Foothill in Monrovia California has the best Wendy's and I've been to a lot of Wendy's! There's service is really great clean even the 🚻 restrooms.

Wendy's in Monrovia is a great place to eat! The staff is wonderful and very attentive. One of the employees name d Latina goes beyond her duty to make you feel important and that your dining experience is pleasant. I really enjoyed eating there because of the staff especially Latina!

Been going here since I was in middle school, now I take my son on Fridays for an end of the week burger. Consistent with good service.

OH MY GOSH! I cant begin to explain how happy i am with the quality of my salads this past week! I am an almost daily customer at Wendy's in Monrovia and I love the salads but this past week especially they have been ABSOLUTELY PERFECT.! My lettuce especially has been so clean and nicely cut.! I even noticed it on my hamburgers! I am not sure what changes they made but definitely they were made for the best.

This location has the NICEST employees! Raquel opened the door for us, brought our order to the table and checked on us periodically. They accommodated my kids order and everyone was just so friendly. Food was great too ☺️

This is a great Wendy's location. Drive thru is consistent with speed & accuracy. Employees are efficient, courteous and accomodating to individuals with disabilities. The dining room is clean & modern. They even have a small outdoor seating area.

The new breakfast options here are AMAZING! the potatoes are absurdly delicious for a fastfood restaurant, and better than most higher end brunch locations! They have a good variety of sandwiches and I highly recommend checking it out if you wake up before 11am (lookin at u college kids)

I came here for the drive thru. They did exactly what I expected. Prepared the food quickly and it tasted fresh. I ordered a grilled. chicken sandwich and a chili cheese potato. Both were delicious. I arrived at about 10:30pm on a Sunday and they took care of me.

One of my best experiences and heart warming. I had ordered a 4 for 4 and my only way for payment was Apple Pay she had said that they don’t take Apple Pay. The cashier (Jessica) said that she would pay for me and all she said was to come back. This awesome lady needs a promotion she is wonderful!

This is the best Wendy's I've been to. It's clean, very well decorated, fast, and most of all the staff is friendly and helpful. They bring the good to your table. I watched one worker unpack and unwrap all the food for a customer with disabilities. I'm so impressed with the place I'm writing a review, which I rarely ever do.

This Wendy's went through a renovation in 2017 (I think) and it is still clean, nice, and in a great location. I took my daughter and her friends to Library Park for the City's Summertime Concert in the Park and it was a quick walk up the street; within the next block. Perfect if you've forgotten food for a picnic, or just to have lunch at the park. The staff is always friendly and personable, too. We enjoy this location a lot!

Just ordered tonight after not having Wendy's for a while. My late grandmother is right: Wendy's has the best fries. We got quite a lot of food for only $16. Everything tasted great.

I come to this Wendy’s very often as I live very close by. Tonight, whoever was working the window was my favourite by far. Called me cute, called my son cute, complimented my baby yoda sticker and even gave me a big bag and drink carrier for my 2 drinks to help me carry everything alongside carrying my son! It helped a lot and for once I didn’t have to get help carrying our order in. She compelled me to write a review finally to say we need more people like her. Her kindess brought light into this girls night and truly is radiating! Whoever hired her was smart to do so. Fast service, crispy amazing fries, everything tastes great.

The food arrived before we even finished paying. The water ran out at the freestyle machines, and the power went out while I was on the toilet, but this place is better than McDonalds (My second favorite restaurant). For this reason, I don’t feel the need to sue.

Above and beyond service! I was super late picking up my online order and the manager was so nice and offered to refresh my whole meal. I was already late so I wasn’t able to take her up on the offer but even offering was so kind and greatly appreciated. My meal was still outstanding for being picked up 25 mins late. I really enjoy Wendys food. I visit the store in Monrovia on foothill Blvd almost everyday. On 8/8/23 at 2:20pm I ordered the Jr cheeseburger deluxe, and received the Jr cheeseburger. The next day 8/9/23 at 2:20pm I told the manager on Duty and she was very helpful in correcting there mistake. Great job to the manager she has great customer service and was very understanding. 🙏🏾

I just ate their breakfast items for the first time, and never did I think that I was going to be impressed by how good it was. By far, the best fast food breakfast is currently available. Their breakfast potatoes/wedges are an absolute must. I'm not exaggerating when I say jaw-dropping flavor. The breakfast-anator and their sausage burrito are just as memorable as their potatoes. Job well done Wendy's. And the manager had the Dinning Room/Lobby Door open about 20 minutes early. That was a very big pleasant surprise. I just so happened to be in the shopping center and I thought I was too early and was going to leave when I saw another group open the door and go inside. A+ on this location for this particular visit.

As Wendy's is a fast food chain restaurant, there is a different scale to rate them against. In the area I usually go to Wendy's because the food is consistent and the drink machines have all of the options available and not 5 of the 35 (not necessarily 35) but the selections are all available. This was the first time they didn't have tea, for iced tea which I usually get, so I assumed that the delivery of the product was the problem. I had a chicken sandwich go burger which was good. The tea is in the drink machine now and mixed it with lemonade which was good. The speed of service meant the meat wasn't cooked to order but already cooked, however it didn't taste like it was made quite awhile ago and kept for hours in a warming oven. I will go back again.

Wendy's is not bad for a fast food Burger. It is tasty. I get the kids meal, because I get a little of everything... Small soda, small shake, small fries and if you care.. A toy.

This Wendy's has an updated interior. I ordered a 444 Double Stack. The workmanship of the burger was very good. Taste quality also very good. The fries done just right, slight crispy crust and moist and mellow core. The nuggets are good as well, slight crispy crust moist chicken with good flavors. The drink is AWSOME, it is self-serve from a high-tech Coke fountain, you can choose basic original flavors, or change up with a choice of vanilla, raspberry, lemon, cherry and several more. Great fast-food place!

They have great burgers and excellent fries. The store is always clean and fresh looking. It can get busy because a lot of folks have figured out how good the food really is.

Wendy’s is the kids favorite place to get a burger. The 5 for $5 Bag has a few options and is a great deal for the kids. It includes sandwich of choice, nuggets, fries and drink for $5.51 including tax. The major disappointment for me is that I cannot enjoy any nuggets or burgers here seeing as though they do not offer any plant based menu items. The salads would be an option except they have a high price point because they include chicken. Too bad they took away the regular side salad. Baked potatoes are usually over cooked and dehydrated so I stopped ordering those. The french fries are OK when they’re hot and fresh which isn’t often. Overall the staff is polite and friendly, the orders are prompt and accurate and the kids love it.

We're lucky to have a Wendy's in our city. I love the spicy chicken here but always have a tough decision. They got deals so if you don't have much you can still get something. Gotta get a frosty for sure though. Drive through pen till 3 am free parking and in shopping center.

As far as fast food goes, this place makes good food. Strawberry frosty is just as good as the better fast foods, like in n outs shake. Their value menu gives you a decent sized and well made burger as you can see in my pics, just need one to satiate you, and two to make you full. Ghost pepper ranch sauce is also delicious 🤤

I visit this location daily food is good place is nice kept clean inside. The only reason i can't recommend this Wendy's is the manager Jacky is rude to both employees and customers. Hateful lady she discriminates against white people every day. She acts like she's a victim if you question her about anything. Got to get rid of her and get customer service oriented managers like Ashley on staff.

The soda machine, while it has tons of options, uses the same spout for everything. That makes any drink you get taste like 17 other drinks, which isn't ideal... Also, I've never had a hot fry, always squishy and luke warm. Could eat it straight from the bag while driving home and still be disappointed. Fast, yeah, but the quality is lacking.

3/21/2022 Food was fresh and Hot. Went through Drive Thru. The mgr was on the window. She was something else. I requested fresh and Hot 🔥. One of t for workers in the back had to remind her that I requested Fresh and Hot. I asked for straws.. . She responded spoons are already in bag. I wanted straws. I mean, listen to your Customers Please.

They miss at minimum 1 item out of your order, EVERY single time. Without fail. Its a running joke between my wife and I, whats it going to be this time? The fries? The burger? We have to hold up the line to check everything, than hold up the line as they retrieve what they missed.

This is a small location with limited parking that generates long lines. Be aware if you try to add to your order when you get to the window. The associates will state you cannot add to your order at the window because of the line. This is a horrible practice for parents with young children that may cause the need to make changes or additions to the order at the window. Ask for a manager in that instance to see if better customer service can be provided.

Eveytime I come they seem genuinely upset I'm there.

I felt like making an order inside the restaurant was an inconvenience for the staff. The drive thru line was too long to get into it without blocking street traffic, so I walked inside. I felt like they didn't want to talk to a person face to face. The food was good. The order was ready quickly. It was not one of the best Wendy's experiences that I've had.

I'm changing my review. I don't usually do this, but the food has gone down from a 5 star to a two star. It used to be easier to order with just a few changes, but now whenever I ask and pay for a change, it's just missing. I let it go 3 different times, but now I am staying away. The most noticeable change is the chicken breast is half the size and cooked too tough. RIP Wendy's, you were my favorite for so long.

My kids love hanging out at Wendy's with their friends. They love the burgers and chicken nuggets. As an adult, I'm not impressed by the food or atmosphere. It tends to be noisy Friday nights.

I went through the drive thru on my way home from a movie. The fries and chicken nuggets were cold and my Coke, was cherry flavored, not what I ordered. I wasn't given a receipt so I couldn't complain on Wendy's website.

Sometimes they get it right. Sometimes they don't. Lately they have not. I stated last Saturday and today, I wanted 2 Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits. They give me 2 Honey Butter Biscuits. I put emphasis on the word CHICKEN. And they still mess up and give me just the biscuits. I'm done going to this place in the morning, they need to hire competent employees who can hear properly.

The drive-thru is horrible now. They were so good about 5-6 mos ago. Now they keep giving the wrong burger and no receipt to verify your order. The last time this happened I had to go back to get the meal I actually ordered. They remade my burger but absolutely no accountability or customer service on their part. My fries got cold and my drink watered down and they did not offer a fresh order of fries or a complimentary anything for the inconvenience caused.

So I went to go get me a meal from Wendy’s french fries came with my meal So I’m looking at her put the fry in a little Fry holder one of them was hanging she takes her hand and pulled the Single french fry out and throws it back in with the other fries no gloves on That’s pure nasty . I called management at the Wendy’s she not seems to really care about what I was saying to her so So I keep saying hello saying I’m like ma’am are you there? She’s not saying nothing I said I need your name She said why so I know who I’m talking to when I called corporate know that you really don’t care about what I’m telling u your name? I've worked customer service and would not get away with joking around like they did about saying the card declined. Imagine you get out of a shift and go to Wendy's before heading home. Then, you get stuck entertaining some kid and his buddies working night shift as he jokes with you about the card declining as they laugh. I'm not gonna lie I know that shift must suck but you gotta be fr. Everyone else is going through it too and we're not pulling your leg about it. Anyway this happened November 7th after 8pm. I was not given my receipt so I would not know his name. Wouldn't come by here again to deal with more shenanigans

(Female) I met my girlfriend of 3 years in Monrovia, right in the park near this Wendy's, I came to this area every Friday with my friends as a tradition, even. Everytime I ate at this Wendy's because I love Wendy's, but this location is by far the worst, manager wise. Also, their kitchen seems VERY small with the amount of people in it. It looks so crazy and crowded everytime. The manager (Jacki) was sort of nice to my group of friends (who were fairly loud) and were asked to leave because there was a 20 minute rule for customers to eat after they ordered their food.... I am a slow eater and the quietest of the group, so it wasn't fair to ME eating at all. I just took it in a bag and ate in the park. Every anniversary we try to come here because we hold very fond memories of us in this area, and our first date at Wendy's. We felt young and in love again and my girlfriend leaned over to whisper something funny in my ear, and the manager rushed over and said "Excuse me, you can't be doing that here, there are children here!" and we were both confused, and my girlfriend was taken aback and asked "What...? I was just telling her something?" and the manager (Jacki) just gave her this stern face in disbelief, like she was lying. I took a look around and only saw teenagers STANDING on booths and adults. No "kids". We were even in the corner away from most people because we're aware not everyone is comfortable with a lesbian couple. Still, we were not showing any PDA or anything inappropriate. We were literally playing our 3DSes and hanging out. These groups of ladies sat right in front of us though, and as the manager was around sweeping near us, she we noticed the ladies turn around and laugh quietly at us, pointing. The manager, Jacki, stopped sweeping and leaned over at their table glancing at us and said "I know. I feel the same way too!" and they all had a little laughing fit. What was that?? I've never felt so belittled... I wasn't feeling that upset at that time or day, but looking at it now, wow! You people should be more professional at this! You work at a Wendy's, you're supposed to serve people food! I just want to eat here, not feel like a joke! Even so, we were not even affectionate being there! It was just obvious we were a couple because of how we shared the same booth and sat close and shared a drink. Is that so unbearable? Additional note, she also told us to leave and sounded DONE with us, just looking for an excuse to kick us out. She said "Look, you guys have been eating here for a LONG time. You need to leave, we have a rule of 20 minutes-" and blah blah blah. She said all fast food restaurants have it, and it's not her rules. I've never ever heard of this from ANYWHERE, and she also said she needed tables for paying customers?? There were SO many empty tables, seriously! If you're going to lie, at least make it believable! Before my girlfriend, she also shouted at me while I was ordering because she couldn't hear me, I was speaking as loud as I possibly could. At least most people are DECENT about asking me to speak louder. About the food, they usually get my order right. Temperature is either kinda warm or very hot. I don't mind temperature that much, but sometimes they don't even salt the fries? I can salt them myself, but still. I prefer the other employees to the manager, obviously. She's crazy. I've seen her yell at the nicer employees. I feel so bad for them, I hope they find a better job with better management.

Please don't let a worker named Cesar take your order he doesn't know how to do his job. Workers shouldn't be calling customers into the working area to help them with register. The workers should know how to do their job. Once again don't let the worker named Cesar take your order. Unless you want wrong change or wrong food. He yells and horses around way too much Thank you. Hopefully my review is taken into consideration.

10/2/21 @ 3:00pm. Went inside to order some food and the cashier informed me she would be with me in a minute. While I was standing there waiting, I overheard her say to a coworker "I'm not taking any more orders until you catch up". The two girls at the front continued to berate him and scold him for how slow he was moving and for getting an order wrong. He obviously seemed new and needed more training. One of the girls was named Skylar and I could not see the name tag of the other. I just thought it was really sad to see coworkers treating each other like this. I don't normally go to Wendy's to eat and probably will not return considering how I witnessed the employees treat each other.

We ordered $45+ in food. When I got home and had time to check the bags, I was missing a lg fry, and the chili and chips for the taco salad! Two of the four meals were not complete!

I realize my expectations should be real low for fast food but cmon…. Does Wendy’s pay their employees to be lazy, rude and completely vapid and disaffected? Seriously? If you don’t like the work, find another job but the apathy and laziness is ridiculously obvious at this place. I won’t be back.

We ordered online and got to the window only to have to wait roughly 3 minutes as they did not label the drinks and therefore didn't know which drink we were missing. We had to actually taste test the drinks ourselves. After all that when we finally got our meals, we were missing a bag and were told twice we had them all. We had already counted them and then actually pulled them out in front of the window to show we were missing a bag. We were then told by another employee that "WE" should not be going back and forth on our order at the window and forced us to the parking lot to wait after also saying the order was done up here and that we were not to hold up the line. The bag they handed us in the parking lot didn't even have the right meal; they just handed us an generic bag. Very poor communication and service that forced the customer to solve their mistakes, put the blame on us for holding up the service, and didn't even give us the right order.

My wife and kids usually have a great experience with this Wendy's when they order through drive thru...today they went in and had an incredibly awful experience. The cashier, whose name they didn't catch, had abnormally long lashes and even longer fingernails and didn't say a word while they ordered. She forgot to ring in two Biggie meals so my wife had to get back in line to order those...one of the kids burgers was supposed to be ketchup ONLY, but came fully stacked with all condiments. No sour cream or butter for the baked potatoes, no ranch that was requested (they gave us BBQ instead), no cups for the drinks until we waited then had to ask...the list goes on. Management needs to seriously reevaluate their staff and their work ethic. I'm pretty sure the staff here just does what they please with a total disregard for their customers needs. What if the kids were allergic to certain ingredients? Horrible experience.

Waited in line for over 5 minutes at the front of the line next to registers so we could be seen. More than 1 employee walked to the front said "there's people here" and walked away. A couple more customers came in behind me and asked if they'd taken our order yet. I replied that we hadn't ordered and more than one employee had made it known that we were waiting. When someone finally came up to "serve" costumers, she looked really upset that we were there and didn't even bother to apologize for the wait. I understand they're busy at this time but at least acknowledge your customers.

On 3 separate times, we had to go back because they had forgot at least 2 sandwiches. This most recent time they made a fuss over a Dave's single and asked us to check and make sure, I did. Then she asked to see our bags, touched everything. They said they know they put it in our bag.... but they would give us one. Lol, bro it's a 5$ BURGER you better believe I'm coming back just because yall get pressured and confused. I used to work at a Carl's Jr as a cook, it is VERY stressful but mistakes happen. It's not my fault, it ain't yours, just give me the burger and get on with your night. Food was still dank, I did however get the runs this time.... I wonder why

If you make the mistake of going to this location over lunch, carefully inspect each item on your order before leaving. We got no small frosty, two iced drinks, neither of which we correct. We were told one was iced coffee, it was in fact iced tea. The coffee-ish drink they gave us wasn't the type we ordered. And we received no receipt, so we can't be sure what we were even charged for.

I had the worst service I ever had in my whole 58 years of living from this place.

May 2024. Yans doesn’t say hi, thank you. And check your food before you leave. 3 pieces of chives is not enough. Check your bag too. Not a person who should be greeting the public in my opinion. THE WORST BREAKFAST BURRITO ON THE PLANET. HORRIBLE. Do not buy. Love the chili. First time at this Wendy’s and I was disappointed as less beans & meat, more juice for over $3.00. My other stops it’s better. Just saying.....

Poor service almost every time we've come here, and we've come somewhat regularly because I like Wendy's. But THIS Wendy's has a consistent problem with messing up orders and really really bad attitude. I even tried to be nicer hoping that might change the tone, and the attitude just got worse. This was the last time I'll go to this location, because I don't like having people snap at me when I'm just trying to order food

I hate to say this because I love the taste of Wendy's food but I bought food yesterday from the Monrovia location, and man I had cold sweats wile running a faucet out my rear after about 20 mins of eating this food and I noticed my server had a shocked expression on her face when I received the food that was the first red flag the second was the facet and cold sweat situation was stuck on the toylet for almost 45 min . One of the employee s there is messing with peoples food. And another time I went here I was told to back up after I payed and when I came back to the window the server had the nerve to tell me you got your order. I had to tell the server like 4 times I didn't. People are playing around with judging people and messing with they food.

Be careful if you doing doordash or Uber eats here after lobby closed, a woman name Claudia is super narcissist about doing so, I had told her about a single pick up, when I get to the window and show her that doordash just add it another customer, she told me I didn’t tell her at the intercom, so now I will have to drive around again for the second pick up, and on top of that the first pick up is going to take 10 minutes plus cause it’s a large order, so you will have to wait at the front door, super unhelpful and very hostile against gig workers! she then have the audacity to tell me I am tired of you Uber people here! Please by all means take Uber or doordash off your restaurant, I for one don’t want to be here after how Claudia treated me!

I went to this Wendy’s and ordered a dave single and large fries. However, my burger had no meat patty and the fries were stale from a day or two ago. Not returning to Wendy’s, extremely disappointed!

I had ordered two Son of Baconator’s and used the deal for the 1 cent jr bacon cheeseburger but they would not allow the deal. The woman had quite flat explained the advertisement was manipulative not stating on the offer that it excluded the son of Baconator because of price change for it. Upon doing so she did not use an appropriate temperament and refused to honor the deal even though she had flat out explained it was not what it said which was 1 cent jr bacon cheeseburger with ANY purchase. I would recommend they change their attitude and not misrepresent their deals anymore.

Horrible, they had an older person (thinking there was someone in there) waiting by the restrooms till it was available. 10, 15, then 30 min went by (all while they were watching and talking) and they still never said anything... it wasn't till I said something and then they were all like "oh its buzzer locked... go now" WOW these are ppl waiting for the restroom with no signage of any kind... only a dial on the door that read occupied. You were watching us waiting, you could of said something especially since while I was pouring my drink you decided you needed to take my order and throw it on the dirty condiment counter because you through I was taking too long.

I ordered a cheeseburger. They gave me one that looked worse than this. The bottom bun was soggy with grease. I know burgers are greasy but dang it was soaked. I complain and they give me another burger in a grease pool. Fries burnt to crisp. This place obviously has high turnaround rate for employees.

Check your food. First they forget to add nuggets to my bag, so I had to drive back for them. Then I give my kids there food and the meat on the hamburgers is still raw looking. I guess that's what you get when you have a bunch of kids working and playing around.

There’s a lady in front that answered 3 customers to give her one second. I was there with my mother in law who wanted to eat and use the restroom: we waited 5 mins for a key or for her to open the door so I can walk her in while I order Asked her again and took on a new customer although we were already there waiting and said again GIVE ME ONE SECOND We immediately left and said it wasn’t worth eating there with that customer service and attitude.
