever to even get to us and the place wasn't busy. My margarita tasted like soap, we asked for the manager and they never showed. Ordered the smokehouse combo which took forever to get to us. My fries were hot but super old. No indication was there jalapeños is the quesadilla, there were tons. The only good part was the chicken and street corn. The waitress took forever to get us refills mind you again it wasn't busy. Just all around bad experience. Probably won't go back. At least to this chilis.

I am very upset and have a RANT!!! We went to the Chili’s restaurant, in Mineral Wells, Texas. We ordered the spinach dip. They brought out chips with salsa, first. Not having ordered these, we questioned the waitress and she told us that they were served with the spinach dip. Mind you… chips with salsa aren’t listed as one of their appetizers. Subsequently, we were charged two separate appetizer fees… one for the dip and the another for the chips with salsa. When we questioned the “Manager on duty” He appeared to be unconcerned and defended the two separate charges. At no time, did he offer any sort of resolution. We were so appalled that we just paid the check and left the restaurant. And, while we were eating, an elderly couple sat down at a table, near ours. They were never approached by any staff and were never even acknowledged. They never even had any menus. After a period of time, they finally just got up and left the restaurant. 😡😡😡😡

Not good at all!! Do not go here if you can help it!!! Took over an hour to get our food waiter couldn't get much right the manager came and asked my wife if it was ok for her Loaded Boneless wings to not be made the way they should've been? Something about the cook had cooked them but forgot to add the sauce which should be cooked onto them. So she said ok fine this was with us waiting 30 minutes for our food already. He said that the food would be right out. Well an hour later our food arrived. It was cold and we couldn't get refills in a timely manner. Just an awful experience here. Will not be going back.

We were at Chili's 2/12/21 . When we tasted our food we remembered why we didn't like Chili's . I had a Mushroom burger that was so greasy I wouldn't even bring it home to my puppy. My husband had baby back ribs they were so dry and no meat on them. That was the worst food for $24.77 we have ever had. I am sure we want be back again. The server Jennifer was great . Gone in to say hi to her and maybe have a drink.

Worst Chili's I've ever been too. If I could put zero stars I would. My simple sandwich order took over 30 mins to get to my table. Then when it arrived it was a completely different sandwich then what I ordered. Then the manager really didn't seem like it was a bother. Then my actual sandwich came out 15 mins later and it was wrong as well. No one seemed like they actually cared for any customers.

1st time Food was stone cold. So I tried again ordered a steak med rare and it was well done. Was told I was going to get gift cards for the inconvenience because it was a pick up delivery. And still I have not received anything.

We were a group of 8 and were seated quickly- the restaurant was not busy when we sat down. Ordered quickly as well and things were going great. Then the crowd that was at a Christmas event came in and the waitress got busy. An hour later, she tells us that our food was taking longer than expected, even though others had ordered and received their food. Obviously she forgot to actually put our order in. We were going to an event of our own, so we just boxed up what they finally had ready, which was not even half of our order. Ridiculous that we paid $100 for to go boxes of food that wasn’t worth re-heating and they only thing they offered us was to take the food we didn’t get off of the bill.

This used to be my go to place on my lunch breaks. This was until my husband I went in and sat at the bar to have a couple drinks. As we are enjoying our drinks we witnessed the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in a restaurant, the manager walked behind the bar got a glass of beer on tap and proceeded to taste is by taking a drink of it. He then handed the glass to the waiter who also just watched this and instructed the waiter to take it to the table behind us. We were absolutely disgusted and to spare my husband embarrassment he asked me not to make a scene and for us to just go. If I had been there by myself I wouldve made a scene and honestly I wish that I had. If that can be done in clear view for customers to see, then what is being done in the kitchen where we cant see? This behavior is considered tampering with customer's food or beverage, which is a felony. I reported them to corporate as well as the health dept. Absolutely disgusting and will never set foot in that establishment ever again. And for the record if you look at any of my past reviews, yes I have a couple of bad ones because they are legit bad reviews but the majority of my reviews are 5 stars, so its not like I go around all the time leaving bad reviews. I only leave honest reviews.

Food is palatable while dining in, but do not order to go. The crew could not care any less about the quality of food on to go orders. I have yet to have a satisfactory curb side dining experience. Everything is ALWAYS OVERCOOKED!!! Burgers so dry and hard they can double as wheel chocks to keep your vehicle from moving if you happen to be in the car maintenance mood. Chicken wings that were completely inedible they were burnt so bad. I will give em an A for effort though when they attempted to rehydrate said wings by drowning them in sauce. These wings had so much sauce on em, I had to put floaties on my grandkids to keep from drowning. I am done with this place.

My Husband brought my daughter here to pick up an order I placed, they don't even know they different between bbq sauce and hot and honey chipotle sauce because when he got the order and brought it home he opened up the food and bbq sauce was dumped all over it, even the fries..!!😡 And all I ordered was honey chipotle tenders and mozzarella sticks. I sent my husband back there to fix the order with my daughter and some girl with white hair cussed out my husband right Infront of my daughter. do not got here.
