Lo recomiendo 100% este lugar, la parrilla da norteña muy rica y bien servida, el pirata delicioso.

Pedí una parrillada y estuvo muy rica, la carne que usan está muy blandita y su salsa molcajeteada es una delicia, además, sus precios son muy accesibles.

The meat was delicious, and the price was very reasonable. The place is basic in terms of facilities, but it's worth it for the great food. The mixed grill was delicious, the tortillas were freshly made, and the salsa was very tasty. The charro beans were also flavorful and a good size.

It really is a place that delivers what it promises. Their specialty is hamburgers (I've tried them all and I recommend the bacon one), but their meats are the real highlight—they're incredibly tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. Their baked potatoes are also delicious; there's a reason they disappear so quickly. Eating in is acceptable. You leave smelling of smoke, but everything is charcoal-grilled, so that's to be expected. It's a great place to grab a bite.

The mixed grill was delicious and a very generous portion for two people. The only downside was the extremely long delivery time; it was a direct home delivery from the store and took ages. Aside from that, the quality, price, and flavor were excellent.

I ordered a Bratt burger (with sausage) and it was quite filling. I liked the flavor, and the service was generally quick and very friendly. The price, since I ordered the burger as a combo with fries and a soft drink, seemed quite reasonable for the quality. It's a bit warm to eat there, and you can smell the smoke a little, but it didn't bother me much. Overall, I thought it was good and I plan to return to try other things.

Great place to buy grilled food, excellent deals, and very tasty. I'm not giving it full stars because delivery is slow, about an hour on average. It's best to call ahead so they have your order ready for pickup; if you order delivery, be prepared to wait. They also have a dining area.

To begin with, the girls who answered the phone treated me like they were doing me a favor by taking my order. They spoke very abruptly, and it seemed like the words "please" or "thank you" weren't in their vocabulary. I ordered delivery, and it turns out it's my fault the order didn't arrive because I didn't leave my number, something they didn't ask me for. They told me I should have left my number so they could contact me. I left my address and name; they didn't ask for anything else. The delivery guy came and left without waiting even two minutes for me to come out. I called, complained, and they asked me why I didn't give them my number (they didn't ask for it). I called 40 minutes later, and according to the guy, he went back to the restaurant and said no one was there, but that's a lie; there's always someone at reception. The service from the staff was truly terrible. It's a shame that they still get paid; they probably don't care if they make a sale or not.

The worst thing that ever happened to me was a complete mockery by the woman who took my order. I hope this doesn't go unpunished. I asked the girl on the phone if they had a burger without a bun, just a layer of lettuce. She said they did and could send it to me. She explained that they were going to send me a mess of shredded lettuce, wrapped in a plastic bag, with the meat inside... How is this possible? I was told the owner's name is Ismael Granados. How can you have this kind of service that makes a mockery of the customer? It was the first time I'd ever ordered anything from there because of a flyer they left, and neither I nor my neighbors will ever order anything from that place again. It took forever, and on top of that, it was cold. My burger was wrapped in plastic, covered with shredded lettuce. Impossible to hold or eat. Good heavens, seriously, terrible service, awful taste, and a terrible experience.
