We like coming to this Denny's, everytime we come here Amy is always smiling with an awesome attitude no matter how busy it is, and Juan the cook is outstanding he's so good and quick and the food tastes delicious. Both Amy and Juan do an amazing job they're the BEST!

Went here Saturday 1/13/24. It was just one waitress who was SO nice and accommodating, even though she was buzzing like a bee! I forgot her name unfortunately. One cook In the kitchen, did a great job. Waitress was nice and my 15 M/O nephew was making a mess and when I tried cleaning it up, she told me to not worry about it to just enjoy the dinner.

The food is fresh and taste really good. Its better than other Dennys in the area.

Everytime I come here with my fiancé the food is fresh and delicious. I’m always happy to be served by Amy she’s welcoming and friendly. And Juan the cook did an excellent job on everything prepared for us tonight.

It was a pretty busy Saturday morning but we were seated almost right away The waitress that took our order was very polite and attentive our food arrived fast and everything was delicious it was a good place to stop for breakfast there is a lot of seating area inside so it doesn't feel cramped and alot of good parking spaces outside too

The food was excellent and was prepared extremely fast. The chef's name is Juan, and you people need to give that man a raise! Our server Amy was extremely friendly and very efficient; the service was absolutely five star. Please give this girl a raise as well. I love and cherish this Dennys deeply. Me and my friends always hit this place up before/after adventures/shows/movies. Sometimes I even stop by to dine solo. Amy is always on it, she runs those night shifts so well. Juan cooks my Santa Fe Sizzlin skillet to perfection. This place makes me so happy even on my lowest days. Someday I will get my Dennys tattoo! My experiences here have even carried to me hitting up Dennys in different locations. Disneyland Dennys, Santa Cruz Dennys, Livermore Dennys etc. All of them are great and reliable but 1525 is where home is, it will always wear the crown. Cheers to Amy and Juan

By far absolutely the best Denny's I've been to. The manager Karla was great she is really on the ball. She went out of her way to make sure our experience here was too notch! The food was amazing. I really hope that Karlas boss reads this. She deserves a raise promotion or both. Thank you Karla we had a great time.

They have good food and the servers are always very friendly. This is better than the other Dennys! Dont go to the other one, this is the best one.

The waitress was more interested in talking to her co-workers and taking care of her kids that were at the counter and they were her kids I understand some parents can't afford daycare but your customers should be taken care of also besides your kids

I was pleasantly surprised by the food, service and quality of the interior. I haven’t been to a dennys restaurant in years. But it was early morning, I didn’t want what was in the fridge and it was fairly close by and the girlfriend wanted to give it a try. We want to the this one instead the one at five points because that one is sketchy as hell. The service was really good and the waitress was friendly. The food came out looking good if a little cool like it sat for a bit and there wasn’t a heat lamp. The bacon cheeseburger was good and they actually put a lot of avocado on it! Her omelet was good too. We just wish they were a little warmer. They were a little skimpy with the beer battered onion rings but the quality was good! Over all I was really impressed with how much they have improved! I know it’s shocking, it’s a dennys, but they were actually decent.

This is probably the better Dennys in Modesto... The Bathrooms are kept locked for "customer use only" so they were nice and clean. Not a lot of foot traffic for a Tuesday Night for dinner in mid January. It is possible the Federal shutdown might have something to do with it. They were super short staffed, and it looked like is was all women. They handled it like the champs they are. Service was a little slow but they were awesome. Went for a mobile order pick up on 3/20 there were some rude people waiting to be seated but the manager handled bagging orders and seating people as best she could idk her name but her middle name is Edith shes an awesome human being keeping going girl. Her staff looked happy. And like they enjoy working with her. So KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS

Food it’s awesome, really awesome, service is good, just a if they add another person serving cause there was only 1, just to improve better service, server was totally servicial, but I think if there were more people, could be slower but after that everything was awesome and I really recommend this restaurant, best breakfast after a crazy night.

Denny's great for a good breakfast. They always have all your favorites for a good price. Not only can you decide on what type of breakfast you want you can add pancakes. Pancakes are my favorite thing to order. I've always have room for pancakes. So no matter what floats your boat your guaranteed to find something that floats yours.

Split the Denver omelet with Biscuits and Gravy and a side of pancakes. Omelet was lite and fluffy. No burns or crispy outer edges. I forgot that Denny's uses a PRE packed onion and bell peppers. IF I had remembered I would NOT have ordered the Denver. This shortcut turns the flavor of the onions and BP into a nasty tasting mush. Denny, you can do better. The Hash browns were crispy brown and soft in the middle. PERFECT. The eggs had a Funky after taste to them. Speaking with the chef he said the only additive was margarine. I did NOT care for it. Maybe try something different and not Pam. Pancakes were spot on and with the right amount of whipped butter. The Biscuits and Gravy were like Granny used to make. Not to chalky and the right amount of sausage in them. It would have been nice if they were hotter as they were closer to room temperature. Minimal customers dining at 2 a.m. Table next to us seemed to have just left the bar. A little loud and crescendo with one of them punching the table and then got quiet as if pouting. Interior was clean and no odors except for one of the homeless that was hanging around near the register. The climate was nice as it was extremely cold on this night. Our server, Kelsie greeted us with a smile and was very attentive for this hour of the morning. Some staff don't want to be there and it shows with their service. Not here!! Coffee cup stayed full and we didn't have to ask for anything. She left us alone when she needed to. Her communication with us was a 10. She let us know she was going on a break but where we could find her if needed. Management, in this day and age of less than standard employees are all that's left in the hiring pool, you have a "keeper" here. As a management OR a store owner I would do what is need to retain her. We thought her attitude, attentiveness and quality of service was outstanding and so much better than we have seen in the past. This type of employee is deserving of better compensation than your "average" employee.

First off when ordering online there's a very high chance your order will be given to someone else or not confirmed at the store front. You still be charged regardless and when you ask for a refund you'll be told they cannot provide refunds to online orders as they are not capable of doing so. The GM will do it Monday. Best advice go to the restaurant or phone in your order. Also might consider training staff to be able to give refunds for their mistakes. They offered to make my order in 3 mins but after all this I'd lost my appetite. Hope to see my refund of $20+ come Monday and hope the person the received my order enjoyed.

Except they forgot my drinks x2 charged me 10.00 roughly for orange juice the meal was horrible over cooked hash browns gravy with no taste and I paid 70$ for breakfest of your charging that much then the food should be that caliber of the cost 1st time I didn't like my meal from Denny's. Horrible experience with the night staff. Started off with drinks being bad because they hadn’t refilled it. That was not a big deal of course got a replacement and went on to order. We ordered and waited a whole hour for our food. They attended to everyone around us as we waited. We tried to be understanding because they had a big group. We still tried to make the best of it but once we got our food our order was wrong, food was cold, and anything that was actually made tasted HORRIBLE!!! I waited another 30 minutes for someone to come back and ask if everything was ok. I explained to them and told them I would pay for what we did eat. By this time we were tired and just over it. They offered to remake anything wrong and only charge us for one plate. That was fine we told them ok and asked for a check. While waiting the big cook man walked out of the kitchen to walk by, turn around and give me a look. (Made me not wanna trust any food being remade) but they never came back anyways so eventually we got up to pay. Our cashier asked if we got our replacement food we told her no. She asked the “cooks” if they had it ready but they hadn’t even started cooking it and they kinda looked at eachother and laughed like they knew they had no intention on doing it. I wasn’t going to post a review because the food situation was dealt with but maybe a better night staff is what is needed here because that was such a horrible 2 hour experience and then to just be laughed at and looked at ugly is not ok! I live 2 minutes away and will drive to the briggsmore location from now on to avoid this!

I usually don't like to write bad reviews, especially when it comes to service workers but it was really disappointing here. The food was ice cold, and we couldn't flag down anyone, the server saw us wave, and ignored us. They seemed annoyed when my mom asked to open the bathroom. When we were finished we wait a while for someone to come up to the register so we could pay, we finally had to ask someone in the kitchen (we didn't go IN the kitchen ofc) to check us out, it was nearly empty there, we probably could've just walked out and nobody would notice (we didn't even consider that ofc). I could see if the restaurant was packed, but there were maybe 3-4 other customers, all old men with simple orders, probably because it was around 7am. Maybe it was just an off day, but still, very disappointing, $40 for bad service and cold food, we still tipped but probably won't be returning.

Poor qulity and taste-of food! Asked for a sake knife and was told there were none since the dish washer was out! slow service on a slow day! Only one person serving front and back and serving us cold coffee, had to get out own utensils. Took forever to remember to get us our drinks. Had to remind multiple times. Put our food order in right away and we are still waiting almost 45 minutes in. Used to come to this one a lot as a kid but first time being back as an adult and the service has really gone down. Like no standards.

I Love Denny's first off. But get straight to the review Management is the absolute worst of it all. #2 My order was wrong and when I went back with the uneaten order and receipt hoping to get my order redone or a refund I was confronted with the most Rudest manager I ever came across resulting in No food, No refund ,No Receipt so when I tried to express my issues with the Head of Operations Main office I was unable to continue my efforts due to not having a Receipt Because the manager Refused to give it back. I ordered the sanra fe skillet and it was so hot with pepper. I immediately told the manager. He said that it was the chorizo in the skillet. So I tried to eat it. I just couldn't. I was literally sweating and I can taste white pepper. I tasted the chorizo by itself and it spicy but manageable. There was white pepper sprinkled on the whole skillet. And not to mention the other manager was rude.

The food was awful. Asked for well done hashbrowns and got them barely warm. I had to.ask for a refill on my coffee. It said free coffee with breakfast and they charged me anyways.

My Mom and I went into this Dennys 11:40am 2/25/26 we walked in and the girl there Looked right at us We were not even acknowledged with a hi or welcome in We stood there for a really long time she kept walking right past us .We never got asked if we wanted to be seated. It is a place where we feel discriminated against by an employee named Michael supposedly claimed to be the manager. We usually use this restaurant but now we decided to arrive by bicycle with my daughters, when we arrived at the parking lot we were looking for a place to park and tie up our bikes which is not available or assigned in this store, one of the employees kindly approached and offered us a place to park and tie up our bikes near the window and said he would see a way to get us a table nearby where we could see our bikes, When we were ready to enter the restaurant a very irritated person came out and told us that we could not leave them there and we asked him where the right place was and he told us that he did not know and that we should take them away from there and said "would you like me to tie my bike in front of your house" this comment was stupid on his part because I consider myself a customer who just wanted to have breakfast quietly with my family inside your restaurant. I consider that a manager should have the ability to resolve situations like this and not just say "sorry guys have a nice day." I think I will never step foot in that restaurant.
