I had one of the best dining experiences ever! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was incredible—every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. What really made the night special was the exceptional service. Violetta, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She checked in with us personally, made great recommendations, and treated us like family. You can tell she truly cares about every guest’s experience. If you’re looking for amazing food, top-tier service, and a place that treats you like royalty, this is it. We had just finished up our hike and decided to stop in before our 2 hour drive back to NYC. 10/10 did not regret it, and I had enough food to take time for a full dinner the next day. I forgot the name of our gorgeous pink haired waitress, but she was the best and was running the floor really well considering she was there by herself when we got in! We never once felt unattended or ignored.

The moment we stepped in, we felt like fam. Staff and owners were friendly and so down to earth. Apps and pastas were delicious and fresh, and you can tell they really care about the details. So glad we found this place; we will happily make the 2 hour trip again for a repeat visit. Thanks Marco and team!

A group of 4 of us went to the Scream Park Terror attraction on Friday evening and were starving afterwards. We didn’t think we’d be able to get any food as late as it was but they were nice enough to seat us and we were so glad they did! Despite it being near 10pm the hostess and bartender were super friendly and the service was excellent. The portions were massive! We had the Autumn Chicken special, the Sunday Sauce, the pork chop special, and a pizza and all of us more than satisfied. The strawberry cosmos were delicious as well. The prices were VERY reasonable as well. Our total bill was only $240 for all four of us. We can’t wait to go back even though it’s a 1.5 hr drive.

We were in the area and we found this place on Google. We figured we would give it a shot. We called ahead and when we arrived our table was set and ready for us. Our waitress was knowledgeable and friendly and immediately made us feel welcome. She assisted with helping us select our drinks and food. When the food arrived we were impressed with the portions, and the presentation was excellent. The food tasted better than it looked. We were beyond happy with the food. I had the Sunday Gravy and it's definitely in the top 3 sauces I've ever had. The drinks were on point and the atmosphere was great. We wish we were closer to visit this restaurant more often. 10 Star experience, highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

The food is SUPERB! So fresh. Ive been to Positano and the meals we got rivaled that experience. EVERYTHING we ordered was a 10. I even asked for Truffle aoili and the chef made it fresh. Highly recommend.

I haven’t been here in probably a decade. I really don’t have any particular reason why, but I will say that the food is still delicious! I had Salmon & it was perfectly cooked. The homemade tiramisu was amazing, & the margarita pizza was to die for! I would come back again, of course.

This place is stellar. The place itself is not the biggest but the seating arrangements work for the locale. The bar is a great point of attraction here. You can clearly see most of the availability on display without obstruction. The staff is very friendly and cordial. The menu is very appealing with many options to choose from. The quality of the food is great and it seems as though out of the ingredients for their dishes are made in house. Our waiter was very attentive and on point with all of our request. Overall, I really liked this place and will certainly be returning soon.

The food was absolutely delicious. Truly Sunday dinner at Nonna's quality and better. The servers were attentive and the management was engaged with all the customers. I also loved wine on tap. Come for a great dinner or just drinks at the bar. Scalia & Co won't disappoint

Not the usual Italian food you normally see out in the market. This is a fantastic local restaurant with a diverse menu and great selection of Italian food. Delicious starters, pizzas to pasta and meat dishes. We had the Calamari which was cooked to perfection. Try it with the chili sauce, you won't be disappointed. Please get out and support this important local business.

I normally enjoy eating here. We went for Christmas Eve dinner. When we arrived we were told that they were using a price fix menu. They never gave us any previous notice about this. They did give us the regular menu but it was limited. My husband ordered the meatball appetizer, lasagna, and had dessert. $70 seems a little bit exorbitant for these items. He only received one meatball, on the regular menu two meatballs are $8. The price fixed menu was overpriced and they tacked on an operating cost fee. Nothing on their website that I could find suggests that this $14 fee would be added to the bill. It's bad enough you have to pay more using a credit card, now we have to pay for operating costs.

The restaurant looked pretty bland from the outside, however upon our arrival, my wife and I were received diligently and seated promptly, asked if we would like sparking or tap water and gave us enough time to look through the menu. On the table we saw it was 1/2 off on Tuesdays and to ask the waiter for more information, I waited to see if I would be provided the info without asking, but that didn't work which didn't really matter as they gave us 1/2 off in the bill anyways. As I walked through the restaurant I could see heaps and heaps of marinara cans and packaged pasta which gave me an impression that the key ingredients aren't homemade. The restrooms were clean and had good directions along with illuminated exit signs. The walkway looked pretty narrow, not sure if a 36" wheelchair would fit through the booths. According to the localé, the food is pretty good so, I had high expectations, however the food was just pinch above average. The restaurant serves complimentary garlic bread with olive oil and balsamic reduction (tasted better without it). The margarita pizza was pretty good, however the Parm hero was a bit on the soggy side. Food - ⭐⭐⭐½ Service - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⅓ Atmosphere - ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Oh how the mighty have fallen. What used to be a restaurant that seemed to be lauded over, even by myself included, as one of the best restaurants is a one note dud now. The burratta appetizer and antipasto were the best thing we ordered. A cider reduction scallop linguine special was super sweet, no acid or fat to add depth although the scallops were cooked well. They added that brine the dish needed but it didn't translate to the amount of pasta. The linguine Bolognese was dry all throughout....never had cooked dry pasta and sauce. My brother in law had the manicotti and meatballs. He ate it but made no mention if it was better than average. His wife got a pasta special with truffle cream, had a few bites and boxed the rest. A cannoli coffee and peanut butter pie slice and that wrapped up the lackluster meal. Service was either there or it wasn't, no actual checking no refilling of water had to ask twice for our drinks. It's not the star it once was.

What happened to this place? We were the only people in the restaurant for an hour. The server told us her only waitress went home and she had only worked here a few days so "be patient with her". She overall did well considering. I was told at 5pm on a sunday that they were "out of mashed potatoes". Weird thing to be out of...it takes 30 min to make more. The meatballs were were cold in the middle which means they were frozen. The only reason I came here was for their tiramisu. I was told they "ran out last night". We'll, thats disgusting. Why arent they making more? Why isnt that the first thing thats done in the morning? I ordered the pork chop special and the pork chop was so overcooked and dry that I quite literally choked on it. Their sauce has definitely gone down in quality. We left after 7pm and there were only 2 other people eating. We will never be back. Drinks were terrible, food was disgusting. The waitress did do her best considering... but I found it very unprofessional that she immediately told us her "waitress left" and to "be patient with her". What once was a great place to eat is now a dump.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Scalia & Co was disappointing. Two separate dishes were served cold/undercooked (rice balls and meatball), and I had to take the food home to cook it myself. Although the waitresses were friendly and service was generally good, I did have to ask twice for utensils. At $49.95 per person, I expected better quality control. After mentioning the issue, nothing was comped. The experience left me feeling uneasy about the food quality, and unfortunately I won’t be returning.
