Didnt catch the names but the girls working today went above and beyond for my order. Went for my birthday morning and will always remember this location for the happy staff proudly doing their job. ☝️☝️☝️☝️

When I came the place was empty and I got my drinks really fast. One was a Venti Peppermint Mocha which they made differently with whipped cream at the bottom it was surprisingly delicisous.. ☺

Small Starbucks coffee shop conveniently located beside the area were we drop off our buddy along the university campus. Parking is abundant and the service was good. We got our drinks within 5 minutes even with the que of people waiting they are very fast in preparing our beverages.

I’m a proud member of the 626. Just drove by and saw the “For Lease” sign in the window of this Starbucks. I was floored and it’s kinda sad. Reminiscing, I would visit this Starbucks often w my family, friends, bfs since it was very close to home. I had a lot of study filled nights at this location while I was a student at ELAC and eventually transferred to earn my MA. Thanks to the team which was always friendly and provided great service / drinks over the years. I will miss this Bux. End of an era, for sure.

Very clean and awesome service. The baristas are always very kind and full of energy. Although it gets busy sometimes, they always get your orders out to you as quick as they can. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks location. :)

Very clean and awesome service. The baristas are always very kind and full of energy. Although it gets busy sometimes, they always get your orders out to you as quick as they can. Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks location. :)

Always a nice and quick experience going through this location to pick up my coffee on weekends. I typically order ahead through the app so my interactions with staff few but the times I have ordered in store and all went quite smoothly. Not a great location to chill as seating is very limited inside and out sadly.

Good as always for your caffeine and sugar fix. Everything you can expect from Starbucks, the only issue is that they close early, regardless of what the internet or website says, iclf coming after 5, make sure you call ahead....

Service could be better as some of the baristas are not the most welcoming. The drinks are generally on par with most Starbucks, but some have come out a bit off from the normal taste. The line can be a bit problematic at peak hours and seating is also limited, but there indoor and outdoor areas. Overall, nothing spectacular but it's a fine spot for a quick pick up.

Starbucks doesn't have seating, but they still have great Beverages and a friendly staff. I'll be eager for a return to a more normal interaction, but meanwhile be able to get my coffee in the morning is a real Plus.

Tips: the restroom here does not need a code. Great location for a quick drink. The baristas on duty is excellent. She prepared the exact custom ordered paper mint mocha for me...grande, easy on sugar, easy on mocha.

This chain used to be family-like or a neighborhood pit-stop, but like many stores, the furniture is mostly gone, and power outlets are not available. Any joints could make coffee, but it’s about the experience, the welcoming, the touch and feel, and such. Nowadays, a lot of their stores are like going through the motions, out of touch, and lacking connection. I'm not sure if this low morale is due to disgruntled employees due to overwork or heavy-handed management to subdue unionized laborers. It used to be my favorite stop in the morning and during the day. Now I rarely show up anymore, even with my reward points expiring. When a long-time business becomes complacent, consumed with corporate greed, forgetting those unsung members entrenched in cultivating the business over the years, and taking for granted of those loyal patrons!

The workers give this place more stars than Starbucks corporate deserves for being cheap by removing the indoor service and electrical outlets.

Usually, this place is okay. But today, I ordered a venti cold brew thinking it would wake me up. But I saw her make my drink after I had placed my module order 10 min prior... half water, probably more and little to no coffee. Worst service I have recieved there. I wouldn't recommend this starbucks location.

I go here once a week or so. Several times, they have been "out of" different selections on their espresso menu at 11AM on a Sunday. One day, their espresso machine was even broken and they couldn't serve anything on that menu. I understand that things happen, but they should at least have a backup to run when theirs stops working. They also stopped serving the veggie artisan sandwich and claim that it's discontinued, while every other Starbucks still serves it regularly. That being said, when the above isn't taking place, they actually make their orders really quickly and are very friendly. I will still go here.

I always enjoy Starbucks but when I walk into one that is dirty (counters, floors, windows, etc.) And are out of the food I want, I typically try never to return to that particular store. They had enough workers to walk around and do a quick wipe down but deemed it more important to sweep and mop the back area. Oh well.

I only ordered a Venti Vanilla Frappe for my sister, recieved no receipt but did give my name and sat down to wait. There were hardly any other customers waiting, if any but 20 minutes later we hadn't received anything. Meanwhile, the employees were laughing and chatting. I would've assumed it could have been related to work but they were talking to a customer that had already received their order. An employee wandered by and asked if we were waiting for a drink. I said yes and they asked if it was a vent vanilla frappe with extra caramel. I said no, I ordered a venti Vanilla Frappe. The employee left and came back. They had given me the wrong thing. I asked my sister if she wanted the caramel she said no but didn't want to make a scene. I asked the employees names either way. Thank you Nayeli and Jae for having us wait 30 minutes and giving us the wrong drink.

I was at Starbucks picking up my Order and I thought the barista was super sweet and welcoming. So I made it very clear my order was going to be long. One lady did warn me and said it will be long and I said yes don’t mind at all. Then this rude employee with the blue (female) hair was very rude and yelled it’s going to be 15 min wait which I already knew and I had told her I was told, I know I know.! Rolled her eyes and started to slammm lots stuff and was extremely rude to the lady that had her two daughter dress in costumes. Unbelievable, on top of that she is talking to a vet army. Unbelievable!

I just came back from getting 3 drinks and to be honest I am disappointed at the customer service. They got my drink wrong and gave me Attitude when I told them. And gave not only me and my 3 year old daughter attitude but all the customers that were there. I go to that Starbucks almost every day and not one have they treated Me with this level of disrespect. It was the 3:00pm shift if you were wondering.

I placed my order online and it wasn’t ready when I got there plus they weren’t going to allow me in because they have a 4 person limit but the people who were inside where just waiting for their order and they Only asked me to wait Outside and I’m 8 months pregnant They didn’t ask the other people to wait outside so they had the perk of being in there with ac while I had to wait in the heat for 10 minutes because they were so unorganized I didn’t even know when my items were ready because we couldn’t even hear anything from outside. First time there and it was the worst experience, never going there again.

I have come here 3 times and every time there's a very noticeable error in my order. Today, the baristas THREW OUT my order because they thought I wasn't going to pick it up and then made my order completely wrong (put 0 pumps of brown sugar syrup in the brown sugar drink). The 3 employees are also blabbing away very loudly- you can hear them laughing from outside the door.

I am a frequent customer because i love the coffee in general. But unfortunately, I've experienced poor customer service with my order on more than one occasion. It's the only one nearest my work and with limited time, I opt to go there.

I waited around 20mins to get a regular Latte, 3 customers after me got their order before me. They need to pay attention to every order coming in not just ignored it b.c it's not a cold drink. Will not be returning to this location!

Nastiest site in Los Angeles county. Saw a worker (akemi (sp?)) on her phone while I am standing waiting to get to my coffee so I can get to work. What are they paying these people for ? Absolute ghettoest in LA. Obviously hiring straight outta Klown kollege. Even the supervisor was rude when I tried to get a drink from someone less disgusting.Never coming back. Time to give up on Starbucks. Warn your loved ones and friends.

This is the 3rd time I came to this Starbucks at 1140, and it's already closed. The store hours say 12:00am. So why do they keep closing early. It's every disappointing when it should be the only Starbucks around till 12am. False time. Does there store manager know they keep closing early?

This is the closest Starbucks to my house, therefore I tend to order from here. They always miss something on my order. It is so frustrating especially when you are on the go. This has happened way too many times. They don't pay attention to detail.

It seems that employees here need a little more training as far as customer service. They seem to be taking priority in doing other things and they don't care if the customer is waiting to order coffee or they don't even have the courtesy to say I'll be right with you. I guess having a conversation among them is more important than the client.

Indoor seating is completely non-existent and has become characteristic of almost every Starbucks I've walked into in the last year. The few outdoor seating options available are dirty, uncomfortable w/ hard cheap chairs & tables, and minimal space.

i have never received such terrible service at a starbucks. I have been coming here for a few years and the way the round manager treats people is disgusting especially giving attitude to my little sister who is 12 years old MULTIPLE locations. They also mess up my drink orders and give me attitude as well and it was since they got new management. I really do not recommend this place. I have also seen the difference in the way they treat people. When it comes to men the manager is all flirty and kind but when it comes to women she has attitude?? very unprofessional

I had them correct it, but this should not happen, especially when i pay for four pumps. I feel this is common practice at this location as my drink is always terrible here. Side note: This location also rejected my 88-year-old grandmother on grinding her starbucks beans.
