Went to this location for birthday celebrations. (Been to several locations, but the Yas Island location many times) Food as always was delicious, but a few hiccups with service. The bread, of course, everyone raves about the bread, but I always opt for the stuffed mushrooms and of course a trip would not be complete without cheesecake and the Tuxedo does not disappoint!!!

First visit to this location, figured it would be good, and was not disappointed. I had the “Factory Famous Meatloaf”meal, off the lunch specials menu. I thought the serving size was very generous. Meatloaf - good Mashed potatoes - good Corn - very good Brown gravy - good, but I thought it had a sweet BBQ flavor tinge Enjoyed the table bread and butter. Good service and no wait on a late weekday visit. Recommended.

We did go on an odd day... Raining heavy and an indoor mall. So this day was very busy. I doubt most of our issues would occur on a less busy day. I ordered factory nachos with spicy chicken. Nachos normally are cooked nice and crunchy, but this time, mine were severely over-baked, and the chicken was placed on top following the baking. They forgot to heat up the chicken, it was cooler than room temperature. The cheese cooled very quickly since the chicken was cold. Even after cooling the cheese was runny. What oil did they mix with their cheese to keep it this runny even when cold? This was most disappointing part of the nachos. Overall my nachos were a 1 out of 5. My wife ordered the Parmesan-Herb Crusted Chicken. She said hers was also room temperature, but other being cold, it tasted OK. For service we had two waiters, the first waiter was very attentive (5 Star rating) , took our orders, even suggested a 2nd serving of bread and brought quickly, but when the primary waiter returned from break... will stop with the 1st waiter was excellent.

I was not happy about what I ordered. The the Al Pastor medallions had no flavor and I was given sooo mucg rice with it and no gravy or sauce, that was definitely a hard meal to get through. The manager was nice when I expressed my disappointment, he apologized and let me try their cheesecake which I had never had before. Kudos to him for handling my disappointment with grace, some places usually just say you should've known what you ordered

Honestly not a huge fan of The Cheesecake Factory and this visit was no exception. There were too many tomatoes in here. The staff were very apologetic because the food took nearly forty (40) minutes to arrive and the manager came to our table and apologized profusely. Doesn't instill confidence with the structure of the restaurant. Our waitress was cheerful and kept our water glasses filled. The food is so rich and heavy I couldn't finish my main course at all after I ordered sliders as an appetizer. The atmosphere and restaurant decor was cool though, I felt like I was at Disneyland.

I’ve always enjoyed visiting The Cheesecake Factory with my daughters, especially because, as vegetarians who don’t eat eggs, we’ve had several good experiences with their pasta and pizza options in the past. However, during my most recent visit with my husband—his first time there—I left feeling disappointed and honestly quite shocked. When we asked about egg-free options, the waiter went back and forth to the kitchen several times and eventually told us that every pasta, pizza, and similar item contained eggs, and that the only thing we could order was the Vegan Cobb Salad. This completely contradicted my previous visits, where I had specifically checked and had been assured that the pasta noodles and pizza dough contained no eggs. I felt misled by both the waiter and the chef during this visit, and it completely changed what should have been a pleasant dining experience for my husband’s first time. This isn’t something I’ve encountered before at this location, so it was especially disappointing. I truly hope the restaurant provides clearer, more consistent guidance on dietary restrictions going forward. It makes such a difference for guests who rely on accurate information to dine safely and comfortably.

We usually love coming her but tonight was a bummer. The tataki salad was out and our food took over an hour while others around us that ordered before us got their food first even though our entrees were simple chicken options. We also had to ask for someone to fill our waters multiple times. Someone did apologize and said there was a new chef, but I hope that they get this figured out.

We have been this place a few times before in the past and expected it to be busy on this day as well. We waited to be seated but after being called for seating after our wait, the hostess "accidentally" seated another patron who arrived much later than us. As a remediation, she did not give us another wait time, but had us standing at the desk for 15+ minutes while she waited for seats to become available for us. If that wasn't bad, she seated us inside despite us requesting outside seating. We were so tired that evening that we did not dispute it. The wait then started as we noticed that, while they did not seem to be completely full, but the waitress acknowledged us and then disappeared for a while. Then she brought out their bread that was uncharacteristically hard and stale; I love their brown bread but this was not good at all. When the waitress finally showed up again after a while, she did bring better bread when I asked her. We eventually ordered factory nachos and avocado egg rolls which came out more than 15 mins later and was luke warm. I always like their avocado egg rolls but these were not quite up to par. We also ordered the FOUR CHEESE PASTA and JAMAICAN BLACK PEPPER SHRIMP. The pasta was okay but the Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp that had marinated pineapple was not; it was way too sweet and tasted more like a dessert. For dessert we shared a SALTED CARAMEL CHEESECAKE and a VANILLA BEAN CHEESECAKE. These were as expected and good. I generally like Cheesecake factory and have visited many locations including at the Irvine Spectrum, Newport Beach Mall and elsewhere; I have been to this location numerous times as well, but this one visit was just mediocre overall. I am going to say that this visit was perhaps just an anomaly.

I recently dined at The Cheesecake Factory , Mission Viejo branch and was disappointed by the quality of the food given the price point ($35+). Salad Issues: The salad featured mushy, finely shredded lettuce instead of the crisp, romaine hearts medium size chopped , I expected. It was not fresh. Grilled Chicken: The chicken breast was covered in thick, black char, making it taste burnt and, in my opinion as a medical doctor, unhealthy to consume. Thai Stir-Fried Shrimp: This dish was particularly disappointing. For the price, I received only 6 very small, overcooked, and rubbery shrimp.( compared to their advertising menu) For a high-end casual dining experience, I expected better quality control and ingredient freshness. We could get better quality food at takeouts but always prefer to dine at high end restaurants for the atmosphere .I hope this feedback is passed to the kitchen staff to improve consistency. Thank you for your response, however please consider that guests choose to dine at a restaurant to enjoy .I also have personal concerns about food waste .Having conversations with managers regarding food quality specially in front of others which would most probably end up in remake and food waste might not be the best idea in the world .It would be more appropriate if kitchen improves food quality and reasonable protein portions at first place to avoid further stressful conversations for guests , dish remake and most importantly food waste . Thank you for considering this feedback . I hope to have a better dining experience at Cheesecake Factory in future .

This is for general manager and corporate office. Yesterday 12/5 we were having a great experience at this restaurant till I saw something that I never want to go back again. One employee who ended up being a GM , was very rude and disrespectful with a customer. A grandmother with the a grandchild were eating and for no reason the guy asked them to move them to another table. Very rude and unprofessional. I am working in Human Resources and definitely will call the corporate. They lost couple customers yesterday not just one.
