I used to eat at Taco Bell all the time because of their value menu now I only stopped when they have a value box that I can afford but the other day I wanted a bean and cheese burrito can I ordered it with extra cheese to my surprise extra cheese was 90 cents the burrito only costs 239 I couldn't believe that the cheese that I asked for was about 80% of the value of the burrito usually when I order a burger and I asked for cheese it's usually about 25% more I was shocked to see what they charge it's those little things like that that keep you coming back I hope they realize it

Ordered our meal via the kiosk because the staff was short staffed and busy. Waited 25 minutes and our ordered never showed. Went to the staff and showed them my digital receipt. Not only did they make it right, they offered free drinks for the machines error. Love that kind of customer service!

It's rare I go to Taco Bell, but needed a quick bite, and was pleasantly surprised by how clean the floors, tables, and even the restroom was, so really want to review to thank the staff... who were also friendly and helpful! I had a Dorito Taco Supreme and the tomatoes were red (ripe, not pink like other taco places) and sour cream was fresh. Glad I randomly stopped here... kudos to the staff!!

I wish all locations had the same level of quality and Professionalism. The big Hispanic guy with the face tattoo and the new African American lady both had great customer service. Food was prepared hot. Definitely my new go-to location!

Let's face it - Taco Bell usually has a bad rap for mistakes with people's orders. BUT! this location has NEVER EVEN ONCE messed up an order!!! So amazing, delivers exactly what you ordered and what you were expecting. thank you so much for the late night or early morning (and everywhere in between) treats, without any hassle - NEVER disappointed!!!! the hard working employees here should be proud. you're doing an amazing job and coming in clutch for all your various customers. remember that, even when you might have to face the worst of any Karens out there!!! I don't post a lot of reviews. Like the rest of us, only when something goes bad or really good. In this case... it was GREAT! I've never encountered an employee who cared about the customer experience like Miguel did. Late night order after a 16 hour shift. I don't normally get the Cinnabons, but it was a long day and I thought I should treat myself to a diabetic comatose. Miguel simply asked if I would like a side of sweet cream on the side to dip em' 😋. He said, it was how he liked them... so I tried it. He did a couple pumps and gave me a cup on the side. All this to say, MIGUEL went above the call to duty. I really wish everyone (including myself) had this mentality. It's not about the food! It's about the customers experience. Thanks Miguel. ¡Yo quiero taco bell!

Taco bell is probably my favorite of the fast food restaurants but it is also a bit redundant.. Finally they had come out with my favorite item, the rattle snake burrito, following a nacho fry LTO menu. Seriously, I probably had that burrito everyday for a week. Then without warning the menu was changed. But not to worry, they basically made the exact same burrito for another LTO menu. However, yesterday to my disappointment they had yet again canceled that menu. Business is business and the staff is always friendly, and the inside is very clean. I still love T-bell but I was just a little sad to lose another good buritto.

The cashier was not very customer friendly. My order was presented as it was special ordered. The food was tasty, warm, and satisfying. Used the drive thru and had no issues other than the curt cashier. Would suggest this place for a quick Mexican food fix. Food prices, however, have increased exponentially for alacart items. I guess this is expected due to food chain issues, but still,$5.50 for a single chalupa gave me sticker shock.

Pretty consistent and they get custom orders right. When Miguel is there it's great. 5 star for service. Most other people are friendly there too. Only reason it's 4 stars is because compared to some other locations, they seem to be putting less cheese, sour cream and tomatoes on the supreme tacos. Attention managers or owner, if you're reading this, stop being cheap with cheese, tomato and sour cream, I tend to visit the locations that are more generous with those.

I won't lie, Taco Bell is my secret food indulgence. I know of the consequences of eating Taco Bell, but my stomach and hunger said who cares if 3 days later after eating here your IBS has been flared up and I've spent more time in the restroom than living a normal life. Would I do it again? Why yes, yes, I would. Do I recommend it? Of course I do everyone needs a good intestinal cleanse once in awhile.

The service was slower than normal. Ordered form one of the screens inside togo. And I ordered a cravings box and two quesadillas without chipotle sauce. Took longer than 20mins to get my order.

I ordered the #1 combo (3 regular and supreme tacos) but the taco shells must have been old. Every shell was broken apart and cracked up before I even touched them.

I really don’t understand what’s wrong with these Taco Bell got a bean burrito and the first thing I always say is no onions. I had a coupon on my taco bell app for a free chalupa,when I tried to redeem no one knew how to redeem it,made me wait 20 min,to figure it out ,an we were so hungry,well after 20 min or so mngr finally jus punched it in register cuz I asked her too. Why couldn't she jus do that in beginning instead of making me wait so long. I was greatful she did. But really???

We bought almost $30. Worth of food I asked for a mixture of taco sauces because we all have different tastes. What we got were 3 packs of diablo for all the food. I guess they figured we could all get a tiny drop for all our order.

Updating my review from 5 to three stars. This location used to be one of the absolute best, however they have recently hired some new employees who can’t seem to follow directions or are otherwise just rude. I used to order custom things here all the time without anything being wrong and now almost everything I order is wrong. The people on drive through simply just don’t listen and or are too busy on their phones to hear anything said. Other than that the food is typically always hot and fresh which is the only reason I really go here anymore.

My order was incorrect. Realized when I got home. I ordered the Steak Nachos like what I have been seeing on the commercial. I even told the cashier twice about the Steak.

Sometimes order is missing items gotta check before you leave. Once I had the cashier short my change and they made me wait until the line finished before they would give me my money my and food got cold because I had to wait . Terrible experience.

Overall place is ok but I ordered DP with my meal and they gave me Pepsi. And my quesadilla was half warm with the cheese half melted. My opinion they need to step it up a little. Also the bathroom code is 2323

Taco Bell is famous, but quality and price is not liked. The last time i order a burrito i found myself sipping on whatever the tortilla was wrapped around. Like i was drinking soup, from a rolled up tortilla. I'll go if im starving and don't have another taco place around, but not because i want it. I think they should earn the consumers back by showing more love on the quality.

They have the current offer of various items for $5. But they are charging $6.50, which is fine However in the menu board they have both signs, one for 5 and one for 6.50. it works be nice to have the correct price only on the menu. There are a cooler of other prices that are incorrect. I would think that one of the core functions of a business is to list the correct prices.

Aside from the drive-thru being slow, they were spraying some kind of toxic chemical around the exterior of the building. I only opened the window for a moment to grab my food, and with one inhale I felt a sharp sensation in my nose. Although the sharp pain has subsided, I still have a headache. I don't know what was being sprayed, but that should not happen during business hours. 🤕

Came here last night for something quick, thinking today might be the day were I can finally say This taco bell spot is good . . . Sadly I was mistaken the only thing fresh there was the damn lettuce. . The tacos were so stale I swore I felt like these sorry excuse of a taco was waiting days to get sent out . . This is a Very hit or misplaced. But most of the time they miss! It seems things are getting cheaper and cheaper, especially their taco shells! You barely lift the taco when it falls to pieces! In this case, I didn’t have to do either when I opened the bag. This is how it looked.! I’ve just decided that I can’t go there anymore because the people just don’t seem to care about anything especially the food. You order something and most of the time you don’t get what you ordered you get something different or just plain wrong! Whenever I think it’s time to take a break from cooking, I give them a chance, but I can’t do it anymore. The food is just lousy and the service is not that great. Maybe during the day it’s a different story but at night it’s a nightmare! When you see them, it’s like let’s hurry and make the food and get the customer out of here so that we don’t have to deal with them. Anyway, anyone that goes there the best of luck I hope you’re the best but I’m just warning you right off!

This Taco Bell wins my First Place Award for being the lousiest Taco for 2025 I used the Taco Bell app at 6:15 in the parking lot, walked over to pick up in store. There were five of people standing around waiting for their app orders. I didn't get my order till 6:57 pm - that's 42 minutes to make three bean burritos. When I received my order it had none of the eight taco sauce packets I ordered in the app. The person working the counter wasn't present the majority of the time unless someone went near the entrance to behind the counter to get his attention, since he was also working drive thru. There were no condiments, paper napkins, or anything else you would expect available to guests eating inside. Several people from the drive thru came inside to use the restroom because the orders were being made so slow. I've eaten at Taco Bells and other establishments across the US and the two employees preparing food here were unusually slow. This is the longest I have ever waited for food at a Taco Bell, even the busiest Taco Bells with longer Drive Thru lines, more people ordering at the counter, and app pickup locations are able to turn around food within 15 minutes max. The counter person wasn't very friendly to guests coming into the store, all I heard him say was, "What's your name", "It will be out in a few minutes", "It will take a while, were really backed up", "Here's your order". No welcome to Taco Bell, No, Can I help you, No, Thank you for visiting". When my three bean burritos were ready 45 minutes later, he just plopped the bag on the counter, asked me my name again, and said, "Here's you order", while walking away. At $25 hour, you'd think Taco Bell could find friendlier and faster employees, but first they need to change managers whoever that is, for running this location poorly.

If I could give negative stars I would. Waited almost 20 minutes for my order because they gave it out to a drive thru customer. When I brought it to their attention, was told my order would be next. After 2 others walked up, ordered, and got their food, I asked about my order again. It was sitting in a bag at the drive thru window! Never again will I go to this hell hole of ineptitude!!!

2021/11/17 order#305168 I've purchased a "Cheesy Gortdia Craving Crunch Box" at Taco Bell after seeing their commercial online. The staff charged me$8.99 for the order instead of $5.00 that says on Taco Bell website. I've asked the staff who took my order "Why is the price different?" and she replied " We don't carry $5 items anymore." From my point of view, this is totally a false advertising. Very disappointed at Taco Bell.

This is the most stupid store I've even met. I walked this place at 1 AM and maps says it is opening. And the clerk says I have to drive here to be eligible to order anything. Thanks for being discriminate to the poor.

Pretty damn bad I always go to the one by aldi but since I was over there I went to this one big mistake, I bought a couple of those new rattle snake burritos and when I get home and go in for a bite I get a mouth full of jalapenos literally open up the burrito and it has two very tiny pieces of steak finger nail size, three fries, and like 15 jalapeno slices so I proceeded to check the other burritos and pretty much same thing the only saving grace was the rattle snake fries though those had almost no meat either and a ton of jalapenos, next time I'll stick to the usual location.

Sometimes this place is on point but recently I've had Chalupas and tacos that have all the meat on only one side of the taco making half of it just bread and meat grease. Edit: had to update my rating to 1 star. They changed the Chalupa combo to say Chicken Chalupa combo. I asked if the ground beef is the same price as the premium chicken variety and they said yes. It's the only thing that I get here so that pretty much guarantees that I won't be coming back. It's dishonest to charge people a premium when you know they are going to downgrade their meal anyway. It's too bad because I used to be a fan of Taco Bell. SMH

I had ordered through the app for steak grilled cheese burritos and everything ordered was ground beef so I paid a markup for steak and got beef when I called for assistance I'd have to drive 20 minutes away to get them switch out at 9pm at night worst experience I've had unfortunately and would say to not go there in the future .

Your store is closing Early, supposed to be open until 2am. I went there late Friday night which is actually early Saturday morning at 150am and the store was already closed. Why isn't the store open until the time posted?

Food tasted horrible, I would jot recommend this place. The service was mediocre at best. Remember you are in LA there is authentic Mexican food around every corner. Save your stomach from this place.

I love taco bell (Mexican pizza). This place has the worse customer service in the area. I asked for some sauce and it was basically thrown in my direction, some of the sauces fell on the ground on their side and they didn't bother to pick it up and hand it to me. Then walked away like I asked them about their personal life. My daughter also stood there for a couple of minutes (litteraly) asking for help but she got TOTALLY IGNORED. The food is always great but the costumer service is terrible. I would recommend using the drive-thru or the ordering station to minimize interactions with the employees.

Staff is horrible at this location, worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Seems like no one wants to work or even take your order. You get the feeling that the staff is doing you a favor instead of treating you like a customer. Horrible experience at this location, management really failed horribly at this location.

The girl in the drive thru on 12/6/21 @ 2:50 p.m. was very rude!! I asked her for hot sauce she said it's not my job it's theirs! ☹ I asked her nicely if she could at least ck and make sure they put the sauce in bag? She then proceeded to ignore me. It is her job to make sure the customer has everything in their order, including the sauce! Don't have to worry about me coming back.

Then she know we weren't leaving without some , so she had to click the on button from behind the counter. That is some way out stuff right there. What she the water police. On Sunday I paid with $10 and change and it was entered as $5 and change. When I notified the cashier, said she didn't remember what I gave her, so they counted the drawer. There was so much hair in the restroom sink!!!! Also doggie pee pads everywhere!!!!! Clearly someone in the kitchen staff is homeless and has their dog living inside this Taco Bell. Unsanitary!!!!! I called to complain and the guy that answered the phone told me that my suspicion was true and hung up on me!

Update; August 6, 2025. We still haven’t been to this Taco Bell. No one in my family or friend group has. Spending our money at Del Taco and another Taco Bell a distance away. We even had a teen party and they wanted tacos and burritos, not pizza, so we spend money at Del Taco! Beware people. This Taco Bell will take your EBT money and no credit for it! It was obviously a wise money decision to not credit me any money as we have spent over $340.00 at other places! Good decision Manager Amanda. Check your receipt before agreeing. Another customer was in there and her food was wrong and it had to be thrown away and she had to wait for a new order. There is no question Viviana did it on purpose because she kept smirking at me. General Managers please do something to stop this behavior of overcharging customers and wrong food. This used to be one of the better Taco Bells in the area. The service used to be excellent. They never messed up orders. The food tasted so good you'd think they were passionate about it. Now... You can almost count on them messing your order up. I feel like they mess up on purpose. Like if I ask for a vegetarian item, they sneak beef in there. If I ask for no cheese, they sub nacho cheese.

I ordered the number 6, two chulupas and a crunchy taco. After waiting for about 20 minutes in the drive through I came home to find no meat in the crunchy taco. The only thing in it was lettuce. I've never had an issue at this location but the whole time I was watching the staff they seemed to be very disorganized and unattentive. After waiting as long as my husband and I did for "fast food", needless to say it was very frustrating to get home and find that the order was unsatisfactory.
