Amazing food and great strawberry lemonade !! Service was good and fast.. employees were great ! Food though , wow I can't even explain how good it was .. I had the fish and shrimp basket .. with Fry's .. my wife had the blackened chicken po-boy... And she seems to really like it as well . I tried a small piece of her chicken and thought the blackened seasoning was a tad salty but everything else was great ... Also tried one of the Kool aid pickles hey .. it was different .. tasted great ... Not sure if I would go on search of one .. but it was something different to try ..

The food was really good. I had the lobster melt with okra and my daughter had a shrimp basket with garlic fries. The floor was sticky when we came in but I assume it was too much floor cleaner in their mop water. Anyway the food is real good and definitely worth stopping by

This place was as the name states. I ordered a special burger and they nailed it. I also had the shrimp po’boy and my wife and father and law had fried and grilled fish. Everything was beyond good. Service was excellent and staff friendly. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Off The Hook! The food was so fresh—you could really taste the quality in every bite. The frog legs were off the chain, seriously some of the best I’ve had. The fried okra? Perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. Even the soda was fresh and full of flavor, which is rare these days. I topped everything off with their banana pudding, and not only did it taste good, but it was also presented beautifully. What really impressed me was that I pulled up to the drive-thru just 10 minutes before closing, and they still served me with no attitude—just good vibes and great food. I’ll definitely be back!

New favorite spot for this foodie! Hubs got the shrimp poboy with okra and I got the jumbo shrimp basket with asparagus. Both were outstanding, with well developed flavors that set this place apart from an average fish n chips. Their homemade lemonade was on point (flavors today were strawberry and pineapple- both excellent). The vibe was late 90s/2000s hip hop/RB mix (which I loved). I can't wait to come back! P.S. Don't forget the tartar sauce, also loved it.

I heard about this place and wanted to try it out, the location is nice and easy to get to... The customer service was great, also the food as well.. I ordered the fish basket with shrimp and fries were fresh and really good... The food is definitely a must try for sure and I also had their housemade pineapple drink that was so good and refreshing... I will definitely be back for more ♥️

Fantastic service from. The food was stellar. I had a blackened chicken Po boy that left me excited after every bite. I finished the whole thing. The bread really makes this sandwich go. The sauce was zesty and tasty. The okra will have you popping them by the handful - or maybe that was just me. I wanted an adult beverage however was heading to work later. The wife had a patty melt. It looked great. Food is cooked to order so expect a wait. The wait is WORTH it! The ambiance is casual and inviting in my perspective. Staff cooking the food deserve a high five... The content they create will have you wanting to smack somebody! But real talk. It was a great experience. Will definitely be back! Questions - reach out!

What an amazing lunch I had a few weeks ago. The fish and okra were fried crispy just the way I like it. The hummingbird cake and butter cookies were the best. You have to give them a try. The restaurant has seating for dine in and a drive through option. Food is cooked upon ordering; desserts, I believe, are the only pre-made food. Services were professional and friendly. The atmosphere is nice with music playing but not too loud to have/hear a conversation. I ordered the onions rings and chicken stir fry with shrimp. Onions ring and the batter were spot on. Although the stir fry had fettuccine noodles, I'd preferred a thinner noodle like angel hair. Either way, it was cooked well and tasted really good and fresh.

Last week I placed an order for pickup with them, ordered a drink, was never told the drink machine was down, they never took the drink charge off my ticket before I picked up the order despite the drink machine being down. And upon requesting a refund for the order the help that I got over it was "Oh man, I forgot to take it off that order, but you can get a refund if you contact Doordash!" And through calling and emailing Doordash it's been a week and I'm still stuck with this charge and no help with getting it refunded. This is such a bummer, because I used to go to this place all the time when they first opened up. I loved the food, but it's fallen off lately. Which really bums me out. I wanted to patron the establishment again, but instead I was left feeling like I'd gotten robbed over this drink fiasco and it's put me off from ever wanting to go back here... The guy that "Forgot to take it off the ticket" despite knowing the machine was broken and that they weren't doing drinks that day said he was sorry, but as far as help goes I've just been left to try to fight this battle on my own with a support line that isn't even receptive to helping out. The food was also overpriced for the quality of food I received. Melted Lobster sandwich has gotten pricier and much smaller than it used to be, The banana pudding was pretty good though and I'd be okay with paying these prices if there was actually good customer service that wouldn't charge you for things you've never gotten with your order and actually tried to make things right for making mistakes and playing with your money... Thanks for all the help, EDIT: I GAVE YOU ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU LITERALLY STOLE FROM ME. CHARGING ME TWENTY DOLLARS FOR A DRINK WHEN YOUR MACHINE WAS STILL DOWN AND TELLING ME TO "TAKE IT UP WITH DOORDASH" HAS LEFT ME FEELING LIKE YOU ARE THIEVES AND YOU HAVE MADE QUITE SURE I WILL NEVER COME TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN AND I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW JUST HOW ROTTEN YOU ARE. I hate to give my fellow black businesses a bad review but we just had a less than ideal experience. We were beyond excited to try this place out, andordered a wing basket; the drive thru menu and website menu says $15 for 8 wings, a side, and a biscuit. We sat waiting for our food for a lengthy time. We drove off and saw we were missing a biscuit and 2 wings. We went back around to ask about this and the man taking our order said “someone must’ve uploaded the wrong menu for the day (about the drive thru menu)”. This was a lie as the drive thru menu is a large magnet and not connected to a device. Then we told him the online menu said the same thing and he told us they haven’t had biscuits for over a year. So we were charged for a biscuit and wings we never got. Eventually we were refunded and left without food. Purely writing this so hopefully it gets fixed.
