Just delicious we went to celebrate Valentine's day and we want to try something new. So we decide to go there and believe me everirhibgis delicious. Good and fast service. Nice and clean restaurant but the best at all besides the company was the food 😂
First time eating here the food was wonderful . Little exspenive but I think worth it . The steak was soft and tender was like cutting butter . And tasted great . The mashed potatoes and salad were very good and the big mountain chocolate fudge cake was omg so good lol . The staff was very nice spent 32 dollars a plate for the both of us and left a 10 dollar tip . But the place was great I highly recommend it .
The service was excellent. I got a ribeye, lobster tail, mash, and broccoli. The steak was delicious, however, the lobster was a bit salty. Overall, I’ll be back for the 🥩 😋
Love it the bb ribs super delicious the steak too, the salad the bread the loaded potaoe the mud pie.. O gosh everything was delicious. And the place super clean the workers very nice. And you don't wait long time for your food. Good price Good food Good service
Went for the Wednesday prime rib and mud pie deal and I was not disappointed. Ot was during happy hour too. Prime rib was perfect. Not overly cooked, nice and juicy. Sides were good as well. Favorite drink during happy hour is the BlackBerry mojito.
Steak! That comprises reasons 1and 2 for going to this steak place. Black Angus has great steaks. Seated immediately with pert service. The huge rustic ranch atmosphere makes room for your appetite. The broccoli was not overcooked. Try the camomile tea!
Deliciousness! Have always loved their baked potato soup!
Accidentally put it was a fast food place it's not nice place to eat sit down restaurant . We got the campfire
What can I say, BIG BEEF! BIG FLAVOR! I mean, it's Black Angus Steakhouse, speaks for itself!
Delicious steak, nicely cooked. Pleasant service. Looking forward to Pi Day.

Thanksgiving dinner was delicious, for a great price and our server Jose' was excellent. It was our first time eating out for the holiday. We may never go back to cooking Thanksgiving dinner at home!
We have been going to a different B.A. Steakhouses for years. We like the food but this last experience was even greater than before. Our server was outstanding! The service food industry needs more servers like our last server Kindra.
The service was excellent. Jose was just right attentive. The food was not as braggable. It was ok and the restaurant made it mostly alright. My husband ordered the crab legs. They were old and had pulled away inside the shell. He was unable to get to most of the meat since the shell was so soft. Staff tried as well and they offered to refund the crab legs or he could order something else. Since the rest of his meal was completed we took the refund. The other issue is ny personal distaste for instant mashed potatoes. This not a drive thru and I would have thought for a dinner that is around 50 dollars the potatoes would have been real. Otherwise the restaurant was pleasant and staff very helpful. Would go again.
Delicious food...great atmosphere. Our server Dave was polite, & attentive. His suggestions were on point. They made our anniversary dinner one to remember. Definitely coming back.
Didn't have to wait. Friendly and competent waiters and waitresses.Food great, especially great baked potatoes, steaks and wonderful potato soup.I've been there a few times a NV d never disappointed in quality of food or service. Love their Happy Hour.!!Great deal on drinks and appetizers.I took my sister there when she came from out of state. She loved it.
Service was great had the fire feast for 2. The waitress was kind enough to let us change large portion dessert to a small portion of chocolate sauce and ice cream. Atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. I will come again!
It was my birthday, my friends & I sat in the bar area and were ignored a lot. The food was just okay, my waitress kept forgetting who ordered what and forgot our appetizer all together. Everytime we asked for something, she acted very annoyed. I've been to this location before and they're usually so great. It was my first time in the bar area. Maybe it was just the bar area or the waitress had an off night but I will not be returning to this location anytime soon to find out.
Our favorite restaurant for many reasons. In particular the food is outstanding. Our favorite the Campfire Feast for two. Get on Black Angus mailing list and save about $20 off the menu price. Service was excellent. Call ahead for table reservation during peak dinner hours.
Wonderful experience dining at Black Angus today. Sarah L. was our waitress and she couldn't have provided better service. She was professional, efficient, and friendly. I love the ambience of this location. There is privacy, and the music isn't too loud like some other restaurants. The food is always delicious at Black Angus, but what made this visit truly memorable was the service
Excellent customer service and prime rib was medium rare as ordered. Everyone in my party loved the food ordered and served. We all left "stuffed' and too full for dessert. Will definitely come back to this restaurant location.
Great food. My mom and I got the Campfire Feast, shared a Wagon Platter, and got a dessert. The waitress, Julie, was excellent! The salmon I ordered was slightly crispy on the outside, but melted like butter when you cut into it. My mom had the chicken and ribs, and the chicken was incredibly tender. I definitely recommend this spot, as well as trying out the Campfire Feast. You won't be disappointed.
We had an early Mother's Day dinner and we were pleased with our experience today. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, our server was efficient, our drinks were kept full, we were offered warm fresh bread, and our food was seasoned well and was served hot. Definitely looking forward to our next visit...
We went there on a week day. They were not super busy. Our server was very helpful and he knew everything in the menu. He answered all our questions and he had great suggestions. We ordered the lobster and steak dinner. It was cook according to our preference. The bread was delicious and their alcoholic drinks are great! Definitely recommend!
Apparently the Campfire Feast is the hit of the summer if you belong to their Black Angus Club. $44 for 2 people (shared app, 2 entrees with 2 sides each and shared dessert. Our server Nick was great. Food was tasty and came out fairly quickly on a Friday night. Definitely an affordable steak place to go with a large family or group. Great Happy Hour too.
With coupon, campfire feast for 2 is very filling. Potato skins were good. Our server was really nice and remembered everything we requested. Mac and cheese too salty and amount of broccoli as a side was kind of sad.
We came here for dinner and ordered the campfire special plus some upgrades. Everything was good, but nothing was great. I had the one pound Roast beef, a loaded baked potato and cole slaw. My son had a ribeye steak, loaded baked potato and a garden salad. We started with an appetizer sampler platter which had loaded potato skins, chicken wings, shrimp cocktail and fried zucchini. For dessert we had one fruit cobbler with ice cream. Because the fruit was seasonal it included cranberries which I thought were a bit tart. But they are choosing what is in season at the moment. Before tip our meal and 2 sodas was about $92. Not a bad value for all that food. Our server was friendly and helpful.
An gus had great item's to choose from and helpful waiterpersons. Nice atmosphere of wood and well placed TV'z. Food was well recieved.
4 stars for food taste. However multiple steaks at our table were either under or over cooked for some. But manger did step in to get things in order. He advised his cooks were rushing a bit. Once things were correct, it's worthy of 4 stars.
The campfire special for two is such a great value, especially if you use a coupon (they send one out almost every month). You get such a ridiculous amount of food. If you get the nachos as appetizer, that in itself is probably a ample amount of food. Try to pace yourself. Unfortunately, I tend to get full on the bread which is free but also very tasty.
Love the bar area, plenty or room. Happy hour has a $10 deal for a burger and fries with a 16oz Bud Light. Went to see the Dodger playoffs games and there was plenty of TV's with baseball and football. There servers were a bit confused at times but over all it was a pleasant visit.
The food was very good but the service was spotty at best. The waiter disappeared for extended periods, often when he was most needed. The second bottle of wine ended you bring an after dinner drink. The free birthday cookie was a nice treat, though.
This location of Black Angus has always been a favorite of mine - lots of family memories, but the prices are getting more and more expensive each year we go. We usually use their Campfire specials, but our stomachs seem to be shrinking so this year we ordered off the menu and only ordered one special. We were surprised by how good everything tasted - the portions of meat were pretty huge and bread was soft and fluffy. Nothing bad to say about this past visit except that the prices are just a tad bit high. With all the restrictions (paying an extra few bucks for the sampler or a few more dollars for a rib eye) really makes it annoying, but can't say the food is bad! Service was great, too!
Came here because of the lunch coupon. However, this location didnt accept it. My husband and I ordered steak, but the server thought he is the only one going to eat! Waited for another 10 mins for that. As we checked on our bill, regular item was charged, instead of the happy hour price. Anyway, after the confusion, the manager waived the appetizer we had.
My wife, son and I went to have dinner on Friday evening. We had a good experience until we got home. My wife had the salmon and my son and I had chicken. Everything went well the food was great, although my wife said her salmon had a strong smell to it but since it tasted fine we didn't think anything about it. As we got home my wife was so sick and only got worse through the night.
Nice, like any other Black Angus in decor (literally, the same layout and all). Visited on Thanksgiving night. We were sat 20 minutes later than our reservation at a table that had no plates or rollups (napkins and silverware). Hungry for the molassis bread we had been just served, one of our party members went looking for some at other tables while we patiently waited for a server to come by so that we could ask for some. The dinner was really good, the pumpkin pie not so much. All and all a good experience, just not great.
The food was ok buying outstanding. I got the Salmon and it felt undercooked and the rice was pretty soggy. The service was good though I can't complain on getting my drinks refilled and the check came quickly. I might give it another chance and order a tri-tip.
Our food took 4ever, And when it came it wasn't even hot but we chose not to complain because it took so long we didn't want 2 wait any longer..we had 4 steaks on the table & had to ask for steak sauce that we never got from our waitress after 10 minutes someone else finally gave it 2 us & here comes our waitress asking is everything ok? At this point we're over it so we just kinda brushed her off...the food was ok, but would've been better hot...maybe it was just a bad day.
I have had better experiences.... Pros: Atmosphere was beautiful, booths are nice and private. Service is pretty nice and quick. Water (usually don't care about it) was actually really good, didn't taste like it was poured from a water hose out back. Mashed potatoes were good and Mac and Cheese. Chocolate fudge cake was out of this world! Cons: Starting with my steak. I had mine made medium, which looked more like medium-rare. Meat cut was was about 40% fatty (which I like only a bit) and chewy. Full of bits that were un-eatable. Because the cut was full of fat, the amount of run-off grease was a little gag-inducing. Now, my wife is a little picky - she ordered well done. She got hers medium-well. Sent it back. Don't know if the cook got mad or what, but we got a charred piece of meat (picture attached). Flavor gone, meat inside was whiter then our plates. Hard gum-like meat that was un-eatable. Over-all: Literally everything but our steaks was good. Appetizers were served withing 30 seconds of the main course (not ideal). You expect a place of this price, style and caliber to serve steak that is something that's better then your typically Sizzler. Disclaimer: manager/supervisor did comp us for the burnt steak that was left uneaten. Thank you for that, but that does not change the impression left on this sad experience.
Food was not good and not as expected, also took a long time to be served but customer service was okay. Don't think we'll get back there again sometime soon!
Rubbery steak, chicken that doesn't even taste anywhere near as good as Costco rotisserie & corn that smelled like someone's used underwear! The ribs weren't terrible though..
NEVER... again on a holiday going to eat here waited almost 2 hours expexted delicious prime rib & it had lots of fat.
My boyfriend and I went here for dinner in celebration of my birthday and was not happy. There was a couple who was seated before us and we arrived before them by at least 15 minutes. We almost walked out just before they called my name. Then they sat us in the back by the condiment station so we had no privacy during our conversation. It was awkward. I did not feel welcomed there. I have to say though our waiter Tim was exceptional. I dont see us going back there.
I was very disappointed in our visit to the restaurant. Our waitress only came to the table a few times and it took forever. We asked for utensils and a soda refill and it took over 15 minutes. She was standing around talking and laughing with two other waiters; this angered me. The tables around us were also visibily annoyed. The food was cold and not what you expect for a holiday dinner. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and am warning my friends and family not to go.
Came here today with a large group and while I can say everyone was friendly customer service was lacking. Our waitress was super slow with our order at one point we thought she forgot about us. We order our appetizers and entrees at the same time. Didn't actually see our food for about 45mins. No one came to the table to say"Sorry for the wait" our anything. I must admit though the manager did helps us out very much. But, I would still pass this place up next time. Sad because I love black Angus. Food was ok ...
We made a reservation and still had to wait. The service was slow and disorganized. Our food took over 40 minutes to arrive as it did for everyone at the tables around us. The food was very good when it finally arrived, so I gave the two stars for the food. The strawberry lemonade was intensely sugary and gross. It was my husband's birthday, and the server totally ignored it and gave lame service. Totally disappointed with Black Angus.
I made a reservation on open table a week ago for valentine's day and was expecting to be seated here promptly. They never found my reservation regardless of my confirmation number and told me that the wait time was 30 to 40 minutes. Asked the hostess why couldn't I be seated when I already have my reservation, she told me that opentable, the app in which I reserved in, over books and doesn't notify people of this. Learned to call the restaurant than rely on an online booking. Fix your reservations!!!!
I usually come to black Angus all the food is great but today our server Patricia was rude she took our order and then just dropped off our drinks, the coffee was cold because I had to wait and find her for cream and sugar which she never brought back. On top of that the steak hard and not even warm terrible. I told the manager about our server and he didn't do anything or apologize seriously!!!???
If you really want to taste good food , don’t go. Is a place just for drinks. We order: A chicken avocado bacon burger (house specialty ) - 1 out of 10 Lamb chops - 1 out of 10 Fire grill chicken- 4.5 out of 10 Mac and cheese is the regular one that you buy in the supermarket. Good bread and drinks. Great service The food does not have salt!! Base ally I don’t recomend it.
The wait staff here needs immediate attention. We get seated and 15 minutes later we finally get recognized, just to be told they will be right with us. Ten minutes later we finally get drinks. Gina our server was very unwelcoming and cold. If we wanted this kind of service we could ate at a fast food restaurant. This place really needs customer service help, especially for what your charging on the menu. I would not recommend this place to any of my colleagues, or anyone who is coming from out of town expecting a good experience.👎
