I ordered "mixed meats" and spaghetti through Didi, and they put absolutely NO meat in it. No matter how much I looked, there were only about three pieces, and they were ridiculously small. It was all just vegetables. I'm never ordering again.

I don't know if I'm being too picky, but I don't understand how people rate this place so highly. I ordered takeout through Didi, and it seems like they send me the worst thing they can find. I ordered the peanut chicken, and it was nothing but a pile of jicama. The sweet and sour chicken left me with a feeling of having eaten nothing but flour, since you could barely taste any chicken. The only thing that was acceptable was the mixed meat. I need to make a mental note never to order from this place again.

The service is terrible. The staff are incredibly rude, making faces at you while preparing your order and even when charging you. I hope they can fix this problem.

That lady is very rude when dealing with people, and besides, having her face mask halfway down her nose and sneezing in front of the food like that is not hygienic at all.

My problem is with the staff. I asked them to sell me an extra roll, and basically they told me they couldn't sell the ones on display because then everyone else would run out. In short, they told me they couldn't sell me a roll because then they'd sell them all! 🤣 The little girl who works there is a genius, haha.

The schedule isn't as it says here on Maps; it's 12:10 and they're not running, when they were supposed to have opened their doors at 11:00 and people were just chatting away, and now there's no service.

They should change the staff or train them better. At the other branch, they served me with a wide variety, as a combo 3 should be, but just a few minutes ago, when I arrived, they served me as if they were giving me free food. Personally, I would never go back to the downtown branch. Only the one on Pedregal Avenue is where I've received the best service.

If you have the chance to eat here, definitely pass it up. The food is dirty, I even got a hair in one of the stews. The stews that claim to have chicken protein are just balls of fried flour. Absolutely disgusting. Also, when you order from a didi, they package the food incredibly poorly and it arrives all dirty.

Today is the last time I'll try this Chinese food, and honestly, I'm disappointed 😞 The rice was very, very plain and white, as was the spaghetti. It used to be delicious, but now it's not worth it 😒 You could tell right away that it lacked flavor, and that's just from today, because the previous times I bought it there, it was very good. I'm sorry, I won't be buying there again.
