Actually personal opinion with out offense to any other one, wendy's is one of the best places for fast food, fresh meat great customer service and place where you can feel safe to be there or just taking out.you should try it more often

I always enjoy a good salad from this restaurant chain never I get disappointed. I can taste the crisp of the lettuce and the sweetness of the tomatoes and the warm chicken. Can’t wait to eat it again.

This is the best one in the area. They are fast, thorough, and efficient. Even if the drive-thru is loaded, they keep it moving. Only twice have I even had a minor snafu at the drive thru. Google wants an update. All of the above is still true. Won't go to any other Wendy's!

Great Food, My order was Cold, I told the Men there I can't eat what I ordered, they made me a New Sandwich, No charge. That's why this Fast Food Place got 5 stars.

This is my favorite Wendy's! One of the best items to order is a 50 piece nugget for $9.99 but watch out its not on the menu screen. Just order! The biggie bags, the $4 for 4. They even have the fresh and natural Lemonades. When I am in a hurry I go here. Quick and fast! In and out! Just double check your order before you drive off sometimes the employees may forget a fry or two. LOL. If you have a bunch of hungry kids and short on cash! Wendy's is the answer!!

The staff is very nice and kind to the elderly. I drove a few senior citizens here and was impressed with their professional service and accommodating demeanor. The rest rooms were very clean!

Went through the drive through in the evening hours. Staff was very polite and the food actually looked like they took time to make it. I advise to go in the evening when there is no rush.

Wendy's food is always hot sometimes the drive-thru line to little bit long but I think it's because it's close to a high school lots of stuff going on in this parking lot also people backing into people all the time to be cautious and respectful and also be nice it's just the people inside have a lot going on but they normally take care of all problems...

The best Wendy's I know of. Extremely fast and friendly staff with hard work and love actually put into the food (even though it's all processed). I never have issues going to this Wendy's and even when it's packed the staff always get my order correct and still have a smile on their faces. If anyone who works there is reading this, thank you for doing an excellent job and for keeping me fed 😁!

This has got to be the best meal I've ever had when it comes to fast food. The fries were so hot and the bacon was the crispiest. Very delicious. The is my first time in this location and I'll definitely be returning. 🍔🍔🍗🍗🍗 Keep up the awesome work !! 😋😋

I work across the street at the airport and usually eat here 2 or 3 times a week. This store has absolutely the fastest drive thru service I ever saw. Period! I always complement the employees. Usually accurate but an occasional error..no biggie. Food is always fresh and good. I will be back.

I don't eat inside. I go through the driveway. There is a server there that has a great personality. Always smiling. She makes fresh coffee and it's delicious. The entire crew during the day is always nice, friendly and service is fast.

Small but modern restaurant popular with the local and folks who work in the area. Very easy to get to from the airport that's across the street. The store closed at 10PM but the drive through is open till 2AM.

Burgers are freshly made, one thing though, on weekends don't cook so many fries so that they will be hot and fresh like during the week.

Super friendly and efficient staff (at least the staff at the drive through are) food has it's pros and cons.. my salad for example southwest avocados was not good.... my brother fries and burger were hard stale and cold, my son nuggets were unedible... how ever my mom's baconator fries were fantastic.

Great experience I understand the burgers had to be ready so they wasn't so hot but they look good. It's a great place to eat in though good atmosphere so I'm all right with that👍

It’s Wendy’s, it’s fast food. You know exactly what you’re getting. That being said this is one of the better Wendy’s locations in the area. Fries are consistently hot and crispy, burgers and sandwiches are well made, and they’ve never gotten my order wrong.

food is always good, just one disappointment, breakfast meals end at 11am. that's a bummer for anyone working a night shift, or someone who just wants breakfast instead of a burger.

Remodeled location. Clean and friendly staff. Food was accurate and reasonably fresh. They have the fancy coke machine with dozens of drink choices too. I found this location to be superior to others.

This 8s Wendy's and my normal go to fast food place. Recent price hikes may change my opinion, but food is consistent and, in my opinion, better than the competition! This is not your romantic place for a date, but it is clean and they seem to keep the look fresh.

Twas enjoyable. Mostly quiet and very well kept. Staff was nice. My brother didn't get the Frosty he ordered, but that's more on him for not remembering he got it for the length of our stay. Had that sort of average "chain restaurant" feel.

Come to this particular location with my classmates every week during lunch. staff are all nice & the service is honestly really quick . I get my food called before I’m done pouring my fountain drink . Everything always tastes good especially the #9 ghost pepper ranch sandwich. Good choice if you like spicy stuff. My one issue is they tend to mess up orders a lot.

Lunch. Got biggie bag meal large with a small chillie add on. It is very cost effective. Although, I like their Caesar salad and spicy chicken sandwhich.

This Wendy's is like all the others. For some reason no matter if you are the only one in the place. The garbage cans are always full. While this one seem to have send the employees out to sweep the floors. Behind the counter in the food prep area it always looks like a food fight has occurred.

Long d-t line, moved quick. Good chic sand. Help parks in spots right off drive thru so you have to drive around building to eat there. No big deal, just saying. Used to be best spots were for customers.

Service was fast at the drive thru. But i got the wrong flavor frosty and my daughter got the 2 pc tender kids meal and one tender was hard. The French fries weren't seasoned well at all.

Their drive through service is a mess. I agree with people there. But their dine-in service was great. They get the order right everytime. There are enough seats for everyone. It's not always too crowded. Free Wi-Fi. Unlimited drinks re-fill.

I ordered a biggie bag double stack, nuggets fries, Mano pineapple lemonade through the app it's about 10 min from job, my friend ordered at drive thru, pull to the windows they hand both bags to me. Now mind you this is about 1:10am when I order we,get there about 1:20 am we leave I'm killing my fries and nuggets (gotta be back to work at 1:45 am) they was on point nice and hot and nuggets was juicy, Now I go to eat my burger it was so cold they cannot say that it was made fresh. I give it 3 stars cause I was pissed about my sandwich.

Just went here for a Son of Baconator double cheeseburger. But what they gave me was a single hamburger with no cheese, bacon, tomato or lettuce on it. I don't know if someone screwed up or if they're cutting too many corners. But, though they're usually okay with orders, this one was a disaster.

Double check your order’s items when you picked up your mobile order at windows. Nobody apologize for missing 2 side order of the chicken nuggets after I asked. When asked the manageress name, she told you her name on the receipt but the name is said Cashier. Bad experience

The service was alright. I ordered the 4 for 4. The chicken nuggets were good but the chicken sandwich was not good. Chicken was dry and one slice of lettuce with a little mayonnaise. Not that good.

Good during the day. I was ignored on one occasion late at night at the drive through. On a second visit late at night, my order was taken, but I drive up to the window and all the workers had disappeared. I waited twenty minutes, knocking at the window and nobody showed up.

I cannot tell you the last time I went to a wendy's but we decided to stop today. We ordered burger, fries and of course you have to get the bake potato. There was no ketchup given for the fries, the burgers had the ketchup in it already if you wanted it or not and the potato... the potato was just a regular little potato that I put in the microwave at home. No bacon, no sour cream, no nothing, not on it nor in the bag. Not even a little pinch of salt. The soda was full to the top with ice so you took two drinks and it was finish. This is the reason I dont go to fast food. Too bad I was a little ways out or i would have turn back and return it for free.

I never eat fast food and today I was doing my friend a favor ordering some chicken nudgets for her , I stayed at the drive thru over 3 mints and no one help me , I said hello and I asked for help and nothing , and moved forward to the window and and asked someone for help and the answer I got was I have to back to the line on the driver thru to order , like seriously, worst customer service never again I will go back and I will make sure my friends and family won’t go back

They raised their prices again at a time that fast food companies are recording record profits....been a long time customer of wendys but they no longer the best deal in town, will be going elsewhere from now on

I asked them to make a fresh apple pecan salad on 12/3/16 @ 9.30 pm. They refused to make a fresh salad for me and was rude about it. It was not busy.

This location always short your order. On many occasions when I picked up my mobile order and reached home and ready to eat, food is missing. So I decided to call the location to report my missing 10 pieces of nuggets one day. The rude lady at the phone says I have to go back to the store to pick up the food they mistakenly didn’t gave me that I paid for with my money. I responded to her and say I cannot come back if they can either deliver it or refund me. She said I have to go to the store to get a refund where as I ordered my meal through their mobile app. She then hang up the phone rudely. I called back and asked her what she will do regarding the situation, she stop talking and had the phone one about over 30mins.

Food was atleast fresh. Employees ignored us for a good 5-7 minutes. Service was slow. You had employees texting on their phones. Another DT employee twerking, listening to music on his headphones looking at us but not once acknowledging the fact we were standing there. He had a back tattoo that you can see by his neck. Then you had someone who might have been a manager with a ponytail, nothing. I had to say something. Then you have a Hispanic woman looks to be pregnant, not friendly at all. Noones talking to eachother. Just whispers. Weirdest experience I’ve ever had.

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever had the experience from ordering & picking up from. They don't like your order choice on Door dash. They'll turn their systems off for 15 minutes after you place so that they can waste your time. Whether it's the drive through or online, the staff doesn't seem to know how to function. Try your luck at a different Wendy's to avoid any disappointment

Went there about about 8.30 this morning 11/18. I ordered four bacon,eggs and cheese biscuits.two medium home fries and one large coffee black.I got four sausage ones instead.They were disgusting.It became obvious after a couple of bites they were really stale and had been sitting around.

This was one of the most screwed up orders I have ever had. What I ordered at the drive thru was a large chili with cheese, hot sauce, crackers a ceasar side salad. What I got was a garden salad with ranch dressing, no hot sauce, no crackers, and onions in my chili. I hate ranch dressing and I loathe onions, they never add onions unless you ask. This meal went into the garbage, I was 10 miles away when I realized how badly they screwed this up.

Yesterday morning I ordered by drive thru, I repeated my order many times I just wanted to try menu 10 but the person on the speaker insisted with number 6, I even said it in Spanish I felt powerless, when I got to window they gave me my order, confidently I received it on my way to work it was not what I asked for, I paid for something that I did not order I called the store and the person in charge instead of giving me a solution insisted that I asked for number 6 what a bad moment make go thru, I hope that this serves to train the staff and be more empathetic with the client who wants an efficient service, we all make mistakes but insisting and not providing a good service says a lot about that location and its employees.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review because everyone’s usually just doing their best, some days will be off, and running to post a bad review over 1-2 negative incidents is ridiculous, imo. But THIS Wendy’s location is REVOLTING. DISGUSTING. I used to go often enough. I’ve tried the last few months, it persistently smells AWFUL. You wait at the counter over 5 mins, but it’s empty. They just stand around and look at you except one person trying to do all the little orders they have. They’re constantly picking at the food with their fingers off grill and out the fries. It’s SO dirty, the employees don’t care at all or just aren’t trained. The vibe of one younger guy, I just left. I couldn’t imagine my food being handled by him and no one speaks a lick of English. You can’t communicate. But if the place is decent, you find ways to, right. THIS however is walking into a fast food nightmare. Corporate needs to step in or people might get sick.

Waited for my order to be taken for 10 minutes. In which time I watched them stick am ice scoop in a man's drink. He was upset and asked them to report the drink and acted as though he was crazy. He asked to just get his own drink after that and said he'd rather get a fountain soda. They then poured the contaminated drink back into the larger vat of lemonade. They should have just dumped the drink. We left before ordering. This isnt the first time I've seen them do stuff like this. I won't be returning.

I said no meat on my egg sandwich 4 times to the cashier and they still gave me meat. Just going to claim the charge as fraud, so sick of this. Now I get to be hangry all day at work. Just put the screens in the store and fire cashiers, I'll take my own order since the cashiers can't do it.

Definitely won’t be coming back here again! My whole order was messed up!!! They tell me to come back and fix it and bring the kids started eating the food they would t except it back or they wouldn’t give a credit for what wasn’t there. They give us bread with two slices of meat in it no crispy chicken blt lie we ordered and half the burgers had been messed up. There weee only 3 nuggets in the kids meal which I believe soon be 4 and fries weren’t even fille. Best disappointed in the manger the way he handled it .
