I stopped by this Burger King minutes before closing, and I could tell that the crew was busy trying to get the store cleaned up and ready to close. I asked the dude if they were still open, and he was like, "Yeah, what can I get you?" It was nearly midnight, and this dude just wanted to end his day, but he was still super friendly, and cooked me up the hottest, juiciest Original Chicken Sandwich I've ever had. Much appreciation and respect.

Their fries are my favorite among all local fast food shops. And the quality is always good. Price is reasonable especially with coupons. The clerks are responsible.

I was dared to pig out on a pair of Whopper burgers on Bk's 2 for 1 coupon. Although I have to workout extra intense for the rest of week, I was pleasantly surprised how full of flavour their burger is as compare to the competitors's Signature burgers. Signatures are good, but Whopper is huge, and great classic grilled flavours. Thanks BK ! For making the binge challenge worth while!

Amazing when you get a frozen slush and mix it with vanilla ice cream....not on the menu but I encourage you to try it

I had to try the new meatless burger due to the TV commercials and curiosity. This has been one of my favorite fast-food burgers for many years. And it could just be I have had too many Whoppers in my lifetime. The patty did not seem to have any definitive taste, it came across as bland. But as I started I really know what a real Whopper taste like. You should try it as this is just my taste.

I really like Burger King. I use the drive thru so I don't have any recent comments about the interior. Out side it always looks nice. The person at the window always greets you ask if you have any addons requests and gives you the total amount due. And always good about saying goodbye with a smile.

Ordered online and picked up in the drive-thru. Just a quick bite to eat. The whopper was delicious, but the fries were drenched in salt.

Parking in the entire complex can be difficult to find. I was surprised that the menu was quite limited. In order to be competitive with other fast food restaurants, Burger King could use some fresh menu items in my opinion. I chose a cheeseburger meal. I had to go to the restroom and discovered that I had to go get a token from the counter, which was a little inconvenient (but the bathroom was clean). The food was good, not great. All staff there looked like they would rather be anywhere else. Overall, not a bad experience, but not a great one either. Some smiling faces would make a big difference!

The play area is no more, the staff is rude most of the time and the baths rooms needs remodeling, but they do punch ins if your card doesn't swipe

They don't answer the phone. i've called at least 10 times. When you order the 40 nugget bundle through Doordash one if the requirements for this is you have to have 2 lg fries with it. when you try to select them it only allows you to select one of them. Consecquently when you get the order you will be missing 1 fry. also now it won't allow the option for delivery. There is no way to contact someone to fix the online ordering to let them know it's not working correctly. It used to work great but not anymore.

6:00 am opening time is apparently just a suggestion. Headed to McDonald's that's next door...and open.

It was about 9:30, I've worked in fast food so anytime past 5 or 6 is basically cook to order. But the chicken sandwich was old, hard, and greasy. I unfortunately picked it apart and ate what I could, hour later everything I had eat came back up. Not eating fast food for a while.

Can't seem to get notes included when ordering through Uber eats. Rodeo double cheeseburger ordered with bacon added which was shown on the tag when delivered but no Bacon on burger. Mozzarella fries ordered and instead of getting 8, I got 7.5.

By far the worst customers I have received by bk. I have been to this location multiple times this year on my lunch breaks and the employees working are so rude they have the worst attitudes and basically bark at you to hurry and order. Aside from my orders being wrong you think the would at least be nice about being sold out of several item on the menu but no the women working are always mean and condescending each time I visit this location.

Worse drive through service. A young gentlemen was working and was extremely rude!! I asked to add something to my order and he ignored me walked away and rolled his eyes!! Horrible customer service

I'm a regular at this location and Luna is the worst employee you can ever have for customer service. From unprovoked rolling eyes to very bad attitude. Other employees have been really nice and always helpful. But she's always grumpy like we customers eat for free. We pay the salary you don't really deserve.

Drive Thru order 9/15/21. Requested Large Frozen Coke drink (The only flavor they had available). Mentioned Large twice. Cashier messed up this 1 item order. Got to window they had the extra small. Listen Listen Listen to your Customers. Please pay attention.

The woman working was extremely rude to my elderly mother. Regardless if a situation was wrong or right learn how to explain things to a customer nicely.

Usually this BK isnt too bad however tonight it took so long to get our order in the drive thru that cars started backing out of the line do to the wait. I went inside to see if maybe my order was up and could pay inside but it wasn't. I asked for corporats number the manager on duty said it's do to the fact that they are understaffed tonight that it took so long. All tho tonight sucked I'm sure I'll be back.

I had a Whopper 2 for 1 coupon. Make both Whoppers like BK Stackers with the stacker sauce I told the teenage cashier. I was given two Whoppers with bacon and cheese only. I asked the teenage girl about the stacker sauce. She said that I said nothing about adding stacker sauce, although other customers backed up my story. She was totally stumped about my request.

Avoid it. Placed my simple order three times before he got it right ..no mention of a two for 5 dollar whopper special so I paid 10 bucks for 1 whopper a drink and 1dollar nuggets..heard the commercial for two whopper's as I pulled away from the place...so why did I pay more than 5 bucks for one whopper...no one said a thing...I haven't been in years and don't plan to back anytime soon

Very undesirable experience do not recommend (Male)employee is allowed inside restroom while there are wemon Inside stalls Mngr at the time Beatriz and Corporate need to implement diferrent way to approach female restroom when assigned clean up duties.

Service and food was never provided at the drive-thru after making a mobile order. Payment went thru and was received but I was ignored multiple times at the window and was acknowledged briefly with a hand gesturing they were closed even though their hours listed still had them open. This is why I never come to Burger King.

Weekend opening crew is very unprofessional and ridiculous in time management. If your kitchen is burning, tell us, don't wait 10 min to kick everyone out with a smile due to a fire alarm at 630am.

I just went to drive-thru and I did my order but unfortunately who is taking orders was Spanish woman and she can’t understand basic English I did order 3 times finely she understands what I want it Hire people a list can speak English

2 weeks ago, my family and I went to BK in Monrovia to grab something to eat before church. My wife ordered a whopper combo. About half way through her meal, she felt sick and started to feel nauseous. 1 week after that I ordered a whopper combo meal (on a Saturday) and I stated to feel sick instantly. I started to feel nauseated, had a high fever of 103 (for 3 days) and had to be bedridden and I had to miss work. I believe I was food poisoned. I’m still recovering from this meal. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Didn't even get to order. Tried ordering the mix n match ON THE MENU and the older lady on drive thru started yelling at me telling me she understands now what drink do I want. I said I don't want the 14.99 I just want sandwiches and she was livid. She used up all 30+ years of her BK experience built up and let me have it. I just laughed and said we will pass through. A lot of the positive reviews look a little sketchy.... it's always empty too so you know they hurting... get better staffing.

For sure these positive reviews are fake or unworthy . I will say the night service seems a bit better. Whoever is claiming this place is clean is either special or paid to. Table was messy and then when asked for tray no trays here. So just put the food on table gross

Not what I was expecting. I’m expecting hot food, a hot burger. I couldn’t turn around as I had an appointment. Today I am in the area. I tried to exchange it but the older lady, her name is Patte I was told. she is close to 65 years old, said no. I waited too long for the exchange. So today they lost money as I wanted to add to my order with a HOT BURGER. I will come back everyday to meet with a manager so they will do the right thing. It doesn’t matter it’s been 2 days. I have a receipt. So I’m off to Jack in the Box a block away. Or Burger Habit or In n Out or Del Taco or …… so many options .They have burgers too! Patte is not a good person or manager in my opinion dealing with customers. And the funny thing is, she knows me. She knows I’ve come into this restaurant for 2 years, spending money. She refused to give me a $5.00 hot burger BECAUSE I AM WHITE. It’s that simple. So we will see if another manager does the right thing in the next few days. And what difference does it make that it’s been 2 days? None. The burger shows I took 1 bite. Still in its wrapper and bag. It was such a turn off to bite into a cold mushroom. We shall see if this review about this awful employee matters. I think also which is very interesting, is she doesn’t care about this review. She didn’t care that a customer who comes often was turned away. She doesn’t care about customers especially whites. This review means nothing to her. She knows there will be no consequences to her. Nothing will happen to her. The owner of this Burger King will lose money, not her. ❤️😊
