Seldom go to this location as I'm rarely in the area. Like the seating arrangement they have. A big improvement over what I remember from the last time I visited, must have been a few years. Service was excellent and prompt. Would have to lie to say I was displeased in any way.

I always get exceptional service here! I even wonder if I'm at chick fil a. 🤔 100% mcdonalds quality service and employees are respectful and patient. They try to satisfy the customers picky demands and put up with with unessesary rudeness. I wish I can tip the workers because they deserve it and work hard and give pleasant service sometimes even better than at "fancy" restaurants, they will soon be considered fancy restaurant to me. Lol

I love the chicken nuggets! Theres no other place that can replace them, I love that theyre not stingy with the sauces, hate a place that limits you to 1 or 2 sauces, after youve spent your money, the strawberry shakes are really good too, cant go wrong, I love good customer service as much as food and they got it! Who ever does the hiring, great job! I've had nothing but friendly and polite employees!

Love this place. Everyone is friendly. Very consistent staff. Mornings are always busy, but they always manage to put a smile on my face (under my mask of course) with their friendliness. I would always recommend walking inside to order especially if it's for a coffee or soda.

I went to Mcdonalds today and had a curbside pick up. The young man that brought out my food was thee most respectful and well mannered young man I have come across in a very long time. I have to share this today I forgot my wallet, my friend tried to order food but couldn't complete the order due to the device had to be in the location. Chris was at the register and I told him I forgot my wallet but I don't think my samsung pay is working he put the order and sure my samsung pay was not working he offered to pay for my meal I told him I could Zelle him the money but he refused all I can say is what a great person is Chris and this location should be glad to have him working there he did for me and I would pay it forward.

Drive Thu we came here for drinks only if this is the long beach location. There drinks the tops had a sip lid they don't give out straws. Which is not sanitary the man that gave us are drinks his hand was all in his face and touching are lids we carry alcohol wipes and are own straws only thing there is no hole in the cup for the straw.

Great service! Yet it could be better. I bet if all the staff new thie history in detail it would add a whole other level of appeal to people and the overall experience. Especially sense the movie "The Founder" came out. People will have questions and want to hear what the workers have to say about the past when asked. To me, if a lady answered in detail the significance of this place, it would not only now be a piece of history I am standing in but it would also give a positive shot of energy into the moment. Plus it shows that they care about their job. When I asked about the history, I was told about 3 sentences and that was it. I really wanted to know why there is a "slash mark through the golden arches" plus the history that goes with it. But I was told this statement, on a non busy day I might add, "o, you can read the sign over there and that will tell you what your asking." Then I asked another question, and I was told again "the sign is over there with the history" and that was that. Amd there was two people in line and 5 people in the whole restaurant. Not busy at all! what if I was someone high up in the company? I would have felt rather ignored. But other than that it is very clean and they are very nice and I can tell they care about the food they put out.

I ordered through my app for table service and they didn't disappoint me. Despite the workers being teenagers, they were very efficient and had great customer service, which impressed me. The food is what you expect from a McDonald's. Service was fast. The 50's theme was a nice touch. I enjoyed the clean dining area. They had multiple kid friendly tablets and tables with games. Overall a pleasant experience.

Always delicious and fast. And never have an issue with me using the restroom. I work out in the field and need to able to use the restroom especially if I'm a customer. Been to Jack in Box for lunch. And as a customer told me no. So I take my business elsewhere. And I'm welcomed here. Awesome!

The location of this McDonald's is particularly good. People here order food especially supper .When queuing for dinner in the evening, the staff was slower and made us wait for a long time. I especially want to emphasize a very angry thing. I came in line at midnight last week. When I arrived at the windows, no one paid any attention to me. There was no response from the staff for nearly 10 minutes. 。

Five stars for Gerardo at McDonald’s. He brought my order out to my car for curbside pickup and did it with a genuinely friendly, positive attitude. From my experiences with McDonald's, the food rarely tastes any worse or any better than any other McDonald's I have been to. The reason for the 4 star rating you just might ask? It's for the people who work there. In my opinion they go above and beyond what is deemed necessary nowadays. Time and again I have actually gone out of my way just to ear at this McDonald's. And you should too.

I always thought this was the first McDonald's ever when I was a kid I still don't know if it is or not but I'm highly doubt it due to watching that McDonald's movie about the owner but I fell asleep anyways I enjoy the area because my mother grew up here and stayed out in Monrovia and so my experience here is when I asked for a sweet tea and I got a regular tea on top of my combo they were nice enough to tell me well they're sweet tea it wasn't working and give me a new fresh drink so that was a good example of maybe this place is not too bad thank you

The food is usually good here. I come here a lot. But sometimes they mess up my order by not giving me the right size for fries or drink. And sometimes they don't take away ingredients like pickles and stuff like that. Other than that this place is just like an ordinary mcdonalds.

good memories having breakfast or lunch with my dad . they typically got it right most times and kept the restaurant clean. gets busy at times but they stay on it . I was here often after work or before. the app hooks it up if you're a frequent buyer.

This one was a bit strange. Came in for lunch on Sat. Ketchup dispenser not working, trash bins full to the top, they give you napkins like it is National Treasure, walls in the dining room next to tables have food stains and need cleaning. I don't often come to McD, but I had a craving so I stopped by. It'll be awhile until the next time.

*( Using the drive-thru) I tried the Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich for the first time . . . what a disappointment. The 3 stars is not for the taste but for how it was presented. I opened the sandwich box and blah The sandwich was not assembled but a mess in the box. No leafy lettuce like the advertisement but brownish thin shredded lettuce, like used for street tacos. I had to pull over and assemble the sandwich. Very frustrating experience and I will not be going back to this McDonalds again.

The burgers barely have any meat in them at all anymore!!!! Last time i buy a "burger" and get a bread and sauce sandwich! Mcdonalds let us know when you give us our burgers back. This location is about average. Strange parking lot configuration is still in pandemic mode. The lobby lights are always off and the lobby is rarely open. Customer service is subpar. Food is not that good here? Maybe I’m just grown up now and I appreciate better food.

I ordered from the drive through. I went to get my kids a happy meal as a treat. It had been a while so I figured, why not. I pulled in after running errands. The workers were rude and very short. They came out as irritated and didn't really communicate well. While ordering, the first worker asked the basic questions, but repeated "anything else?" in an unmistakably annoyed tone as he rushed us through. They were out of apples and chocolate milk. The lady at the payment window opened up the window and just repeated the total as she held out her hand without even looking at me. Then she tossed the card back in my hand and it almost fell on the floor outside of the car. Then she came back again and kind of tossed the food towards my hand where I almost dropped the drinks trying to hurry and grip them. Then that was it. She didn't say that's all, thank you for coming, nothing. I checked the bags to make sure the food was all there before driving off. Absolutely no customer service or people skills. It was unreal. Once my kids opened up their happy meals, the burgers were cold and a little hard around the edges of the crust. The fries were hot, but the tiny kids meal fry containers only had 5 fries on one and 6 fries in the other. I counted them. It was pretty empty. That's just ridiculous. I know a lot of places are shirt staffed, especially food places, but that was just an awful experience.

On occasion I like to grab a McDonald's Filet-O-Fish and today was one of those days. Let me recommend adding pickles if you are a fan of pickles and the McD's fish sandwich. Now I'll address the three star review. The fish sandwich was $5.19 and another $0.49 for the pickles (upsell for pickles?). This is just too much for such a basic sandwich (especially when comparing to the value menu). I guess I'll get a double cheeseburger next time and wait for lent to roll around again before getting another fish sandwich.

This McDonald's had a remodel just a year or so ago. The old 50s theme on the inside is gone and no longer matches the McDiner theme overall that made it unique. It now has the current standard for many locations. A modernized kiosk filled location with several weird tables and seats for them. Food is standard McDonald's. It is fine 90% of the time. Sometimes that fry oil gets nasty and you get some odd tasting fries. The main issue with this location, like all McDonald's with kiosks, it's nearly impossible to get an employee to give a crap about the counter if you need something. They'll look, and just ignore you standing there A LOT. The other issue is one of the managers. Some platinum blonde haired guy who has a problem not cussing and loudly saying inappropriate stories for a work environment. Several times he's cursing loudly while having conversations with zero regard if customers can hear. Curse it up, but not in earshot of customers while you're standing at the window packing orders.

April 2022 - Drive thru. Didn't walk in. Yes this is a review for McDonald's and yes it was much less than our usual decent experience. Service/Ambiance - I do feel bad for the staff having to hear complaints from customers about 'thin nuggets'. And I understand this is McDonald's but... these are ridiculously thin. What really bugged me though was that when we called in to let them know about this, the staff immediately said they were aware of the issue and there's nothing they can do about it. I don't blame the person who answered the phone at all but I do blame management and hope they see this because it sounds like you know there's an issue but are still jipping people by selling thin nuggets at regular price! If you're going to sell spicy chips, then don't call them nuggets.

51¢ for a small coffee refill??? You gotta be kidding me. The small coffee here is already $1.89. Abt 30¢ more than the average McDs price Must be a franchise owner decision. All the other McD’s I go to, they never charged for coffee refills. Do they charge for sweet tea or soda refills? No.

I was there last night, order Ranch with the grand son happy meal, the lemonade tasted like water with some sugar, after standing for a wile in the drive trough, they offer another lemonade, but was the same, the girl at the window ask the manager to change the syrup on the machine, but he refused saying that the lemonade was fine,, after that grand son realized ther was no rach in his happy meal, another 5 min. Standing on line. Not coming back, wile I was there waiting another customer came back to do the same thing get on line to have his order fix. I am Not coming back to this one.

This place has been poorly run for years. They have the most concentration of employees working the drive-thru and I stil can be waiting in excess of 10 minutes. I timed it at least once and was waiting at least through three songs on the radio. Inside can be even worse. Since they remodeled they have two registers, but I only ever see one open. Now they are really pushing for you to use these kiosks to place your order. It might be fine if you knew how to use them or were paying only with credit, but some of us still use cash. If you cash at the kiosk you have to see the cashier. Two days ago that took me 5 minutes because she was helping 4 guys learn to use the kiosk. Summary, they are slow at drive-thru and inside. They may have some nice employees but that doesn't make up for inefficiency.

The dining room is supposed to be open at 6:00 AM. I place a order online to pick up at the counter. I did not want to go through the drice thru. I arrive at 6:40 AM the doors are locked. The employee in the parking lot tells me it's closed and that I have to wait in the drive thru

The new only digital ordering is horrible . The touchscreens aren't responsive. The check out wording leaves me a little confused. This location has way too many errors and if you walk up to the counter to try and resolve it Good Luck getting some one to come over.

If you order with a delivery service expect your order to be wrong. It's not the delivery service that messes up. They can't read an order and make the correct drink or only give you one item of something when you've ordered two of that same item. Read the order and make the right thing! So irritating!

I suppose if you want to waste gas and do drive through this location is ok but if ordering in store don't expect any kind of service. Stood at the counter for a couple minutes but they didn't notice. Went to a kiosk and entered order but needed help so pushed button. After five minutes I had to raise my voice saying I needed help and had pushed the need help button about five minutes before. The response was they were busy and weren't looking in the direction of the counter or kiosks. Pretty poor excuse and showed zero customer service. Once order placed it took another 15 minutes for the order to be ready - nothing "fast" about that.

I use my points to redeem a breakfast sandwich. Arrived at curbside pick up. Decide to order another coffee. The deliver person questioned me: ''do you have more orders or this is the last one?" Ran into the rudest manager on duty. There was a missing item for my mobile order. This guy (Geranno) did not care to listen or try to help a customer. He just pointed to the printed order slip on the bag and repeatedly said "It is not shown on the paper. You did not order it". I come here late night about once a month and every time I receive cold fries. I’ll get mad about it then forget about it but my last experience was cold fries and no cheese on both my McDoubles. The only thing proper was the soda I ordered. Had to leave a review warning people.

Worst experience at any McDonald's I have ever been to. Ordered a coffee only, had to wait until numerous large drive thru orders were filled before getting a simple cup of coffee. It is now Feb 20,2022 (9:20am)and their dining room is STILL closed. Drank my coffee in my car and when I asked for a refill was told no because I didn't drink it there.HUH? Everywhere else is open what extra risks are you running that you can't open?

Honesty this mc donalds is one of the worst.i had to call corporate several times for their behavior and lack of professionalism. Every time I special order, my food comes slobbed with items smeared on the outside of the buns, and you don't want to touch it. I have waited 15 min in the drive thru most of the time. This location is close to my house , I opt to drive a mile to the next location for better service and food presentation. Patrons beware!

WORST. MCDONALDS. EVER. The lady working at the pickup counter of the drive through (possibly the manager) is just straight up rude. I understand that working at a fast food restaurant isn’t always glamorous and some awful people come through here but when you have a customer that is polite - DO NOT BE RUDE. I always enjoy my McDonald’s experience, but wow was this just shocking.

They always forget stuff in your order. They don't give any straws. They usually don't have change for anything larger than a 20. They act like they have to go out of their way to do their job.. we'll go out to another town to a different McDonald's from now on.

I'm so sick and tired of these homeless people asking me for money in the Drive-Thru I had some homeless lady hit the hood of my car I told the manager what happened she said there's nothing they can do so I called corporate ever since then I've been getting very bad service I need the owner to call me!!!!! I told the manager what happened and she said there's nothing they can do about it and I said YES you can do something about it because it's on McDonald's property you are responsible!!!! At this point I feel like I'm being harassed!!!!!! Today I ordered Cappuccino to go , though morning hours, luckily for me there was no rush .. and on my way when I tried it was regular plain coffee obviously without any cream , about 2 weeks ago I ordered breakfast I kept waiting for my order for about 15 minutes , to my surprise they had forgotten. The order screen is wrong. I ordered off the 2-$6 menu and it came up wrong on the the screen. Then when I got to the window to pay. The guy tried to over charge me. Didnt care or try to see what I ordered after I told him he was telling me the wrong price. So after the guy who took my ordered came and solved the problem. I get home to find out they still put onions on my burger. Terrible experience!

The customer service person was very rude and have no knowledge of the products they sell. Asked her about the any size coffee Fir $ . 99 special... MYRNA said they don’t have that instead of only if I have the app. Took the order wrong wanted 3 creams inside and 3 extras..She gave the coffee black... absolutely terrible. Once upon a time Mc Donald’s training of their team members customer service was the best.. I know because I worked there when I was 17 years old. Put a happier and attentive person in your window please. Morning coffee sets the tone for other people.. make it pleasant.

Service was garbage. Employees were messing and joking around in the dining room while there were a long line of customers waiting for their meals. When we finally got our meals, they were wrong and we had to wait even longer for our correct meals. Very bad customer service

I've gone there twice this week and every time I've gone they have messed up my order. I asked for apple pies they gave me cherry, I said well done cooked hamburger and it was still pink on the inside.i paid for a large fries and they only filled half of the container. I asked for no ice and they fill the whole damn cup with ice and they gave me.. It's ridiculous how they never get the damn order right. Managers need to retrain their employees.

I love buying coke at McDonald's. But this particular McDonald's has to many employees trying to quickly get your order out,which is great. But they have too many orders close together on the counter that they mix orders up.its hard to appreciate that delicious coke when you were given diet coke.so McDonald's use dividers to separate orders that would work.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever gone to. The manager was taking orders and drive through he was not polite at all! My order was cold I paid entirely too much for my food to be cold. I got to Mac's very hungry. The floor was taped completely off due to being mopped. I inquired about something I saw on T.V. The young man interrupted me prior to me finishing and said we don't have it. If I were not tired from walking I would have just left. He was a snot. McDonald’s has financially survived this pandemic solely on all the items I’ve been charged for that NEVER make it into my bag. Since my local McDonald’s seems to always be lackluster I specifically drove to this location which is further from me to see if I would have an issue with my order. Yup. Another missing item. No I don’t want to double check my bag. I don’t receive a W-2 for McDonald’s. That isn’t my job. I would like to think that everything I paid for is IN THE BAG as I drive away from the window. Speed of service is way too important to drive throughs. I’d rather wait longer in order to receive a correct order for once. I’m asking for too much aren’t I?

This locations run by a whole bunch of teenagers who really don’t wanna do their job they laugh and giggle the entire time while on the intercom or rush the customer trying to actually order food better yet you get attitude if you’re not fast enough for them to order. I understand working fast food is very stressful because you have to deal with people having good days. Bad days are off days, but that doesn’t also mean take it out of the customer for no reason because you’re gonna have a bad day due to your job that you chose to work out.

At the drive thru, I asked for nuggets, small fry and a cup of ice. I also asked for plain honey for my sauce. The large cup of ice cost almost $2.50 (Which they tried to only fill up half way and seemed irritated when i said to please fill it up), then my nuggets were a little cold but they were good. The fries had no salt on them what so ever, and stale. On top of that, the person who took my order looked like she hated her job and was irritated at everything. Do not recommend going to that McDonalds. Pick the other one down the street.

Ordered two English muffins via the app. When I arrived half an hour later, the manager told me I wouldn't be getting my muffins, because it was now almost lunch, even though I'd ordered them during breakfast. He said I wouldn't be charged, either, but I was. He was extremely unpleasant in a rude, hostile way. So here I am out four bucks and my morning slightly tarnished by a little man who abuses customers to feel important. Also, the other staff here are all really good natured people, from my experience, so this guy contrasted even more with his poor attitude.

I went through drive thru early Saturday morning. In a very feeble voice( non human) i was asked "are you using tour mobile app?" I said "no". Several seconds later fhe question was repeated, i again said no. I ordered a normal breakfasy No. 8 and a"avertized special" and steak,cheese and egg on a toasted bagel. Early enough no one be hind me, the girl at the window asked me to pull into yhe number one oarking spot to wait. I did. Eight minutes later, another woman brought my food in a sealed bag. I asked her if rhere was a problem. She replied no. I asked did i do anything wrong, to wait 8 minutes after paying with no one behind me?( time stamped reciept) She said no, i should "know better that to order a steak bagel so early" Now: when i opened the sreak bagel, it was obvious, the steak portion was microwaved for too darned long, and was noe a jerky bagel. Or maybe a better analogy is a charcoal bagel. I would have went back to complain as for my $20.31 back, but calmer thoughts prevailed. Maybe i can save another McDonalds addict from the same fate. Good news, there is another McDonalds a few blocks away next time for me!

If you have to go there, make sure they get your order right before you leave. I ordered the #7 and got two cheeseburgers with extra pickles and mayonnaise!!! WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN?! Ordered food online for my daughter to pickup. She was told that a code required for pickup and I was never given one. Found out later (I called) that food was never made (phone from which the order was placed must be within 5 miles of the restaurant) and the code was the order number. Really messed up system! Plus, the woman I spoke with keep speaking over me and at one point told me "It's not a good idea to do this." What? I can't order food for someone else to pick up???? Makes no sense. They. need to improve their systems and create a protocol for handling guest complaints that isn't insulting.

I order Uber Eats all the time. The driver was great — fast and professional. But this McDonald’s? Straight garbage. You really tried to finesse me. I know exactly what a McCrispy filet looks like — that thick, whole chicken breast. Don’t play with me. You tried to sneak in a thin little McChicken patty like I wouldn’t notice. I’m not stupid. And the snack wraps? Hard as a rock. I almost broke a tooth. How are you sending food out like that? Do you guys even check what you’re serving? Wrong sandwich. Rock-hard wraps. Zero quality control. It honestly feels like you thought I wouldn’t know the difference. That’s crazy. Do better.

So this is my first time came pick up at MCD this area, and i picked up for doordash, the guy handled the drive thru was so rude, he is told my husband ( i picked up with my husband) next time dont came to drive thru to picked up doordash, you can park your car right there and come to over there and use his finger point to somewhere? And not give a right instructions! And my husband say oh okay! And the second we got order again from doordash and we parked our car like he said earlier and i walked to the window where he js stand, and he gave me a nasty look! And not even open the window! And i should knocked it and asked so which window i should picked up? And again he is only point his finger somewhere without gave a right direction! And i should find my self, and he is told his co-worker about my dumbness! What the heck! For the owner & mcd management u should training your employee properly! If he is tired working late night just quit your job, you work at hospitality industry!

Came into the restaurant during what's listed online as busy, there was 1 person behind the counter (as everything is expected to be digital now, this is forgivable) but a decent amount of families waiting to order. Went to grab a seat and every single counter was covered in trash, had to ask someone to clean it for us because there were no napkins readily available. The table smelled like bodily fluids, and the trash cans were filled to the brim-- all of them. To top it off, I went into the restroom and there was fecal matter surrounding and decorating the toilet paper of the bathroom. I'm usually a forgiving reviewer, but this was disgusting.

This morning, I had a concerning experience while dining at this restaurant for breakfast. As someone who has been a loyal McDonald’s customer for over 40 years, I was surprised and disappointed by how Asian customers were treated during my visit. The store manager or supervisor, identifiable by a white shirt and yellow safety vest, interacted with customers in a noticeably inconsistent manner. While greeting other patrons with courtesy, he appeared dismissive and unkind toward several Asian customers. In one instance, I observed a senior Asian customer politely requesting a coffee refill. The manager responded curtly and demanded $0.50 for the refill. However, I witnessed several other customers receiving free refills without issue. This incident stood out to me because it seemed inconsistent with McDonald’s values of diversity, inclusion, and respect. While this may be an isolated case, it raises concerns about whether similar behavior might occur elsewhere if left unaddressed. I share this feedback with the hope that McDonald’s takes the appropriate steps to review this situation and ensure such experiences are not repeated. I remain optimistic that the company will continue to uphold the high standards of fairness and inclusivity that it is known for. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
