Burger King

I eat at a lot of Burger Kings (love the Whopper). Came in at 8:45 a.m. on 8/17/25 and I was very impressed with how hard the two ladies working here were working. I had a short what for my burger as they had to make it fresh (8:45 a.m.), but they did a great job. The whopper was as good as one could be. Then, as we ate in, we observed the staff continuing to work very hard. I appreciate their efforts. If I lived here I'd probably stop a lot.

Food is great! My order was taken buy a lovely employee, Tyler, who was very kind! We will be returning

Staff took my tomato allergy seriously the did a wipe down of there station changed gloves first place in along time that took it seriously. Thank you so very much to the staff to take the extra steps .

Team at the location is very nice. Food was hot and fresh. In customer service it is the little details that really count - like sauces. Drive through dumps out directly onto the street - a 4 lane divided highway. My point here is sauces should be an easy detail. When they are forgotten at the drive through it is quite a thing to make the loop and get back into the parking lot to go in and ask for the sauce again.

It's your standard fast food place. The original chicken sandwich is my favorite.

Customer service used to be great and now it is rude and not inviting. There is an older guy that works the window and I believe has a hire position now he used to be so funny and kind and now he argues and gets frustrated very easily like he is stressed out and angry it feels. They all seem to lack manners now, they wont make your order the way you ask only the way that conveniences them if you ask for them to correct it they get really upset with you. If they are out of something they wont tell you unless you tell them its missing in your bag. I always order ice cream cones and the last at least 3 visits they keep putting it in a cup without a cone or in the cone in a cup. The food is great and havent had issues with flavor just the service which is disappointing since this is our favorite place to go. The atmosphere is alright. The steep turn in is really rough on lower vehicles. The price is great, especially if you use the mobile app and earn points.

Most of the staff at this burger king are rude. They rush you when taking your order and appear to get upset when you have a big order. Some of the staff is extremely friendly ( I mean one or two ) and the manager has an attitude and is very rude. Good food though.

Food was hot and fresh unfortunately we were in a hurry and did not realize that our order was missing a burger. Ordered 2 whopper juniors and got 1 double cheese burger. Split one piece of bun each and one patty each, no time to go back to fix the problem.

Honestly, the food is typical good BK but the cleanliness of this place needs some real work. Fingerprints and grease smears on every single window and door. Door handles feel gross, and you really worry about touching your food after entering. The trays are disgusting and need a thorough cleaning. All in all it is an appetizer buster and you wonder about the kitchen. C'mon guys, get it together.

BK personnel had a really hard time getting the order completely correctly.

The interior staff were very friendly and respectable, however; the general sanitary quality was in a good need of upkeep. Grimy doorways and rail sides. Did not check restrooms. Food quality for two Whopper meals- 5/10 barely worthy of a single burger with coupon for BoGo

Don’t be deceived. 1.49 is not worth it for gritty, tasteless, so-called chicken nuggets. Very easily detectable pink slime. The burger was good though. The fries were thick cut and had just the right degree of crispness. The service was lightning fast. 1.49 looks good, but it’s no bargain if you end up throwing them in the trash due to their extensively nauseating properties.

I enjoy Burger King and love there fries up until lately. The last couple of times I spent my money there the buns were dry and fell apart as I was eating the hamburger. The fries are not as good as in the past as they were kind of cold and had to throw most of them away! I don't know if it's new management or what but I may look for a new burger 🍔 place!

Some guy ,who knew the crew took my order . .. I brought it to their attention by then the guy was eating my whopper . The lady got right on it and got I got my whopper and fries about 10 minutes later....have to tell you,the fries were so greasy I did not eat them . I will not be back to that burger King. Ever......although the guy that cleaned tables was an excellent person . Very friendly and professional....

I pulled through the drive-through, ordered my food, and pulled up to pa. I paid for my meal, she gave me my drink and asked me to pull up and they would bring me my meal. Waited about 10 to 15 minutes, and get this I was the only one in line at that time. Then, another vehicle pulled in and got their order, and I was still waiting on mine. She finally brought me my meal. I drove home, pulled my meal out of the bag, and the fries were not done completely. I could not eat them and had to feed them to my dogs. The hamburger was ok but I have had better burgers in the past from them. The amount you pay for a hamburger we expect better. Come on Burger King you have to do better and be better. I won't by another meal from them ever. Bad service, bad food, and the price is just too much!

Michelle is a Very rude employee/manager as a doordasher you just want to walk in and pick up your order but everytime I go in there the energy is always off with this specific lady she clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed and took it out on me she’s lucky I learned to control myself and just walked away she told me not to go back, too bad for her I work for DoorDash not her. I also made a report about her to DoorDash. Also the place looks very dirty that’s the first thing I look at when I walk into a place and I seen the same fry on the floor on the same spot for a whole week the guy workers are nice and look like they are really trying, the girls on the other hand. Not so much

Probably last trip to Burger King for us today. Whopper ordered: first, a smaller bun than previously, ground meat was tougher than usual and completely tasteless, few strands of onion and shreds of lettuce , catsup okay, an small smear of mayo. New pricing should not necessitate reducing product. Very disappointed with lack of taste and lack of quality. Had been a 3 time a month stop for us for a tasty, enjoyable burger ... No more!

I have been to this Burger King a total of four times. Three of those times they have messed up my order in some way...one time they didn't give me half of my order even though they charged me for everything. The staff seems to be getting ruder and ruder each time I go. I have never given anyone a reason to treat me badly, but this staff seems to believe that the ruder and more belligerent they are the better an employee they are. I usually give about a year in between visits hoping that I will forget the horrible service that seems to be the only thing this particular place is capable of. The next closes Burger King is an hour away and I would drive to the Burger King before I would go back to this one in Montrose, CO.

Update:10 months ago I gave this store a great review. I don’t know what has happened in the last year but I have had several bad encounters since my great review. Today has just done it for me. My grandson was hungry and screaming after I made my order and walked away from the register the old blonde lady wanted to complain about how loud he was being. He is 2 and wanted food then my friend had her order wrong and she didn’t even yell at the people at the counter just said she had ordered fries and the manager turned and said excuses me all rude. Obviously this store was not made for kids and the lady at the register needs to retire. Burger King will just be marked off of our list of places to eat from now on because we do not eat at the ones in GJ either. This store always has the best food. Love the people that work there, they are always kind.

Consistently get orders wrong. Fries were really salty. Cannot seem to follow order directions. When they get it wrong no refund offered just a coupon. Why would I order again so coupon useless. Lesson learned and I have blacklisted Burger king as a fast food option in the future.

The food was good but the workers were mean

Had a delivery to pick up from them at 10. Waited at the speaker for 5 minutes no answer....went to window and knocked and waited for 5 more minutes while the cook just stared at me. Finally a gal came to the window. She was filthy and clearly on dope! Called the number while I waited that was provided by Doordash and got chewed out by who I assume is the manager for calling her personal number.....don't give your personal number as the contact lady! -100 out of 10. This place sucks!

This has to be the most disgusting Burger King I have ever been too. We were flying all day so after we got a rental we hit the first place we saw. Huge mistake. Flys everywhere every single table was dirty bathroom was filthy. Idk how this place is in business or how people frequent it. You are probably better off eating the food out of the dumpster as it is probably cleaner.

To be honest Food here was great back in the day.. Not any more don't recommend this place needs alot of work because if they don't fix it they will end up closing. Costumer service is totally gone. This place ain't clean anymore cooks and servers aren't even in uniform. Dining place is a mess kitchen area a mess food lost taste and they make a bunch of burgers before they are ordered and set to cool down when you order what you want they give you what is made.. bad bad place..

The person I placed my order with was the assistant manager William. When I pulled up to the speaker he said his name and what do you want to order. Rude from the start. I placed my order he kept sighing like he was annoyed when I got up to the window he didn't look at me was being very aggressive . He started to hand me the drinks and when I asked for a drink carrier he aggressively tossed it to me making me spill some of my drink . I asked him are we having a good day? He just rolled his eyes and said yeah always. After I got the food he slammed the window. Not saying thank you have a good day nothing.... Absolutely rude and cant believe he's the assistant manager... Will never return!

When you go through the drive thru and you ask them if the food is fresh and they say yes that’s what you expect when you get home to eat it. I ordered 2 chicken fries and some other things for me and my grandson and I swear they were so gross and dry…who knows how long they had been sitting there when I ordered. And like I wrote before I asked if they were fresh and was told they were. Are the employees there really so lazy that they can’t make fresh ones for a paying customer..and the manager just lets it happen?? Their service has always sucked and I will not order from that gross place ever again!!!

I got my food and went to ask for ketchup and ranch and the little girl there by the front turned away from me after making eye contact to play on her phone. I told her I would like ketchup and ranch please with her back to me I told her Snapchat can wait. She didn't like my comment and threw the ranch at me. Completely disrespectful.
