First time visiting from Australia. Food was delish.

Food and service is pretty good. I feel the establishment is pretty clean. Usually I have no trouble getting a table but on rare occasions it gets really packed with 30-minute waits. Very rare though.

Olive gardens is always thee best Italian restaurant to dine in...variety of food to choose from endless breaf.. salad..soup...😋😋😎😍

Haven't been to this Olive Garden. It was nice, it's a 2 story restaurant. Very very busy, though everyone one was still friendly. It was a 40-minute wait to be seated. Though my nephew really wanted to check it out. Then our waiter, Lenny, was excellent. Very friendly, kind nd professional. Checked on us about every 10 minutes or so. With customer service being on the decline in restaurants since covid. Lenny, you are an asset to the olive garden.

My wife and I enjoy the food at the Olive Garden especially the pasta bowls and unlimited salad and soup one if our favorites. I love their lasagna and their desserts.

Besides being insanely busy everything was great. It was going to be about 45 min for a table but was able to get seating and food service at the bar immediately. Great service from the waitress on duty. Delicious food and drinks.

The service has been consistent since I started coming here, over 2 months ago. From the management team to the host, and the bussers, you can tell they all love to work there. I have been here a handful of times, and I have a closer OG, but, this one just does the job right! The space was very clean, I was taken care of by my server Freddie? Freddie!?, the food came out good and ready, thank you Freddy, for being my server, you gave me a great and responsive, arguably proactive service

Took my 18 year old son and mom to dinner. Was not too crowded and not a long wait. Staff was very friendly. Food was great. We definitely had an awesome time and will be going back. Keep up the great work!!

We often eat at this restaurant. The night we went in to have dinner, there was a hostess that seated us that was so sweet. She is 17 years old and on top of her game. I could have talked to her all night long. The food was delicious but the server was strictly business. That's ok, but a smile wouldn't be so bad. This Olive Garden is a little different, the servers have to go up and down stairs. All the tables are located upstairs and the kitchen is downstairs. They have an elevator. I'm not sure if the employees can use it.

Had an excellent dinner tonight with Federico as our server. It's been awhile since I have been to an Olive Garden, and knowing how busy they can get, we made reservations. We were so glad we did, because there was at least 20 people waiting for a table when we arrived. We were immediately seated, which was wonderful. Even though Federico was very busy, he provided excellent service! Our food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the Lasagne Fritta Appetizer- YUMMY. I think Olive Garden does amazingly well with offering delicious food at reasonable prices. I always enjoy the ambience, which includes the Italian background music. There was someone celebrating a birthday at an adjacent table, and all the wait staff sang Happy Birthday, and delivered a birthday dessert. MOLTO BENE

My wife and I had a wonderful experience there last night. The service was phenomenal, and the food was great. Our waiter was working so hard serving our area. It was so cool to see the managers (we had Matthew) make their rounds and introduce themselves to the customers and verify that everything was going great. We will definitely be back.

Hands down this is one of the best Olive Garden restaurants we've ever eaten at!! We arrived at the restaurant closer to closing, about 9:30 and even though it was close to closing time, the caliber of service and the quality of the food was wonderful. Loved this place with great service and fresh food, and they went fast on taking us to our table after they had a 45-minute. Wait, they took care of us as soon as possible. Our dishes are grilled salmon over angel-hair pasta with mushroom topping with sautéed shrimps 🍤 ,and my friend's same except he order fettuccine Alfredo pasta, Yummy 😋. Ok, the only thing is if you take an older person, you have to stay on the first floor since you have to come downstairs to use the restroom 😉 .

got the soup chicken with gnocchi good stuff. Theres celery and carrot in that soup :) and the shrimp fettuccine alfredo was good the waiter was cool too he put cheese on our pastas yay! i ordered my pasta to come with mushrooms because shrimp alfredo they dont come with mushroom. The breadsticks go well with the soup and with the pasta. i did not finish my meal despite being real hungry. No complaints definitely enjoyed this place :)

Great service all around. All the employees were friendly, our server was phenomenal and attended to all our needs in an efficient manner. And the food was delicious.

You can tell that it was a busy night and our service was still on top of everything. For example, even if we waited a little longer than usual for something, they knew what it was, how long it had been and apologized. Remained professional and kind when there were a lot of people, orders, and little things like utensils and napkins. Manager walks around and checks on everyone, hopefully just to help her waitresses and support her team, rather than punish them for not doing absolutely everything. All in all best Olive Garden to go to.

Im not a pasta eater but my family is and they usually enjoy the fettuccine and raviolis. I get the salad and soup deal for lunch. It comes with breadsticks too and it has oil and garlic. The little mint chocolate at the end of service is nice too. Friendly staff and quick servers.

Love the endless breadsticks and soup, specially if the soup is gnocchi. The waitress, Christina, is very nice and attentive. I don't need to call her and we are tend to, like water refills, beeadstixks and soup, even before we call her. We ordered a special entree Portobello mushroom ravioli and it is so delicious. The chicken piccata is ample portion. The lasagna is a good portion size, a little small for me but not my wife maybe due to the special entree. The dessert is to die dor. We ordered and shared the warm apple crostata. We will definitely go back to this place.

Erika a manager greeted me with Pro professionalism. We created a vent cover idea together her she's on her customer service a game. But my server Lindsey listened to my concern and immediately addressed it by informing Erika her manager. These employees have wonderful attitudes and good service. My first time visiting here I will be returning forsure. ☺️ And how could i forget THE FOODS GREATTTTTTTT!!!!!

One of the few places I don't mind constantly going back to. Love all their soups and their breadsticks dangerously good. 😄 I miss their mint chocolates, haven't seen them lately.

Service is very good and fast. In my opinion, Zoupa Tuscana is a perfect soup with breadsticks because they are not too heavy. Breadsticks are hot and tasty. The Seafood Alfredo is very good here. The calamari is decent. Prices are good which includes soup/salad, breadsticks (unlimited) and pasta. I will come back to try different types of pasta and soup.

Love the food the atmosphere is great they have nice waiters loved it went with my grandma, mom, and dad to eat there for e my grandma's birthday. They never ending soup and salad and I love that.

I enjoyed my visit at this location. I ordered the chicken scampi, and it was perfect. Nice hot and very flavorful. I especially enjoyed that they offered a little deal when you order one entree from the menu. They offer a few items for 6 dollars to go. I ordered the chicken Alfredo to go, and it was packaged in a microwavable container and was super awesome as a lunch for the next day. The best part of our dining experience was our waitress. She was very exceptional. She was informative, polite, swift, and very classy. She was especially kind to my daughters. As a parent, it warms my heart when my children are treated respectfully and kindly. I will definitely be back here.

We had a party of 6 and things were great . The service was good and we were able to celebrate a birthday without lots of over the top loudness. Very nice wait staff

Very busy, yet very well run restaurant. We were there with a group of 18 last night, and in the pouring rain they were swamped. We had 2 excellent servers and the manager kept coming up, making sure we were well taken care of. The Stuffed Chicken Marsala was superb.

Olive Garden has really gone a long way through the years! The service is fantastic here. Bryan will take great care of you! I hope you're fortunate enough to get his service. The food was served very quickly and efficiently. The presentation was awesome. The taste I think could be improved, but if you're not too picky and not too critical of Italian flavoring, then I think you'll enjoy this place. They have great value for money as well as great digital menu ordering options. Olive Garden has implemented some really fascinating technology in their ordering and payment system. You can even split bills using an app here.

We had a huge party, and the team of waiters and waitresses took excellent care of all of us and with smiles on their faces the whole time! Honestly I came here to write this review because our groups waitress was amazing! Our 1st waitress was off before we finished and brought over Jazzmyn to help us during the rest of our visit and she was absolutely fabulous, the best customer service I've experienced at this Olive Garden or any other one. She was attentive, considerate, and funny! The food was good, but honestly I'd go back for Jazzmyn, she truly made us feel like we were family!

The food was great, as always. We got the Veterans Day meals, which we chose the chicken Parmigiano and fettuccine alfredo (I added chicken for a small fee extra), thank you Olive Garden. We also ordered a kids Alfredo plate that came with Grapes. Our server was great, he was fast and friendly. The atmosphere is very nice with lots of classy decorations. I loved that place… the food was too close to authenticity, full of flavors. The plates were full , it’s really obvious how generous they are!!! Our waiter, Victor was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He is one of the most lawful employees I have ever met!!!! Great food and excellent service! We’ve enjoyed both dine-in and takeout, and everything has been consistently delicious. The pasta is always cooked perfectly. I usually get the Alfredo, and my husband enjoys the pasta with red sauce and soup -the one with sausage and kale is especially tasty. The salads are always fresh and flavorful too.

Very hungry tonight! We got seated right away and was very surprised at how quickly our food came out. As usual we had the salad 🥗 and bread sticks first. Yummy as always. Then we shared the stuffed chicken marsala and the chicken Margherita chicken. Both were good but the marmalade was the clear favorite 🤗 it also came with creamy mashed potatoes. I can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating the staff is here. You could tell they really have their act together. 👍

Time flies when you’re at olive garden, we were told we had a 25 minute wait and seconds later we got seated!! The service was a bit slow to begin with but once we ordered everything was very quick and our server was amazing. The food was below average for olive garden in my honest opinion. Had a crazy Saturday evening stuffing my face and going fatty mode, feels like a blur. Honestly was a wild night would go back.

We were a party of 8. We had a noon reservation and were not seated until 12:45 when we started complaining. A couple of people were late, but all of us were there by 12:10. We ended upstairs. Delay to see our waiter, delay to get drinks, delay to get food. Very very disappointed. Our waiter was hustling and did his best. Finished lunch by 2:30!

I was confused because the menu was really small, maybe it is because they have a smaller one for lunch time or I had the wrong pamphlet. Most of the items were like $20 so I was shocked by that but the minimum wage is pretty high here. The food was smaller than I expected for a $20 plate but I do like the free refills on the soup and salads. Our waitress, had flawless customer service and was really helpful. The bowl for the salad was huge and the salad only filled a 1/4 of the bowl so I don't know why they use such a huge container. The chicken and shrimp carbonara was very good.

I haven't been to an olive garden in years. We ordered fried mozzarella. My entrée was really good. Eggplant parmesan was light and not over breaded with just enough marinara on top. I was able to switch out the spaghetti for fettuccine alfredo. I ordered an Italian margarita it was citrusy and served with amaretto. The only disappointment was the salad... I had to pick out so many white parts and hearts of lettuce. It seemed as if I got the last part of the day ends of greens. Our server was efficient and quick.

Great food. It’s always a pleasure to go back to this restaurant. This time I was more familiar and I enjoyed better the tastes. Usually is necessary yo wait 20 minutes to have a seat, but it worth. They assert to cook real recipes, but as Italian that is not totally true. They are adapted probably by the time to local tastes. But in overall the experience is very good. I will recommend to you the Fried stuffed Ziti. The famous breadsticks are really the thing that you will probably remind for a lot. Restrooms are clean. The staff in very kind. You feel very appreciated. Prices are medium. $$. Highly recommended

I basically only come here when they have promotions and so far I have not been disappointed. This year I've gone for the ayce stuffed pasta and giant food selection. Neither disappointed and I enjoy the soups and the staff is quite nice.

My son wanted to get the chicken Alfredo. The salad was fresh. We also got a side of meatballs. You could also get any of the take home entrees for $6 each (Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Fettuccine Alfredo, or Five Cheese Ziti al Forne). We made sure we left room for dessert. The pumpkin cookie butter cheesecake was scrumptious. Clay our server was nice and attentive. This was my first time seeing a two-story OG. We sat at a cozy part of the restaurant with the view of the parking lot.

Portion size is laughably small for $20. Will try a locally owned restaurant next time, not a chain.

Commercial food, its ok service was great, smiles and carried on a quick plesant conversation. They all acted like they wanted to be at work. There is up and dowstairs dont know If it was planned but families with little ones were Up and the rest down. The place was clean, tables, chairs, floor and place settings were all there.

The beginning of pur visit was great, we were greeted immediately and sat immediately which was surprising for a Friday night. Our server wasn't as great. We waited over 20 minutes for our drinks, we could hear the employees in the back messing around. It wasn't busy where we were seated so we didn't understand why our service was slow. The food was good, but our service could use some improvements!

We came home after dinner and we both had to run in the bathroom. Something was wrong. We're elderly couple. The food was cold. The waitress was great but were really sad in the back. It was awful, humid and hot.

What can I say? I went despite my previous experience at this restaurant chain to please the person I was with. It's still the McDonald's of Italian food. I'm not much of a cook but I can do meatballs better, I can do any number of pasta sauces better. That said folks love the place so your mileage may vary, rinse lather, repeat.

The food is great as always but the pricing on the menu and the check didn't match. When I pointed this out. I was told they changed the price and I good old menus. That's not my problem. I'm presented a price and that's what I expect to pay. The waitress just wanted me to pay the difference. The manager adjusted the entree billing with "an expired coupon" and just says she fixed it. No apology from her. I should've checked the price on the rest of my order, but I just wanted to leave at that point. Who knows how many others don't check and are over-paying.

More expensive than before, service was great and food good too, but I return at this restaurant after 5 years and I was in shock because the bill, I ordered 2 plates and 2 iced teas, no entrees or dessert and with tip included my bill was for $70, I don't think to come back again at least on a while.

June 2022 - Too expensive for the quality of food and service. Food/Pricing - Seafood Alfredo, $22.49. Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, $21.79. Both tasted fine but for the price, there's better elsewhere. Both were slightly too oily for me. Service/Ambiance - The service left much to be desired. They questioned everything we requested. I came to eat, not to feel judged. Their tone wasn't professional and they spoke to every table like we were children. Server leans on walls and puts their leg up on the chair while speaking to customers at the table. They seemed to find it strange we wanted just hot water. Also that a party of 3 ordered 2 entrées and an alcoholic drink. They questioned that as well. I wasn't too hungry when I came to dine but I don't think it's necessary for me to explain myself when I already stated we'd be sharing. Server didn't provide plates for the salad and took awhile to provide us with some after we requested. They also poked at our bread basket with their finger to check if it was empty. I'm not sure if they were trying to be funny throughout this experience but I certainly wasn't laughing. Will I be back? We live really close by but no I will not return. Times are tough so I still gave 20% tip but that'll be the last time.

Olive Garden has always been my son's favorite Italian restaurant. But the waiter in this restaurant was very unfriendly here! When we asked him for an extra plate for the salad, he asked "what do you need it for?" 🙄 Also, the pasta here was over cooked!

I waited for my food they took so long and the waiter got mad a me cuz I canceled my food like does it really take you and hour to get food

Got there with my bf around 8:40 the restaurant was not that busy got seated right away , we felt that the whole restaurant was prioritizing leaving and cleaning up the moment we got there , we didn’t get get our food till 9:50 our food was cold and wrong, our waiter prioritize a big table next to us , mind you we didn’t ask for much and waited forever for breadsticks while the table next got 2 full trays and we only got brought 3 , serve barley checked on us , upsetting cause we didn’t get the full experience, horrible experience don’t come here service sucks!

Hostesses are rude. Food was luke warm, undercooked, and service was slow. Waiter was nice but slow. Worst Olive Garden in SoCal.

Go to BJs next door. Came here on a Saturday night with my family and immediately regretted my decision. The place was understaffed and had to wait an hour to get a table and another 30 minutes just to have our server to take our order. This place seriously needs new management.

AVOID- If I could give this place zero stars I would. The waiter had to leave and forgot to put our order in. So now 1 hour in and waiting for our main course the manager comes in and takes our order. Ooh but wait my appetizer is free. I was a Olive Garden GM for years. Wow where has the quality of service gone. Terrible!!

Do not recommend because of the rude receptionist (Saturday evening around 7.30pm / March 27 2021). The guy tried to perform his dominance, importance and influence. Not the right person to welcome customers. All other staffers are welcome and friendly. I do not blame that guy it is my personal experience but it is not good for the business when the person who is responsible for welcoming customers and make their experience positive makes opposite. Thank you anyway 🙏

If you’re thinking of ordering from here, well this is the worst Olive Garden restaurant I’ve picked up from. Picked up at 4:18pm 8/8/25. What is this? Whoever made this, how is this acceptable for you to put out? The chicken and gnocchi “soup” is full of flour. There is no soup. The “gnocchi” tasted like quick mashed uncooked dough. And the spaghetti has no sauce. Waste of money
