I’m a regular, and Cava is one of my favorite places for lunch. The staff is friendly and the food is always good! I particularly like their greens and grains bowl with crazy feta. Cava also offers unique drink choices, from Blueberry soda to fruit drinks and various teas on tap. Teresa and Julie were my friendly and attentive servers today, and the other staff are also good. I tend to come before the rush as parking can be difficult during the lunch hour.

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such kindness, positivity, and professionalism. You can truly tell she cares about her job and the people she serves, her energy and attitude made my whole visit feel brighter. Linda went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that I left completely satisfied. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job well but also brings so much warmth and joy to the workplace. I genuinely believe team members like her make a big difference and deserve to be recognized. If anyone deserves a raise or some kind of acknowledgment, it’s Linda. She’s a blessing to the CAVA team and to every customer who has the pleasure of interacting with her. My experience that day was truly one of the best I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Chicken Schwarma Bowl was excellent. Just the right mix of protein, veggies, and sauces. Liza was very helpful and accommodating. You can get just about anything you want all made with fresh ingredients. I like their varied drink choices also. Parking lot is not great. Too many people backing out without looking. And the seating area is sorta blah…looks almost like a cafeteria. But the food and service is awesome.

First time at Cava since Hawaii doesn’t have one and it did not disappoint. Service was very fast and easy and the food is oh so yummy. I got the limited garlic pita chips and hot harissa chicken!

One of my favorite restaurants. Been to a couple Cavas around town and the customer service here was unmatched! Mel and Issac were super sweet and patient with us, let us sample the protein options and were super kind. Definitely my favorite location that I’ve been too!

So I came at 11 am and the food was fresh and tasted above average, which is great! The one negative is the guy serving me used his hands with gloves to touch and shovel off everything. Experienced employees know how to use the ladle to drop the meat, rice, etc with the proper portion onto the tacos without touching all of the food. BUT the restaurant was clean, the food tasted perfect and portions were correct, so just a teaching moment for that employee. Oh

This Chipotle is much smaller then most I've been to. The chicken wasn't cut up properly and there was too much cilantro in the brown rice. The chicken bowl was still good though because it's really hard to mess up a Chipotle chicken bowl.

The Chipotle on Crown Valley Parkway in Mission Viejo, CA is hands down one of my favorite go-to spots! Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch between commitments or sitting down for a hearty dinner after a long day of work, this location consistently delivers. The staff is always incredibly kind, professional, and efficient with Daniel as the manager there. Even when the line moves quickly, they take the time to get your order just right and greet you with a smile. That level of courtesy and consistency really stands out. And the food? Fresh, flavorful, and generous every time. The ingredients always taste high-quality, and the portions definitely satisfy. It’s the perfect balance of quick service and a meal that truly fills you up. If you’re in Mission Viejo and looking for a reliable, friendly, and delicious stop — this Chipotle location is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely keep coming back! 🌯👏

I came in for a quick lunch and was not impressed I wish I would have gone with my instincts and eaten at chipotle. The service was slow only one girl working the register and making the food no one else was helping her. The rice was dry most of the container with ingredients were empty. I’ll try another location and give it another review.

Polite, friendly staff, and tasty food. But, more dirty/unkempt than it should be. I found this true at the Costa Mesa location as well (does corporate not set a standard?). Table tops were almost all dirty and needed to be cleaned, so I found the least dirty one and wiped it myself. Also trash overflowing outside. Not sure why someone isn’t tasked with keeping things a bit more clean and sanitary.

I ordered a greek salad today with extra taziki, feta, grilled chicken, Persian cucumber, and tomatoes. I love their garlic dressing, but boy, does it make my breath smell. Well worth it! I also love their Jasmine Tea so refreshing.😃 keep it up Cava!

Cava is currently gifting their Rewards members with a FREE drink to celebrate their Cava Amor event where members can get a free drink after 3pm on 7/2 or 7/9 no purchase necessary! I went ahead and tried Cava for the first time. I got an email letting me know about 4 different Fizz flavors they have out now, so I figured I’d try a couple during these nights to see what they taste like in hopes of purchasing more in the future! Unfortunately, the Fizz Drinks aren’t listed in the App, so when I placed my order, I had to choose a Large Strawberry Citrus flavor (I really wanted to try Summer Berry Fizz) instead. It was ready in about 10 minutes. I went to the location and they handed me a cup to fill out my drink myself. I asked the girl, “Oh, I’m supposed to make this myself?” She said “Yes.” So I went over to the drink dispenser, but none of the flavors I requested were available. No Summer Berry Fizz Flavors or Strawberry Citrus flavors. So I figured just mix my own Black Cherry and Blueberry flavor then and see what happens. Maybe because this is my first time, but it left me VERY confused. If I order a drink (a promotional drink) do I have to mix all the flavors in myself? Are the employees supposed to mix the flavors for online orders or do I still that myself? I guess because my intention was to have one thing and I ended up getting another, it left me very unsatisfied with the ordering and pick up process. Nonetheless, the Black Cherry and Blueberry flavors I mixed together did turn out to be very tasty! So that was a 4/5, but my overall experience, was a 2/5.

The overall experience was ok for my first time food was good but the restaurant was disheveled. There was no ice in the ice machine, the bubblers were dirty and had cakes on debris. The patio tables were filthy and one was so wobbly you could sit on it. The outside trash cans were overflowing so you either had to pile on top or walk inside to throw your trash out. Overall good food but not worth the experience.

I don't know what I ordered and that is the problem with place. Its like you go expecting to know what you want and what everything taste like. It was my first time eating there. The employees treated me like I should know what I want. The menu is not helpful in explaining the food or food combinations. The food was okay, I did know what flavors to put together. The good was not regular food. Its like Greek and middle Eastern food. I wish the staff were more helpful being my first-time ordering. The space was weird, it like a place where staff and customers are unhappy because they have to eat healthy. Knowone smiles, they all looked like tired, no energy.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite repeating several times that I wanted everything except olives, the staff added a generous amount of them. I also requested no sauce, yet it was poured on anyway. Many items were unavailable when I visited, and the overall cleanliness of the place was concerning. While the food itself tasted just okay, the service and hygiene issues made it a place I wouldn’t return to

If you order the 3 tacos they will put everything in one taco in front of you processed to roll it up in a ball. Chipotle fell off a cliff 😞

This location refuses to provide small portion sized chips in build your own taco combo meal, and forcing you pay extra to buy the large size. Dishonest business practice and management. Not looking forward to return.

Soda was warm and ice machine was not working. I asked for refund and being refused. I paid for sodas that I didn’t drink. Just sipped.

This specific location fails I now go out of my way further away to avoid this location. I got a steak burrito the steak was so bad it was not edible at all never experienced this at a Chipotle before. Last time I came in 10 mins after I ordered from app and once I come in that's when the employee confirms my name and starts making it. Meanwhile I could've gotten it quicker without ordering. Doesn't make sense at all this location is not efficient at all

Portions where incredibly small on my burrito and bowl, I got the bottom of the steak leftover too wet 😫 .. I also felt rushed in line. I'm never coming back to this location... do better chipotle 15 dollars for a light burrito not good...

This is the worst chipotle I’ve been to. Incredibly slow service. The food is always disproportionately made and frequently not hot. I go out of my way to go to a different location. Also my kids quesadillas were two wadded up tortillas with no cheese in them. This place is consistently one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to.

Horrible staff need to be fired and replaced. Lot of ego that isn’t needed. The food is nasty and old stale chips. The place stinks and isn’t clean. Don’t spend your money here.👎👎🤮

The management needs to do something about this Chipotle. I don’t like writing bad reviews, but people should stay away from this location—one of the nastiest I’ve seen. The food was handled so poorly that ingredients were mixed together—corn in the salsa and sour cream, steak in the chicken—just complete mess. What really made me write this was the employee who messed up our order and refused to fix it. My girlfriend clearly said no corn, but he added it anyway. Instead of owning up to his mistake, he acted like, “I already made it, not my problem.” She’s an introvert and was being nice, but I had to step in because he was clearly taking advantage. When he remade the bowl, he almost added corn again. I had to raise my voice and say “NO CORN.” Something so simple turned into a frustrating situation, and instead of apologizing, he was upset. His co-workers apologized, but he didn’t. P.S. This is one of those Chipotles where they give you a half spoon of protein and not even a full spoon and if you ask if they can give you a spoon full they just grab 3 extra pieces and put it on.

Absolute joke. They barely give any food. Some chipotles are stingy and others are decent. This is without a doubt worse 3 lack of food at any chipotle. What an actual joke. Do not come here if you want food.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Chipotle location. The service was horrendous, and the staff was downright rude. When I mentioned that my food was messy and my plate was covered in juice of the beans and meat, (the both looked at each other and made a face), they just gave me a look like I was being a nuisance. The guacamole is black not green as well the other ingredients looked old and not fresh, the whole experience felt like I was being a burden for even coming to eat there. Workers SHOULD NOT serve a plate like that all messy. It was my first time to have the guacamole and my plate so gross. I’ve always loved Chipotle and never had an issue before, but this place had the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. It felt like the staff didn’t care at all, and if they don’t enjoy working there, they should seriously consider finding a different job. From what I can tell based on other reviews, I'm not the only one who thinks the customer service here is awful. I won't be coming back to this location again. I’m adding the photos of how they gave me my food. This looks disgusting. People should care a little bit more. If I was the person in charge I would seriously think about talking with these people!

DO NOT GO HERE! I've had enough, every time I come to this chipotle location, they clearly do not know how long it takes before the rice completely dries out. It has been multiple times now and on several different occasions, where I go to get a meal here, and the rice is so hard and so dry it becomes rock hard solid. I have told them that the rice is desperately dry and It seems that that they are not willing to change their ways. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A TOOTHACHE.

We’ve been to this location a few times now and it’s always the same. Our order is never complete, correct, or edible! And last night solidified we won’t be returning. Our bag was dripping with grease and when we opened the quesadilla, it was horrendous. It looked like they put way too much cheese and it was completely cold when we got it. Tried contacting chipotle and wasn’t able to get help with a refund or be able to voice my concerns.
