Friendly staff. App was deceiving as I loaded it while in line and it indicated I got a free salad with craft pizza. Staff said ya ya, and made my pizza and salad, but when I got to register, was billed full price for salad on top of my pizza! I guess it ain't free till you get a certain amount of purchase points!

Food was ready when I got there nice and warm. The lady that gave to me my order was very thankful for ordering my pizza from Pieology and she had a beautiful smile.

A very welcoming environment. Excellent customer service. Friendly and courteous workers. Christina was attentive and ensured that my order was exactly how I wanted it.

I have celiac and they were super understanding and had good methods to isolate my pizza from other wheat pizzas. Also fost pizza place I've been to that doesn't charge per ingredient. So I loaded that baby up. Food came out super fast maybe 5 minutes. I ate the whole thing cause it was delicious and I couldn't stop myself!!!

Max was amazing! We had never been there before and (I’m sorry for not knowing her name) the lady trainer was awesome along with who she was training. The guy who made our pizzas though didn’t seem to be having a good day. Everyone has a bad day. But other than that, I’m 100% coming back and that saying something because I’m super picky on my food place choices. Awesome and kind people <3

I’m in town visiting from Chicago, to see Coldplay, and saw Pieology across from the hotel where I’m staying and gave it a try. The Pizza was absolutely delicious, it wasn’t heavy and over the top, it tasted fresh and light, more healthy and very satisfying, the staff were friendly and prompt, and the restaurant was well kept, pleasant and clean. I surely recommend this restaurant and plan on visiting again before I go back home. Chicago is known for its great pizza pies and they are the best in the world imo, but like I said this pie was delicious and very satisfying without feeling to heavy. I love California and hope to relocate here soon!!! thank you Joe

When I arrived it was lunch and it was empty for a short while. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman that allowed me to wait inside until my daughter arrived. Once me daughter arrived a very nice younger gentlemen helped us build a nice tasty thin crust pizza which my young daughter devoured. I would truly recommend this establishment. Thank you for the nice experience.

The dough is the best part, great texture, flavor, and thickness. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and make the pizzas efficiently. Lots of indoor seating, and most people just do takeout anyway.

We were visiting from out of town, and Pieology was super close to our hotel. They were having a special buy 3 get on free. The pizza was delicious, and they were even able to customize it for allergies such as dairy. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. We had plenty of leftovers, too.

Staff is very friendly and also brought my ranch and sauce to my table which was even more amazing! So the first pizza my husband ordered was Original thin Garlic butter 🧄 🧈 Marinara Mozzarella Corn 🌽 Pineapple 🍍 Onions 🧅 Jalapeños Pepperoni My pizza had Original crust Garlic butter 🧈 Marinara wirh buffalo sauce Mozzarella Parmesan Green peeper Onion Olives Garlic bits Tomatoes Red bell peppers Corn Cilantro Mushrooms Bacon extra Oregano and pepper And so it was amazing to say the least. Although, I did have to pay for sauces 4- 3buckaroos And my total came out to about 30. So it is on the pricier side but well worth it. ! Will be back to this location again and again for pizza day! 🍕

Tonight was my first time ever visiting and I was extremely impressed with how attentive and friendly the staff was and they far exceeded my expectations honestly, the customer service was definitely on point. Jonathan, Kamora, and Darr were extremely friendly and made my experience that much more memorable. I hope they all get a raise for such a wonderful job they did. The toppings were full and stocked and I was able to see everything which made building my pizza that much more enjoyable. I loved the variety. The environment was clean and homie and I’ll definitely be back to visit since my pizza turned out delicious to say the least.

I'm not a huge fan of most tomato sauces on pizza but I can have tons of pieology. Perfect ratio of ingredients. Nice vibe. Cool drink options. Great customer service. Perfect for me.

There is only one size of pizza available for $8.99. There are a lot of choices available. The size is medium (6 pieces). They have cauliflower crust for $2.00 extra , which was delicious. The pizza was very good, but other pizza chain pizzas are just as good in my opinion for less money. They do have specials on Monday and Tuesdays and all of the staff were professional and friendly.

Dined in with family for the first time, while the price for the customizable pizza was a couple bucks than I normally pay for, it's worth it. Lots of options, a very friendly staff, and reasonable dining space makes this place worth eating at for the occasion

First time at this location, as the one nearest home closed years ago. They were busy at lunch time with only 2 people working, fortunately we were not in a hurry. Customers kept leaving the door open (I closed it 2x); a fly in the food prep area noticed after they made our pizza, otherwise would have been 5*

I love Pieology!! My friends and I frequent this location quite often and I could literally go there every week it's so good. The only complaint I have is in regards to the strange sulfur odors That seem to come from the restroom area. This is not your typical restroom smell it is very much a sulfur smell and I think it must be some kind of plumbing problem but in any case they should get it checked out because it's a food establishment. The people are great the food is great but the plumbing problem or whatever that is if it's a drainage problem I don't know should be looked at. Everything else is great!

The gluten free thin crust is delicious 😋. The regular cheese pizza with regular crust was good but not as amazing. I ordered over the phone and it was ready on time. Will definitely want to come back again.

I had gave this place a 5 star but the shift that was in today 1-17-22 at 8pm were so unprofessional all they did was talk holding up the lines and dancing around and they were charging me extra for topping when it only says (10.95) ANY TOPPINGS and my pizza was crunchy i like the other team and there not cheap this is my pizza looks sad....

Pizza is very tasty but everything else needs improvement. I frequent this location but the service is too slow, the restroom and dining area isn't always clean, and the A/C breaks down a lot. In fact, I got sick a day when it was really hot in the restaurant from what I believe was the ingredients not being able to be properly refrigerated. You would think things would improve after increasing menu prices but not the case, it's too bad, it's a good business model but the operations needs attention.

Whoever was working on the counter and baking the pizza on 03/19/24 at 8pm was the worst worker ever. I ordered online and the estimated pick up was 8:10. I arrived at 8:15 and that staff told me it would take 10 more minutes. I asked for an update after 15 minutes and that was the only time that she handed the receipt for online order to guy who was making the pizza. I asked to cancel the order for refund because I could no longer wait for 15 more minutes for the pizza - I only had 30 minute break from work. And yes, my entire lunch break was wasted for nothing. To make things worst, I was charged $19, but she gave me $15 cash for refund. She said online order charges more, so she can only give me what their restaurant is charging. She said I can get the full $19 refund , but it can only be processed at a later time so she would just take note of it - hell no she’s gonna do it. She is lazy doing her job, what’s the chance that she is actually going to process my online refund - so I took the cash instead. They wasted my time and stole $4 from me. This place needs to replace their staff. No wonder why this place has low ratings.

I signed up online for the $5 off and the application didn't get me a discount. My pizza was also missing toppings. I called and the only way I could get a replacement pizza is if we didn't touch the pizza. I can't help it if someone touched it without knowing. Funny how they had an unhappy customer when we were picking up also. Seems like they are constantly making mistakes. The vegan pizza wasn't good either.
