The flavor of their chickens is good, but what gives it that extra something every diner looks for is the wide variety of side dishes they have on hand, coupled with the unique flavors of their sauces and refillable drinks, making it a must-visit place. The prices are a little high but to a certain extent fair.

No surtieron el pedido completo pero si lo cobraron. Tuve que regresar al negocio a que me lo completaran. Gasté tiempo y gasolina por ese error.

The food was okay, but before ordering I asked if they provided invoices and they said yes. When they delivered the food, they gave me a phone number that no one ever answered. I had a bad experience with this place. If you need an invoice, I don't recommend it.

They've been without water in the facilities for almost a year (if not longer). It's worrying not knowing how hygiene is managed in the kitchen with these problems. The only truly good thing is the staff's service.

The place is run down, the bathroom had no light, no water, the food was passable, I asked for a receipt and they never gave it to me, I definitely wouldn't go back to that place.

Raw chicken, the waitress didn't even know how to take payments, and on top of that, it was a huge problem getting a receipt (which they couldn't do). The worst Pollo Feliz I've ever been to. What a shameful establishment. I absolutely do not recommend it. Don't go, don't waste your money at that branch. Everything was terrible.

Happy Chicken is and has been one of my favorite dishes, but this time my perception changed. I suggest paying close attention to where the chicken is placed. Unfortunately, there was a residue of stainless steel from a scouring pad, which made me feel unwell when I ingested it. It almost turned out worse. Management was informed.

No, they billed me for my order. They said it would take 2-3 days and gave me the wrong contact number. I still haven't gotten a response. I called the offices, I called the branches, and no one answered. I don't feel like buying from any branch again.

They don't give you what they offer. The last three times I've bought from them, I've ordered the "promo" of two chickens for 169.00 and they don't give you two whole chickens. Plus, the sauce is always spoiled (Pollo Feliz Obrera).

The chicken has really gone downhill from its good flavor. Today it tasted awful. The chicken was tiny. The tortillas they used to make were excellent, but today they tasted terrible. The quesadillas with "cheese"? It was way too salty and greasy. It tasted like salty plastic with a lot of fat. Very bad. And the prices are really high!

I went for dinner at 7 pm. There was no salad bar. The restaurant was staffed only by employees, and the banda music was blasting until I asked them to turn it down. I ordered the two-piece combo; they serve the charro beans on a large plate??? I asked to exchange the potatoes for rice, and they refused. The salad was mostly just lettuce and pretty bland. The tortillas were cold. I asked for sugar-free lemonade and some Splenda packets, and they told me they didn't carry them??? And to top it all off, they didn't accept cards at the register! I'M NEVER COMING BACK.

I arrived at 10, which is the opening time, however, they don't open until 11, because they don't have the bar ready yet, nor is the chicken, I THINK THAT THE OPENING HOURS SHOULD BE RESPECTED, AND IF IT SAYS 10 AM, EVERYTHING SHOULD ALREADY BE READY, AND FOR THAT, ALL THE STAFF SHOULD BE HERE MUCH EARLIER, what a shame because I actually like it, I'm passing by because it took the highway, what I find incredible is that despite my complaint, the manager or person in charge was sitting there without attending to my complaint... IT'S REALLY A SHAME, because a company like this should pay more attention to those details...☹
