Driving back from Seton Lakes Hospital we stopped at WB and grabbed a vanilla shake and 2 large fries. It had been awhile since we had any WBs and it didn't disappoint!!! Love it!!! Keep up the great work WB, and open one up in Lampasas, please :-)

I had been hearing about the blue cheese burger that Whataburger had and I am a fan of anything with blue cheese on it. So, made a stop as I was heading to the LBJ Ranch and it was definitely worth the stop. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

Best Whataburger we've had in a long time! Traveling to see family for the holidays and needed a great burger before we ate too much turkey! 🦃 Our first time at this location but we're impressed! Excellent service! Fresh and delicious food!!! The staff was busier than a one-armed paperhanger when we arrived, but they took GREAT care of us and made us feel like family! We were headed through town and looking for somewhere to fill up water tank. Called ahead and shift lead was so polite and awesome. Helped us out. Wife went in and grabbed some food and said all the staff inside were so polite and kind. Will definitely stop in every time we're in town. They are the definition of southern hospitality.

The whataburgers are great always!! and the fries are always fresh and cook to perfection!!! Had the coffee couple days ago and it was very good!! All around a restaurant I like to eat at all the time.

I stopped through to pick up breakfast and was totally amazed by the jalapeno sausage biscuit. There was actually jalapenos in the biscuit and it tasted amazing. I also get their biscuits and gravy sometimes with eggs and cheese added and it's very filling. They never have a shortage of different kinds of burgers for lunch and I love all of them you ought to try this place. Service was great food was awesome definitely recommend a family and friends!!!! It's Whataburger!! Enough said about the food. Although it does take a lot longer to get your food. I have noticed this across all locations, though. I'm sure there was some sort of change made by corporate.

Everything was great as usual, the patty melt was great except it could have been warm. Overall the patty melt is fantastic. But this seemed as though it had been sitting for awhile and it was cold. I checked it as soon as I was back in my vehical, so it didn't have time to get cold on the drive home. The fries were so hot that I couldn't hold them but my sandwich was room temperature. The entire meal was free, as a promotional offer so I'm not complaining to much!! Great work guys!!

Wonderful people who were working tremendously hard on April 8 for the eclipse. If they could take care of everybody during that crazy day, they can do it any day. The food was perfect.

Man... Big ups to the manager working tonight. I pulled my 18 wheeler into the dollar general next door ,hungry out of my mind. The Dinning area had just closed and as always the people inside different restaurant's ignore you at their door. NoT THIS ONE! Our cashier Heather was patient and got our order just right! The burgers were great! I got the new spicy n sweet bacon burger! Loved it. Our fries were fresh and hot. Can't beat a whataburger! The bathroom was very clean and smelled good. The restaurant itself was so clean! I appreciate all their hard work! Well done!

Tonight, I was one of those. You know, the customer in the drive thru with a million questions.. That being said.. you staff was extremely patient as well as informative. I was torn between my indecisiveness with the Frosted Berry. Thank God I took the advise of your employee and snagged one. I ordered curbside. Decided to order the onion rings first because often they're not fresh, not hot. PERFECT. They were piping hot and fresh!!! THEN I ordered a Whatachicken sandwich with lotza extra freebies. That was perfect as well. Thank you, Burnet Whataburger. I'm coming back from a loooooong road trip. Missed my Whata-food. I chose Burnet because my last trip back, I stopped at Lampasas Whataburger and another time Marble Falls Whataburger. BOTH had a big thumbs DOWN for onion rings. Keep doing what're you're doing.

We went through the drive through, my hubby got 3 jalapeño cheddar biscuits, he specified with eggs, they DID NOT LISTEN, whom ever took his order needs to actually LISTEN, to what PEOPLE SAY!!!!

The staff this night was on game. It is await. Once more folks start working and stop wanting something for nothing I am sure the wait for all businesses will be back to pre C times. Almost 1am & service was prompt. I enjoyed my burger & my breakfast. I did ask for easy ice on the Dr Pepper, but I guess that meant 1/2 the cup & not 1/4. Will be more specific next trip.

It's been a while since I have been to a WB that has had fresh buns and produce to put on my burger, this place had both. It was clean and everyone was smiling and friendly. The only small criticism I have is that I prefer my pickles and jalapenos spread out on my sandwich not all in a clump in the middle. That way each bite has the flavor im looking for without me having to pick up the ones that fell out and put them on the sandwich myself. So I give you four stars for those of you who keep this location so very well and the one i did not give i took away from the person who put my sandwich together. Sorry, no star for them tonight. I wonder if they received a pizza with the pepperoni only on one side if they would mind. To me it is the same principle. If it had not been closing time and I wasn't still traveling to get home i would have given you a chance to do better, but i did 🚫 have the extra time to spare.

There is usually a line when we come but today was good. Fast and friendly service as expected. Chicken burgers were good. Love the sauce it comes with. A little scant on the onion rings. Expected a few more for a large.

Spending $10+ for a burger meal really rubs me the wrong way. But, that's the way it is these days everywhere you go. With this in mind, Whataburger is consistently good. The food tastes good and is well prepared. Service is generally quite quick.

After being on the road for awhile it was nice to find a burger 🍔 place that was yummy 😋. Just what I needed to continue our travels.

The burger was big compared to other fast food joints. The service was decent and the food was served quickly. Just a heads up, if you have a little one, there are no diaper-changing tables in the restrooms at this location.

This was pretty standard as far as whataburgers go. I did not like the new bacon burger they have for special pretty bad. Other than that the wife's jalapeno cheeseburger was on point no complaints. Fries were crispy and hot as expected.

Its pretty basic. They get your food out to you but do check it as they may miss somthing at times.

I love the onion rings here and their grilled cheese, I make sure to order it well done or it's barely cooked without melting the cheese. I like it golden brown and crunchy. I also get grilled onions and grilled jalapeños on it. I really love their cinnamon rolls, but the only complaint about that is they barely have any icing, like it used to cover the whole top and now it's just a few things lines on top and that's not enough. They are expensive for fast food. The service isn't always good and most of the time when I order coffee I wait forever so they can make it, I've even called ahead to make sure they would have fresh coffee so I wouldn't have to wait, and everytime they still had none when I got there. I don't have that much time to wait for so long. Their hash brown sticks are really good too. I like their spicy ketchup with my onion rings.

If you haven't been to a Whataburger before, suffice to say they are a hamburger restaurant with a couple non-burger options. Personal preference I reckon, but I'll say they beat McD and BK if for no other reason their milkshake machine is Never out of order. This particular iteration of Whata's growing regional chain was above standard with friendliness of service. Prosaic fare and friendly folks are not bad at all.

Ordered 3 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. Friendly service at register. Order seemed to take longer than normal. When we ate, biscuits weren't hot or fresh.

Food is good. But I don't understand why drive thru takes 30 minutes to get to window when there are 10+ workers. Tried to go inside for my online order and not one of the 10 offered to help.

My burger and fries were fine but they had a young boy taking the order and was having a hard time putting my husband's order in which is not that complicated ( mayo, lettuce, grilled onions, and double cheese since it was a double meat burger ), he ended up with no mayo and not even one piece of cheese. We also asked to whata-size it and that didn't happen either. They really shouldn't put somebody on the line to take orders by them selves until they know for sure they can handle taking correct orders, and it wasn't like it was busy at that time. What happened to the good old days when customer service meant something!

Very clean nice atmosphere maybe a good place to have a lunch meeting and a glass of wine, service was slow but waitress was very nice, beer was not cold and know one knew what a "dressed" (salt and lime) beer was. Salad was good but the ranch dressing didn't have much flavor. The thor hammer sandwich looked great but the meat tasted like lunch meat and was not spicy at all. Fries were good.

They are friendly and willing to listen however thw food is unsatisfactory and of little portions for a very expensive price. I dont mind paying over 20 bucks for 2 meals if they are filling and good. They were small chivken nuggets and the bread was rubber and the fries cold and stale. The nuggets were fresh but the tea even came with that "dirty urn" after taste. If you are going to be a higher price then the average fast food restaurant, then better attention to quality control might be advisable. Thank you

What can I say, they're whataburger! Lol. This location has a great drive through and super friendly employees. Their cooks however lack consistency. Used to go nearly every day on my lunch break to get their sweet and spicy bacon burger, but since it was a gamble on who was cooking it I ended up changing my favorite :( Edit: this whataburger is no longer 24 hours, so there's officially nowhere to go for those of us that work nights other than the gas station. They don't open until 7, whereas the McDonald's in town opens at 6 and they've got way faster service in the mornings. I heard whataburger got a new manager... can't believe I'm actually lowering a review for the first time since they took charge. The inconsistencies have gotten worse, the drive through times during the day are tremendously long, and if you do get through the line quick... check your bag. Lol

Today was very disappointing. We ordered a #1 meal and a #4 meal with 2 teas. When we got to the window we were given 1 tea and paid for our meal. Looking at the ticket we realized that they put put down a #1 hamburger and a bacon jalapeño burger only, not the meals. We told the young man at the window that our order was wrong and he said that he could add the fries and the tea but we would have to pay for it. We said if course and gave the extra money. When our food was brought out we only had one oder of fries. I took the sack in and informed a young man that my order was wrong. The first thing he says was "Did you pay for it?" Very rude. The manager did make it right.

We ordered at 9:00 AM. Hungry for a cheese burger. They had no small buns. I asked that they cut a large bun down to the Jr. size. They did not. They were rude when ordering just stating price. Nothing else, please pull forward or a simple Thank you. It took forever for the drive through line to move forward and it was an extremely disappointing experience! We don’t have a Whataburger within an hour of us !! Please fix your AM problems !! Where was the manager?? Who lets buns run out in a burger place ??

Marble Falls, Texas. Food was all cold and order wrong. We went in, but Restaurant was empty so we got food to go and didn't find until after we left that food was cold. Hamburgers looked like someone had sat on buns and fries cold. $39.80 wasted on inferior quality food and service. Very disappointing experience.

This is usually a 5 star operation, but while I was there, another patron was given an uncooked burger, another customer had stayed in his car waiting for his order to be delivered for 20+ minutes and the staff did not enforce the "masks needed to enter" posting at their entrances. Maybe they were just off there game this time, but my experience was very disappointing in what is usually a phenomenal experience.

Service could have been better. Food is good. It's not the best, not the worst. Works as a quick stop on a long trip. Would not recommend as like a daily dinner place.

This location's Lobby is closed at 10pm and after that the Drive-Thu is barely answered after dark it appears it'll stay that way if they're that comfortable.

Staff were polite and friendly. Appears to simply need some very structured training for staff in terms of food quality, consistency, order accuracy and timing. I actually do not mind waiting 20 minutes for a burger and fries. It should just be hot and put together well when i get it. Unfortunately, tonight you missed the mark. With order errors, soggy buns, and a missing item, this visit fell far short of what wer have come to appreciate about Whataburger.

Had breakfast here this morning. Pretty disappointed. Sandwich sloppy and nasty. Onion rings were inedible. Lobby doesn't open until 7am.

This was local Texas burger and competing with In-N-Out from my colleagues point of view. I ordered salad with Balsamic dressing. Honestly speaking the roasted chicken was too dried but veggie was fresh. From my colleagues opinion, burger was better from In-N-Out than Whataburger.

Went thru drive thru for breakfast. Ordered pancake platter with bacon. The cashier came out the side door and waited on the customer behind me. Twice. Then apologized because she was the only one working that side. My meal was missing my bacon after I got back to my office. I drove back thru and informed her, and she gave me my order of bacon, but no apology, or anything. Very rude service.

dweedle dee and dweedle dummer... when i pointed out they over charged for a Jr bacon cheeseburger (over $8), had 3 at register trying to figure it out so I finally gave up. After getting mealI I went back to counter to show what price should be (as $4.79 on their online menuwhich includes cheese n bacon)... one of original group said well its just a dollar (no!)... another walked off saying someone there can correct it. Assumed she was going to get such person- but nope... she just walked off. After waited couple minutes I gave up, finished meal and left. This used to be decent joint, very disappointing and won't be stopping there again. Sad as used to be one if our routine stops.

I will never eat at the Burnet location EVER again. The meal I ordered clearly says $10.99 for the meal but when I ordered it came up to $12.97. By the time you add cheese, jalapenos, large, and tax the total came out to $17.15!! I asked the cashier if that was correct and I heard the manager tell her, "we have higher prices than other Whataburgers but that is just how it is". If you aren't going to honor your menu prices then you need to update them. I am a fan of Whataburger but I'm sorry but it isn't worth $17 for a burger and fries. What a ripoff!!

Food always hurts our stomachs after eating this location in particular. Not great, hot, ‘make it as you order it’, any longer apparently. We usually enjoy an occasional whataburger or chicken biscuit.

The food was alright, but it was way too overpriced. They were pretty rude and not very professional. They got every part of our order wrong. They have a very small variety of foods.

I placed a order through the drive through. Got to the window gave my card to pay. She put it in the card reader and walked away. When the food was ready a different person handed me my food and I had to ask for my card back. When he went to grab it the girl before didn't even run my card according to him. Not sure if it just poor training or poor management. But very disconcerting.

Had to come back to review my experience at the Burnet’s location as it seems I have detected a trend after visiting the one at Cedar Park today. I stopped bu at the Burnet’s location a few months ago and it took a long time to get my order, turns out, for some reason they sent me to the end of the queue. At least 5 other parties that were behind me got their order first. Fast forward to today’s experience and immediately thought about this, they also took a long time to deliver my order. Guess that’s what they do. My kids seem to like the food here, but do not expect good service while getting your food.

Absolutely the worst food experience ever! I work in fast food and I understand it can be rough but I went to whataburger tonight with some friends. We drove up to the speaker and sat there for about 7 minutes with no response. After trying to get someone's attention we decided to drive around the building and try again. Still no answer. Finally after waiting a while, someone answered. We ordered 6 shakes and was told it'd be $26 dollars. Get to the window and waited another 15 minutes before our shakes were even started and then were charged for an extra shake. The lady at the window got snappy when we told her she over charged us. And tried to say we ordered 7. After she reapeated the order 2 times perfectly with 6 shakes on it. She said she would refund it and wouldn't give us the receipt back. She kept the card and said she would refund it and we could go. We had to ask for the card back and she still wouldn't give the receipt back. Their excuse when we called to make sure she refunded us, was they are understaffed! They let 3 people leave in the almost 30 minutes we sat their! And we were the only people their! I have never had a good visit to whataburger and now I will NOT be going back

Now dine in closed at 330 PM on a Saturday with no signs. Just locked doors. The last 2 times through here, they have let the order just sit in the bag so that the fries are so cold and old when you get it at the window its ridiculous. This is after leaving the window and immediately trying them. Go back through to get a hot order since that was half my order and those are just as old. And there was no one else in line.

This is the slowest whataburger I have ever been to. Also, 85% of the time their shake machine is out of order, and half of the time I'm lucky if my order is correct.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Most of the time my order is wrong but my experience today just set me over the edge and will be the reason I don’t ever go back again. Today I ordered sweet tea and felt something in my mouth. When I spit it out there was a freaking fly! I proceeded to dump out the rest of the cup of tea and found another. I went and told the lady and she would not refund my money.

This place has been going down hill. I stopped there this morning at 0530 and placed my food order to a young man named Will. He was in his car taking my order. He then walked in through the side door behind me and asked me again what I had ordered. I just left. What is with this? Update this location, it's worse now. My wife and I bought burgers there yesterday. The burgers were dry like they have been sitting for hours. They tasted bad too. On top of that we didn't get straws for our drinks. Surprisingly everything else was correct on the orders. Only thing positive was the staff was friendly.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Refused to open to serve customers breakfast at 6am even though it claims to always be open. Pulled up at the window bc no one would take my order and then the employee in the drive thru wouldn’t open the window to talk only just stared at me and then walked off.

Food is absolute trash. It’s either made wrong or you just simply don’t wanna eat it. When you order a burger a fry’s a large is gonna come half full an the burgers are usually dripping with water from the veggies. Drinks are 98% ice.

Went there this morning to get breakfast since it had been a long week, I pulled in at 10:13 and ordered in the drive through, did not get to the pay window until 10:33. I was asked to pull forward and wait for my food which was a Taquito meal a honey butter chicken biscuit and a pancake meal. At 10:48 I went inside to check on why I was still waiting and they were still working on the chicken strips. I understand it was a busy time however I spent close to an hour at this location and when I did get my food they forgot the hashbrowns. I understand I should’ve checked before I left but after that amount of time waiting on a 20 dollar meal I expected it would be right. We called to complain and they said they were understaffed. There had to be 10-12 people running around in the back so I find that hard to believe. The other remedy they offered was checking everyone else’s bags before they were sent out. This was the single most frustrating experience I’ve had at this establishment.

There’s a severe lack of customer service at this location. We were chatting amongst ourselves in the car while we waited for our food, until we realized the woman at the register was talking badly about us to her co-worker. She made no attempt to hide her negative comments. In fact, she was speaking loudly and openly as if we weren’t there. I have never been disrespected by someone to this degree at any other business. It was truly shocking to see a grown woman in a customer service position carry herself this way. This is the only location where I have received attitude from the employees. The only positive part of our experience tonight was the food itself. I paid $52.22 and then got openly bullied by a woman who was DEFINITELY old enough to know better. She is a poor addition to your crew, and she is the only reason I will not return to this location. I would rather drive 20 minutes farther to the next town over.

I’m currently sitting in line one car in front of me at the soeaker been here for 20 minutes and his order still isn’t taken but granted it is 5am but this happens every time I come. I can’t speak for day shift but night shift is amazingly bad at their job. Rude inconsiderate and can’t get orders right. Hire more people that want to do their job

First of all, it took about 20 minutes to get our food, mind you this is supposed to be “fast food.” One of our burgers was cold, and they forgot one of our burgers entirely. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience with unprofessional service, and all we wanted was for the burger to be made correctly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The people working here are absolute joke, they act clueless and give you nothing but attitude when they mess up your order. You wait in line for 30min for one meal, and it’s wrong, and you call them to let them know and they act so clueless it’s baffling and so when you go back to get your corrected item they give you the biggest attitude. I’m speaking for nightshift, if you can go anywhere else or can wait to eat in another town I would absolutely do so. The first batch of wings were covered in sauce but the wrong sauce, and so they hand me the “fixed” wings with more attitude than sauce. I will never ever ever ever come back to this location. Don’t make the fact that you hate your job, customers problems.

I went there today and got a #5 when I went to make sure the sandwich was right I had to unwrap it 6 different times cause the guy who made it his name tag said David wrapped it and smashed it down to where the sandwich was just all over the place I’m getting tired and upset that everytime I go it’s always like that there’s no reason a burger should be wrapped 6 times and everything just all over the place it is very unprofessional and rude to mess with someone burger like that if that doesn’t stop I will call corporate and tell them exactly what’s goin on
