Wow. I usually hate Dairy Queen because the one in Dayton SUCKS!!!!!! Daughter and I had some Teen Tot Mommy time so we came here to get ice cream. Brenda waited on us. She was cleaning when we walked in... actually cleaning. She smiled and was super friendly and welcomed us like we knew her. We ordered our ice cream and she brought it to us, upside down...like they do on the commercial. The atmosphere was so nice that we stayed and got a couple of bottles of water and a snack too. She is amazing and one of the best employees I have ever encountered at Dairy Queen. Also a young man came in and started working while we were there He was kind and asked if we needed anything. They took trash off of our table. This is by far the best Dairy Queen experience I have ever had. Brenda is awesome!

I've been in and out of Dairy Queen's since I was a child in the 80s. This one in particular is very clean, the people are great and the food is always fresh. My kids love coming here. Just as tasty as it's always been!

Lunch on Saturday just after noon. Wasn't overly busy. Food is cooked when ordered. Served hot. We ordered a belt buster combo that my wife couldn't eat it all and I had the country chicken dinner basket. Both were very tasty and filling. Tables and restrooms were clean. Obviously employee pride. Handicap parking was all taken but today we didn't need it.

I had the #2 "the Dude" its called. Food was ok. Business was clean & facemask had 2 be worn inside. Stopped here on my way back home.

The food is good for a Dairy Queen. The staff is nice, however they almost always mess up our blizzard orders. They either do not fill the cup all the way and/or hardly put any candy in it. This is about a 80/20 experience with blizzards. 80% of the time they cheat you out of candies even when I add a 3rd extra candy type. They also have limited selection a lot of the time. Looks like new management took over and was hopeful as one time I chanced getting a blizzard with my meal and it was all good. So 2 days later sent the wife and kids for a blizzard and nope they screwed it up again with wrong blizzard order and lack of candies in each one. Always get screwed in the drive thru. Never again I now drive to the Garth road and 146 location. They take good care of you.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I went through drive thru 10-19-2024 @ 8pm. Ordered Belt Buster combo with large coke extra ice, Steak finger basket combo large coke extra ice. Deluxe nachos. When I pull-up to pay and get order, I'm told they don't have enough Steak fingers, I could wait 5 minutes or take 1 chicken strip, I ok with getting the chicken strip. She proceeded to hand me my drinks, I said did you put extra ice in the drink, one girl looked at the other girl and asked her if she put extra ice, the girl told me yes she put extra ice in the drinks. NO SHE DIDN'T, IF YOU CALL 10 PEACES OF ICE IN EACH CUP EXTRA ICE WE HAVE A PROBLEM. I EVEN TOLD THEM I WANTED MORE ICE THAN SODA. NO RESPONSE JUST SLAMMED THE WINDOW CLOSE. I get home with food, my Steak finger basket was NASTY only a few fries, Steak fingers and one chicken strip were freezer burnt, gravy was cold. JUST NASTY Deluxe Nachos was missing the Deluxe hardly any toppings on the Nachos. I spent over 30.00 dollars on this meal if that's what you want to call it, should be against the law to serve food like this and the service SUCKED! I think whoever owns this location needs to do a serious house cleaning of employees and get some proper training for the staff it's very clean it's very much needed. I just don't know why staff think they have the right to treat customers like dirt, if customers weren't coming in to this business, you wouldn't be working here and collecting a paycheck that you obviously think you deserve, I would subtract the pay of each customer that was given poor service, wrong order/incorrect order, and nasty for the amount that customer paid eventually they would learn maybe Just sad everyone thinks they are ENTITLED TO EVERYTHING and shouldn't have to work for it. I want be back to this DAIRY QUEEN 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️👎👎👎

I went here earlier around 9:45pm. Drive-thru. These people were cleaning equipment. I ordered a medium egg nog shake. THESE “PEOPLE” HAD CLEANER IN MY SHAKE. It tasted like fabuloso and burned my tongue. YOU WOULD RATHER POISON PEOPLE THAN WAIT TO CLEAN EQUIPMENT. I threw away my whole shake. I COULDVE BEEN SERIOUSLY ILL!!! DO BETTER. Don’t get any dairy after a certain time. And it closed at 11pm. Y do that?????? My god!

They keep saying they can’t hear you and blame you but the speaker is broken I was speaking loud and clear and went n once and thru the drive thru and all the workers stare at you. CREEPYYY!! DONT go if you wanna b stared at the wholeee entire time disappointing.

I went to the drive thru and I had ordered a 40$ meal. My whole order was wrong but I did not know this until I got home. I did immediately notice my blizzard was not handed to me, so I waited for the person who had handed me my food to come back. When she did come back, she said to me "what do you want?" Which I'm sure she and everyone else who's worked customer service would know that is not the correct way to address a customer. I proceeded to tell her that I had ordered a blizzard and before I could show her my receipt she shook her head no. She told me that I didn't order one. She then tried to wave me off. I then tell her that it shows on receipt that I indeed ordered one. She snatches my bag of food from me which had the receipt on the bag she looks over the receipt. Now comes the fun part where I had to repeat myself multiple times on what kind of blizzard I wanted. Anyway overall the worst customer service. So I went home only to find that my whole order was wrong and some of what I ordered was missing. This place is just bad 👎👎👎👎👎

No issues here until today. They had a “deal” on the chicken strip basket. The strips were tiny, they dont advertise that they are going to shaft you on the actual chicken. The lady I asked about the strips said it is what it is. I guess i’ll just eat my chicken slivers for lunch todag.
