Ordered Togo. Got tacos and poke bowls. It was delicious. Will go back to try the burrito. The sauces are awesome. Will need to come back to try the mango habanero. Kids loved it too.

When I tell you this place taste so good. I lived in hawaii for over a decade. ND I came to visit Los Angeles. And stumbled upon thos gem by chance. It taste just as good if not better then hawaii. Say no more just go eat here

Not sure what the previous reviewers have been complaining about. But I have had no such issues/experiences. I can only assume the issues are greatly exaggerated, or they have been properly addressed. I will definitely be coming back here often.

As a regular at this poke restaurant, I consistently enjoy the delicious food, generous portions, and excellent service. Marilyn is always kind and attentive, making every visit a pleasure.

The burrito was so good. Saw it on TikTok and wanted to try it. When I went in I was excited and the minute I said “sushi burrito” the older ladies rolled their eyes and said “another sushi burrito” and whole time I was building my burrito it was just attitude and awkwardness 😭 loved it but most likely won’t go again bc I already get anxiety at places and this experience wasn’t a great first one! I ordered one of your poke bowls, and when I got home and started eating it, it tasted rancid. The edamame tasted horrible, and since it was mixed in with the rest of the bowl, it made the entire meal taste disgusting. This was my first time trying poke, and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. I also ordered four Spam musubi around 6:30 PM. A young woman working there kept saying it would take a long time. I told her I was willing to wait, but it ended up taking about 35 minutes just to make the Spam musubi, which felt excessive. From my experience making them myself, it usually takes under 10 minutes once the rice is cooked Overall, I feel highly disappointed with my first experience at Pokitomik.

Food prepared with DIRT... literally dirt! I ordered a poke bowl and a few bites in I felt the grit and mush... it was CHUNKS OF DIRT! I have never been so grossed out! THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE I'VE EVER ORDERED FROM! There was so much dirt! When I showed the store my bowl, they said the chunks of dirt were from the salad. So that means THE SALAD ISN'T WASHED! How can anyone handling food not see the chunks of dirt in the salad?!?! What kind of people do they employ... what kind of company let's this happen?!?! The owner clearly cuts corners by hiring people with little to no food handling training, or cuts corners with how they prep the salad. This is how people get sick and get food poisoning! It's one thing to have mid tuna but unsanitary dirt left in the lettuce for the poke bowls! I ordered a tuna and salmon poke bowl... NOT HEAPS OF DIRT. There was more dirt than fish!!! The pictures show what looks to be liver or meat, BUT NO ITS DIRT CLUMPS! This company is grimy!

Updated review: Wanted to give them another chance and I was disappointed. Nothing changes they still suck!!!!! I'm a big poke lover and enjoyed the poke burrito from the Glendale spot, so I had high hopes for this place. Not only were they so stingy on the scoops, but it was super salty. It's like I ordered a bottle of soy sauce on my poke bowl. I'm so thirsty after the poke and not in a good way. I think even my blood pressure went up. And times are rough if I'm paying 20 bucks for a bowl at least make it worth it.

I literally had to empty my own 3 small packs of soy sauce into the bowl to give it some more sauce in general. Fish did not taste the freshest; I’m not trying to piledrive. At least I got a free taco coupon. On top of this the lady server seemed pretty nonchalant when serving me - as if she didn’t care. But yeah - one of, if not, the worst poke bowl I’ve ever eaten. $17.87 - other places are cheaper, serve better quality, and more in the bowl. Literally felt like I was eating a bowl of rice, fish, side ingredients and mayo if it weren’t for the soy sauce packets I dumped in.

Under your new ownership there are flies in the restaurant flying around, landing on uncovered raw fish while the only worker there was on the phone. I usually order through ubereats and the food is always good but I can't after what I saw. New management should be there to "manage" this place. Install a fan above the door to keep the flies out. Be there to improve customer service and quality control issues.

I'm a foodie and Uber driver. When I arrived to pick up a order that was suppose to be ready, I saw 2 employees a guy and girl just sitting down watching TV fooling around. I told them that my order should of been ready. They said the order just came in and it will take us 5 minutes to make. I had another pick up which was about 20 minutes away. So I know they got the order long ago. They just weren't doing their job. I saw the food it looks gross I would never eat there.
