I just had to share how incredible our experience was at Domino’s tonight! Jack went above and beyond with our order, the pizza he made was absolutely outstanding. You could tell it was made with care and attention to detail, and honestly, with love. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and delicious. Jack is truly an asset to this store, and his customer service was just as great as the food. Thank you, Jack for making our night!

I got delivery to my hotel from this location. It came in the time I was told, except 5 minutes quicker than expected. I only had $20 bill for a tip and asked if she had change, she didn't and said it was fine. Her name is Shanon, and she was so polite, helpful, and sweet! She deserves to be recognized for representing this chain with such a positive attitude!

Been coming here for 11 years. Great service and pizza. I've never waited more than 20 minutes for carryout orders. This Domino's runs better specials/coupons than the other nearby stores. Their workers are all super nice, very well trained, and always provide efficient service. Our go to for parties and lake days.

The Asian lady managing this place you can tell she's doing it right, pizza's looked well made with detail it just looked like made with love. I ate there and saw how she talked to her employees and the whole atmosphere was solid. Many different dominos around and sometimes they vary between them, most are good tho. This one and the crown valley in Laguna niguel are excellent.

I sometimes don’t receive added sides like extra icing, but I figure that’s the universe’s way of telling me, “You don’t need that, fatty!” :) I love ordering from Domino’s. I enjoy the pizza and pasta.

I had the three topping large pizza well baked. Sausage pepperoni and jalapenos. Price is great at $7.99. This location provided me with cheese and red peppers at no extra charge. They provided plates napkins and utensils also. Was very pleased with the service, my meal was hot and ready quickly. The food was good as always, we'll do this again.

I had the three topping large pizza well baked. Sausage pepperoni and jalapenos. Price is great at $7.99. This location provided me with cheese and red peppers at no extra charge. They provided plates napkins and utensils also. Was very pleased with the service, my meal was hot and ready quickly. The food was good as always, we'll do this again.

Waited a few minutes, and then replied "here" to the text message. Waited a few minutes and again replied. Total 15 goes by since arrival and I go in to find out someone tapped a button on their screen dismissing my arrival notice and then forgot my order. They need to figure out how to prevent that.

What a disappointing experience? Why must they overcook their pizzas? Are they leaving them in too long? Are the ovens too hot? I am not sure what it is, but I wish they had better standards before deeming a pizza acceptable.

Atmosphere? One star because they don't allow you to eat there. It's takeout only. Service? Two stars for forgetting to deliver my order to me while I waited in the parking lot for curbside delivery. Food? 4 stars because food was not as hot as it could be if they had not forgotten my order.

However, lately, after new management took over, this place has been suffering from rude customer service and intentional mistakes. I recently ordered a pizza with two ingredients, jalapeños and pepperonis, but to my disappointment, there were no pepperonis included. This experience has left me with no positive outcome.

Not a single fleck of green that might imply some effort at seasoning, but no. The cheese is NOT remotely cheese at all but more like an industrial oil product. not a speck og dairy. When I lifted a slice, there were no lovely strings of cheese, instead, it broke apart like cracked asphalt. It was like pellets that never melted and blended, it stayed in pellet form and just became soft. I ordered pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeno. They used to have a nice little piece that was big enough to have a shape. And flavor. Now, it seems they cut that piece into thirds, so small it was untastable. Regarding the pepperoni, it was NOT in ANY WAY a food product that should be in your body. First, it was sliced so thin I couldn't pick it up to spread it around without it tearing like tissue paper. The grease was frightening to imagine that in my body, THE TASTE, was not peperoni by any stretch. Slightly like a polish sausage. It had a strong acidic vinegar like aftertaste that was so offensive, I couldn't tolerate the idea of another piece. I ordered 2 large, what an incredible waste of money. Not one of my guests could manage a second piece either. I'm kicking myself for not demanding a refund. $55 for that horrific experience. I didn't even give the dog any. IN ADDITION, as if the quality were not bad enough, it was thrown together with no concern for spreading it out evenly. Absolutely NO PRIDE in product. 3 pieced didn't have any toppings at all, just soft lumpy oil pellets. The owner must be looking for an excuse to bankrupt because in NO WAY, will he EVER get a come back. DO NOT waste your money and spare your dog at least if you do.
