A new and aesthetically pleasing place. The ice cream and cakes are delicious, as are the cookies and other sweets. Lately, it's no longer just an ice cream shop, but also offers excellent aperitifs, wine, beer (somewhat limited selection), and even good cocktails! The staff is very kind and helpful. Prices are reasonable.

Nice and well-kept atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. Good ice cream, quite tasty aperitif. Excellent semifreddo glasses. The only downside is that if you order ice cream in paper cups, you can't sit at a table! I find it absurd. My nephew had a €3.50 cup, my husband had a milkshake, and we couldn't sit down. On the other hand, three people ordering three coffees, yes. Anyway, it's a place I recommend.

As for the savory side, I can say it's nothing special. For dessert, I ordered a meringue; other bakeries usually make it fresh...she'd had it for at least a day. The lady told me to wait a few minutes because it was cold and might be a little hard. The cream was a bit rubbery.

Purtroppo lascio una nuova recensione mettendo 2 stelle. 3 caffè serviti al tavolo 1.60 l'uno. Io direi di far pagare anche i soliti 0.50 cent x il servizio ma non ad ogni caffè perché mi sembra davvero esagerato. In più all'interno è cosparso di foglietti dove vi è scritto che chi acquista cono o coppetta in carta non può usufruire del tavolo. Tolto che il prezzo del gelato ha subito aumenti percio il cono viene 3 euro ma chi non si può permettere 6 euro x 2 palline in coppa di vetro viene praticamente cacciato a consumare fuori. Discriminatorio caro e nemmeno molto efficiente visto che x pagare ho dovuto attendere finché non sono stati serviti tutti i tavoli. Brutta esperienza da non ripetere.

Il gelato è molto buono ma devo dire che il personale non è per niente simpatico a volte molto antipatico ho dovuto mangiare da asporto il gelato in piedi sotto il sole trovo una cosa assurda che non si possa mangiare il gelato in una nella coppetta di carta dei seduti sul tavolo

Very disappointed by this ice cream parlor. Cold and impersonal welcome. A real money-making factory. Flavorless and expensive ice cream served by the scoop like in France and not with a spatula as usual in Italy. Avoid!!!!

The portions are small, as always. Never mind, the gelato is good...except that the gelato collapses by the time I get the receipt. He hands me a cup without even apologizing, as if it were my problem. As I sip my gelato broth, everything makes sense...the same unwelcoming attitude I remembered: thousands of signs to ensure no one sits down with a cone or cup in the shop...as if it were Venice! It doesn't take much to provide decent service, and it only takes us a minute to get to Picadó.

I sat down at a table to eat gelato and had to get it in a glass cup. I understand the decision not to let customers use paper cups, but not being able to eat a cone in the shop is a truly questionable choice for me. I had two flavors: water chocolate, which had a good consistency but was too sweet; glacé marrons, which was also too sweet and had a vague flavor, but the texture was creamy (I also tried the zabaglione, which was also incredibly sweet and had no flavor). A two-scoop cup cost €3.50. Overall, I didn't like the products, but the staff and the shop were nice.

Ci siamo sedute fuori per caffè e gelati. Non ci è stato consentito mangiare un gelato nel cono nonostante le altre persone consumassero al tavolo per di più il cono era per un bimbo. Avevo già senti…

L'estate scorsa una granita poteva essere in formato piccolo o medio e costava rispettivamente 3 oppure 4 euro ed era di ottima qualità. Da quest' estate è presente un unico formato (piccolo ma a detta loro esso è il formato standard) e c'era più acqua che succo di frutta che costava la bellezza di 4 euro ed era servito in un bicchierino per le coppette gelato piccole. Ora io capisco che è aumentato tutto e che quindi bisogna rientrare nelle spese, ma diminuire anche quantità e qualità, questo lo trovo profondamente scorretto anche perché appunto, è sempre stata una gelateria eccellente fino a poco tempo fa. Peccato

Esperienza del tutto negativa, partendo dal fatto che non puoi sederti se non consumi cibi che vogliono loro. Continuo dicendo che abbiamo preso due coni gelato da due gusti, sul listino prezzati a 2€. Abbiamo scelto il cono biscottato piuttosto del normale e abbiamo pagato per ogni singolo cono vuoto 2€, inoltre la quantità di gelato era pietosa. Onestamente con 8€ avrei benissimo potuto prendere altro. Da non tornarci.

Obbligata a prendere una coppa media in vetro perché aspettavo mio figlio che doveva pranzare 《7 euro per un'insalata e una mozzarellina 》e un'amica che voleva il caffè. 3 palline di gelato €4,50. Almeno fosse stato gustoso. Sapori simili che non mi hanno per niente soddisfatta. Non credo che ci entrerò ancora

We sat outside for coffee and other drinks. One of us asked for a cone and was told not to take a seat because cones aren't for seated consumption, even though the rest of the group was eating at a table! The coffee cost 1.60, and it was burnt to boot... Friendliness, friendliness, and kindness certainly don't set this place apart.

You sit down to get an ice cream and are told that you can only eat ice cream in a cup or cone outside. Sitting at a table, you'll only be served glass cups (which are more expensive, obviously). These notices are posted throughout the place. I'd say it's counterproductive for a place whose main business is an ice cream parlor.

1 star for not giving 0. I had a Nutella ice cream and found a hair in it. Truly disgusting. I don't recommend it.

I immediately threw the ice cream away as soon as I noticed a hair in it!! Check your ice cream before eating it, it made me nauseous all day, it was a terrible experience, disgusting!!
