This place is great. There was a discrepancy with my order, and the manager Kenny or Kinny, I don’t know how to spell it, was very polite and fixed it right away. I was very grateful as it may have been my mistake in ordering. There was no argument, just a polite lady that agreed to fix it. Things like this keep people coming back, I know I will. This place has top notch service and top notch food. Thanks

The pizza was delicious !!!! Unfortunately this location had two employees there and neither one of them spoke English they can’t understand what I was saying. On the flipside, the food was hot and fresh hopefully in the near future, they will get someone that speak fluent English and Spanish.

I ordered a stuff crust with 6 toppings. There was only 1 worker and There was a long wait. But the pizza itself was amazing the girl in there is a 1 woman army she never took a break and was constantly and consistently working non stop. She deserves a raise.

Giving a generous three stars since my last visit wasn't that good trying to redeem free cheese stick bread. All the times were fine but after my last visit I'll be getting my pizza from somewhere else.

They forgot one of my spicy sauces on my last order and I told them in the survey they emailed me. Since they seal the boxes I didn't notice until I got home and didn't want to drive back. When I asked if this time I could get an additional spicy sauce to make up for the one I didn't get last time they told me I was supposed to call in that day and now it's too late. I showed her my receipt because it was from 5 days ago but she didn't care.

Large pizza, two order of wings and an order of some cinnamon bites. This order # was 071424, ordered from the PJs in Mission Hills. For as long as we have ordered throughout the years from here, this was a first. We were waiting for our delivery person to call us to let us know they were here. But nope. Didn't happen. Instead, we were waiting and waiting until we decided to check the tracker delivery system. The system stated that the food had already been delivered. When we went to go look for it in the front of the house, the food was sitting on the porch, on a porch bench. Why in the world had we not been called as we have many, many times in the past? I don't get it. What about if we had not thought to look at the tracker? I'm very dissapointed in which ever driver this was. Made me ask, how would they have liked that service or lack thereof done to them? This left us very upset and highly disappointed. Any proof needed? Just ask. I have cameras. Will definitely contemplate ever ordering from here again.

The one near me closed about 10 years ago, so when I saw one on Sepulveda (in Mission Hills) I decided to phone in a couple of pizzas for takeout while I ran a quick errand nearby. They were so behind on orders that they hadn't even begun prepping them. Asked me to wait about 20 minutes, so I sat in my car because there were no seats inside this small site. When I checked it was still not ready. By then, it was standing room only with about 12 people similarly awaiting their orders. I did observe delivery drivers running in and out loading their warming totes with pizza. It was obvious that's their preference. So ... when we finally got home with our order, both pizzas were undercooked with doughey crusts and no char on any ingredients. They cut the baking time real short. I got a stomach ache and will never give them my business again.

Food is wonderful but you order pizza from this location and no one wants to answer their phones. They pick up and hang up it’s by far the worst location and sadly I had to live near this one. We ordered our food 40 mins ago and they still have no updates on my order

Jan 3, 2022 8pm - Placed My Order 2 Salads A New York Style Pizza And A Orange Crush 2 Liter. Payment Was $34.99 Due. After Waiting A Good While For My Pizza The Driver Calls. I Walk Out To Pay And He Hands Me The Pizza And The Soda. I Ask Him Where Are My Salads? He Started Looking In His Car And Had No Idea What Was Going On. He Showed Me The Bill A new Amount Of 22.72 Was Due. I pulled Out My Phone And Showed Him My Order He Didn’t Know What To Say. He Eventually Said Maybe They Didn’t Have Any More Salad’s I Reluctantly Paid The $23 And I Immediately Called Papa Johns In Mission Hills, Ca To Get Some Answers. After Staying On Hold For Over 20 Minutes And Then Another 15 min I Finally Threw in The Towel. So They Short My Order Don’t Even Have Enough Professionalism to reach out and tell me that the salads weren’t available. In that case I may have canceled the whole order. Then I am put on hold for a combined time of 35 Minutes. I’m Very Dissatisfied..

We visited this location on Wednesday and were met with a very rude cashier. We are not Spanish speakers and when we tried explaining this she walked away without coming back or bringing assistance. What a horrible experience, we will never order from Papa Johns again.

We think an employee at this Papa Johns stole our credit card information 2 days ago. They took down our info and hung up, didn’t even take the order and stopped answering my calls. We put a hold on the card and there has been an attempted transaction since then. I spoke to a manager and she didn’t even care. Maybe DONT go to this Papa Johns until this is resolved

Staff is silly slow and gets orders wrong. Most time it seems like they don’t understand English. They also don’t even know certain items are on their menu. On rare occasion they get it right but I wouldn’t risk delivery here.

Don't expect your delivery in under 2 hours. Their delivery tracker does not work or update. They will not answer the phone either. Don't bother, not worth the hassle.

This place has the WORST costumer service ever. They told me off in Spanish and English. Never again will I order here nor will I recommend any other Papa John's. This is sad that 1 place dictates me never ordering again. My voice will be heard.

Kelvin asked me for my Groupon codes he said that they can recieve them there Through the phone to place make the order and he got my Groupon code and hanged up I called back and the same guy answers with his normal voice and says that his name is kelvin and i asked for a manager and he said that he is a assistant manager that is no manager today only tomorrow and that the owner never goes there and that this fraud happens quite often he tries to blame it on the people from India

Be careful ordering pizza here. They took down my name phone number and my card info and acted like I didn’t order anything and kept telling me and my husband to call the store number. I called and they hung up on me 6 times. I noticed the guy who answered my phone call was being shady and he was being shady when I ordered too. It sucks because my husband was there waiting for 30 minutes just trying to pick up the pizza we purchased till finally he spoke with the manager at the store he demanded to speak to someone because they just kept hanging up on us. My husband even showed him my bank statement stating that they charged us and he acted like it wasn’t true he even told the manager that it was weird they didn’t have my number or name but they had asked me for it when I ordered a couple of times. Not cool. This use to be a spot we liked not coming here ever again bad customer service and shady people trying to get your information. Stay away from this place.

Mask mandate ended in Los Angeles last week. Papa John's employees hadn't heard the news. We had to wait outside to get our on-line order that was ready and sitting on the counter. Absolutely made no sense. P.S. pizza was good despite the service

Very rude staff! I was actually yelled at by an employee to go outside because I didn’t hear him the first time. Not only that but they aren’t consistent with the whole mask thing. I’ve been in this location several times with no mask and today I was disrespected in front of the entire staff. I asked another employee a question and he threw his hands at me. Not once did I cause a scene I just asked why today because I was genuinely confused. Also, there’s so many employees with no pizza ready!

Driver left pizza outside and never knocked on the door. It sat outside for an hour. Store wouldn’t take my phone calls so I could get a refund. Absolute trash pizza in the first place, their trash employees are a perfect match. Never again!

They will NEVER get your toppings right. How difficult is it to get the correct toppings?? And I have previously worked in fast food! It’s forgiving if it happens once but this happened 4 times!! In place of pineapple, they gave us pepperoni and I don’t eat meat, and today, I got tomatoes instead of olives. I didn’t want tomatoes. Never coming back to this location

I had the worst service. I walk in to pick up pizza, and right away one of there drivers attacks me to put on a mask, wait a minute everything is open and I had just gone to another place earlier in the day to eat lunch and no mask were required. But no this person at Papa John's got on their high horse to tell what to do. No not going to happen so then a young girl comes and tells me the same as I'm standing outside waiting for pizza and told me she has the right to refuse service because I told them they better not spit on my pizza after I refuse to put on a mask which I didn't have one. Every single time I've ordered from this place, they get everything wrong. My last order was a simple order of a large 6 cheese tuscani pizza with extra sauce. They deliver a pizza with just mozzarella cheese caked on it and light sauce

I ordered two pizza’s from this location and it stated it was delivered and they delivered to the wrong address. They refused to refund me or give me another pizza

Worst customer service ever. Avoid this location by all means. I ordered for pickup online. It stated that it will take over an hour and half after I placed my ordered which I understand they may have been busy. Tried calling to cancel my order for over half and hour but wasn't able to reach anyone. After 45 minutes of trying to cancel I had to drive down to cancel in person and I was greeted with an attitude by the manager. And they were getting many calls while i was there and they figured it was best to not pick up any calls. Customer service here is terrible and they will never answer a phone call.

My order had missing items. I called and was on hold for 30 minutes because they will avoid providing customer service at all costs. Then, to top it off, they didn't even fix the problem. I just paid for something I never got.

Jist ordered a Jack O'Lantern pizza only to get home to find out there is no pepperoni on it. I called the store and explained to the guy who answered. He left me on hold for 15 minutes while I could hear him and the others workers in the back. After 15 they just hung up. I'm working today, but I will be coming to the store tomorrow. I promise you that and the conversation won't be as nice as I tried to be today.

I made a order for delivery at 7:12 exactly after 1 hour I called the store some Spanish lady answered and said your food is done sitting here getting cold and won’t be delivered for 45 mins I said seriously then she hung up the phone now it’s been 30 minutes of me calling back to back and they will not answer the phone. I even called the order line I done chat everything the. I get an email saying my order was delivered and ask me to tip it was never delivered all I wanted was my food. I am starving. Is this what papa John does I make a order online they tell me my food is done and it’s getting cold they won’t delivery it for an additional 45 minutes after I waited an hour, then I received an email stating that my order was delivered and to tip now it is 840 pm and still no answer no food or anything somebody needs to go in train this person who answered the phone this Spanish lady, who answered the phone at 7:57 PM exactly I think the whole team in that store needs to be trained or fired. Nobody should even be working there with that type of attitude. Where was her customer service? She told me my food is sitting here getting cold. It’s been done since 15 minutes. And it won’t be delivered till additional 45 minutes. WHY IS SHE EVEN WORKING HERE with this type of behavior

But this time, it is my son's 5th birthday and his classmates are waiting for the party food. I am extremely annoyed at this place. The person called and said they couldn't get a hold of the local store and said IVR code many times thay said the store was closed. Don't call me before the order time and tell me you called the store many times when the store opens at 11 (and you call me at 11). Of course they aren't going to answer you! If you can't accept pre-orders then don't have it as an option. I expect more from a big business like this. Very disappointed.

On a regular basis they struggle to deliver in the time that is promised. This last experience has led to me having no trust in this store. Nothing says you hate a community more than not even doing the job you are suppose to do. It’s Christmas Day maybe you all should of closed if you didn’t want to work.

If you’re trying to run a pizza business and have no employees to run the business to take care of the customers, my pizza arrived won an hour and a half and cold I had to heat it up ridiculous and I’m trying to get a hold of the district manager Clara but unfortunately it’s not that easy so if Clara by chance see this message my name is Tom and if you speak to Johathan, he will know who I am and he has my phone number. The time before it took 2 hours and 45 minutes to get my food and one of the pizzas was stone cold. Their pizza is not worth waiting more than 20 minutes for. Some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with!
