Fantastic customer service? Great prices, good food! They offer value meals and prices, good enough parking, variety of food, deals on specific days and open late!
I sometimes stop by Del Taco after work late nights, and it’s always a good experience. The food is consistently tasty, and the service is friendly. The tall, skinny, Hispanic-looking skater guy behind the counter always greets me with a laid-back vibe, while the clean-cut Hispanic guy with a goatee takes my order quickly and gets it right every time. The Hispanic lady with a bun is always on top of things With the fries always hot 🔥
The staff here are friendly, efficient and professional. There's not a whole lot of parking. My taco was hot and fresh, it was actually delicious, it could be cuz I was hungry too. Overall, great experience.
The cashier was efficient, clear, and did a good job making suggesting alternatives for better deals. Great at upselling. This Del Taco is doing great with her.
Good food n very cheap. Open 24hrs. Big portions to. Specially when you are hungry late at night or have the munchies, go there. You won't be disappointed. Alot of food for really chip.

Well What Can I Say! This Place Has Gone Down Hill As Of Late. I Ordered A Few Items This Evening And Went Home To Discover That My Beyond 8 Layer Burrito Was Missing. I Checked My Receipt Seen That They Had Charged Me For A Regular 8 Layer Burrito I Called This Location let them Know What Happened And Told them I ordered the beyond burrito I Was Told It Was A Mistake And They Would Fix Just Come Back to the drive through and they would handle it. So I drive all the way back get to the drive through the girl hands me a bag and says they added a (Small) free order of fries and fixed my order. I was still a bit irritated having to drive back but figured people make mistakes and I got a free fry for my troubles. Well! I get home take a couple of bites the burritos Cold! and there’s no beyond meat or any kind of meat at all! Just beans lettuce & cheese They Never changed my order Probably Gave Me the same burrito that was sitting there the 1st time I went. The staff there needs better management! Or Managment Needs To Hire Better Staff. I Am Very Dissatisfied! And Won’t Be Going Back To This Location Till Something Changes! Would Give One Star But At Least The Drinks We’re Cold!
Can I get an order of Churros 1.99 and a reg shake... go to window.....show coupon for free shake....should come out to 2 and change... It will be 4.19 Huh? On the menu it shows it as 1.99....well our computer shows 3.99 for 2... ???????????? I said I wanted the Churros...and said again nicely how they are not that much money....sorry but maybe the prices changed he told me...then he said he'd give me an extra order to make up for it...I said fine and paid 4 bucks + for it....whatever.. 2 minutes later open up order...and there looks like egg rolls were put in my order...4 of them.... I go back and wait another 10 minutes in the drive thru...behind 1 person lol....go to the window..said I didn't order egg rolls...then was told they were cheesecake bites or something! ok I'm cool....it's ok misunderstanding to say the least :) then he offers to take one from me out of 4 and give me 1 Churro in return...an order has 2 in them... HUH???? WHAT??? I never ordered the cheesecake bites lol...I just want what I ordred...forget about the fact you overcharged me and I'm not asking for a refund..... this guy is confused....and now it's starting to piss me off as I just had some medical stuff and yeah...this was bothering me.. manager comes to the window since this was very difficult to fix right....he then claims I ate some...which i said they look like junk and egg rolls and I would never touch them....then I get more pissed and loose it for a second... They both see what idiots they were and take the bad order and give me 2 churros in return... I WAS THERE FOR OVER HALF HOUR DEALING WITH THIS BS! I'm sorry but this is not right and who knows what else you are messing up on and not respecting customers.....we are always right...or maybe you forgot? or you are always right.. whatever...never going here again.. BTW Churros are .99cents at the one in Canoga Park.....which is worth it as they are just coated with twice as much Sugar as needed! I had a long day...and didn't need this!
Worst ever location. Very arrogant and entitled manager. Totally careless about local laws and regulations. Consumer has 0 rights if you ask her. She is entitled to your money but you aren’t entitled to receive what you pay for in a reasonable and respectful manner. Choose a better location. There is another one in Granada Hills a couple miles down Chattsworth where they are kind and they actually serve your food right. Just in case you don’t know dear people, they do NOT issue refunds. So if you don’t receive your order even though you paid, arrived on time to pick it up, manager tells you “we don’t do refunds”. But you can come back and they were going to prepare it for you again. I wonder is this lady so ignorant to never have heard of policy, obligations, legality or she just doesn’t care and thinks she has the right to do as she pleases.
This location always has some issue where they can not or do not have the ability to serve food. Genuinely incredibly disappointing.
Can u guys let me know why everytime I pull up to intercom nobody says anything and they always say to give them a few minutes. Then after placing an order is it normal to take 20 minutes? This drive thru is slow as Christmas..
Never Ever Again!! The manager had the worst attitude I have ever witnessed in a fast food chain restaurant in my entire life. I can only imagine what her family has to deal with when she gets home. Don't even bother trust me
The employees on the morning shift should not be allowed to serve food. They should be fired. They laughed as they were serving me food and later I found the food was burnt. The food made me sick and the employees one male and one female Hispanic also spoke a foreign language confusing me and being terrible and rude. This happened 10/14/2024 around 6:45 to 7 AM. The response of sending me to a web site for more information is adding to the problem. Just end their employment and serve food correctly.
Yall see this women right here? Her name is Jae and she laughs at customers. Witnessed her laughing at a customer asking for a ranch. Very rude and unprofessional. Shame on their business. If you wanna get bullied come to del taco
By far, the worst del taco I've ever been to. Idk what burger smasher yall used, but it seems like it hasn't been cleaned in years. All sides of the buns were burnt so bad you could smell it over and not the actual food. My fries were cold before I got to my destination less than 5 minutes away. My burger was smashed to about 1/4 in thick, and I had to douse it in ketch just to be able to stomach it down.
Came in today to get my sick father some tacos, I had asked no lettuce and its even on my receipt, but no their cook messed up my order. And all I get for my waisted gas is a replacement taco nothing else? I don't know about you but driving back for 2 dollar tacos using up 16 dollars worth of gas for something their fault doesn't sound right.
What's happening?!? The portions have become smaller and the prices have increased. Plus look at how they serve the food. Keep in mind I ordered Macho for the size of my combo
I have not been disappointed like this in a looooong time. We went thru the drive through and ordered 4 soft tacos, 2 chicken tender tacos, a chicken cheddar quesadilla and a small fries. We get home and the food liked like I had puked it out from an elementary school kids backpack. My daughters fries were smashed and soggy and there was literally 8 or 9 fries in it. My quesadilla was balled up and folded. I was super irritated to say the least. I will say that the staff was super friendly when I ordered and the gentleman that answered when I called was so polite. It still didn't change that my quesadilla was inedible. All I can say is don't ever leave that drive thru without checking your food
