THEY SHOULD SEND THE GRILL WORKER FROM THE BRANCH THAT IS IN THE WORKERS' BRANCH TO THE EL VOLUEBAR SAN JOSE BRANCH. THEY LACK A LOT IN THAT BRANCH. THEY SERVE THE CHICKEN VERY DIFFERENTLY IN TERMS OF COOKING.
Customer service isn't the best. Apparently, it wasn't the cashier's best day, as he was very reluctant to serve you. The payment terminal is extremely uncomfortable, as they won't let you move it from its location. It's not fixed to the counter, and you have to enter your PIN with the terminal facing the cashier (with you facing the keypad backwards). This creates a lot of distrust, as the cashier is standing right in front of you and can memorize your PIN. The service leaves much to be desired; expect to wait up to 35 to 45 minutes to receive your food, as it takes too long, even if it's a takeout order. They only have 3 or 4 parking spaces, and it's a very busy avenue.
Good service and very good food. The service might seem a little slow at times, but you have to take into account the number of people who go there and the orders ahead of them. To speed things up, you can call ahead and order what you want, and then you just arrive, pick up your order, and leave.
I love it because it's a family atmosphere, the food is super delicious and the service is excellent from the staff in general. The only thing they're missing is deliveries to chestnut trees in the Villas de Guadalupe neighborhood.

The roast chicken is delicious, they just need to put air conditioning in the waiting area because it gets hot there.
A must-stop if you want to try a real baked potato (nothing like the Saltillo version; these are better and worth the price). Some of the best food in Monclova. Excellent variety of products at reasonable prices.
I ordered pirated meat. Very greasy, inedible. The meat tasted unpleasant. The regional music wasn't to my liking, and the volume was extremely high; I had to ask them to turn it down, which they kindly did. One of the bathroom sinks wasn't working, which made the place look neglected, even though the restroom itself was nicely designed. The waiter had a good attitude.
You ask if they issue invoices at the time of payment, and they say yes, but when you request the invoice, they tell you they have to send it to the accountant, and if it's Friday, it will take a while and might not arrive until Monday. It's better to be clear and explain the procedure for this process to avoid inconveniencing customers who need this document.

They need to change the staff and provide proper training, as they don't know the menus. Their service needs to improve significantly. They take a long time to serve and make mistakes with the dishes. We're from out of town and left very disappointed.
Terrible service, they take ages to serve. And everything was stale and smelled horrible... 0 stars and I won't go back.
Extremely slow service, not recommended at all. The cooks were just chatting. Definitely not recommended. 50 minutes for two chickens that were supposedly ready. Disgusting place.
I bought a chicken special, and it was very dry, reheated, and this time it was terrible. Maybe it was from the day before, because I went at 1 p.m. and it was my turn. No way...
The worst service I've ever experienced. I waited an hour for a simple baked potato and if it weren't for me asking the guys about my order I would have stayed longer. It made me so angry that when I asked them for information about my order, one guy said to the other, "Dude, you already have it down there," and one of us waited as if we had all his time.
UPDATE 3: My order was incomplete. UPDATE 2: They still have terrible takeout service. They haven't improved in years. You place your order, arrive, and it's still not ready. They make you wait another 30-50 minutes or more, and then the delivery people are rude to you. I don't recommend it.
The food was delicious, but the hours were wrong. We called at 10:30, and they told us they weren't taking orders and that we had to go. When we arrived, they told us they weren't going to prepare anything because they were about to close. They made us turn around, but to no avail...
I ordered a hamburger and it was supposed to take 30 to 35 minutes. I went to get it after 40 minutes. And they still took another 20 minutes to give me the burger. And to top it off, as I was eating it, the yellow cheese came with the plastic wrap. Terrible.
They take way too long to deliver half a chicken, and the mixed grill for two had me waiting over half an hour because they were heating up the beans. Then I noticed the cashier and her coworkers sitting inside eating. I agree they have their lunch break, but my point is they should serve the few customers who were there (I was the only one left) or take turns so some can eat and others can serve. Thank you.
Terrible service from the staff. They didn't serve me any salsas, or even tortilla chips until I asked for them. The table had no salt shaker, and the tortillas were cold and not even warm. I asked for tortillas, and they gave me the price first. This has been almost the same the three times I've eaten there. It's better to order takeout. I won't eat there again.
